呂(lv)曰:內藥(yao)不出(chu)龍(long)虎(hu)也(ye)。虎(hu)出(chu)于坎宮,氣(qi)中之(zhi)水(shui)是(shi)也(ye);龍(long)出(chu)于離宮,水(shui)中之(zhi)氣(qi)是(shi)也(ye)。外藥(yao)取砂中之(zhi)汞(gong),比于陽(yang)龍(long);用鉛(qian)中之(zhi)銀,比于陰(yin)虎(hu)。而鉛(qian)汞(gong)外藥(yao)也(ye),何(he)以龍(long)虎(hu)交而變黃芽,黃芽就(jiu)而分鉛(qian)汞(gong)?所謂內藥(yao)之(zhi)中鉛(qian)汞(gong)者何(he)也(ye)?
鐘曰(yue):抱天一(yi)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)質而為五金(jin)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)首者(zhe)(zhe),黑(hei)鉛(qian)(qian)(qian)也(ye)(ye)(ye),鉛(qian)(qian)(qian)以生(sheng)銀(yin),鉛(qian)(qian)(qian)乃銀(yin)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)母。感太陽之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)氣(qi)(qi)而為眾(zhong)石之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)首者(zhe)(zhe),朱(zhu)(zhu)砂(sha)(sha)也(ye)(ye)(ye)砂(sha)(sha)以生(sheng)汞(gong),汞(gong)乃砂(sha)(sha)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)子。難取者(zhe)(zhe),鉛(qian)(qian)(qian)中(zhong)(zhong)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)銀(yin),易(yi)失者(zhe)(zhe),砂(sha)(sha)中(zhong)(zhong)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)汞(gong)。銀(yin)汞(gong)若(ruo)相合緞煉,自(zi)成至寶,此(ci)鉛(qian)(qian)(qian)汞(gong)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)理,見于(yu)(yu)外者(zhe)(zhe)如此(ci)。若(ruo)以內(nei)事言之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),見于(yu)(yu)人(ren)者(zhe)(zhe),今古(gu)議(yi)論差(cha)別有(you)殊,取其玄妙之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)說。本自(zi)父母交(jiao)通之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)際(ji),精血(xue)相合,包(bao)藏(zang)(zang)真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)氣(qi)(qi),寄質于(yu)(yu)母,之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)純陰(yin)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)宮,藏(zang)(zang)神在陰(yin)陽未判之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)內(nei)。三百(bai)日胎(tai)(tai)完,五千日氣(qi)(qi)足。以五行言之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),人(ren)身本是精與血(xue),先(xian)有(you)水也(ye)(ye)(ye)。以五藏(zang)(zang)言之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),精血(xue)為形像(xiang),先(xian)生(sheng)腎(shen)也(ye)(ye)(ye)。腎(shen)水之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)中(zhong)(zhong)伏藏(zang)(zang)于(yu)(yu)受胎(tai)(tai)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)初,父母之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)氣(qi)(qi),真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)氣(qi)(qi)隱于(yu)(yu)人(ren)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)內(nei)腎(shen),所謂鉛(qian)(qian)(qian)者(zhe)(zhe),此(ci)也(ye)(ye)(ye)。腎(shen)中(zhong)(zhong)正(zheng)(zheng)氣(qi)(qi),氣(qi)(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)一(yi)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)水,名曰(yue)真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)虎(hu),所謂鉛(qian)(qian)(qian)中(zhong)(zhong)銀(yin)者(zhe)(zhe),此(ci)也(ye)(ye)(ye)。腎(shen)氣(qi)(qi)傳肝氣(qi)(qi),肝氣(qi)(qi)傳心氣(qi)(qi)。心氣(qi)(qi)太極(ji)而生(sheng)液(ye),液(ye)中(zhong)(zhong)有(you)正(zheng)(zheng)陽之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)氣(qi)(qi),所謂朱(zhu)(zhu)砂(sha)(sha)者(zhe)(zhe),心液(ye)也(ye)(ye)(ye)。所謂汞(gong)者(zhe)(zhe),心液(ye)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)中(zhong)(zhong)正(zheng)(zheng)陽之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)氣(qi)(qi)是也(ye)(ye)(ye)。以氣(qi)(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)一(yi)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)水顧戀和合于(yu)(yu)液(ye)中(zhong)(zhong)正(zheng)(zheng)陽之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)氣(qi)(qi),積氣(qi)(qi)液(ye)為胎(tai)(tai)胞,傳送在黃庭之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)內(nei),進火無(wu)差(cha),胎(tai)(tai)仙自(zi)化,乃比鉛(qian)(qian)(qian)銀(yin)合汞(gong),毀煉成寶者(zhe)(zhe)也(ye)(ye)(ye)。
呂(lv)曰:在(zai)五金之(zhi)中,鉛中取銀。于(yu)八石(shi)之(zhi)內,砂中出汞。置之(zhi)鼎(ding)器(qi),配(pei)之(zhi)藥(yao)餌,汞自(zi)為砂,而銀自(zi)為寶(bao)。然(ran)而在(zai)人之(zhi)鉛如(ru)何取銀?在(zai)人之(zhi)砂如(ru)何取汞?汞如(ru)何作砂,銀如(ru)何作寶(bao)也?
