中醫認為,玉竹(zhu)味(wei)甘,性平而偏(pian)寒。歸肺(fei)、胃(wei)經。本品善養(yang)肺(fei)、胃(wei)之陰液,具有養(yang)陰潤(run)肺(fei)、生津養(yang)胃(wei)的(de)作用。適用于(yu)肺(fei)陰不(bu)足(zu)之干咳少(shao)痰,甚者痰中帶(dai)血(xue),或(huo)胃(wei)陰不(bu)足(zu)、津液缺(que)乏、陰虛燥熱之糖尿(niao)病(bing),而出現的(de)“三多一少(shao)”等病(bing)癥。
下(xia)面介紹幾款適(shi)合糖尿病患者(zhe)的玉竹藥膳。
玉竹麥冬鴨
材料(liao):玉竹50克,麥(mai)冬50克,老母鴨一(yi)只,黃酒適量(liang)。
做法:1.玉(yu)竹、麥冬裝入(ru)(ru)白(bai)紗(sha)布袋(dai)中,扎牢袋(dai)口,放入(ru)(ru)水(shui)中浸泡三分鐘,取(qu)出藥(yao)(yao)(yao)袋(dai)備(bei)用(yong)。2.將(jiang)鴨(ya)腹(fu)部(bu)開膛,內臟全去掉,洗凈濾干,將(jiang)全鴨(ya)放入(ru)(ru)大磁(ci)盆內。鴨(ya)背朝(chao)下,鴨(ya)腹(fu)朝(chao)上(shang),并將(jiang)濕藥(yao)(yao)(yao)袋(dai)放入(ru)(ru)鴨(ya)腹(fu)內,然后用(yong)白(bai)線在(zai)鴨(ya)身上(shang)繞扎幾圈。3.用(yong)旺火隔水(shui)蒸四小時,磁(ci)盆敞開,讓(rang)水(shui)蒸氣進(jin)入(ru)(ru),至鴨(ya)肉酥(su)爛,離火。4.拆除白(bai)線,取(qu)出藥(yao)(yao)(yao)袋(dai),再將(jiang)藥(yao)(yao)(yao)汁(zhi)絞入(ru)(ru)鴨(ya)湯中,棄(qi)藥(yao)(yao)(yao)袋(dai)。
食(shi)法:每日2次(ci),每次(ci)1小碗,先喝淡湯,后吃鴨(ya)肉。也(ye)可佐膳(shan)食(shi)。分2~3天(tian)吃完。
效能:此食療方(fang)能養陰(yin)潤燥,生津止渴(ke),強(qiang)心(xin)利(li)尿(niao),清肺熱,降血糖。適用于(yu)陰(yin)虛口渴(ke)、大量飲水仍不解渴(ke)之糖尿(niao)病“上(shang)消癥”者。
玉竹豬心
材料:玉竹200克(ke)(ke),豬心500克(ke)(ke),荸(bi)薺(qi)50克(ke)(ke),韭菜10克(ke)(ke),雞湯40克(ke)(ke),精鹽2.5克(ke)(ke),醬油(you)15克(ke)(ke),料酒10克(ke)(ke),胡椒(jiao)粉、醋適(shi)量,蔥、姜(jiang)、水淀(dian)粉、香油(you)、植物油(you)各適(shi)量。
做法(fa):1.玉竹洗凈切(qie)(qie)片(pian),用水(shui)(shui)煮提法(fa)提取玉竹濃(nong)縮汁20毫升。2.豬(zhu)(zhu)心(xin)切(qie)(qie)薄片(pian),放(fang)在(zai)碗內(nei)用精(jing)鹽1克,水(shui)(shui)淀(dian)粉(fen)抓(zhua)一抓(zhua),韭菜摘洗干凈切(qie)(qie)寸(cun)段(duan),荸薺(qi)切(qie)(qie)片(pian),蔥、姜、蒜(suan)(suan)分別切(qie)(qie)成細末。3.取小調料碗一個(ge),內(nei)放(fang)料酒(jiu)、醬油(you)(you)、味(wei)精(jing)、精(jing)鹽各1.5克,胡(hu)椒(jiao)粉(fen)、雞湯(tang)、水(shui)(shui)淀(dian)粉(fen)、玉竹濃(nong)液調勻(yun),對成汁芡,備用。4.取鍋置(zhi)于火上,倒(dao)入(ru)(ru)植物油(you)(you)燒(shao)熱(re),下入(ru)(ru)豬(zhu)(zhu)心(xin)滑透,倒(dao)在(zai)漏勺中(zhong)控油(you)(you)。鍋內(nei)留油(you)(you)少(shao)許,重新上火燒(shao)熱(re),先(xian)放(fang)蒜(suan)(suan)末,再放(fang)蔥姜末,炸出(chu)香(xiang)味(wei),然后放(fang)入(ru)(ru)荸薺(qi)片(pian)煸透,倒(dao)入(ru)(ru)豬(zhu)(zhu)心(xin),繼而(er)烹入(ru)(ru)對好的(de)汁芡,撒入(ru)(ru)韭菜,翻炒均(jun)勻(yun)。最后,淋醋1克,香(xiang)油(you)(you)少(shao)許,離火盛(sheng)在(zai)盤內(nei)。
功效:玉竹養陰益(yi)胃(wei),豬心(xin)(xin)(xin)養血安神(shen)(shen),以(yi)心(xin)(xin)(xin)補心(xin)(xin)(xin)。兩者(zhe)合用(yong),則養陰血,寧心(xin)(xin)(xin)神(shen)(shen)的作用(yong)更(geng)佳(jia)。用(yong)于(yu)心(xin)(xin)(xin)血不(bu)足(zu)的心(xin)(xin)(xin)悸、心(xin)(xin)(xin)煩、失眠、多夢、見忘,以(yi)及肺陰不(bu)足(zu)的久咳(ke)、干咳(ke),胃(wei)陰不(bu)足(zu)的煩渴、不(bu)思飲食等癥,確有較好的療效。也是糖尿病、冠心(xin)(xin)(xin)病、肺心(xin)(xin)(xin)病、肺結(jie)核患者(zhe)的輔助治療菜肴。
玉竹山藥黃瓜湯
材料:玉竹15克,山藥15克,黃瓜(gua)100克。
做法:把(ba)山藥洗(xi)(xi)凈(jing),切片,黃瓜(gua)洗(xi)(xi)凈(jing),切成塊。然后(hou)把(ba)玉竹(zhu)、山藥片、黃瓜(gua)塊放(fang)在鍋內(nei),加入(ru)適量(liang)的水和食鹽(yan),用(yong)(yong)武火(huo)燒沸,再(zai)改用(yong)(yong)文火(huo)煮30分鐘(zhong)即可,吃山藥、黃瓜(gua),喝湯。
功(gong)(gong)效(xiao):此藥(yao)膳具有補脾(pi)益(yi)胃,清熱(re)潤肺(fei)的功(gong)(gong)效(xiao)。適宜(yi)于糖尿病患者(zhe)陰虛燥熱(re)之干(gan)(gan)咳,或痰少(shao)而黏,煩渴(ke)多飲,口干(gan)(gan)舌燥,大便干(gan)(gan)結(jie)等,上消(xiao)之消(xiao)渴(ke)癥。
玉竹瘦肉片湯
材料(liao):玉竹20克,瘦豬肉100克。
做法:先將玉(yu)竹入(ru)沙鍋,加(jia)水1000毫(hao)升,煎煮30分鐘,去渣,將瘦(shou)豬肉切成薄片入(ru)沙鍋煮熟,加(jia)入(ru)蔥、姜末、香油、醬(jiang)油適量,開鍋即可,吃肉片喝湯,每日1次。

