古代醫(yi)家與道(dao)家,均有(you)禁(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)咒(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)方(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)以(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)治病(bing)(bing)。如(ru)(隋書·經籍志(zhi))等(deng)(deng)(deng)古文獻目錄中有(you)(三(san)五(wu)禁(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)法(fa))八卷、《禁(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)法(fa))九卷、《三(san)五(wu)神(shen)禁(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)治病(bing)(bing)圖(tu)》等(deng)(deng)(deng)禁(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)方(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)書目。唐代著名道(dao)醫(yi)孫思邈(千金翼方(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang))中專列(lie)(禁(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)經)二卷,把(ba)"禁(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)咒(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)"與湯藥、針灸等(deng)(deng)(deng)并(bing)列(lie)為(wei)(wei)"救急之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)術(shu)〃。并(bing)在《禁(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)經》中詳(xiang)述禁(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)咒(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)法(fa)。禁(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)咒(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)亦稱禁(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)方(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)、禁(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)法(fa),乃道(dao)家以(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)咒(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)語(yu)、步態、印訣、存(cun)想、閉氣(qi)等(deng)(deng)(deng)方(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)法(fa),運(yun)用于所禁(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)對象而制伏之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)。禁(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)咒(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)用,極其廣泛,葛洪《抱(bao)樸(pu)子(zi)·至(zhi)理》詳(xiang)論(lun)禁(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)咒(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)法(fa),并(bing)指出(chu)其根本(ben)性質(zhi)為(wei)(wei)炁(qi)(qi)(qi)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)作用:"吳越有(you)禁(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)咒(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)法(fa),甚有(you)明驗(yan),多(duo)炁(qi)(qi)(qi)耳。知之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)者可(ke)(ke)以(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)入(ru)(ru)(ru)大(da)疫之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)中,與病(bing)(bing)人同床而己不(bu)染。”指出(chu)禁(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)方(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)有(you)防(fang)止(zhi)傳染病(bing)(bing)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)巨大(da)力(li)量。葛洪列(lie)舉了禁(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)咒(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)方(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)的多(duo)種效應,可(ke)(ke)以(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)“禳(rang)天(tian)災(zai),禁(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)鬼神(shen),禁(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)虎豹、蛇蜂,皆悉(xi)令伏不(bu)能起。以(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)炁(qi)(qi)(qi)禁(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)金瘡,血即登(deng)止(zhi),又(you)(you)能續骨連筋(jin)。以(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)炁(qi)(qi)(qi)禁(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)白(bai)刃,則可(ke)(ke)蹈之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)不(bu)傷,剌之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)不(bu)入(ru)(ru)(ru)。若人為(wei)(wei)蛇虺(hui)所中,以(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)炁(qi)(qi)(qi)禁(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)則立(li)愈。