太(tai)(tai)極以五行(xing)生三才,父母(mu)以此而育(yu)我體(ti)。我當以此而成還丹,孕于鴻漾,生于坤(kun)腹,圓明閃爍,是為(wei)蟾光(guang)。玉谿子日:剖開(kai)太(tai)(tai)極已(yi),露出天地心。虛(xu)空潤無(wu)涯,徽(hui)月見孤嶺。
西川岸上抬頭望(wang),一孤蟾光顛碧波。
便好下手修二八,殷勤仔細托黃婆。
太虛寥廓(kuo),皓(hao)月(yue)(yue)粲(can)然,雪浪翻騰,金(jin)蟆吐耀。人見(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)月(yue)(yue)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)所以明(ming)而曰:金(jin)精盛則月(yue)(yue)明(ming)焉。孰知金(jin)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)所以生者,自月(yue)(yue)而產(chan)也(ye)(ye)。人見(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)金(jin)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)產(chan)于月(yue)(yue),而不(bu)知月(yue)(yue)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)明(ming)本出于日也(ye)(ye)。月(yue)(yue)者,喻元性(xing)(xing)(xing)也(ye)(ye)。水,喻坎宮也(ye)(ye)。金(jin)蟆者,喻一(yi)點真(zhen)陽之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)竅也(ye)(ye)。元性(xing)(xing)(xing),喻月(yue)(yue)性(xing)(xing)(xing)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)用也(ye)(ye)。性(xing)(xing)(xing)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)初見(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian),圓陀陀,光燦燦,狀似流(liu)星。蓋氣質之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)性(xing)(xing)(xing)稍息(xi),而元神(shen)真(zhen)性(xing)(xing)(xing)就見(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian),如云開則月(yue)(yue)現,霧散則陽暉。才(cai)見(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)此物,分明(ming)便是元氣產(chan)矣,速(su)急采取。譬之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),見(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)賊便捉,毋令再逸(yi)。收歸于鼎器之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)中(zhong),則一(yi)點元氣蟾(chan)光終,不(bu)可(ke)得而出矣。