仙鶴草(cao):性味苦、澀(se)、微(wei)溫。效用(yong):收斂、止血、降血糖(tang)(tang)、止咳等。取仙鶴草(cao)50克,沸水沖于杯中,加蓋(gai)半小時,趁熱服用(yong),此方(fang)對糖(tang)(tang)尿病合并腹瀉效果較好(hao)。
地骨皮:性(xing)味甘、淡、寒。效(xiao)用:清熱、涼血(xue)、瀉肝火。取地骨皮10克(ke),開水置(zhi)于杯中,稍(shao)候服(fu)用。此方對于糖尿病人的多(duo)汗效(xiao)果較好。
枸(gou)杞子(zi):性味甘、平。效用(yong)(yong):滋(zi)補肝(gan)腎。取枸(gou)杞子(zi)15克,開水沖于(yu)(yu)杯中,稍候服用(yong)(yong)。此方(fang)對于(yu)(yu)糖尿病病人的四肢無力、陽 痿效用(yong)(yong)較(jiao)好。
中醫(yi)治療糖尿病常用的降糖藥膳:
苦瓜炒瘦豬肉(rou):用新鮮(xian)苦瓜250 g,瘦豬肉(rou)100 g,共炒熟吃(chi)。
黃芪(qi)山藥(yao)(yao)湯:黃芪(qi)15 g,山藥(yao)(yao)30g,煎湯代茶,每曰3~5次。
芡(qian)實煲老鴨:用芡(qian)實100-~120 g,老鴨一只,將(jiang)芡(qian)實放入(ru)鴨腹中,置瓦罐內(nei),加(jia)清水適量,文火煮(zhu)2小時左右,調味服(fu)用。
枸(gou)杞(qi)燉兔(tu)肉:枸(gou)杞(qi)子30克,兔(tu)肉100克,將兔(tu)肉和枸(gou)杞(qi)子放入(ru)鍋(guo)中,加適量(liang)水,以(yi) 文火燉至(zhi)八成熟(shu)時,加入(ru)調料至(zhi)熟(shu)即可(ke)。

