體質(zhi)虛弱怎么辦?

體虛的食補和藥膳食療

中醫將體質虛弱稱體虛,把慢性疾病的虛弱稱虛證,并將虛弱分為氣虛、血虛、陰虛、陽虛四種類型,結合心、肝、脾、肺、腎五臟,則每一臟又有氣、血、陰、陽虛弱的類型,如肺氣虛、脾陽虛、脾陽虛等等,中醫理論是講平衡的,只要人體氣血陰陽平衡,就是健康,不足的是虛弱,需補養,多余的是病邪,要祛除,以其達到新的平衡,恢復身體健康。體虛是機體某些功能有所減退,不一定患病,即西醫所稱之“亞健康”,如不及時補養、調節和調理、令進一步發展,對健康不利。
治療虛弱,根據中醫“虛則輔之,實則瀉之,熱則寒之,寒則熱之。“的原則,需通過進補來調整虛實,進補有補氣、補血、補陰、補陽四個方面,并需依照各人的體質和病證中行辨證辨體進補,進補有藥補和食補,不論是采用藥補還是食補,均是為了補虛扶正,食補
有時比藥補更為重要,因為食補不謹可補虛祛邪,并可扶正,達到補虛扶正的要求,使機體的氣血陰陽達到新的平衡,恢復健康,故有“藥補不如食補“之說,進補是為了補虛扶正,若不虛而補、補之過度或不當的進補均可引起不良反應、如壯實的人服了人參、阿膠等性溫的補氣血藥物,會出現食欲減退、惡心、飽脹、便秘、頭暈、咽痛、牙齦虛浮出血:又如怕冷、大便溏薄的陽虛者服了生地、麥冬、鱉甲等補陰藥食物,會更加怕冷、腹瀉、腹痛等,這些都是因進補不當,損傷了胃氣,違反了中醫辨證說辨體施補的原則。
下面簡要介紹一些體虛的食補食品和藥膳食療方:
1 氣虛:氣虛之體的主要表現為;少氣懶言、全身疲倦乏力、聲音低沉、動則氣短、易出汗,頭暈心悸、面色萎黃、食欲不振,虛熱,自汗,脫肛,子宮下垂,舌淡而胖,舌邊有齒痕,脈弱等,為功能減退,不一定有病,氣虛者需補氣,補氣的藥物可選用人參、黃芪、黨參等。
1.1 補氣虛食品:牛肉、雞肉、豬肉、糯米、大豆、白扁豆、大棗、鯽魚、鯉魚、鵪鶉、黃鱔、蝦、蘑菇等。可經常交替選服。
1.2補氣虛藥膳食療方舉例:
玉珍雞:母雞一只洗凈,雞肚內放人桂圓、荔枝干、黑棗、蓮子、枸杞各30g,加調味蒸食,可補氣養精。
黃芪蒸鵪鶉:黃芪6~9g,鵪鶉2只共蒸食,可補氣虛。
2血虛:血虛之體的主要表現為;面色萎黃蒼白,唇爪淡白,頭暈乏力,眼花心悸,失眠多夢,大便干燥,婦女經水愆期、量少色淡‘、舌質淡、苔滑少津,脈細弱等。進補宜采用補血、養血、生血之法,補血的藥物可選用當歸、阿膠、熟地、桑椹子等。
2.1補血虛食品:烏骨雞、黑芝麻、胡桃肉、龍眼肉、雞肉、豬血、豬肝、紅糖、赤豆等,可經常交替選用。
2.2補血虛藥膳食療方舉例:
當歸烏骨雞:當歸、黃芪各15g放入紗布袋中與烏骨雞一只共蒸煮,吃雞肉喝湯,可補血虛。
阿膠糯米粥:阿膠9g(打碎)與黑糯米 60g共煮粥服食,可補血虛。
