中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)醫養生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)學是(shi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)華民(min)族優秀文化的(de)一個重(zhong)要(yao)組成部分(fen),它歷(li)史(shi)悠久,源遠流(liu)長(chang)(chang)。在(zai)漫長(chang)(chang)的(de)歷(li)史(shi)過程中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國人民(min)非常重(zhong)視養生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)益壽,并在(zai)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)活(huo)實(shi)踐中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)積累了豐富的(de)經驗,創立了既(ji)有系統理論(lun)、多種(zhong)(zhong)流(liu)派、多種(zhong)(zhong)方(fang)法,又有民(min)族特色(se)的(de)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)醫養生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)學,為中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國人民(min)的(de)保健事業和中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)華民(min)放的(de)繁(fan)衍昌(chang)盛作(zuo)出了杰出的(de)貢獻。

第一節 中醫養生學的概念

養生就是根(gen)據(ju)生命發展(zhan)的(de)規(gui)律,采取能夠保養身體,減少疾病(bing),增進健康,延年(nian)益壽的(de)手段,所進行的(de)保健活動。

養生(又稱攝生、道生)一詞最早見于《莊子》內篇(pian)。所謂生(sheng),就(jiu)是生(sheng)命、生(sheng)存、生(sheng)長(chang)之意(yi);所謂養(yang),即(ji)保(bao)養(yang)、調養(yang)、培養(yang)、補(bu)養(yang)、護(hu)養(yang)之意(yi)。養(yang)生(sheng)是通過養(yang)精神、調飲食、練(lian)形體、慎房事、適寒溫(wen)等各(ge)種(zhong)方法去(qu)實現的(de),是一種(zhong)綜合性的(de)強(qiang)身益壽活動。

中醫養生學是在(zai)中醫理論的(de)指導下,探(tan)索(suo)和(he)(he)研究中國(guo)傳統的(de)頤(yi)養身心,增強體質,預防疾(ji)病(bing),延年益壽的(de)理論和(he)(he)方(fang)法,并用(yong)這種理論和(he)(he)方(fang)法指導人(ren)們保健活(huo)動的(de)實(shi)用(yong)科(ke)學。

自古(gu)以(yi)來,人們(men)把養(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)的(de)理論和(he)方法叫(jiao)做“養(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)之(zhi)(zhi)道(dao)(dao)”。例(li)如《素問·上(shang)古(gu)天真論》說(shuo):“上(shang)古(gu)之(zhi)(zhi)人,其知道(dao)(dao)者,法于(yu)陰陽,和(he)于(yu)術數(shu),食飲有節,起居有常(chang),不妄(wang)作勞,故能(neng)形(xing)與神俱,而盡終其天年,度(du)百歲乃去(qu)”。此處的(de)“道(dao)(dao)”,就是養(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)之(zhi)(zhi)道(dao)(dao)。能(neng)否健康(kang)長(chang)壽(shou),不僅在(zai)于(yu)能(neng)否懂得(de)養(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)之(zhi)(zhi)道(dao)(dao),而更為重要(yao)的(de)是能(neng)否把養(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)之(zhi)(zhi)道(dao)(dao)貫徹應用到日常(chang)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)活中去(qu)。歷代養(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)家(jia)(jia)由于(yu)各自的(de)實踐和(he)體會不同,他們(men)的(de)養(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)之(zhi)(zhi)道(dao)(dao)在(zai)靜神、動形(xing)、固精、調(diao)氣、食養(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)及藥餌等(deng)方面(mian)各有側重,各有所長(chang)。從學術流派來看,又有道(dao)(dao)家(jia)(jia)養(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)、儒家(jia)(jia)養(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)、醫家(jia)(jia)養(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)、釋家(jia)(jia)養(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)和(he)武(wu)術家(jia)(jia)養(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)之(zhi)(zhi)分,他們(men)都從不同角(jiao)度(du)闡(chan)述(shu)了養(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)理論和(he)方法,豐富了養(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)學的(de)內(nei)容。