西瓜(gua)皮花粉方(fang):西瓜(gua)皮、冬瓜(gua)皮各15克,天花粉12克。加水煎服,每(mei)日兩(liang)次,每(mei)次半杯。
蠶蛹湯:帶(dai)蛹蠶繭10個,水(shui)煎服,每日(ri)二(er)次。

治療孕婦糖尿病
一、飲食治療
飲食(shi)療法是控制妊娠期(qi)糖尿(niao)病的(de)基礎(chu):
(1)每日適當限制總熱量(liang),一般不(bu)建(jian)議(yi)孕期減肥
(2)適當控制碳水(shui)化合物的攝入,增加膳食纖維攝入量;
(3)增加蛋白質的供給;

(6)限制(zhi)鈉鹽(yan)的攝(she)入;

三、胰(yi)島素(su)治療(不推薦(jian))

二、蛋白質
妊娠時孕婦(fu)的(de)(de)蛋(dan)白質(zhi)需要(yao)量一(yi)定要(yao)滿足(zu),因為蛋(dan)白質(zhi)不僅(jin)是維持子宮(gong)和(he)胎(tai)盤(pan)正常(chang)發育(yu)(yu)的(de)(de)重(zhong)要(yao)營養物質(zhi),而且對胎(tai)兒(er)的(de)(de)正常(chang)發育(yu)(yu)也非常(chang)重(zhong)要(yao)。
三、礦物質
(1)鐵(tie):鐵(tie)是主要(yao)(yao)的(de)造血物質。妊娠時母(mu)親需要(yao)(yao)更多(duo)補充(chong)鐵(tie),而(er)胎兒也需要(yao)(yao)在肝臟內儲存更多(duo)的(de)鐵(tie),以便在出生后離開(kai)母(mu)親時,在不能(neng)及(ji)時得(de)到足夠的(de)鐵(tie)補充(chong)時,能(neng)自身(shen)造血用。

