適合(he)(he)初(chu)學(xue)者長拳(quan)動(dong)作(zuo)(zuo)組合(he)(he)精練,能發展力量、增強協調能力。武術動(dong)作(zuo)(zuo)組合(he)(he)精練是(shi)對最(zui)常用的武術基本動(dong)作(zuo)(zuo)進(jin)行(xing)精選(xuan)、科學(xue)編排而(er)成。它是(shi)由(you)幾個武術動(dong)作(zuo)(zuo)串(chuan)在一起(qi),結合(he)(he)手、眼、身法、步(bu)進(jin)行(xing)練習的一種基本技術。所選(xuan)動(dong)作(zuo)(zuo)組合(he)(he),堅持(chi)了由(you)淺入深(shen)、由(you)簡到繁的原則。一般以三至五個動(dong)作(zuo)(zuo)為(wei)宜。通過組合(he)(he)練習,可(ke)以增進(jin)身體的協調能力,掌握動(dong)作(zuo)(zuo)與(yu)動(dong)作(zuo)(zuo)之間的銜(xian)接要領,是(shi)學(xue)習套路的初(chu)步(bu)功夫,也是(shi)提高難(nan)度、提高動(dong)作(zuo)(zuo)質量的有效(xiao)手段
1.弓步(bu)與(yu)馬步(bu)的組合練(lian)習
【動作順序】
弓步(bu)推掌-拗(ao)弓步(bu)沖拳(quan)-馬步(bu)沖拳(quan)-并步(bu)抱拳(quan)
【練習方法】
(1)預備姿勢:并步抱拳
(2)弓步推掌
左(zuo)(zuo)腳向(xiang)(xiang)左(zuo)(zuo)邁出一(yi)步成左(zuo)(zuo)弓步,同(tong)時左(zuo)(zuo)拳變(bian)掌(zhang)從腰間(jian)向(xiang)(xiang)前推出成立掌(zhang),手指向(xiang)(xiang)上。眼看左(zuo)(zuo)手(圖(tu)2)。
(3)拗弓步沖拳
弓(gong)步不動(dong),右拳由腰間(jian)向前沖出成平拳,同時左掌收回腰間(jian)抱拳。兩眼平視(圖3)
(4)馬步沖拳
上(shang)體向右(you)轉體90度成馬步,右(you)拳(quan)收至腰間,同時左拳(quan)由腰間向左沖出成平(ping)拳(quan)。兩眼向左平(ping)視(圖(tu)4)。
(5)并步抱拳
左(zuo)腳收回,兩腳靠攏,同時(shi)左(zuo)拳收回腰間成并步抱拳(圖5)。
右勢(shi)動作(zuo)相(xiang)同,方向(xiang)相(xiang)反(fan)。
【練習要求】
弓步換馬(ma)步時(shi),以左腳(jiao)(jiao)跟和右腳(jiao)(jiao)掌為軸,迅速(su)轉動(dong)成馬(ma)步。重心移動(dong)時(shi),弓馬(ma)步姿勢不要(yao)有(you)起(qi)伏。推掌要(yao)順(shun)肩,沖(chong)拳要(yao)擰腰、順(shun)肩、沉髖。
【練習步驟】
先做推掌、沖拳(quan)(quan)練習。推掌要(yao)逐(zhu)漸(jian)(jian)達(da)到順(shun)肩,力(li)(li)量(liang)傳遞于掌根和小(xiao)指一側(ce)。沖拳(quan)(quan)要(yao)求做到順(shun)肩、擰腰(yao),逐(zhu)漸(jian)(jian)使力(li)(li)量(liang)達(da)于拳(quan)(quan)端。再(zai)結合步(bu)形做弓(gong)(gong)步(bu)推掌、拗弓(gong)(gong)步(bu)沖拳(quan)(quan)、馬步(bu)沖拳(quan)(quan)。左右勢可反復交換練習,逐(zhu)漸(jian)(jian)增(zeng)加數量(liang),以提高腿部(bu)力(li)(li)量(liang)與上肢動作的協調性。