3 陰虛:又稱陰虛火旺,俗稱虛火,陰虛之體的主要表現為;怕熱,易怒,面頰升火,口干咽痛,大便干燥,小便短赤或黃,舌少津液,五心(二只手心、二只腳心與頭頂心)煩熱,盜汗,腰酸背痛,夢遺滑精,舌質紅,苔薄或光剝,脈細數等。進補宜采用補陰、滋陰、養陰等法,補陰虛的藥物可選用生地、麥冬、玉竹、珍珠粉、銀耳、冬蟲夏草、石斛,龜板等。
3.1 補陰虛食品:甲魚、燕窩、百合、鴨肉、黑魚、海蜇、藕、金針菇、枸杞頭、荸薺、生梨等,可經常交替選服。
3.2補陰虛藥膳食療方舉例:
銀耳紅棗羹(或百合蓮子羹):銀耳、紅棗(或百合、蓮子)適量共煮羹當點心服食,可補陰虛。
甲魚二子湯:甲魚1只與女貞子、枸杞子各20g同煮湯,加調味,食甲魚飲湯,連食數劑,可補陰虛和治肝腎陰虛所致的腰痛,遺精、頭暈、目花等癥。
石斛河魚;石斛6g,河魚1條共蒸食,可滋陰。
蟲草老雄鴨:蟲草9g與三年老雄鴨1只共煮,吃鴨肉喝湯,可補陰虛。
4 陽虛:又稱陽虛火衰,是氣虛的進一步發展,陽虛之體的主要表現為;除有氣虛的表現外,平時怕冷,四肢不溫,喜熱飲,體溫常偏低,腰酸腿軟,陽痿早泄,小腹冷痛,乏力,小便不利,舌質淡溥,苔白,脈沉細等。進補宜補陽、益陽、溫陽:補陽虛的藥物可選用紅參、鹿茸、杜仲、蟲草、肉桂、海馬等。
4.1 補陽虛食品:黃牛肉、狗肉、羊肉、牛鞭、海參、淡菜、胡桃肉、桂圓、鵪鶉、鰻魚、蝦、韭菜、桂皮、茴香等,可經常交替選服。
4.2補陽虛藥膳食療方舉例:
海馬童子雞:海馬9g,童子雞1只,共蒸食,可補陽虛。
韭菜白米蝦:韭菜200g,白米蝦(或蝦仁)100g,共炒,加調味,常服食,可補陽虛。
5 兩虛:體虛者亦常出現兩虛之體,兩虛之體有以下幾種:
5.1氣陰兩虛:既有氣虛又有陰虛,其主要表現為;既有頭暈、乏力、腿軟等氣虛表現,又有升火、咽干、舌紅等陰虛表現,但沒有慢性疾病,這種體質稱氣陰兩虛體質,進補宜采用益氣養陰之補法,即在進補時應同時考慮補氣和補陰。
5.2 陰陽兩虛:既有陰虛又有陽虛,稱陰陽兩虛,其主要表現為;既怕冷又怕熱,冬天特別怕冷,夏天又特別怕熱,這是陰陽失調或陰陽兩虛之體質,進補宜采用陰陽并補,養陰溫陽和滋陰壯陽等補法。
5.3氣血兩虛:氣血兩虛一般出現在貧血、白細胞減少癥、血小板減少癥、大出血后、婦女月經過多者等,其主要表現為;既有氣虛的表現,又有血虛的表現,進補宜采用益氣生血、培補氣血、氣血并補。
對兩虛之體的食補可分別選用上述補氣、補血、補陰、補陽的食品及藥膳進行辨證辨體施補,更應根據虛弱的輕重交替選服,通過進補待虛弱的表現消失,恢復健康后應停服進補食品及進補藥膳,到服食正常的平衡膳食即可,真正做到“虛則補之,實則瀉之”,無虛不須補,避免不虛而補,補之過度或進補不當而引起的不良反應,反而對健康不利。