一、應注意的事項

(2)赤小豆鯉魚湯
[原料(liao)]赤小(xiao)豆30克(ke),天花粉15克(ke),鯉魚1條(tiao)(約500克(ke)),蔥花、生姜末、黃酒、植物油、精鹽、味(wei)精各適量。
[做(zuo)法]將(jiang)赤(chi)(chi)小(xiao)(xiao)豆(dou)揀雜,洗凈,用溫水泡(pao)發。將(jiang)天(tian)花(hua)粉洗凈,曬(shai)干或烘干,切成3段,放入燒至六成熱的油(you)鍋(guo)中(zhong)煸(bian)透,加入黃酒,并加蔥花(hua)、生姜末(mo),出香(xiang)味后,移入大碗中(zhong)。湯(tang)鍋(guo)(亦可(ke)用砂鍋(guo))加水后,置火(huo)上澆沸(fei),加入赤(chi)(chi)小(xiao)(xiao)豆(dou),中(zhong)火(huo)煮(zhu)30分鐘,放入煸(bian)透的鯉(li)魚,改用小(xiao)(xiao)火(huo)煮(zhu)30分鐘,待鯉(li)魚熟爛、赤(chi)(chi)小(xiao)(xiao)豆(dou)酥爛時,調入天(tian)花(hua)粉,拌勻,再煮(zhu)至沸(fei),加入精(jing)(jing)鹽、味精(jing)(jing)即可(ke)。
[功效]健脾益胃,除濕消腫,降(jiang)血糖。適用于胃燥(zao)(zao)津傷、燥(zao)(zao)熱傷肺(fei)型糖尿病(bing),對糖尿病(bing)找發高血壓病(bing)、腎臟病(bing)者尤為適宜。
(3)山楂粥
[原料]山楂40克(ke),粳米80克(ke)。
[做法]先將(jiang)山楂(zha)炒至(zhi)棕黃色,加溫水浸泡(pao)片(pian)刻,煎取濃汁(zhi)約150毫升,與粳米(mi)混和,再加水400毫升,以文火(huo)煮粥,至(zhi)米(mi)花湯(tang)稠。調味即成(cheng)。
[功(gong)效]補脾開(kai)胃,化滯(zhi)消(xiao)積,活血化瘀。
(4)荔枝粥
[原(yuan)料]干荔枝(去殼帶核)50克(ke),大棗25克(ke),粳米50克(ke)。
[做法]將(jiang)全(quan)部配料同入炒鍋(guo),加水適量,以文(wen)火(huo)熬。
[功效]益氣生津、補肺寧心、健脾開胃。
(5)薏米粥
[原料]薏米150克,薄荷15克,荊芥15克,蔥白(bai)15克,豆豉5.0克。
[做法]將薄(bo)荷、荊芥、蔥白擇洗(xi)干凈(jing)后,注入清水約(yue)1500毫升,燒(shao)沸(fei)后,用文火煎約(yue)10分(fen)鐘(zhong),潷出原汁(zhi)(zhi),盛于(yu)碗(wan)內,將薏米(mi)淘洗(xi)后置入鍋內,加入藥汁(zhi)(zhi),中火煮至薏米(mi)開花熟爛。加食鹽調味(wei)即成。
[功效]健脾祛(qu)濕,通絡(luo)。
(6)淮山扁豆粥
[原料]淮山藥30克(ke)(ke),白(bai)扁豆15克(ke)(ke),粳米15克(ke)(ke)。
[做法]粳米、白扁豆洗凈,山藥切片(pian)。將粳米、白扁豆放入鋁鍋內(nei),加水適量,置武火(huo)上燒沸(fei),再用(yong)文(wen)火(huo)熬煮(zhu)至八成(cheng)熟(shu)時,加入山藥片(pian),繼續熬煮(zhu)至熟(shu)即成(cheng)。
[功效(xiao)]補益脾胃(wei)。
(7)黃(huang)芪淮(huai)山薏(yi)米粥
[原料]黃芪(qi)30克(ke)(ke),淮山(shan)藥60克(ke)(ke),薏米30克(ke)(ke)。
[做法]將上述材料加(jia)水適量,共(gong)煮(zhu)粥食(shi)。
[功效]健(jian)脾祛(qu)濕(shi)。
(8)白果薏米粥
[原料(liao)]去殼白果仁10克,薏米60克。
[做法]將上2味加水適量,水煎至煮熟后(hou)加調味品即可(ke)食用(yong)。
[功(gong)效]健脾祛濕。
(9)柏子仁粳米(mi)粥(zhou)
[原(yuan)料(liao)]柏(bo)子仁30克,粳米50克。
[做(zuo)(zuo)法]將(jiang)柏子仁研(yan)碎和粳米(mi)共(gong)做(zuo)(zuo)粥食。
[功效]補益心脾,寧(ning)心安神。
(10)菠菜內金山藥湯(tang)
[原料]鮮菠菜250克,雞內金10克,生山藥50克。
[做法(fa)]將雞內(nei)金焙干研末(mo),菠菜洗后切碎,山藥洗凈切片。三物共入鍋中,加水燉湯,調(diao)味即成。
[功(gong)效]健(jian)脾益腎,生(sheng)津潤燥(zao)。
(11)豬脊湯
[原料(liao)]豬脊骨1000克(ke),大棗50克(ke),新蓮子(zi)去(qu)心100克(ke),木香4.5克(ke),甘草10克(ke)。
[做(zuo)法]將木香、甘草用(yong)布包(bao),與豬脊、紅棗、蓮(lian)子一(yi)同置沙鍋(guo)中(zhong),加水適(shi)量,文火煮燉4小時。
[功效]健脾補腎,補而不膩。
(12)山藥(yao)玉竹白鴿湯
[原料]淮山藥30克,玉竹(zhu)30克,麥(mai)冬(dong)30克,白(bai)鴿(ge)1只(zhi),黃酒、食鹽各適(shi)量。
[做法]把(ba)全(quan)部用料一齊放入(ru)瓦鍋(guo)內(nei),加清(qing)水(shui)適量(liang),武火(huo)煮沸后,文火(huo)煮2小時,調味即可。隨意食用。
[功(gong)效]滋補脾肺,生津止(zhi)渴。
(13)土(tu)茯苓豬骨湯(tang)
[原料]豬脊(ji)骨500克土茯苓50~100克。
[做法]豬(zhu)脊骨加水適量熬成3碗。去骨及浮油,入土茯苓,再煎至(zhi)2碗即成。
[功效]健脾利(li)濕(shi),補(bu)陰益(yi)髓。適用于糖(tang)尿病。
