老人秋季養生進補的食譜

5.無花(hua)果白菜干豬(月+展)湯

用(yong)料:取無花(hua)果干品4顆,鮮白菜干100克(ke),鮮豬(月(yue)+展)肉200克(ke)。

做法(fa):先用(yong)清(qing)水浸潤白菜干(gan),并洗凈(jing)砂(sha)泥。鮮豬月展肉(rou)用(yong)清(qing)水洗凈(jing),并切成粗件(jian)。無花果用(yong)清(qing)水洗凈(jing)。然后(hou)將上述三種(zhong)湯料同放進湯煲內,先用(yong)武火,后(hou)用(yong)文火煲湯,煲至白菜干(gan)變軟爛即可。

功效:能養陰清肺,潤燥化痰。

6.羅漢果瘦肉湯

用料:大羅漢果(guo)四(si)分之一個(ge),豬腿精(jing)肉八兩(約三百(bai)二十(shi)(shi)克),陳皮一小塊,清水十(shi)(shi)碗;

做法:陳皮浸透洗凈(jing),豬(zhu)肉原塊洗凈(jing)。把清(qing)水,羅漢果(guo)和陳皮同放直身瓦(wa)煲內,旺火燒滾,然后下豬(zhu)肉,再(zai)滾起改用文火煲約兩小時即可。