近(jin)世左慈(ci)、趙明等(deng)(deng)(deng),以(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)炁(qi)(qi)(qi)禁(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)水,水為(wei)(wei)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)逆(ni)流一二丈(zhang)。又(you)(you)于茅屋上燃火,煮食(shi)食(shi)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),而茅屋不(bu)焦(jiao)。又(you)(you)以(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)大(da)釘釘柱,入(ru)(ru)(ru)七(qi)八寸(cun),以(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)炁(qi)(qi)(qi)吹(chui)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),釘即誦射(she)而出(chu)……”葛洪還列(lie)舉了禁(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)手入(ru)(ru)(ru)沸湯不(bu)傷,大(da)寒不(bu)冰,炊者不(bu)熟(shu),犬(quan)不(bu)得吠,刀劍不(bu)得拔,箭矢返射(she)等(deng)(deng)(deng)等(deng)(deng)(deng)。因此,葛洪認為(wei)(wei)修(xiu)道(dao)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)人,要入(ru)(ru)(ru)深(shen)山,必須先學禁(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)法(fa),方(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)能避山中毒蛇、猛獸、毒物、瘴氣(qi)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)害。(見(jian)《抱(bao)樸(pu)子(zi)登(deng)涉》)
道醫治病(bing)之禁(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)方,記載最詳(xiang)者(zhe)當為藥王孫思(si)邈(miao)《千金翼方·禁(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)經二卷》此《禁(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)經》先詳(xiang)論習練(lian)禁(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)法之各(ge)種方法、技術及(ji)步驟(zou),次論禁(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)治各(ge)種疾病(bing):計有(you)(you)禁(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)溫疫、禁(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)鬼客忤氣(qi)、禁(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)瘧病(bing)、禁(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)瘡(chuang)腫、禁(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)喉痹(bi)、禁(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)產運、禁(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)金瘡(chuang)、禁(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)蠱毒、禁(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)遁注、禁(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)邪病(bing)、禁(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)惡獸虎狼、禁(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)蛇毒、禁(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)蝎蜂、禁(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)狗鼠等十余類。每類有(you)(you)禁(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)咒(zhou)及(ji)禁(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)法若干條,總計禁(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)方百余首,禁(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)方由咒(zhou)語、禹(yu)步、掌(zhang)訣、閉氣(qi)、吐氣(qi)、存想、睡(shui)液等組(zu)成。一般稱(cheng)之為"咒(zhou)禁(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)"、"氣(qi)禁(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)"、"睡(shui)禁(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)"等,以下略述禁(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)方各(ge)組(zu)成部分之演練(lian)及(ji)內容。
按(an)《禁(jin)經》習禁(jin)法(fa)者(zhe)首當齋戒:"神仙經曰:凡(fan)欲學禁(jin),先持知(zhi)五戒、十善、八忌、四歸,皆能修治此者(zhe),萬神扶(fu)助,禁(jin)法(fa)乃行。”這些齋戒內(nei)容主要(yao)為(wei)道(dao)德修養之戒律與潔凈素食等規定,如(ru)五戒為(wei):不殺、不盜、不淫、不妄語、不飲酒。十善指行善作(zuo)好事的各項內(nei)容。
習禁(jin)方應熟讀(du)各種咒(zhou)語(yu),并(bing)在"受禁(jin)法"中反復(fu)背誦。茲(zi)舉(ju)咒(zhou)語(yu)數例,以見一(yi)斑。
神水(shui)解穢(hui)(hui)(hui)咒(zhou):“神水(shui)解天(tian)穢(hui)(hui)(hui)、地穢(hui)(hui)(hui)、生(sheng)穢(hui)(hui)(hui)、死穢(hui)(hui)(hui)、人穢(hui)(hui)(hui)、鬼穢(hui)(hui)(hui)、身穢(hui)(hui)(hui)、病人之(zhi)穢(hui)(hui)(hui),速除(chu)去之(zhi),立令(ling)清凈(jing),急急如(ru)律(lv)令(ling)!
禁時氣瘟疫咒(zhou):"天封吾(wu)以德,地(di)封吾(wu)以道,吾(wu)奉天威(wei)取地(di)武(wu),吾(wu)遇石石煙,按癥(zheng)(zheng)癥(zheng)(zheng)散(san),左達右貫(guan),貫(guan)骨達體(ti),追(zhui)病所在,何邪(xie)敢(gan)進。進者斬(zhan)死,北斗(dou)七(qi)星飲汝(ru)血(xue),叱(chi)叱(chi)滅(mie)手下,急(ji)急(ji)如律(lv)令!”