在中醫理論指導下,養(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)生學吸(xi)取各學派之(zhi)精華,提出了(le)一系列養(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)生原(yuan)則。加形神(shen)共養(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang),協(xie)調(diao)(diao)陰陽(yang)、順應自(zi)然(ran)、飲食(shi)(shi)調(diao)(diao)養(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)、謹(jin)慎起居、和(he)調(diao)(diao)臟腑、通暢(chang)經絡、節欲保精、益氣(qi)調(diao)(diao)息、動靜(jing)適宜等(deng)(deng)(deng)(deng)等(deng)(deng)(deng)(deng),使養(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)生活動有(you)(you)(you)章可循(xun)、有(you)(you)(you)法可依。例如,飲食(shi)(shi)養(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)生強調(diao)(diao)食(shi)(shi)養(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)、食(shi)(shi)節、食(shi)(shi)忌(ji)、食(shi)(shi)禁等(deng)(deng)(deng)(deng);藥(yao)物(wu)保健(jian)則注意藥(yao)養(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)、藥(yao)治、藥(yao)忌(ji)、藥(yao)禁等(deng)(deng)(deng)(deng);傳(chuan)統的運(yun)動養(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)生更是功(gong)(gong)(gong)種繁(fan)多,如動功(gong)(gong)(gong)有(you)(you)(you)太極拳、八段錦、易(yi)筋經、五離戲(xi)、保健(jian)功(gong)(gong)(gong)等(deng)(deng)(deng)(deng),靜(jing)功(gong)(gong)(gong)有(you)(you)(you)放松(song)功(gong)(gong)(gong)、內(nei)養(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)功(gong)(gong)(gong)、強壯功(gong)(gong)(gong)、意氣(qi)功(gong)(gong)(gong)、真(zhen)氣(qi)運(yun)行法等(deng)(deng)(deng)(deng);動靜(jing)結合功(gong)(gong)(gong)有(you)(you)(you)空勁(jing)功(gong)(gong)(gong)、形神(shen)樁等(deng)(deng)(deng)(deng),無(wu)論選(xuan)學那種功(gong)(gong)(gong)法,只要(yao)練功(gong)(gong)(gong)得法,持之(zhi)以恒,都可收到(dao)健(jian)身防(fang)病(bing)、益壽延年之(zhi)效。針灸、按摩、推(tui)拿、拔火罐等(deng)(deng)(deng)(deng),亦都方便易(yi)行,效果顯著。諸如此(ci)類(lei)(lei)的方法不僅深受中國人(ren)民喜愛(ai),而(er)且遠(yuan)傳(chuan)世界各地,為全人(ren)類(lei)(lei)的保健(jian)事業作出了(le)應有(you)(you)(you)的貢獻。

作者簡介:

王(wang)玉川教授(shou)(1923—)男,漢族(zu),1923年9月出(chu)生(sheng),北(bei)京中(zhong)醫(yi)藥大學主任醫(yi)師、教授(shou),1943年3月起從事中(zhong)醫(yi)臨床(chuang)工(gong)作,為“首(shou)都國醫(yi)名(ming)師”。2009年,成為新中(zhong)國成立以來首(shou)屆國醫(yi)大師。

上海奉賢縣人。著名中醫學家,《內經》和中醫基礎理論專家。是中醫界最早研究《內經》理論體系、學術內涵的中醫學家。享受政府特殊津貼。曾任第五、六、七、八屆全國政協委員。歷任原北京中醫學院副院長,院學術委員會主任,院高級專業技術職務審評委員會主任。現任北京中醫藥大學顧問。兼任北京市高等教育自學考試委員會委員,北京市高等學校教師職務評審委員會委員兼中醫學科組組長,中國中西醫結合學會名譽理事。多年從事中醫基礎理論與《內經》研究,主要研究領域為陰陽學說的演變、氣血循環理論、五行學說、運氣學說以及河圖洛書等方面的研究。主編有《黃帝內(nei)經素問譯(yi)釋》、《內(nei)經講義(yi)》、《中醫(yi)養(yang)生(sheng)學(xue)》等專著,發表(biao)學(xue)術論文30余篇。