鐘曰(yue):鉛本(ben)父母之(zhi)(zhi)真(zhen)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)合而(er)(er)為(wei)一,純粹(cui)而(er)(er)不離(li),既(ji)成形(xing)之(zhi)(zhi)后而(er)(er)藏在腎中,二(er)腎相對,同升于(yu)氣(qi)(qi)(qi),乃(nai)曰(yue)元陽(yang)之(zhi)(zhi)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)。;氣(qi)(qi)(qi)中有水(shui),乃(nai)曰(yue)真(zhen)一之(zhi)(zhi)水(shui),水(shui)隨氣(qi)(qi)(qi)升,氣(qi)(qi)(qi)住水(shui)住,氣(qi)(qi)(qi)散(san)水(shui)散(san)。其水(shui)與氣(qi)(qi)(qi),如子母之(zhi)(zhi)不相離(li),善視者止見于(yu)氣(qi)(qi)(qi),不見于(yu)水(shui)。若以此(ci)真(zhen)一之(zhi)(zhi)水(shui),合于(yu)心之(zhi)(zhi)正(zheng)陽(yang)之(zhi)(zhi)氣(qi)(qi)(qi),乃(nai)曰(yue)龍虎交媾而(er)(er)變(bian)黃芽,以黃芽而(er)(er)為(wei)大藥。大藥之(zhi)(zhi)材,本(ben)以真(zhen)一之(zhi)(zhi)水(shui)為(wei)胎(tai),內包正(zheng)陽(yang)之(zhi)(zhi)氣(qi)(qi)(qi),如昔日父母之(zhi)(zhi)真(zhen)氣(qi)(qi)(qi),即(ji)精(jing)血為(wei)胞胎(tai),造化三百日,胎(tai)完氣(qi)(qi)(qi)足而(er)(er)形(xing)備神胞胎(tai),狀同黍(shu)米,溫養無虧。始(shi)也(ye)即(ji)陰(yin)留陽(yang),次以用(yong)陽(yang)煉陰(yin),氣(qi)(qi)(qi)變(bian)為(wei)精(jing),精(jing)變(bian)為(wei)汞(gong),汞(gong)變(bian)為(wei)珠,珠變(bian)為(wei)砂,砂變(bian)為(wei)金(jin)丹。金(jin)丹既(ji)就,真(zhen)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)自生,煉氣(qi)(qi)(qi)成神,而(er)(er)得超脫,化火龍而(er)(er)出昏(hun)衢,驂玄鶴(he)而(er)(er)入蓬島(dao)。
呂曰:以形(xing)交(jiao)形(xing),形(xing)合生形(xing),以氣合氣,氣合生氣,數不(bu)出三百日,分(fen)形(xing)之(zhi)后,男女(nv)形(xing)狀之(zhi)不(bu)同,自己丹砂色澤之(zhi)何似(si)也(ye)?