從上面的分類和使用方法中我們可以看到:只有上品中藥才是對人體有百利而無一害的可以放心大膽不限量食用的產品。而對于傳統的中藥藥方,由于遵循了“宜用一君二臣五佐,又可一君三臣九佐使”的配伍方法,所以如果是按照這個方法配制生產的藥品和“保健品”,對人體也不是絕對的安全,因為里面肯定有中、下品中藥,吃的時候必須注意量的限制。是藥三分毒也正是由此而得。而只有跳出中藥配伍原則,源于中醫中藥理論而又不囿于理論限制的,全部用上品中藥生產的保健品,才是最安全的。而福龍口服液就是這樣的一款中醫中藥文化發展到今天的一個極致產品。

跪是向下抽血的好方法。


血一下子到腳底不容易,先弄到膝蓋。膝蓋全是血,離腳底不遠。


如果你在不太軟的床上或地毯上用膝蓋走路,你的血液會源源不斷地流向膝蓋。由于新鮮血液的供應,你的膝蓋將不會感冒,積液和腫脹。


但是,如果有人膝蓋疼痛,他應該跪在更軟的床上,慢慢地移動。他很快就會習慣,然后膝蓋就不疼了。


跪姿的神奇效果。

跪姿也能補腎。


跪著走路運動還能鍛煉腰部的力量,腰扭了,腎就活躍起來了!補氣血,補腎,一舉兩得。男同胞可以在床上反復練習。每天大概50到100步,全靠他們的體力。


跪著走了兩三個星期,你會突然發現原來脫發的現象消失了。


另一方面,中醫把膝蓋稱為筋府,膝蓋就是筋府。肝臟是主要的肌肉,所以跪在膝蓋上是另一種補肝的方法。相當于每天喝幾粒杞菊地黃丸,而且一分錢不花,更別說什么體質了。效果還是那么好。


有人說:“我不能下跪。我去拍了張照片。醫生說我這里有很多骨刺。我敢肯定我跪下的時候骨刺會粘在我身上。被扎破了怎么辦?打個洞就麻煩了。”這是對骨刺的誤解。


骨刺是人體的自然現象。每個人到了一定年紀都會有骨刺。骨刺本身不會引起疼痛,疼痛是骨刺旁的淤血壓迫神經引起的。驅散了淤血,膝蓋自然就不疼了。


但是我去拍照的時候發現骨刺沒幾個,都還站在那里。現在市面上有很多可以“刺”和“消”的藥物。其實他們是無法消除骨刺的,只能化解骨刺旁的瘀血。


所以骨刺消失也沒關系,也不妨礙我們運動。所以練習跪姿根本不會對我們的健康有任何影響。


跪姿不僅可以減肥,防治膝蓋疼痛、膝蓋積水、膝蓋骨刺、腰疼、脫發,還能給你帶來很多額外的收獲。


對于想減肥的男女青年來說,跪姿是一種秘密的減肥方式,比“把脈”還快。這種方法是大腿減脂最明顯的方法。


為了測試這個方法是否有效,你回家先在大腿上量一次卷尺,然后每天跪20分鐘,三周后再量一次卷尺,絕對讓你喜出望外。這個方法很多人都試過,效果非常明顯。


女人總是抱怨大腿上有脂肪。的確,是一堆廢物,不是肌肉。這個時候我們要引入新的氣血,讓它吸收和排出垃圾,所以跪著走路可以減少大腿脂肪。


注意:剛開始的時候,你的膝蓋會很疼。你應該先適應幾天。不要先跪下。一開始就跪著,等習慣了再跪。剛開始跪的時候會出現以下不適癥狀,這也是正常反應。不僅下跪會出現以下不適癥狀,其他運動也會出現。


1.麻:表示氣可以過來,血不行。

下跪后,練金雞獨立,你會突然發現閉著眼睛也能站得更久。這是因為跪法把大量的氣血引到了下肢,下肢強壯了,當然腳站得更穩了。


用金雞獨立可以引導氣血沖刷腳上的六經(肝、膽、脾、胃、腎、膀胱)原穴,使氣血運行更加持久有力。


有的人每天跪20分鐘,有的時候跪10分鐘。很快當他去換眼鏡時,度數下降了50度。他30多歲了。為什么還會有這樣的效果?因為跪練養肝,肝為主肌,膝為筋會,肝為目開竅,目尚開。


如果跪著走路的時候敲敲左心包,效果會更好。如果你有高血壓,再揉揉肺經的赤澤穴,你會立刻感到頭腦清醒。


所以,學習防病的方法,一定要和很多東西掛鉤。我們不能認為跪膝只是治膝蓋,頭上的穴位只是治頭部。我們應該舉一反三,學以致用。


有句話叫“飲半湖,方知江河之味;拾一片落葉,享人間秋涼”,就是這個道理。這樣,我們可以學得很快。
