呂祖《道德經》釋義第三十七章

第三十七

        道常無為(wei)而無不為(wei)。侯(hou)王(wang)若能守(shou),萬物將自化。化而欲作,吾將鎮之(zhi)以(yi)無名之(zhi)樸(pu)(pu)。無名之(zhi)樸(pu)(pu),亦將不欲。不欲以(yi)靜,天下(xia)將自正(zheng)。

        此(ci)章從無而(er)有(you),有(you)得還丹(dan),丹(dan)成光生(sheng),以靜而(er)進,從有(you)而(er)守,不欲之謂(wei)也。大(da)道(dao)常以混元為(wei)體,以無名為(wei)用。道(dao)常無為(wei),無中生(sheng)有(you),未(wei)嘗(chang)無為(wei),無為(wei)而(er)無不為(wei)。

        要王侯守之,王侯,靈也,真靈若能(neng)(neng)存,萬(wan)物從(cong)(cong)無中(zhong)(zhong)而(er)(er)生(sheng)(sheng)有,靜(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)中(zhong)(zhong)而(er)(er)自化(hua)(hua),靜(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)極(ji)將(jiang)自化(hua)(hua),不靜(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)不能(neng)(neng)生(sheng)(sheng),安得自化(hua)(hua)?靜(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)極(ji),極(ji)之至,于(yu)中(zhong)(zhong)方生(sheng)(sheng),生(sheng)(sheng)后自化(hua)(hua),化(hua)(hua)而(er)(er)能(neng)(neng)鎮,是我(wo)虛中(zhong)(zhong),一點靈慧(hui),守起(qi)來去,聽其自然。以(yi)無名之樸(pu)(pu),樸(pu)(pu)是欲也。不欲靜(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)生(sheng)(sheng),靜(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)中(zhong)(zhong)萬(wan)物萌,萬(wan)物從(cong)(cong)靜(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)中(zhong)(zhong)萌,從(cong)(cong)無中(zhong)(zhong)生(sheng)(sheng),從(cong)(cong)虛中(zhong)(zhong)化(hua)(hua),化(hua)(hua)而(er)(er)斷(duan)欲。斷(duan)欲以(yi)無名之樸(pu)(pu)鎮之,鎮之光生(sheng)(sheng),鎮之慧(hui)出,鎮之虛靈。

        “無(wu)(wu)(wu)名(ming)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)樸(pu),亦將(jiang)(jiang)不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)欲(yu)(yu)”,此句是申明無(wu)(wu)(wu)名(ming)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)樸(pu)意思。無(wu)(wu)(wu)名(ming)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)樸(pu),亦是不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)欲(yu)(yu),何為(wei)“不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)欲(yu)(yu)”?不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)欲(yu)(yu)以(yi)靜(jing),不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)欲(yu)(yu)即(ji)(ji)無(wu)(wu)(wu)為(wei),不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)欲(yu)(yu)即(ji)(ji)王(wang)侯能(neng)守,不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)欲(yu)(yu)即(ji)(ji)萬物化,不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)欲(yu)(yu)即(ji)(ji)鎮(zhen)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)欲(yu)(yu)即(ji)(ji)無(wu)(wu)(wu)名(ming)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)樸(pu),雖不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)欲(yu)(yu),無(wu)(wu)(wu)靜(jing)而不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)能(neng)。先以(yi)不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)欲(yu)(yu)靜(jing)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),靜(jing)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)極,欲(yu)(yu)不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)能(neng)生;靜(jing)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)至,欲(yu)(yu)不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)能(neng)萌。靜(jing)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)至極,方為(wei)不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)欲(yu)(yu)。靜(jing)從不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)欲(yu)(yu)靜(jing),不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)欲(yu)(yu)亦從靜(jing),不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)欲(yu)(yu)入于虛空(kong)(kong)中(zhong)(zhong),虛則有中(zhong)(zhong),空(kong)(kong)則實,空(kong)(kong)其虛中(zhong)(zhong),則“不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)欲(yu)(yu)以(yi)靜(jing),天下(xia)(xia)將(jiang)(jiang)自正”,而合(he)天,而合(he)道(dao)。靜(jing)而符(fu)天之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)虛空(kong)(kong),化而符(fu)天之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)日月,鎮(zhen)而符(fu)天之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)動。隨(sui)氣之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)運(yun)行(xing),聽(ting)陰陽(yang)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)樞機,天能(neng)靜(jing),成亦能(neng)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)。靜(jing)乃(nai)道(dao)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)根,化乃(nai)道(dao)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)苗(miao)。道(dao)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)根苗(miao),聽(ting)其自然,無(wu)(wu)(wu)不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)合(he)道(dao),無(wu)(wu)(wu)不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)合(he)天。天道(dao)既合(he),大道(dao)成矣(yi),謂(wei)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)“天下(xia)(xia)將(jiang)(jiang)自正”。

        素解(jie)曰:虛名是(shi)(shi)道,不(bu)(bu)動不(bu)(bu)生是(shi)(shi)無名,真心見是(shi)(shi)王侯,諸經(jing)絡(luo)是(shi)(shi)萬物,經(jing)絡(luo)諸氣會合(he)于中(zhong),是(shi)(shi)自(zi)(zi)化。真心了了,不(bu)(bu)動不(bu)(bu)生,聽其(qi)自(zi)(zi)然,是(shi)(shi)鎮之(zhi)(zhi)入(ru)于虛靜之(zhi)(zhi)湛寂,是(shi)(shi)無名之(zhi)(zhi)樸,亦是(shi)(shi)不(bu)(bu)欲。形乃天(tian)(tian)下也,虛中(zhong)有物,物化而(er)空(kong),謂(wei)之(zhi)(zhi)自(zi)(zi)正。外無其(qi)形,內無其(qi)心,欲斷(duan)意絕,冥冥窈窈,入(ru)于慧光之(zhi)(zhi)中(zhong),充滿乎天(tian)(tian)地,彌滿于世界,皆成一片(pian)光華,性中(zhong)得(de)命(ming)(ming),命(ming)(ming)含性空(kong),才叫做天(tian)(tian)地將(jiang)自(zi)(zi)正。大道歸(gui)于無名,返于混沌(dun),入(ru)于無極,而(er)合(he)太清(qing),此章之(zhi)(zhi)謂(wei)也。
