紅拳十三勢基本內容

生土長三秦大(da)地的(de)紅拳(quan),是目(mu)前在我國傳(chuan)(chuan)統(tong)武術(shu)拳(quan)種(zhong)(zhong)中保留最(zui)為完善的(de)原汁原味的(de)拳(quan)種(zhong)(zhong),可稱(cheng)為傳(chuan)(chuan)統(tong)武術(shu)活化石。

“紅拳十三式”可(ke)(ke)根據具不(bu)(bu)同的(de)年齡分為快(kuai)慢(man)(man)兩種(zhong)練習方法,初學著要由慢(man)(man)到快(kuai),對(dui)于老(lao)年人可(ke)(ke)以緩慢(man)(man)習練,長期習練會增強人體(ti)的(de)協調性(xing)、靈活性(xing),柔韌性(xing),對(dui)強身健體(ti)延長運動生(sheng)命有(you)著不(bu)(bu)可(ke)(ke)估量功(gong)能,尤(you)其(qi)對(dui)青(qing)少年骨骼的(de)發育,身體(ti)協調發展有(you)重要的(de)功(gong)效。

收勢

紅拳十三勢演練(lian)前要求(qiu) 自(zi)然站立(li),雙腳(jiao)并攏,兩手成掌(zhang)自(zi)然下(xia)垂,抬頭挺胸,下(xia)頜微收,兩眼(yan)平視前方。

預備式 雙(shuang)手抱拳迅(xun)速(su)上提守在腰間(帶扣處,拳心朝上,雙(shuang)拳護住腎盂(yu)),同時迅(xun)速(su)轉頭,身(shen)體不動,目視左側;

1.海底撈月鸚鴿架 (十(shi)字手(shou))

(1) 雙(shuang)手由(you)拳(quan)變(bian)掌(zhang),兩臂伸直,指尖朝下,放于腿(tui)外側(ce)(ce)掌(zhang)心朝前彎腰、雙(shuang)腿(tui)不曲使雙(shuang)掌(zhang)貼腿(tui)外側(ce)(ce)至指尖接(jie)觸(chu)地面(mian),,使雙(shuang)掌(zhang)至腳內側(ce)(ce),目視(shi)腳尖;

(2) 接上勢不(bu)停(ting),起身立正同(tong)時兩(liang)臂內卷在胸前(qian)交叉成(cheng)“十”字狀,雙(shuang)臂微(wei)曲(qu);雙(shuang)手“十”字不(bu)變,兩(liang)臂向前(qian)推出,雙(shuang)臂與肩同(tong)高,目視(shi)前(qian)方(fang);

(3) 雙(shuang)臂(bei)打開至兩側,與(yu)肩同高,立(li)掌(zhang)(zhang),目視(shi)(shi)(shi)左(zuo)掌(zhang)(zhang);兩臂(bei)伸直,兩掌(zhang)(zhang)向(xiang)外旋轉180度,至掌(zhang)(zhang)心向(xiang)上(shang)、虎口朝(chao)外,轉頭目視(shi)(shi)(shi)右(you)掌(zhang)(zhang)方(fang)向(xiang);反掌(zhang)(zhang)使(shi)掌(zhang)(zhang)心朝(chao)下、虎口朝(chao)內(nei),同時(shi)迅速握(wo)拳由(you)掌(zhang)(zhang)變(bian)拳,目視(shi)(shi)(shi)左(zuo)拳方(fang)向(xiang);雙(shuang)拳迅速收在腰間,拳心朝(chao)上(shang),下頜微(wei)收,目視(shi)(shi)(shi)左(zuo)側

2.撐補勢

(1)兩(liang)腳(jiao)并立,成立正姿(zi)勢,左(zuo)拳(quan)(quan)由腰(yao)間向前(qian)提起與眼睛同高,左(zuo)小臂(bei)(bei)與大臂(bei)(bei)成九(jiu)十度, 拳(quan)(quan)心(xin)超內,目視拳(quan)(quan)心(xin),同時(shi)提左(zuo)膝繃平腳(jiao)尖

(2)仆步(bu)左(zuo)撐捶(chui)右(you)(you)沖拳——接上勢,落(luo)腳成(cheng)左(zuo)仆步(bu),打開左(zuo)拳、拳心朝上,左(zuo)拳緊貼大腿內側,目視(shi)左(zuo)拳,左(zuo)拳貼緊腿內側向前(qian)(qian)探至(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)拳出左(zuo)腳面,抬頭目視(shi)前(qian)(qian)方(圖10),重(zhong)心前(qian)(qian)移至(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)左(zuo)腿,左(zuo)拳繼(ji)續前(qian)(qian)撐小臂(bei)向外滾動成(cheng)弓步(bu)上架,右(you)(you)拳由腰間向前(qian)(qian)沖,沖拳過程中右(you)(you)臂(bei)旋轉至(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)右(you)(you)拳拳眼朝上。

