在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)醫中(zhong)有(you)“形寒飲(yin)冷(leng)傷肺”的說法就是這(zhe)個意思,所以運動過后,最好(hao)在(zai)(zai)身(shen)體比較平穩的狀態下(xia)在(zai)(zai)和冷(leng)飲(yin),但是也(ye)不要太過冰涼。而屬于虛寒體質(zhi)的人最好(hao)要少吃冷(leng)飲(yin),因為容易引起胃痛(tong)等疾病。
四、夏季(ji)養(yang)生(sheng)之如(ru)何防涼防暑
