預備式
雙(shuang)腳與肩同(tong)寬,身體放松直立,面(mian)帶微笑(xiao),左手(shou)(shou)空拳放于(yu)右(you)(you)手(shou)(shou)掌之上(shang),左右(you)(you)手(shou)(shou)拇指上(shang)下(xia)重疊,置于(yu)小腹下(xia)丹田處,自然呼吸(xi),默(mo)念以排(pai)除雜念,安定心(xin)神。左拳為圓(yuan)象天(tian),右(you)(you)掌為方象地,左拳右(you)(you)掌相合(he)呈(cheng)地天(tian)泰卦手(shou)(shou)印。
操作式
1、雙(shuang)(shuang)(shuang)手(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)十(shi)(shi)(shi)指(zhi)交(jiao)叉(cha)于(yu)胸前(qian)中丹田(tian)(tian),然后雙(shuang)(shuang)(shuang)手(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)掌(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)左(zuo)右分開向(xiang)(xiang)身體(ti)(ti)兩側平伸(shen)(shen)(shen),掌(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)心(xin)向(xiang)(xiang)下,手(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)臂(bei)(bei)伸(shen)(shen)(shen)直,隨(sui)即雙(shuang)(shuang)(shuang)手(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)掌(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)收回(hui)(hui),十(shi)(shi)(shi)指(zhi)交(jiao)叉(cha)于(yu)胸前(qian);接(jie)著(zhu)雙(shuang)(shuang)(shuang)手(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)掌(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)分開向(xiang)(xiang)上伸(shen)(shen)(shen)出,手(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)臂(bei)(bei)伸(shen)(shen)(shen)直,掌(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)心(xin)相(xiang)對于(yu)頭(tou)頂(ding)上方(fang),隨(sui)即雙(shuang)(shuang)(shuang)手(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)掌(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)收回(hui)(hui),十(shi)(shi)(shi)指(zhi)交(jiao)叉(cha)于(yu)胸前(qian);接(jie)著(zhu)雙(shuang)(shuang)(shuang)手(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)掌(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)分開向(xiang)(xiang)下伸(shen)(shen)(shen)出,手(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)臂(bei)(bei)伸(shen)(shen)(shen)直,十(shi)(shi)(shi)指(zhi)尖向(xiang)(xiang)下垂于(yu)身體(ti)(ti)兩側,隨(sui)即雙(shuang)(shuang)(shuang)手(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)掌(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)收回(hui)(hui),十(shi)(shi)(shi)指(zhi)交(jiao)叉(cha)于(yu)胸前(qian);接(jie)著(zhu)雙(shuang)(shuang)(shuang)手(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)掌(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)分開,左(zuo)手(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)掌(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)與(yu)手(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)臂(bei)(bei)向(xiang)(xiang)左(zuo)斜(xie)(xie)上方(fang)伸(shen)(shen)(shen)直,右手(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)掌(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)與(yu)手(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)臂(bei)(bei)向(xiang)(xiang)右斜(xie)(xie)下方(fang)伸(shen)(shen)(shen)直,隨(sui)即雙(shuang)(shuang)(shuang)手(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)掌(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)收回(hui)(hui),十(shi)(shi)(shi)指(zhi)交(jiao)叉(cha)于(yu)胸前(qian);接(jie)著(zhu)雙(shuang)(shuang)(shuang)手(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)掌(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)分開,右手(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)掌(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)與(yu)手(