敲打穴位瘦手臂

1、按摩淋巴

將(jiang)一只(zhi)手(shou)(shou)臂(bei)向上舉(ju)起,然后用(yong)另外一只(zhi)手(shou)(shou)臂(bei)按(an)摩舉(ju)起手(shou)(shou)臂(bei)的肌肉部分。對手(shou)(shou)臂(bei)淋巴穴進(jin)行(xing)二十(shi)秒的按(an)摩。

2、按摩腋下