4.群攔勢

(1) 左掌變勾手向斜(xie)后方掛,左臂(bei)伸直(zhi),勾尖朝上(shang),身體向右后方旋轉(zhuan)九十度,同時右臂(bei)向后用掌被打出、掌心(xin)朝內(nei)、虎口朝上(shang),掌尖與頭同高,重心(xin)移至右腿(tui)、左腿(tui)伸直(zhi),成右弓步,目視右掌

(2) 身體向左后方旋轉九十度,同時右臂由后向上在頭頂亮掌,右臂微曲成弧形,掌心朝上,指尖朝左,亮右掌的同時迅速擺頭,目視左側,左臂伸直、右手勾手不變,勾尖盡量與肩同高,左腳回收、腳尖點于右腳心內側,左腿緊貼右腿內側,曲左膝,下蹲,使左肩與左膝相合,收臀挺胸,目視左方

5.卻地龍

(1) 挎腿按掌(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)——左(zuo)掌(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)變拳收于腰(yao)(yao)(yao)間,重心(xin)前(qian)移,左(zuo)腿伸直站(zhan)立右(you)腿踢膝(xi),立于左(zuo)胸(xiong)胸(xiong)前(qian)的右(you)掌(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)由(you)上向下(xia)從右(you)腿外側(ce)挎過,同(tong)時迅速轉頭目(mu)視(shi)右(you)側(ce),右(you)掌(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)挎過不停收于右(you)側(ce)腰(yao)(yao)(yao)際,左(zuo)拳變掌(zhang)(zhang)(zhang),由(you)腰(yao)(yao)(yao)間向右(you)方下(xia)按,左(zuo)掌(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)與(yu)肩(jian)同(tong)高(gao),目(mu)視(shi)左(zuo)掌(zhang)(zhang)(zhang);

(2) 插掌(zhang)穿(chuan)喉——接(jie)上勢,右掌(zhang)由腰(yao)間斜向上插出,與(yu)眼睛(jing)同高,弓步不變

(3) 仆(pu)步(bu)穿掌——右掌變勾手,迅速擺頭目(mu)視左方,弓步(bu)變左仆(pu)步(bu),右手勾尖(jian)朝

上,左(zuo)掌由(you)右(you)胸前打開,左(zuo)掌和(he)左(zuo)臂緊貼(tie)大腿內側,前伸出(chu)腳(jiao)面,目視左(zuo)方(fang)

6.吊手單片

接(jie)上(shang)勢不停,左(zuo)(zuo)掌(zhang)向(xiang)前(qian)撐起(qi),重心前(qian)移上(shang)體直起(qi)成(cheng)左(zuo)(zuo)弓步,右掌(zhang)自(zi)下而上(shang),由(you)后(hou)向(xiang)前(qian)掄(lun)起(qi),與前(qian)撐左(zuo)(zuo)掌(zhang)交掌(zhang)擊響于(yu)頭(tou)頂上(shang)方(fang),接(jie)著左(zuo)(zuo)掌(zhang)變拳(quan)收于(yu)腰間(jian),右掌(zhang)由(you)頭(tou)頂向(xiang)右耳側曲(qu)肘(zhou)回格,同時側身調肩使右肩在前(qian)左(zuo)(zuo)肩在后(hou),調肩時左(zuo)(zuo)腳(jiao)腳(jiao)尖向(xiang)外擰轉90度、成(cheng)交叉步,然(ran)后(hou)迅速起(qi)右腿(tui)繃平腳(jiao)面向(xiang)上(shang)正(zheng)踢,右掌(zhang)由(you)耳側向(xiang)前(qian)擊打右腳(jiao)面于(yu)體前(qian),目視前(qian)方(fang)。

7.抹手貼金

(1) 抹(mo)(mo)手——接上勢,右(you)(you)腳(jiao)向前(qian)(qian)落,右(you)(you)臂(bei)伸直,右(you)(you)掌(zhang)(zhang)由上向下(xia)劈(pi) 同時(shi)左(zuo)拳變(bian)掌(zhang)(zhang)由腰間斜向下(xia)劈(pi)出,上左(zuo)步成(cheng)弓步,雙(shuang)手交于體前(qian)(qian),兩臂(bei)伸直,與眼同高(gao)目視劈(pi)掌(zhang)(zhang)方向,雙(shuang)手前(qian)(qian)抹(mo)(mo),右(you)(you)手先下(xia)自然(ran)擊打(da)右(you)(you)腿面,左(zuo)掌(zhang)(zhang)前(qian)(qian)探后下(xia)自然(ran)擊打(da)左(zuo)腿面,目視前(qian)(qian)向;