【易犯錯誤】
弓步(bu)拔根,馬步(bu)腳(jiao)尖外撇(pie)、凸腰。
【糾正方法】
弓步,后(hou)腳(jiao)腳(jiao)尖(jian)內扣,挺(ting)膝(xi);馬(ma)步腳(jiao)尖(jian)向前(qian),扣膝(xi),挺(ting)胸(xiong)、塌腰。
2.仆(pu)步(bu)與虛步(bu)的(de)組合練(lian)習
【動作順序】
提膝穿(chuan)掌(zhang)-仆步(bu)穿(chuan)掌(zhang)-虛步(bu)挑掌(zhang)
【練習方法】
(1)預備姿勢:并步抱拳(quan)。
(2)提膝穿掌
左拳變掌(zhang)經下(xia)向(xiang)(xiang)上(shang)、向(xiang)(xiang)右(you)(you)按掌(zhang),隨即左腿屈膝提(ti)起;接著右(you)(you)拳變掌(zhang)由左手(shou)背上(shang)向(xiang)(xiang)斜(xie)上(shang)方穿出(chu),手(shou)心向(xiang)(xiang)上(shang),左手(shou)順勢收于右(you)(you)腋下(xia),上(shang)體(ti)微右(you)(you)轉。目視右(you)(you)掌(zhang)(圖7)。
(3)仆步穿掌
右(you)腿(tui)屈(qu)膝下(xia)蹲,左(zuo)(zuo)腳迅速乎伸成左(zuo)(zuo)仆步,同(tong)時左(zuo)(zuo)手(shou)(shou)(shou)經胸前(qian)向下(xia)沿左(zuo)(zuo)腿(tui)內側(ce)穿掌至腳面,右(you)手(shou)(shou)(shou)成側(ce)立(li)掌,手(shou)(shou)(shou)指(zhi)向上。眼看左(zuo)(zuo)手(shou)(shou)(shou)(圖8)。
(4)虛步挑掌
右腳前(qian)上(shang)一步(bu)成右虛步(bu),同(tong)時右手(shou)向下畫弧上(shang)挑,掌指與肩(jian)平(ping),左手(shou)經(jing)上(shang)向后(hou)畫弧成正(zheng)勾手(shou),微高于(yu)肩(jian)。兩(liang)眼(yan)平(ping)視(圖9)。
繼續練(lian)習,動作相(xiang)同(tong),方(fang)向(xiang)相(xiang)反。
(5)收勢
兩腳并(bing)攏,兩手抱拳(quan)。
【練習要求】
左提膝與(yu)右穿掌要(yao)(yao)同時(shi)完成。仆(pu)步(bu)要(yao)(yao)擰腰、轉頭。穿掌動作要(yao)(yao)協調一致。上步(bu)變虛(xu)(xu)步(bu)時(shi),重心要(yao)(yao)落于后腿,前腳尖虛(xu)(xu)點(dian)地面。
【練習步驟】
先(xian)做提(ti)膝(xi)、仆步(bu)、虛步(bu),可做分(fen)解(jie)動作練習,并可左右交(jiao)換(huan)。再做仆步(bu)結(jie)合(he)穿掌(zhang)練習,左右交(jiao)換(huan)。然后(hou)做提(ti)膝(xi)與穿掌(zhang)結(jie)合(he)起來練習。練習時(shi),手扶(fu)支撐(cheng)物(wu),屈(qu)膝(xi)控腿,接(jie)著下(xia)蹲(dun),用腳尖點地,重心(xin)落于下(xia)蹲(dun)腿,反(fan)復練習,以增(zeng)加腿部力量。
【易犯錯誤】
提膝不(bu)過腰(yao),掌穿得慢,仆步翻臀,穿掌步不(bu)協調,虛步實步不(bu)明確,身體前傾。
【糾正方法】
