來源 : 見"龍眼肉"。

歸經 : 入(ru)心(xin)、脾、胃。

性味 : 甘、平溫、無毒。

注意 : 患有(you)外(wai)感實邪(xie),痰飲脹滿者勿食龍眼肉。

功能主治 : 補心脾(pi),益氣血(xue),健(jian)脾(pi)胃,養(yang)肌肉。思慮傷脾(pi),頭(tou)昏(hun),失(shi)眠,心悸怔忡(chong),虛(xu)贏,病后(hou)或產后(hou)體虛(xu),及由(you)于脾(pi)虛(xu)所致之下(xia)血(xue)失(shi)血(xue)癥。

復方 : ①龍(long)(long)(long)(long)(long)(long)(long)(long)眼(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)肉(rou)(rou)(rou)(rou)(rou),每(mei)(mei)(mei)日(ri)(ri)嚼食(shi)(shi)30克(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke),治(zhi)(zhi)心(xin)(xin)(xin)悸(ji)(ji)怔(zheng)忡(chong)。②龍(long)(long)(long)(long)(long)(long)(long)(long)眼(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)肉(rou)(rou)(rou)(rou)(rou),蒸(zheng)(zheng)熟(shu)每(mei)(mei)(mei)日(ri)(ri)食(shi)(shi)之(zhi),食(shi)(shi)至(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)500多克(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)后(hou)(hou),即可治(zhi)(zhi)愈心(xin)(xin)(xin)悸(ji)(ji)怔(zheng)忡(chong)、失(shi)(shi)眠、心(xin)(xin)(xin)脾血(xue)(xue)(xue)虛癥(zheng)者及大(da)(da)便下血(xue)(xue)(xue)數日(ri)(ri)不(bu)愈者。③龍(long)(long)(long)(long)(long)(long)(long)(long)眼(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)肉(rou)(rou)(rou)(rou)(rou)10克(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke),蓮子(zi)15克(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke),糯米60克(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke),煮(zhu)(zhu)粥每(mei)(mei)(mei)日(ri)(ri)早晚(wan)食(shi)(shi),治(zhi)(zhi)貧(pin)(pin)血(xue)(xue)(xue)體(ti)弱(ruo)(ruo),心(xin)(xin)(xin)悸(ji)(ji)失(shi)(shi)眠,精神(shen)不(bu)振(zhen)。④龍(long)(long)(long)(long)(long)(long)(long)(long)眼(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)肉(rou)(rou)(rou)(rou)(rou)10克(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke),花生(sheng)米(連紅(hong)衣)12克(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke),水(shui)(shui)煎(jian)服(fu)(fu),亦治(zhi)(zhi)貧(pin)(pin)血(xue)(xue)(xue)體(ti)弱(ruo)(ruo)。⑤龍(long)(long)(long)(long)(long)(long)(long)(long)眼(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)肉(rou)(rou)(rou)(rou)(rou)、炒酸棗(zao)仁(ren)各10克(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke),芡(qian)實(shi)12克(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke),煮(zhu)(zhu)湯睡前飲(yin)(yin),治(zhi)(zhi)失(shi)(shi)眠、心(xin)(xin)(xin)悸(ji)(ji)。⑥龍(long)(long)(long)(long)(long)(long)(long)(long)眼(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)肉(rou)(rou)(rou)(rou)(rou)干(gan)(gan)七(qi)個,連核(he)一(yi)起(qi)放火中(zhong)煅炭存(cun)性,研(yan)(yan)(yan)細末,分(fen)四次(ci)(ci)服(fu)(fu),一(yi)日(ri)(ri)兩次(ci)(ci),用(yong)鍛赭石15克(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)煎(jian)水(shui)(shui)送服(fu)(fu),治(zhi)(zhi)呃逆(ni)。⑦龍(long)(long)(long)(long)(long)(long)(long)(long)眼(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)龍(long)(long)(long)(long)(long)(long)(long)(long)30克(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)配白糖3克(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke),若素體(ti)多火者再加入西洋參片(pian),碗口加蓋(gai),每(mei)(mei)(mei)天在飯(fan)鍋上蒸(zheng)(zheng),蒸(zheng)(zheng)至(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)百次(ci)(ci),便成(cheng)玉靈膏(亦稱(cheng)代參膏)。