(2) 貼金——接抹(mo)手,右(you)(you)掌(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)迅(xun)速從腰間推出,掌(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)尖(jian)朝(chao)上(shang),目視前方,同時左手立掌(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)護于右(you)(you)肘下(xia)方,左掌(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)貼于右(you)(you)臂外側。

8.卸手抱頭

左掌(zhang)順右(you)(you)(you)臂向前(qian)卸手于(yu)左耳側(ce),右(you)(you)(you)手回抽(chou)握拳(quan)右(you)(you)(you)拳(quan)由內向外輪拳(quan)向左側(ce)擊(ji)打(da)左掌(zhang)于(yu)左耳側(ce),左手立掌(zhang)垂肘(zhou),同時并(bing)右(you)(you)(you)步并(bing)迅(xun)速(su)轉頭目視右(you)(you)(you)側(ce)。

9.連五捶

開右步(bu)(bu)(bu),右腳(jiao)(jiao)向(xiang)前邁半步(bu)(bu)(bu),腳(jiao)(jiao)尖點地成右虛步(bu)(bu)(bu),同(tong)時(shi)右拳(quan)(quan)(quan)由(you)左(zuo)耳側向(xiang)下(xia)(xia)掄砸,左(zuo)掌變拳(quan)(quan)(quan)收于腰間(jian),動作不(bu)停,重心前移至右腳(jiao)(jiao),左(zuo)腿提膝、左(zuo)腳(jiao)(jiao)跨于右腿裹(guo)窩處,左(zuo)拳(quan)(quan)(quan)同(tong)時(shi)由(you)腰間(jian)提起由(you)上(shang)(shang)向(xiang)下(xia)(xia)、向(xiang)前掄砸(斬)、左(zuo)拳(quan)(quan)(quan)下(xia)(xia)砸(斬)至與(yu)胯同(tong)高時(shi),制動并由(you)下(xia)(xia)向(xiang)上(shang)(shang)挑左(zuo)拳(quan)(quan)(quan),左(zuo)臂伸(shen)直(zhi),拳(quan)(quan)(quan)心朝(chao)上(shang)(shang),同(tong)時(shi)左(zuo)腳(jiao)(jiao)前落成左(zuo)弓(gong)步(bu)(bu)(bu),左(zuo)拳(quan)(quan)(quan)回抽同(tong)時(shi)右拳(quan)(quan)(quan)由(you)腰間(jian)從左(zuo)臂下(xia)(xia)沖出,拳(quan)(quan)(quan)眼朝(chao)上(shang)(shang),拳(quan)(quan)(quan)面(mian)與(yu)肩同(tong)高,左(zuo)弓(gong)步(bu)(bu)(bu)不(bu)變,右臂回抽向(xiang)上(shang)(shang)架于頭頂,回抽時(shi)旋轉右臂,也叫滾架,上(shang)(shang)架的同(tong)時(shi)左(zuo)拳(quan)(quan)(quan)由(you)腰間(jian)沖出,拳(quan)(quan)(quan)眼朝(chao)上(shang)(shang),左(zuo)弓(gong)步(bu)(bu)(bu)變為馬步(bu)(bu)(bu)。

10.攔斬揭膀

(1)攔斬(zhan)——右拳(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)收于(yu)腰際,左(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)腳收回(hui)半步(bu)(bu)、右腿(tui)站直,左(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)拳(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)回(hui)收變掌(zhang)(zhang)收于(yu)左(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)胯處(chu)(chu),動作(zuo)不停,左(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)腳向前邁一步(bu)(bu)成左(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)弓步(bu)(bu),同(tong)時(shi)左(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)臂(bei)提起、左(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)掌(zhang)(zhang)向前下(xia)按,用掌(zhang)(zhang)外(wai)緣由上向下(xia)攔,步(bu)(bu)形(xing)不變,右拳(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)由腰間提起胳膊肘上提使拳(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)貼于(yu)耳側,同(tong)時(shi)伸大(da)臂(bei)、展(zhan)小(xiao)臂(bei)、拳(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)外(wai)翻,用拳(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)背由上向下(xia)掄砸至襠部(bu)時(shi)用左(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)掌(zhang)(zhang)與(yu)右小(xiao)臂(bei)交錯,這為“斬(zhan)”,左(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)掌(zhang)(zhang)立于(yu)右胸前,右拳(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)斬(zhan)于(yu)小(xiao)腹前,拳(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)眼朝外(wai)目視前方,右臂(bei)下(xia)斬(zhan)的同(tong)時(shi),曲(qu)左(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)腿(tui),提右膝使右腳貼于(yu)左(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)腿(tui)裹窩(wo)處(chu)(chu)。