提膝(xi):一(yi)腿(tui)支(zhi)撐,一(yi)腿(tui)屈膝(xi),一(yi)手抱膝(xi),—手抱腳做抱腿(tui),再配(pei)合穿掌練(lian)習(xi)。
仆(pu)步(bu):一(yi)腿全蹲,一(yi)腿伸直,兩手(shou)抱著兩腳(jiao)腳(jiao)腕左右交換(huan)做壓腿和穿(chuan)掌的配合(he)練習。
虛步:一腿(tui)(tui)提膝(xi)(xi)過腰,一手抉支撐物做(zuo)半(ban)蹲(dun)(dun),大腿(tui)(tui)蹲(dun)(dun)下(xia),提膝(xi)(xi)腿(tui)(tui)的(de)腳(jiao)尖點地,重心(xin)落于半(ban)蹲(dun)(dun)腿(tui)(tui),反復(fu)做(zuo)提膝(xi)(xi)下(xia)蹲(dun)(dun)練習。
3.歇步與馬(ma)步的組合練習
【動作順序】
歇步(bu)(bu)亮(liang)掌(zhang)-轉身掄臂正踢-馬(ma)步(bu)(bu)盤(pan)肘(zhou)-歇步(bu)(bu)下沖拳
【練習方法】
(1)預備姿勢(shi):并步(bu)抱拳
(2)歇步亮掌
左腳橫跨一步,同時右(you)拳變(bian)掌向右(you)側畫弧上舉,手(shou)心向上。目視右(you)手(shou)。
右(you)腳后(hou)插一步成歇步,同時左(zuo)拳變(bian)掌由下向(xiang)(xiang)上(shang)(shang)從右(you)臂(bei)內(nei)穿(chuan)出(chu)并(bing)向(xiang)(xiang)左(zuo)、向(xiang)(xiang)后(hou)畫(hua)弧成反(fan)勾手,右(you)臂(bei)向(xiang)(xiang)左(zuo)、向(xiang)(xiang)下、向(xiang)(xiang)右(you)畫(hua)弧至右(you)側上(shang)(shang)方亮掌。眼向(xiang)(xiang)左(zuo)看。
(3)轉身掄臂正踢
身(shen)體起立并右轉(zhuan)90度,右臂成側上舉(ju),同時左勾手(shou)變(bian)掌側下舉(ju)。
身體后轉180度,同時右(you)(you)臂向后、向下畫弧一(yi)周至(zhi)頭部(bu)右(you)(you)上方(fang)亮掌,左(zuo)手(shou)向前、向上、向下畫弧一(yi)周成反(fan)勾(gou)手(shou),隨(sui)即(ji)左(zuo)腳向前正踢(ti)腿。目視前方(fang)。
(4)馬步盤肘
左腳落地向(xiang)(xiang)右轉體90度成馬(ma)步,右掌抱拳(quan)收回腰間,左勾(gou)手變拳(quan)由外向(xiang)(xiang)里平胸(xiong)盤(pan)肘,拳(quan)心(xin)向(xiang)(xiang)下。兩(liang)眼向(xiang)(xiang)前平視。
(5)歇步下沖拳
左腳外(wai)撇,身(shen)體(ti)左轉(zhuan)90度,右腳緊跟成歇步,右拳(quan)向(xiang)前(qian)下(xia)沖拳(quan)成平(ping)拳(quan),同(tong)時左拳(quan)收(shou)回腰間成抱拳(quan)。目視前(qian)下(xia)方。
繼續(xu)練(lian)習,動作相(xiang)同,方向相(xiang)反。
(6)收勢
右腳(jiao)上步向左腳(jiao)靠(kao)攏(long),并步抱拳。
【練習要求】
做歇步(bu)(bu)時,兩腿(tui)靠(kao)攏,后膝緊貼(tie)前小腿(tui)外側(ce)(ce)。掄臂轉(zhuan)身要(yao)(yao)以腳掌為軸,腰為主,動(dong)作(zuo)要(yao)(yao)快(kuai)。踢腿(tui)支撐要(yao)(yao)穩,要(yao)(yao)挺胸、收腹。正踢變(bian)馬步(bu)(bu)時,要(yao)(yao)以腳掌為軸,膝蓋微內(nei)扣,挺胸、立腰。轉(zhuan)歇步(bu)(bu)下蹲時,后膝蓋必須(xu)緊貼(tie)前小腿(tui)后側(ce)(ce)。起伏轉(zhuan)折,要(yao)(yao)求(qiu)協調一致。