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)臂(bei)(bei)向(xiang)(xiang)右斜(xie)(xie)上方(fang)伸(shen)(shen)(shen)直,左(zuo)手(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)掌(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)與(yu)手(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)臂(bei)(bei)向(xiang)(xiang)左(zuo)斜(xie)(xie)下方(fang)伸(shen)(shen)(shen)直,隨(sui)即雙(shuang)(shuang)(shuang)手(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)掌(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)收回(hui)(hui),十(shi)(shi)(shi)指(zhi)交(jiao)叉(cha)于(yu)胸前(qian)中丹田(tian)(tian),由此,雙(shuang)(shuang)(shuang)手(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)掌(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)與(yu)手(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)臂(bei)(bei)完成一個立面的米字導引(yin)動作,雙(shuang)(shuang)(shuang)手(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)掌(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)共向(xiang)(xiang)八個方(fang)向(xiang)(xiang)伸(shen)(shen)(shen)出。
2、手(shou)掌(zhang)(zhang)繼續由胸(xiong)前(qian)(qian)(qian)左右分(fen)(fen)開,并平(ping)(ping)伸(shen)(shen)于(yu)(yu)身(shen)(shen)體(ti)兩側,掌(zhang)(zhang)心向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)下,隨(sui)(sui)即(ji)(ji)收(shou)回(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)并十(shi)(shi)(shi)指(zhi)交(jiao)叉(cha)于(yu)(yu)胸(xiong)前(qian)(qian)(qian);接著雙(shuang)(shuang)手(shou)掌(zhang)(zhang)分(fen)(fen)開向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)身(shen)(shen)體(ti)前(qian)(qian)(qian)方平(ping)(ping)行伸(shen)(shen)出,掌(zhang)(zhang)心相對,十(shi)(shi)(shi)指(zhi)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)前(qian)(qian)(qian),隨(sui)(sui)即(ji)(ji)收(shou)回(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)并十(shi)(shi)(shi)指(zhi)交(jiao)叉(cha)于(yu)(yu)胸(xiong)前(qian)(qian)(qian);接著雙(shuang)(shuang)手(shou)掌(zhang)(zhang)分(fen)(fen)開向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)身(shen)(shen)體(ti)后方伸(shen)(shen)出,同時(shi)(shi)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)前(qian)(qian)(qian)彎腰(yao),雙(shuang)(shuang)手(shou)拇(mu)指(zhi)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)下,掌(zhang)(zhang)心相對,隨(sui)(sui)即(ji)(ji)身(shen)(shen)軀轉正雙(shuang)(shuang)手(shou)掌(zhang)(zhang)收(shou)回(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)并十(shi)(shi)(shi)指(zhi)交(jiao)叉(cha)于(yu)(yu)胸(xiong)前(qian)(qian)(qian),身(shen)(shen)體(ti)恢(hui)復(fu)直立;接著雙(shuang)(shuang)手(shou)掌(zhang)(zhang)分(fen)(fen)開,左手(shou)掌(zhang)(zhang)與手(shou)臂(bei)平(ping)(ping)伸(shen)(shen)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)左斜(xie)前(qian)(qian)(qian)方向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang),右手(shou)掌(zhang)(zhang)與手(shou)臂(bei)則平(ping)(ping)伸(shen)(shen)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)右斜(xie)后方向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang),同時(shi)(shi)身(shen)(shen)軀略向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)右旋轉,雙(shuang)(shuang)手(shou)掌(zhang)(zhang)心向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)下,隨(sui)(sui)即(ji)(ji)身(shen)(shen)軀轉正雙(shuang)(shuang)手(shou)掌(zhang)(zhang)收(shou)回(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)并十(shi)(shi)(shi)指(zhi)交(jiao)叉(cha)于(yu)(yu)胸(xiong)前(qian)(qian)(qian);接著雙(shuang)(shuang)手(shou)