(2)揭(jie)膀(bang)(bang)——接上(shang)(shang)勢(shi),曲右腿(tui)成提膝狀,向(xiang)前(qian)落右腳成右弓步,同時兩臂伸直右掌(zhang)掌(zhang)心(xin)超內、虎口朝上(shang)(shang),左(zuo)掌(zhang)掌(zhang)心(xin)朝外、虎口向(xiang)下(xia),右臂向(xiang)前(qian)、左(zuo)臂向(xiang)后(hou),兩臂由下(xia)向(xiang)上(shang)(shang)揭(jie)起,揭(jie)起要自然、兩膀(bang)(bang)放松;

11.抹手捅拳

(1)抹手——接上勢,順兩臂下落,上左步成左弓步,右臂下落至面部時,左掌掌尖朝前,由腰間前從右手上插穿,右手向下抹,右手下落自然擊打右腿面,左手向前拓同時下抹自然擊打左腿面;

(2)上步(bu)捅捶——上右(you)(you)步(bu)成(cheng)弓步(bu),同時右(you)(you)掌變拳(quan)向前(qian)捅捶,拳(quan)眼朝(chao)上,拳(quan)與肩同高,左(zuo)手立掌護于右(you)(you)大(da)臂內側,目視(shi)前(qian)方。

12.打虎勢

右(you)(you)腳向回收半步震腳,起(qi)左(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)腳微提(ti)膝、左(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)腳提(ti)于右(you)(you)腿腿彎處,兩(liang)(liang)手握拳(quan)(quan)(quan)、拳(quan)(quan)(quan)心超內拳(quan)(quan)(quan)眼朝(chao)上、兩(liang)(liang)臂打開、右(you)(you)臂伸直,右(you)(you)臂微曲、左(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)拳(quan)(quan)(quan)與(yu)頭(tou)同(tong)(tong)高(gao)(gao),右(you)(you)拳(quan)(quan)(quan)與(yu)跨同(tong)(tong)高(gao)(gao),目(mu)視右(you)(you)拳(quan)(quan)(quan)(圖44),左(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)腳向前(qian)落成左(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)弓步左(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)掌變拳(quan)(quan)(quan),拳(quan)(quan)(quan)面朝(chao)下栽(zai)于左(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)膝蓋上、左(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)肘頂起(qi)、左(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)肩頂緊,右(you)(you)拳(quan)(quan)(quan)由后向上從頭(tou)頂打出、拳(quan)(quan)(quan)面朝(chao)前(qian),目(mu)視前(qian)方。

13.獅子抖毛

右臂(bei)(bei)打開向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)后輪,拳(quan)眼朝(chao)上(shang),左臂(bei)(bei)打開向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)上(shang)輪,同(tong)時重(zhong)心移至(zhi)右腿成右弓步(bu)(bu),目視右拳(quan)方向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(圖46),接上(shang)面的動作不停,左臂(bei)(bei)繼續由后向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)前(qian)(qian)、由上(shang)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)下(xia)輪,右臂(bei)(bei)由前(qian)(qian)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)后、自下(xia)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)上(shang)輪,輪至(zhi)兩(liang)臂(bei)(bei)打開與肩同(tong)高,步(bu)(bu)行不變,目視左拳(quan)(圖47),接上(shang)動不停,大(da)臂(bei)(bei)不動,小臂(bei)(bei)同(tong)時向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)內栽(zai),雙拳(quan)拳(quan)面抵(di)于膝蓋上(shang),拳(quan)心朝(chao)外,步(bu)(bu)行由右弓步(bu)(bu)迅速變為(wei)左半馬步(bu)(bu),抬頭挺(ting)胸,目視左方。