凡(fan)年老(lao)體(ti)衰(shuai)贏弱(ruo)(ruo)病(bing)(bing)者,每(mei)(mei)(mei)次(ci)(ci)用(yong)開(kai)水(shui)(shui)送服(fu)(fu)一(yi)匙(chi),大(da)(da)補(bu)氣(qi)血(xue)(xue)(xue),力(li)(li)勝(sheng)參芪(qi),產(chan)(chan)(chan)婦臨產(chan)(chan)(chan)前服(fu)(fu)之(zhi)尤(you)佳。⑧龍(long)(long)(long)(long)(long)(long)(long)(long)眼(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)肉(rou)(rou)(rou)(rou)(rou)15-30克(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke),大(da)(da)紅(hong)棗(zao)15克(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke),水(shui)(shui)適量(liang),同(tong)蒸(zheng)(zheng)熟(shu)食(shi)(shi)用(yong)。治(zhi)(zhi)婦女崩(beng)漏,貧(pin)(pin)血(xue)(xue)(xue),血(xue)(xue)(xue)小板減少。⑨龍(long)(long)(long)(long)(long)(long)(long)(long)眼(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)干(gan)(gan)、大(da)(da)棗(zao)、生(sheng)姜各適量(liang),水(shui)(shui)煎(jian)服(fu)(fu),治(zhi)(zhi)產(chan)(chan)(chan)后(hou)(hou)浮腫(zhong)。⑩龍(long)(long)(long)(long)(long)(long)(long)(long)眼(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)肉(rou)(rou)(rou)(rou)(rou)、雞蛋,蒸(zheng)(zheng)熟(shu)食(shi)(shi)用(yong),治(zhi)(zhi)月經不(bu)調,產(chan)(chan)(chan)后(hou)(hou)虛弱(ruo)(ruo)。⑾龍(long)(long)(long)(long)(long)(long)(long)(long)眼(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)干(gan)(gan)14枚,生(sheng)姜3片(pian),水(shui)(shui)煎(jian)服(fu)(fu),治(zhi)(zhi)脾虛泄瀉。⑿歸(gui)元仙(xian)酒(jiu):龍(long)(long)(long)(long)(long)(long)(long)(long)眼(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)肉(rou)(rou)(rou)(rou)(rou)、當歸(gui)適量(liang),用(yong)40度米酒(jiu)浸泡半(ban)月后(hou)(hou),每(mei)(mei)(mei)日(ri)(ri)少量(liang)飲(yin)(yin)之(zhi),有(you)養(yang)血(xue)(xue)(xue)益(yi)顏之(zhi)功(gong)效(xiao)。⒀龍(long)(long)(long)(long)(long)(long)(long)(long)眼(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)肉(rou)(rou)(rou)(rou)(rou)15克(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke),蓮子(zi)、芡(qian)實(shi)各20克(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke),同(tong)煮(zhu)(zhu)湯食(shi)(shi)用(yong),可治(zhi)(zhi)貧(pin)(pin)血(xue)(xue)(xue),心(xin)(xin)(xin)悸(ji)(ji)怔(zheng)忡(chong),自汗盜汗,神(shen)經衰(shuai)弱(ruo)(ruo)等癥(zheng)。⒁蜜(mi)餞姜棗(zao)龍(long)(long)(long)(long)(long)(long)(long)(long)眼(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan):龍(long)(long)(long)(long)(long)(long)(long)(long)眼(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)肉(rou)(rou)(rou)(rou)(rou)、大(da)(da)棗(zao)各250克(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke),同(tong)煮(zhu)(zhu)至(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)七(qi)成(cheng)熟(shu),加入鮮(xian)姜汁兩湯匙(chi)和蜂蜜(mi)250克(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke),調勻煮(zhu)(zhu)沸,冷(leng)卻后(hou)(hou)裝瓶。每(mei)(mei)(mei)次(ci)(ci)服(fu)(fu)用(yong)龍(long)(long)(long)(long)(long)(long)(long)(long)眼(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)、大(da)(da)棗(zao)各6-8粒(li),每(mei)(mei)(mei)日(ri)(ri)三(san)次(ci)(ci)。