黃帝問曰:余聞善言天者(zhe)(zhe),必(bi)有(you)驗(yan)于(yu)(yu)人(ren);善言古者(zhe)(zhe),必(bi)有(you)合于(yu)(yu)今(jin);善言人(ren)者(zhe)(zhe),必(bi)有(you)厭于(yu)(yu)己。如此,則道(dao)不惑而(er)要(yao)數極,所謂明也。今(jin)余問于(yu)(yu)夫子,令言而(er)可知,視(shi)而(er)可見,捫而(er)可得(de),令驗(yan)于(yu)(yu)己而(er)發(fa)蒙(meng)解惑,可得(de)而(er)聞乎?
岐(qi)伯再拜稽首對(dui)曰:何道之問也?
帝曰:愿聞人之(zhi)五藏卒(zu)痛,何(he)氣使(shi)然?
岐伯對(dui)曰:經脈(mo)流(liu)行不止、環周不休(xiu),寒氣入經而(er)(er)稽遲,泣而(er)(er)不行,客(ke)于(yu)脈(mo)外則(ze)血少(shao),客(ke)于(yu)脈(mo)中則(ze)氣不通,故卒然而(er)(er)痛。
帝曰(yue):其(qi)痛(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)或卒(zu)然而(er)(er)止(zhi)者(zhe),或痛(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)甚不(bu)(bu)(bu)休者(zhe),或痛(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)甚不(bu)(bu)(bu)可按(an)者(zhe),或按(an)之(zhi)而(er)(er)痛(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)止(zhi)者(zhe),或按(an)之(zhi)無益(yi)者(zhe),或喘(chuan)動應手者(zhe),或心與(yu)背相引而(er)(er)痛(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)者(zhe),或脅(xie)肋與(yu)少(shao)腹(fu)相引而(er)(er)痛(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)者(zhe),或腹(fu)痛(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)引陰股者(zhe),或痛(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)宿昔而(er)(er)成積者(zhe),或卒(zu)然痛(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)死不(bu)(bu)(bu)知人,有少(shao)間復(fu)生者(zhe),或痛(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)而(er)(er)嘔者(zhe),或腹(fu)痛(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)而(er)(er)后泄者(zhe),或痛(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)而(er)(er)閉不(bu)(bu)(bu)通者(zhe),凡(fan)此諸痛(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong),各不(bu)(bu)(bu)同形,別之(zhi)奈(nai)何?
岐伯(bo)曰(yue):寒(han)(han)氣客(ke)于脈(mo)(mo)(mo)外則(ze)(ze)脈(mo)(mo)(mo)寒(han)(han),脈(mo)(mo)(mo)寒(han)(han)則(ze)(ze)縮踡(quan),縮踡(quan)則(ze)(ze)脈(mo)(mo)(mo)絀急,絀急則(ze)(ze)外引小(xiao)絡,故卒然而痛(tong),得炅則(ze)(ze)痛(tong)立止;因重中(zhong)于寒(han)(han),則(ze)(ze)痛(tong)久(jiu)矣。
寒氣(qi)客于經脈(mo)之中,與炅氣(qi)相(xiang)薄則脈(mo)滿(man),滿(man)則痛而不可(ke)(ke)按也。寒氣(qi)稽留,炅氣(qi)從(cong)上(shang),則脈(mo)充大而血氣(qi)亂(luan),故痛甚不可(ke)(ke)按也。
寒氣客于腸胃之間,膜原之下,血(xue)不得(de)散(san)(san),小絡急引故痛,按之則血(xue)氣散(san)(san),故按之痛止。
寒氣客于俠脊之脈,則深(shen)按(an)之不能及,故(gu)按(an)之無益也。
寒氣(qi)客(ke)于沖脈,沖脈起(qi)于關(guan)元(yuan),隨腹直上,寒氣(qi)客(ke)則脈不通,脈不通則氣(qi)因之,故揣(chuai)動(dong)應手矣。