習禁(jin)方(fang)應熟練(lian)禹(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)步(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)。所(suo)(suo)謂禹(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)步(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)即(ji)(ji)道(dao)教步(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)罡(gang),于多(duo)種(zhong)法(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)術(shu)中(zhong)(zhong)運用(yong)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)步(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)法(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa),傳(chuan)為(wei)(wei)大禹(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)所(suo)(suo)創,故名。《洞神八帝六度經?禹(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)步(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)致靈(ling)》第四云:“禹(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)步(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)者(zhe)(zhe),蓋是(shi)(shi)夏禹(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)所(suo)(suo)為(wei)(wei)術(shu),召役神靈(ling)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)行步(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu),以為(wei)(wei)萬(wan)術(shu)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)根源(yuan),玄機之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)要旨(zhi)。昔(xi)大禹(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)治水……居南海之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)濱(bin),見鳥(niao)禁(jin)咒,能令(ling)大石(shi)翻動。此(ci)鳥(niao)禁(jin)時,常(chang)作(zuo)(zuo)是(shi)(shi)步(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu),禹(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)遂(sui)模寫(xie)其行,令(ling)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)入術(shu)。自茲以還,術(shu)無不驗,故曰(yue)(yue)禹(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)步(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)。〃葛(ge)洪《抱樸子(zi)?仙藥》中(zhong)(zhong)記(ji)有(you)禹(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)步(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)法(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa):"前舉左(zuo)(zuo),右(you)(you)(you)過(guo)左(zuo)(zuo),左(zuo)(zuo)就右(you)(you)(you)。次舉右(you)(you)(you),左(zuo)(zuo)過(guo)右(you)(you)(you),右(you)(you)(you)就左(zuo)(zuo)。次舉左(zuo)(zuo),右(you)(you)(you)過(guo)左(zuo)(zuo),左(zuo)(zuo)就右(you)(you)(you)。如(ru)(ru)此(ci)三(san)(san)(san)(san)步(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu),當滿二丈一(yi)(yi)尺,后有(you)九(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)跡(ji)。”此(ci)為(wei)(wei)足之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)跨步(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)法(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa),九(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)跡(ji)謂有(you)九(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)個足跡(ji)。道(dao)教認(ren)為(wei)(wei)禹(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)步(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)可發(fa)神功,抵(di)御邪惡,制服鬼(gui)怪。唐宋道(dao)教發(fa)展成多(duo)種(zhong)禹(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)步(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu),如(ru)(ru)三(san)(san)(san)(san)步(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)九(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)跡(ji)法(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa),十二跡(ji)禹(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)步(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)法(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa),攝(she)地記(ji)飛天(tian)綱法(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa),天(tian)地交泰禹(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)步(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)法(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa),以及按后天(tian)八卦序列的(de)"禹(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)步(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)罡(gang)”,按北(bei)斗(dou)序列的(de)"七(qi)星(xing)禹(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)步(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)頭(tou)〃等,均為(wei)(wei)道(dao)教作(zuo)(zuo)法(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)時之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)舞蹈步(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)法(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)。《千金(jin)翼方(fang).