有(you)補(bu)脾胃,益(yi)心(xin)(xin)(xin)血(xue)(xue)(xue)作用(yong)。適用(yong)于脾虛,血(xue)(xue)(xue)虧,食(shi)(shi)欲不(bu)振(zhen),心(xin)(xin)(xin)悸(ji)(ji)怔(zheng)忡(chong),面色(se)萎(wei)黃(huang),浮腫(zhong)等癥(zheng)。⒂糖漬鮮(xian)龍(long)(long)(long)(long)(long)(long)(long)(long)眼(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan):鮮(xian)龍(long)(long)(long)(long)(long)(long)(long)(long)眼(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)500克(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(去皮核(he)),加白糖50克(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke),反復蒸(zheng)(zheng)、曬數次(ci)(ci),至(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)使色(se)澤(ze)變黑,最后(hou)(hou)拌入白糖少許(xu)裝瓶,每(mei)(mei)(mei)次(ci)(ci)食(shi)(shi)龍(long)(long)(long)(long)(long)(long)(long)(long)眼(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)肉(rou)(rou)(rou)(rou)(rou)4-5粒(li),每(mei)(mei)(mei)日(ri)(ri)兩次(ci)(ci)。本(ben)品有(you)"力(li)(li)勝(sheng)人(ren)參、黃(huang)芪(qi)"之(zhi)說。可養(yang)心(xin)(xin)(xin)血(xue)(xue)(xue),補(bu)氣(qi)力(li)(li),安心(xin)(xin)(xin)神(shen)。適用(yong)于老(lao)人(ren)、病(bing)(bing)后(hou)(hou)、產(chan)(chan)(chan)前產(chan)(chan)(chan)后(hou)(hou)體(ti)虛,瘦弱(ruo)(ruo),失(shi)(shi)眠,心(xin)(xin)(xin)悸(ji)(ji),健忘等癥(zheng)。⒃桂元醴(li):龍(long)(long)(long)(long)(long)(long)(long)(long)眼(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)肉(rou)(rou)(rou)(rou)(rou)200克(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke),浸泡于60度白酒(jiu)(500亳升)內,半(ban)個月后(hou)(hou)即可飲(yin)(yin)用(yong)。有(you)補(bu)心(xin)(xin)(xin)脾,助精神(shen)作用(yong)。適用(yong)于失(shi)(shi)眠,健忘,驚悸(ji)(ji),虛勞衰(shuai)弱(ruo)(ruo)等癥(zheng)。附:龍(long)(long)(long)(long)(long)(long)(long)(long)眼(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)核(he)①龍(long)(long)(long)(long)(long)(long)(long)(long)眼(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)核(he)三(san)顆(ke),燒炭存(cun)性研(yan)(yan)(yan)末,沖(chong)熱酒(jiu)服(fu)(fu),治(zhi)(zhi)胃寒痛。②龍(long)(long)(long)(long)(long)(long)(long)(long)眼(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)核(he)炒干(gan)(gan)研(yan)(yan)(yan)末,每(mei)(mei)(mei)次(ci)(ci)15克(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke),開(kai)水(shui)(shui)沖(chong)服(fu)(fu),治(zhi)(zhi)急性胃腸炎。③龍(long)(long)(long)(long)(long)(long)(long)(long)眼(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)核(he)(去黑皮)研(yan)(yan)(yan)末,每(mei)(mei)(mei)日(ri)(ri)空(kong)腹時開(kai)水(shui)(shui)送服(fu)(fu)6克(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke),治(zhi)(zhi)便血(xue)(xue)(xue)。④龍(long)(long)(long)(long)(long)(long)(long)(long)眼(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)核(he)500克(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke),洗凈,放瓦上焙(bei)干(gan)(gan)研(yan)(yan)(yan)末,每(mei)(mei)(mei)次(ci)(ci)10克(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke),用(yong)黃(huang)酒(jiu)送服(fu)(fu),治(zhi)(zhi)疝氣(qi)疼(teng)痛。

備注 : 龍(long)眼(yan)肉(rou)有補心脾(pi)、益氣血作用(yong),是一種比(bi)較理(li)想的中藥(yao),但鮮龍(long)眼(yan)肉(rou)多食卻易生濕(shi)熱及引起口(kou)干(gan),入藥(yao)治病(bing)多用(yong)干(gan)龍(long)眼(yan),又名桂圓肉(rou)。