掌(zhang)(zhang)分(fen)(fen)開,右手(shou)掌(zhang)(zhang)與手(shou)臂(bei)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)右前(qian)(qian)(qian)斜(xie)方向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)平(ping)(ping)伸(shen)(shen),左手(shou)掌(zhang)(zhang)與手(shou)臂(bei)則向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)左后斜(xie)方向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)平(ping)(ping)伸(shen)(shen),同時(shi)(shi)身(shen)(shen)軀略向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)左旋轉,雙(shuang)(shuang)掌(zhang)(zhang)心向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)下,隨(sui)(sui)即(ji)(ji)雙(shuang)(shuang)手(shou)掌(zhang)(zhang)收(shou)回(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)并十(shi)(shi)(shi)指(zhi)交(jiao)叉(cha)于(yu)(yu)胸(xiong)前(qian)(qian)(qian)。至(zhi)此,雙(shuang)(shuang)手(shou)掌(zhang)(zhang)及手(shou)臂(bei)完成一個(ge)平(ping)(ping)面的(de)米字導引(yin)動作,雙(shuang)(shuang)手(shou)掌(zhang)(zhang)也(ye)是共向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)八個(ge)方向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)伸(shen)(shen)出。
3、手(shou)(shou)掌(zhang)(zhang)由(you)胸前分(fen)開(kai)向(xiang)身(shen)體前下方(fang)平行伸出,掌(zhang)(zhang)心(xin)斜(xie)(xie)向(xiang)下,手(shou)(shou)臂(bei)伸直(zhi)(zhi),隨即收(shou)回并十指(zhi)交叉(cha)(cha)(cha)于(yu)胸前;接著(zhu)雙(shuang)(shuang)(shuang)手(shou)(shou)掌(zhang)(zhang)分(fen)開(kai)向(xiang)身(shen)體兩側斜(xie)(xie)下方(fang)伸出,掌(zhang)(zhang)斜(xie)(xie)向(xiang)下,手(shou)(shou)臂(bei)伸直(zhi)(zhi),隨即收(shou)回并十指(zhi)交叉(cha)(cha)(cha)于(yu)胸前;接著(zhu)雙(shuang)(shuang)(shuang)手(shou)(shou)掌(zhang)(zhang)分(fen)開(kai)向(xiang)身(shen)體后下方(fang)伸出,掌(zhang)(zhang)心(xin)斜(xie)(xie)向(xiang)上,手(shou)(shou)臂(bei)伸直(zhi)(zhi),隨即雙(shuang)(shuang)(shuang)手(shou)(shou)掌(zhang)(zhang)收(shou)回并十指(zhi)交叉(cha)(cha)(cha)于(yu)胸前中丹田。至此,完成一次導引動(dong)作,重復做九次為一組。
收功式
當第九(jiu)次(ci)動(dong)作完成(cheng)時(shi),雙(shuang)手(shou)(shou)掌(zhang)由身(shen)體后下(xia)(xia)方收回,并十字交叉(cha)于(yu)胸(xiong)前中丹(dan)(dan)田,結中一手(shou)(shou)印(yin);然后左手(shou)(shou)握(wo)空拳(quan)置于(yu)右(you)手(shou)(shou)掌(zhang)之(zhi)上,結泰卦手(shou)(shou)印(yin)置于(yu)小腹下(xia)(xia)丹(dan)(dan)田,全身(shen)放松,深呼吸三次(ci),默念九(jiu)遍功訣,排(pai)除雜(za)念,安定心神(shen)。
說明:本節動作要領為練習(xi)時雙(shuang)(shuang)手掌(zhang)(zhang)伸出(chu)與收回的(de)(de)速度要柔和(he)平緩,均(jun)勻流暢,渾(hun)然一(yi)(yi)(yi)體(ti),一(yi)(yi)(yi)氣呵成;意念(nian)集中于雙(shuang)(shuang)手掌(zhang)(zhang),特別是關注十(shi)指(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)指(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)尖的(de)(de)井穴。本節八(ba)卦(gua)掌(zhang)(zhang)導(dao)引(yin)不(bu)僅可(ke)以疏通(tong)手三陰經(jing)和(he)手三陽經(jing),還(huan)可(ke)以修煉雙(shuang)(shuang)手十(shi)指(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)指(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)尖井穴的(de)(de)氣息(xi);十(shi)指(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)連心,當練至高級境(jing)界(jie)時,練習(xi)者還(huan)可(ke)以結合神(shen)意觀想(xiang),當雙(shuang)(shuang)手十(shi)指(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)向八(ba)個(ge)方位(wei)伸出(chu)時,可(ke)以想(xiang)象(xiang)(xiang)將自己的(de)(de)身體(ti)和(he)氣脈(mo)延伸至天(tian)(tian)(tian)地之中;當雙(shuang)(shuang)手掌(zhang)(zhang)收回時再想(xiang)象(xiang)(xiang)將天(tian)(tian)(tian)地靈氣收回自己體(ti)內(nei)。由此,在動功(gong)導(dao)引(yin)中動中求靜,而達天(tian)(tian)(tian)人合一(yi)(yi)(yi) 之境(jing)界(jie)。 摘自人民軍醫出(chu)版社(she)出(chu)版的(de)(de)《畫說易經(jing)養生(sheng)》一(yi)(yi)(yi)書。