【練習步驟
先(xian)按糾正(zheng)方(fang)法做分解練(lian)(lian)習。做歇步亮掌(zhang)的插步下(xia)蹲(dun)時(shi),擰腰、亮掌(zhang)、轉頭的動(dong)作要(yao)(yao)求同(tong)時(shi)完(wan)成。練(lian)(lian)習掄臂(bei)時(shi)要(yao)(yao)多(duo)做單、雙臂(bei)繞環動(dong)作。練(lian)(lian)習正(zheng)踢腿(tui)時(shi),支撐腿(tui)微(wei)屈(qu)站(zhan)穩,擺(bai)動(dong)腿(tui)猛(meng)向上踢起(qi),要(yao)(yao)注(zhu)意(yi)勾(gou)腳尖、挺胸(xiong)、收(shou)腹。再結合組合練(lian)(lian)習。要(yao)(yao)求上下(xia)肢動(dong)作協調。
【易犯錯誤】
歇(xie)步(bu):后膝(xi)蓋頂住(zhu)前膝(xi)窩(wo)、坐不(bu)穩。正踢(ti):支撐搖擺不(bu)穩,凸背彎腿。掄臂:聳肩彎臂。馬步(bu):凸背,腳尖(jian)外撇,膝(xi)外展。
【糾正方法】
歇步(bu):兩腿(tui)靠攏,后膝(xi)貼緊前(qian)小(xiao)腿(tui)外側,擰腰坐穩。掄(lun)臂:臂垂(chui)直,松肩,動(dong)時(shi)臂要(yao)緊貼身(shen)體。正踢:腳尖要(yao)上勾。挺膝(xi)上擺(bai)時(shi),挺胸、收勢
長拳練習要領(ling)及注意事(shi)項
在(zai)套路演練過程中,應(ying)該注意如下幾(ji)個方面:
(一(yi))精神(shen)飽滿:俗語(yu)說“眼(yan)是心之苗”,在(zai)動作過程中,;眼(yan)要隨著手、腳的(de)運行轉(zhuan)視,通過自然的(de)面部(bu)表情和敏(min)銳(rui)的(de)目(mu)光,將內在(zai)的(de)機敏(min)神(shen)態表達出來。同時(shi)要有“敵(di)情觀(guan)念”,用打拳踢腿來戰(zhan)勝對方的(de)意念指導(dao)身(shen)體(ti)各部(bu)位的(de)動作,這樣就能使目(mu)光與肢體(ti)動作猶如用一(yi)條無形的(de)線貫穿起來一(yi)樣,有的(de)放矢地完成各種動作。
(二)節奏鮮明:套路的(de)(de)節奏應該(gai)起伏鮮明,抑揚頓挫。不(bu)能(neng)用一個速度疲疲沓沓地貫穿套路始終。不(bu)僅整(zheng)套動(dong)作(zuo)是這樣,在每(mei)個分(fen)段、組合直至每(mei)個動(dong)作(zuo)的(de)(de)節奏處理上(shang),也應該(gai)體現快慢(man)相間、動(dong)靜結(jie)合的(de)(de)原則。但無(wu)論動(dong)作(zuo)的(de)(de)速度快慢(man),每(mei)招每(mei)勢(shi)都必須交代(dai)清楚,要做(zuo)到“快而不(bu)亂(luan),緩(huan)而不(bu)懈。”

除了(le)要注意使姿勢舒展(zhan),挺拔、穩健,扎實(shi)以外,還(huan)要做到動(dong)(dong)作協調(diao)。只(zhi)有放(fang)松(song)全身的關(guan)節和肌肉,才能克(ke)服動(dong)(dong)作中(zhong)的僵勁和拙力,使得動(dong)(dong)作靈(ling)活、協調(diao)。