收勢

(1)接上式,上體直立,并左腳成立正姿勢,同時雙拳回收收于腰間,拳心朝上,目視前方;
(2)雙拳變為掌自然放下,身體放松,目視前方

陜西習練(lian)(lian)紅(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)拳(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)的(de)(de)師(shi)傅大部分都(dou)會(hui)推(tui)手,只是不(bu)推(tui)上下步而已。跑拳(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)搭手相(xiang)(xiang)互練(lian)(lian)習時,要(yao)求初學者從步法開始,紅(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)拳(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)宗(zong)師(shi)師(shi)寶龍(long)牶經說(shuo)的(de)(de)好“一(yi)要(yao)功(gong)夫,二要(yao)拳(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan),三(san)要(yao)足(zu)手緊(jin)相(xiang)(xiang)連,拳(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)到(dao)腳不(bu)挪,必(bi)定打不(bu)著,”這(zhe)里說(shuo)的(de)(de)功(gong)夫是1:套路(lu)習練(lian)(lian)的(de)(de)身法靈活,2:內場硬功(gong),3:力量,二要(yao)拳(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)中的(de)(de)“拳(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)”是熟(shu)練(lian)(lian)掌握(wo)技法,三(san)要(yao)足(zu)手緊(jin)相(xiang)(xiang)連是說(shuo)拳(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)腳并(bing)用,如習練(lian)(lian)紅(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)拳(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)覺得不(bu)實戰(zhan),是因為(wei)沒有找到(dao)好師(shi)傅,紅(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)拳(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)老(lao)師(shi)分為(wei)“嘴(zui)把式”“練(lian)(lian)把式”和“打把式”有些(xie)紅(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)拳(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)老(lao)師(shi)一(yi)輩子(zi)也(ye)沒和別人交過(guo)手,但記得套路(lu)很(hen)多,這(zhe)些(xie)人教人只是為(wei)了鍛煉身體(ti),并(bing)把紅(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)拳(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)套路(lu)作為(wei)一(yi)種(zhong)藝術,因紅(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)拳(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)套路(lu)也(ye)是文(wen)化遺(yi)產(chan)的(de)(de)重要(yao)組成部分,他們在傳承紅(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)拳(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)體(ti)系中功(gong)不(bu)可沒。

紅(hong)(hong)拳(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)在(zai)明代被愛國(guo)(guo)(guo)將領(ling)戚繼光(guang)作為訓練士兵的(de)(de)(de)(de)必須科(ke)目(mu)(mu),目(mu)(mu)前大(da)家看到的(de)(de)(de)(de)只是(shi)(shi)外(wai)場表演(yan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)紅(hong)(hong)拳(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)套(tao)路,央(yang)視武(wu)林大(da)會上紅(hong)(hong)拳(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)只是(shi)(shi)展示了(le)(le)簡單(dan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)技法,由于規(gui)則的(de)(de)(de)(de)限制很多招(zhao)法無法使用,36年楊(yang)虎成接南京國(guo)(guo)(guo)術(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)要求才(cai)在(zai)當(dang)年推薦楊(yang)瑞(rui)軒組建陜(shan)(shan)(shan)西國(guo)(guo)(guo)術(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)【(楊(yang)瑞(rui)軒:1871--1957)陜(shan)(shan)(shan)西富平縣人(ren),著名紅(hong)(hong)拳(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)拳(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)師。楊(yang)瑞(rui)軒青(qing)年時(shi)期,曾拜陜(shan)(shan)(shan)西三原鷂子(zi)高(gao)三的(de)(de)(de)(de)高(gao)徒耀縣安(an)老三(安(an)伯龍)姜老五(姜寶)習練高(gao)派新意紅(hong)(hong)拳(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)。楊(yang)體魁力巨,單(dan)手(shou)善使大(da)鐵刀,曾在(zai)國(guo)(guo)(guo)民革命軍第(di)二司令胡景翼部任營長旅長等(deng)職】。在(zai)成立了(le)(le)陜(shan)(shan)(shan)西國(guo)(guo)(guo)術(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)后是(shi)(shi)以(yi)紅(hong)(hong)拳(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)為主(zhu)要教學內容,請(qing)的(de)(de)(de)(de)紅(hong)(hong)拳(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)教練有楊(yang)杰、張鳴歧、姚德元、張漢鼎等(deng),37年全(quan)面抗戰開(kai)始,南京國(guo)(guo)(guo)術(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)也(ye)就基本停止了(le)(le)活動。所以(yi)紅(hong)(hong)拳(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)未受(shou)當(dang)時(shi)南京國(guo)(guo)(guo)術(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)為一統中國(guo)(guo)(guo)武(wu)術(shu)(shu)(shu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)影(ying)響,陜(shan)(shan)(shan)西紅(hong)(hong)拳(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)傳承人(ren)為了(le)(le)固守自己的(de)(de)(de)(de)紅(hong)(hong)拳(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)文化(hua)精髓,以(yi)陜(shan)(shan)(shan)西人(ren)固有的(de)(de)(de)(de)執著守護的(de)(de)(de)(de)這塊園地。