禁(jin)經》中(zhong)(zhong)亦詳述練(lian)禹(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)步(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)法(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa):"凡欲作(zuo)(zuo)法(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa),必先(xian)取(qu)三(san)(san)(san)(san)光(guang)氣(qi),又禹(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)步(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu),然(ran)后作(zuo)(zuo)法(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)驗矣。三(san)(san)(san)(san)光(guang)者(zhe)(zhe)日(ri)(ri)月(yue)星(xing)。禹(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)步(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)者(zhe)(zhe),或三(san)(san)(san)(san)步(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)、七(qi)步(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)、九(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)步(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)不定。若(ruo)欲受(shou)三(san)(san)(san)(san)光(guang)氣(qi)者(zhe)(zhe),極(ji)晴明日(ri)(ri),向日(ri)(ri)兩腳并立……然(ran)后取(qu)禹(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)步(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)三(san)(san)(san)(san)步(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)也。所(suo)(suo)欲步(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)時,先(xian)舉頭(tou)看日(ri)(ri)光(guang)剩開口吸取(qu)曰(yue)(yue)光(guang)明,即(ji)(ji)閉口塞氣(qi),至(zhi)三(san)(san)(san)(san)步(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)始得(de)放氣(qi)也。三(san)(san)(san)(san)步(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)者(zhe)(zhe),從立處兩過(guo)移兩腳始成一(yi)(yi)步(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu),三(san)(san)(san)(san)步(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)即(ji)(ji)是(shi)(shi)六過(guo)移腳也。”此(ci)段還講了向月(yue)光(guang)、星(xing)光(guang)練(lian)禹(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)步(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)法(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa),曰(yue)(yue)是(shi)(shi)陽(yang),月(yue)星(xing)為(wei)(wei)陰,左(zuo)(zuo)為(wei)(wei)陽(yang),右(you)(you)(you)為(wei)(wei)陰,故受(shou)日(ri)(ri)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)氣(qi)則先(xian)移左(zuo)(zuo)腿(tui),受(shou)月(yue)星(xing)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)氣(qi)先(xian)移右(you)(you)(you)腿(tui)。"星(xing)者(zhe)(zhe)即(ji)(ji)是(shi)(shi)北(bei)斗(dou)七(qi)星(xing)也,星(xing)中(zhong)(zhong)最須(xu)殷勤,所(suo)(suo)以須(xu)九(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)步(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)也……作(zuo)(zuo)九(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)步(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)時既長久,若(ruo)一(yi)(yi)氣(qi)不得(de)度,是(shi)(shi)以三(san)(san)(san)(san)步(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)作(zuo)(zuo)一(yi)(yi)閉氣(qi),則九(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)步(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)即(ji)(ji)三(san)(san)(san)(san)過(guo)閉氣(qi)也。”此(ci)為(wei)(wei)禹(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)步(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)與氣(qi)功采氣(qi)相結合,因而禹(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)步(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)中(zhong)(zhong)亦有(you)練(lian)氣(qi)功之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)內(nei)容,可見在禁(jin)方(fang)中(zhong)(zhong)炁的(de)確有(you)重要作(zuo)(zuo)用(yong)。
禁(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)方(fang)中有(you)《掌訣法(fa)(fa)》,即(ji)掐(qia)捻(nian)(nian)五手(shou)(shou)指(zhi)(zhi)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)各節(jie)(jie),各節(jie)(jie)各有(you)所(suo)主事,如(ru)大(da)(da)指(zhi)(zhi)第(di)一(yi)(yi)(yi)節(jie)(jie)生(sheng)人(ren)(ren)、蛇、虎之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)頭。第(di)二指(zhi)(zhi)第(di)一(yi)(yi)(yi)節(jie)(jie)是(shi)(shi)蛇、虎之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)目(mu)(mu)(mu),第(di)二指(zhi)(zhi)第(di)二節(jie)(jie)是(shi)(shi)鬼目(mu)(mu)(mu)。五指(zhi)(zhi)共(gong)十五節(jie)(jie),各代表一(yi)(yi)(yi)事物,作(zuo)(zuo)禁(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)時,即(ji)掐(qia)捻(nian)(nian)有(you)關指(zhi)(zhi)節(jie)(jie)。如(ru)"凡欲行禁(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)者,皆須(xu)(xu)先捻(nian)(nian)鬼目(mu)(mu)(mu),若(ruo)與男(nan)禁(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)捻(nian)(nian)左(zuo)手(shou)(shou)目(mu)(mu)(mu),若(ruo)與女禁(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),即(ji)捻(nian)(nian)右手(shou)(shou)目(mu)(mu)(mu)……左(zuo)營目(mu)(mu)(mu)者開左(zuo)目(mu)(mu)(mu),閉有(you)目(mu)(mu)(mu);右營目(mu)(mu)(mu)者開右目(mu)(mu)(mu),閉左(zuo)目(mu)(mu)(mu)。”