寒(han)氣(qi)(qi)客于背(bei)俞之(zhi)脈(mo)則(ze)(ze)脈(mo)泣,脈(mo)泣則(ze)(ze)血(xue)虛,血(xue)虛則(ze)(ze)痛(tong),其俞注于心,故相引而痛(tong),按之(zhi)則(ze)(ze)熱氣(qi)(qi)至(zhi),熱氣(qi)(qi)至(zhi)則(ze)(ze)痛(tong)止矣。
寒(han)氣客于厥(jue)陰之脈(mo),厥(jue)陰之脈(mo)者,絡陰器系于肝,寒(han)氣客于脈(mo)中,則血(xue)泣脈(mo)急,故脅肋與(yu)少腹相引痛矣。
厥氣(qi)客于陰股(gu),寒氣(qi)上(shang)及少腹(fu),血泣在下相引(yin),故(gu)腹(fu)痛引(yin)陰股(gu)。
寒氣(qi)客于小腸(chang)膜原之(zhi)間,絡血(xue)之(zhi)中,血(xue)泣不得(de)(de)注于大經,血(xue)氣(qi)稽留(liu)不得(de)(de)行,故宿昔而成積矣。
寒氣(qi)(qi)客于(yu)五藏(zang),厥逆上泄(xie),陰氣(qi)(qi)竭,陽氣(qi)(qi)未入,故卒然痛死不知人,氣(qi)(qi)復反則生矣。
寒氣(qi)客(ke)于腸胃,厥逆上出,故(gu)痛而嘔(ou)也。
寒氣客(ke)于小腸,小腸不得成聚(ju),故后泄腹痛矣(yi)。
熱氣(qi)留于小腸,腸中痛,癉熱焦(jiao)喝,則堅(jian)干不得(de)出(chu),故痛而(er)閉不通矣。
帝曰:所謂言而(er)可知(zhi)者也。視而(er)可見奈何(he)?
岐伯曰(yue):五藏六府,固盡有部(bu),視其(qi)五色,黃赤為(wei)(wei)熱,白為(wei)(wei)寒,青黑為(wei)(wei)痛(tong),此所謂(wei)視而可見者(zhe)也。
帝曰:捫而可得奈何?
岐伯曰:視其主病(bing)之脈(mo),堅而(er)(er)血及陷下者,皆(jie)可捫而(er)(er)得也。
帝(di)曰:善。余知百病生于氣(qi)也。怒則(ze)氣(qi)上,喜(xi)則(ze)氣(qi)緩,悲則(ze)氣(qi)消,恐則(ze)氣(qi)下,寒(han)則(ze)氣(qi)收(shou),炅(gui)則(ze)氣(qi)泄(xie),驚則(ze)氣(qi)亂,勞則(ze)氣(qi)耗,思則(ze)氣(qi)結,九氣(qi)不同,何病之生?
岐(qi)伯曰:怒則(ze)(ze)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)逆,甚(shen)則(ze)(ze)嘔血及飧泄,故(gu)(gu)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)上矣(yi)。喜則(ze)(ze)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)和志達,榮(rong)(rong)衛通利,故(gu)(gu)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)緩矣(yi)。悲則(ze)(ze)心(xin)(xin)系急(ji),肺布葉舉,而上焦不通,榮(rong)(rong)衛不散,熱(re)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)在中,故(gu)(gu)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)消矣(yi)。恐則(ze)(ze)精卻,卻則(ze)(ze)上焦閉,閉則(ze)(ze)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)還(huan),還(huan)則(ze)(ze)下(xia)焦脹,故(gu)(gu)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)不行(xing)矣(yi)。寒則(ze)(ze)腠理(li)閉,氣(qi)(qi)(qi)不行(xing),故(gu)(gu)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)收矣(yi)。炅(gui)則(ze)(ze)腠理(li)開,榮(rong)(rong)衛通,汗大泄,故(gu)(gu)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)泄。驚則(ze)(ze)心(xin)(xin)無所(suo)(suo)倚,神無所(suo)(suo)歸,慮無所(suo)(suo)定(ding),故(gu)(gu)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)亂矣(yi)。勞則(ze)(ze)喘息汗出(chu),外內皆(jie)越,故(gu)(gu)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)耗矣(yi)。思則(ze)(ze)心(xin)(xin)有(you)所(suo)(suo)存(cun),神有(you)所(suo)(suo)歸,正氣(qi)(qi)(qi)留而不行(xing),故(gu)(gu)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)結(jie)矣(yi)。
