女(nv)子乳房,稱為血(xue)(xue)元(yuan)。在(zai)兩乳之間,有一空竅,方圓(yuan)一寸二分(fen),乃(nai)為女(nv)子丹田之所在(zai)。血(xue)(xue)元(yuan)生血(xue)(xue),丹田結丹。
功夫(fu)就在子(zi)(zi)午二(er)時(shi)(shi)(shi),存(cun)意乳間空竅之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)女子(zi)(zi)丹田(tian)。呼吸綿綿,身心大靜(jing)。等到(dao)活子(zi)(zi)時(shi)(shi)(shi)“消息(xi)(xi)”來時(shi)(shi)(shi),從下(xia)元(yuan)(yuan)運(yun)上(shang)女丹田(tian)。此(ci)中消息(xi)(xi),亦如(ru)(ru)(ru)男子(zi)(zi)。《坤(kun)(kun)寧(ning)經(jing)(jing)》云:“曉日(ri)東升,光痕(hen)逗(dou)露,運(yun)汞(gong)配(pei)(pei)鉛(qian),神(shen)(shen)炁(qi)(qi)(qi)俱住(zhu)。積炁(qi)(qi)(qi)本(ben)生(sheng)(sheng)炁(qi)(qi)(qi)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)鄉,存(cun)神(shen)(shen)為(wei)(wei)煉(lian)神(shen)(shen)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)路。一(yi)(yi)陽(yang)發(fa)動之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)處,行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)子(zi)(zi)午卯酉(you)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)功;百脈通(tong)時(shi)(shi)(shi),定(ding)(ding)乾坤(kun)(kun)坎離之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)位。”(大意是(shi)(shi)說:拂曉太陽(yang)東升之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)時(shi)(shi)(shi),一(yi)(yi)點(dian)光痕(hen)開始(shi)顯露,此(ci)時(shi)(shi)(shi)運(yun)上(shang)真炁(qi)(qi)(qi)配(pei)(pei)合(he)元(yuan)(yuan)神(shen)(shen),神(shen)(shen)與炁(qi)(qi)(qi)都可以(yi)凝定(ding)(ding)不(bu)(bu)散(san)。積蓄真炁(qi)(qi)(qi),本(ben)是(shi)(shi)生(sheng)(sheng)發(fa)真炁(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)地方;存(cun)養(yang)元(yuan)(yuan)神(shen)(shen),即(ji)為(wei)(wei)修煉(lian)元(yuan)(yuan)神(shen)(shen)的(de)道路。一(yi)(yi)陽(yang)發(fa)動之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)處,行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)子(zi)(zi)午卯酉(you)的(de)周(zhou)天(tian)功夫(fu);百脈貫通(tong)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)時(shi)(shi)(shi),定(ding)(ding)乾坤(kun)(kun)坎離的(de)交泰之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)位。)注意此(ci)時(shi)(shi)(shi)的(de)所謂(wei)“消息(xi)(xi)”,古(gu)人又(you)稱之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)為(wei)(wei)“信”,不(bu)(bu)起指行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)經(jing)(jing)的(de)時(shi)(shi)(shi)候,《三(san)命篇》云:“如(ru)(ru)(ru)人在外未歸,而(er)信先(xian)至焉。”是(shi)(shi)為(wei)(wei)真訣。信來之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)時(shi)(shi)(shi),自有感覺(jue)。或者(zhe)腰腿疼痛,或者(zhe)乳房發(fa)脹,或者(zhe)頭(tou)目不(bu)(bu)安,或者(zhe)不(bu)(bu)思飲食,此(ci)即(ji)將炁(qi)(qi)(qi)化血(xue)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)征候。應當在行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)經(jing)(jing)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)前兩(liang)日(ri)半,專(zhuan)心用功,收回此(ci)炁(qi)(qi)(qi)。如(ru)(ru)(ru)果經(jing)(jing)血(xue)已行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing),則(ze)成赤(chi)龍(long)(赤(chi)龍(long)即(ji)月(yue)經(jing)(jing))陰精,不(bu)(bu)可控(kong)制,此(ci)時(shi)(shi)(shi)亂(luan)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)妄運(yun),有害無益。又(you)須(xu)等到(dao)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)經(jing)(jing)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)后兩(liang)日(ri)半,以(yi)白(bai)綾試(shi)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),其色金黃(huang),此(ci)乃經(jing)(jing)罷之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)兆(zhao)。依照前法一(yi)(yi)樣用功,運(yun)上(shang)以(yi)化之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)。如(ru)(ru)(ru)此(ci)用功數日(ri),則(ze)其經(jing)(jing)先(xian)變(bian)為(wei)(wei)黃(huang),后變(bian)為(wei)(wei)白(bai),由白(bai)而(er)化二(er)為(wei)(wei)無。此(ci)時(shi)(shi)(shi)“斬赤(chi)龍(long)”功成,而(er)歸于童體。
女子過(guo)了四十九歲(sui)左右,經(jing)事已絕,生(sheng)機衰(shuai)退。依照靜功法(fa)訣(jue)慢(man)慢(man)調養,時間長(chang)了,又生(sheng)血(xue)元,恢復行經(jing),此(ci)為(wei)無中生(sheng)有,返還青(qing)春。恢復行經(jing)之后,再用前法(fa)依樣(yang)行功,一斬即化,斬斷赤(chi)龍,又回(hui)于童體,而司(si)入于仙道。
懶道人曾言:“返照調息之久,自然真息往來,一開一合,養成鄞鄂,神炁充足,真陽自旺,經水自絕,乳縮如男子,是謂‘斬赤龍’。”大意是說:女子用功,回光返照,調息丹田,時間長了,自然感覺真息往來,一開一合,養成鄞鄂。“鄞鄂”又作垠鄂或鄞鍔,《淮南子·淑真》日:“萌兆芽孽,未有形埒垠鄂。”《文選.漢張平子西京賦》:“在彼靈囿之中,前后無有垠鍔。”這里皆指邊際。道家以之比喻形體,東漢魏伯陽《周易參同(tong)契(qi)》日:“經(jing)營(ying)養(yang)鄞鄂,凝神(shen)以成軀。”此處(chu)是(shi)說修養(yang)身體。而(er)后神(shen)炁充(chong)足,真陽自旺,經(jing)水自絕,乳縮如(ru)同(tong)童女(nv)之狀,是(shi)為斬赤龍(long)之功(gong)成。赤龍(long)斬絕之后,往(wang)上大還丹等等功(gong)夫,皆(jie)與男子丹法,再無(wu)分(fen)別。