在掐(qia)捻(nian)(nian)手(shou)(shou)指(zhi)(zhi)同時還按需(xu)要睜閉一(yi)(yi)(yi)只眼。如(ru)禁(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)虎,先存想獅(shi)子,手(shou)(shou)捻(nian)(nian)虎目(mu)(mu)(mu)。如(ru)禁(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)狗則存想作(zuo)(zuo)虎,手(shou)(shou)捻(nian)(nian)狗目(mu)(mu)(mu)。又如(ru)有(you)惡(e)(e)人(ren)(ren)侵犯,禁(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),則閉氣押大(da)(da)指(zhi)(zhi)第(di)一(yi)(yi)(yi)節(jie)(jie),左(zuo)營目(mu)(mu)(mu),惡(e)(e)人(ren)(ren)即(ji)止怒。禁(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)病,則皆須(xu)(xu)禹(yu)步、誦禁(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)文(wen),捻(nian)(nian)而(er)用之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),急則瞋而(er)押之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),緩(huan)則捻(nian)(nian)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)。”可見此掌訣法(fa)(fa)是(shi)(shi)配合禹(yu)步,念咒禁(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)治疾病的禁(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)方(fang)內容之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)一(yi)(yi)(yi)。
道(dao)醫以(yi)禁方(fang)治(zhi)(zhi)療各種惡瘡、癰(yong)(yong)疽(ju)、腫(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)痛時(shi),除念(nian)(nian)咒等法術(shu)外,還(huan)常用睡液(ye)噴涂患處,有(you)(you)止痛消(xiao)炎之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)功效。如(禁癰(yong)(yong)腫(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)法》:"正面向(xiang)東,以(yi)手把刀(dao)按(an)其(qi)邊(bian)令(ling)匝,以(yi)墨(mo)點頭重(zhong)重(zhong)圍訖(qi),然(ran)后急(ji)(ji)睡之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),即愈。〃其(qi)咒語(yu)曰:?“日出東方(fang),乍赤乍黃,牽牛織女,教(jiao)(jiao)我睡方(fang)。若(ruo)是(shi)癰(yong)(yong),應(ying)(ying)鉀(jia)(jia)空。若(ruo)是(shi)痤,應(ying)(ying)鉀(jia)(jia)碎(sui)。若(ruo)是(shi)癤,應(ying)(ying)鉀(jia)(jia)滅。若(ruo)是(shi)腫(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),應(ying)(ying)鉀(jia)(jia)壟。不疼不痛,速(su)去(qu)速(su)去(qu),急(ji)(ji)急(ji)(ji)如律(lv)令(ling)!”另(ling)一(yi)(yi)咒語(yu)《禁一(yi)(yi)切腫(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)》說了睡之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)威力,"咒曰:吾(wu)口如天雷(lei),唾(tuo)山崩(beng),唾(tuo)木(mu)折(zhe),唾(tuo)金缺,唾(tuo)水竭,唾(tuo)火滅,唾(tuo)鬼殺(sha)(sha),唾(tuo)腫(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)滅。池中大(da)魚化(hua)為(wei)(wei)鱉,雷(lei)起(qi)西(xi)南(nan)不聞其(qi)音。大(da)腫(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)如山,小(xiao)腫(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)如氣,浮游如米,吾(wu)唾(tuo)一(yi)(yi)腫(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)百(bai)(bai)腫(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)皆(jie)死,急(ji)(ji)急(ji)(ji)如律(lv)令(ling)!〃道(dao)醫以(yi)唾(tuo)液(ye)治(zhi)(zhi)病,特別是(shi)治(zhi)(zhi)腫(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)瘡蟲(chong)毒(du)(du)有(you)(you)一(yi)(yi)定療效,是(shi)有(you)(you)其(qi)客(ke)觀(guan)的(de)(de)科學性的(de)(de)。唾(tuo)液(ye)中含(han)有(you)(you)消(xiao)化(hua)酶、腮腺激(ji)素等多種物(wu)(wu)質,不僅具(ju)有(you)(you)增強肌(ji)肉(rou)、血管作(zuo)(zuo)用,且(qie)能(neng)殺(sha)(sha)菌(jun)消(xiao)毒(du)(du)。報載日本同志社(she)大(da)學教(jiao)(jiao)授西(xi)岡一(yi)(yi)等研究證(zheng)明唾(tuo)液(ye)還(huan)有(you)(you)抑制致癌物(wu)(wu)質之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)作(zuo)(zuo)用。道(dao)家(jia)內煉稱唾(tuo)液(ye)為(wei)(wei)“玉(yu)(yu)液(ye)〃、"玉(yu)(yu)泉〃,能(neng)“去(qu)三尺,除百(bai)(bai)病〃。小(xiao)周天功法稱口津為(wei)(wei)“玉(yu)(yu)液(ye)還(huan)丹〃,為(wei)(wei)丹家(jia)重(zhong)視。又據美國科學家(jia)研究,人存(cun)(cun)不同之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)意念(nian)(nian)時(shi),唾(tuo)液(ye)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)成分發(fa)生變化(hua)。凡(fan)人存(cun)(cun)善念(nian)(nian)時(shi),向(xiang)玻璃管呼氣,其(qi)凝聚物(wu)(wu)透明無色;如存(cun)(cun)惡念(nian)(nian)、怨恨(hen),則凝聚物(wu)(wu)變色,且(qie)含(han)毒(du)(du)素。可見意念(nian)(nian)影響(xiang)唾(tuo)液(ye)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)成分與功能(neng)。《內經·靈(ling)樞·官能(neng)》云(yun):"疾(ji)毒(du)(du)言(yan)語(yu)輕人者,可使唾(tuo)癰(yong)(yong)咒病。”《內經》之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)這一(yi)(yi)記(ji)載亦證(zheng)明意識(shi)對唾(tuo)液(ye)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)影響(xiang),與上述試驗(yan)是(shi)一(yi)(yi)致的(de)(de)。由此可見道(dao)醫禁方(fang)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)用唾(tuo)液(ye)治(zhi)(zhi)病,亦有(you)(you)著其(qi)客(ke)觀(guan)的(de)(de)依據。