鐘曰:父母之(zhi)形(xing)交,父精(jing)(jing)先進,而(er)(er)(er)母血、后(hou)(hou)行,血包于精(jing)(jing)而(er)(er)(er)為(wei)女,女者(zhe),內陽而(er)(er)(er)外(wai)(wai)陰(yin)(yin)以(yi)象母蓋(gai)以(yi)血在外(wai)(wai)也。若以(yi)母血先進,而(er)(er)(er)父精(jing)(jing)后(hou)(hou)行,精(jing)(jing)包于血而(er)(er)(er)為(wei)男,男者(zhe),內陰(yin)(yin)而(er)(er)(er)外(wai)(wai)陽以(yi)象父,蓋(gai)以(yi)精(jing)(jing)在外(wai)(wai)也。所謂(wei)(wei)血者(zhe),本生心(xin),而(er)(er)(er)無(wu)正陽之(zhi)氣(qi),所謂(wei)(wei)精(jing)(jing)者(zhe),本生于腎(shen),而(er)(er)(er)有正陽之(zhi)氣(qi)。正陽之(zhi)氣(qi)乃汞之(zhi)本也,即真一(yi)之(zhi)水,和合而(er)(er)(er)入黃庭(ting)之(zhi)中,汞用鉛湯煮(zhu),鉛以(yi)汞火煎,鉛不得(de)汞能(neng)變化純(chun)陽之(zhi)氣(qi)。
呂曰(yue):鉛(qian)在(zai)腎中而(er),生(sheng)元陽(yang)之氣,氣中有(you)真一之水(shui),視之不可(ke)見也。鉛(qian)以(yi)得汞,汞在(zai)正(zheng)陽(yang)之氣,以(yi)正(zheng)陽(yang)之氣燒煉于鉛(qian),鉛(qian)生(sheng)氣盛(sheng)而(er)發舉于真一之水(shui),可(ke)以(yi)上升。然而(er)汞本正(zheng)陽(yang)之氣,即真一之水(shui)而(er)為胎胞,保送黃庭之中,已是(shi)龍虎交媾(gou),陰(yin)陽(yang)兩停,亦以(yi)鉛(qian)湯煮之,莫(mo)不陰(yin)太過耗散真陽(yang),安(an)得成大藥而(er)氣中生(sheng)氣也?
鐘(zhong)曰:腎(shen)氣(qi)投(tou)心氣(qi),氣(qi)極(ji)生(sheng)液,液中有(you)正陽之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)氣(qi),配(pei)合真一之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)水(shui),名日虎交(jiao)媾,日得(de)(de)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)黍(shu)米(mi)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)大(da),名日金丹(dan)大(da)藥(yao),保(bao)送黃庭之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)中。且黃庭者,脾胃之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)下,膀胱之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)上,心之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)北,而(er)(er)(er)(er)腎(shen)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)南(nan),肝之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)西,而(er)(er)(er)(er)肺(fei)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)束(shu),上清下濁,外應(ying)四色(se),量容二升(sheng),路通八水(shui),所得(de)(de)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)藥(yao)晝夜(ye)在其(qi)中,若以(yi)采(cai)藥(yao)不(bu)進火(huo),藥(yao)必(bi)耗散而(er)(er)(er)(er)不(bu)能(neng)住(zhu)(zhu),若以(yi)進火(huo)不(bu)采(cai)藥(yao),陰(yin)中陽不(bu)能(neng)住(zhu)(zhu),止于(yu)發舉(ju)腎(shen)氣(qi),而(er)(er)(er)(er)壯(zhuang)暖下元而(er)(er)(er)(er)已(yi)。若以(yi)采(cai)藥(yao)有(you)時,而(er)(er)(er)(er)進火(huo)有(you)數,必(bi)先于(yu)鉛(qian)中作借(jie)氣(qi)進火(huo),使大(da)藥(yao)堅固,永(yong)鎮下田,名曰采(cai)補(bu)(bu)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)法。而(er)(er)(er)(er)煉汞(gong)補(bu)(bu)丹(dan)田,延年而(er)(er)(er)(er)益壽,可(ke)為地(di)仙。若以(yi)采(cai)藥(yao)而(er)(er)(er)(er)以(yi)元鉛(qian)抽之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)于(yu)肘后飛金精,既(ji)抽鉛(qian),須添(tian)(tian)汞(gong),不(bu)添(tian)(tian)汞(gong),徒以(yi)還精補(bu)(bu)腦,而(er)(er)(er)(er)真氣(qi)如(ru)何得(de)(de)生(sheng)?真氣(qi)不(bu)生(sheng),陽神如(ru)何得(de)(de)就也。既(ji)添(tian)(tian)汞(gong),須抽鉛(qian),不(bu)抽鉛(qian),徒以(yi)煉汞(gong)補(bu)(bu)丹(dan)田,如(ru)何變砂,砂既(ji)不(bu)變,而(er)(er)(er)(er)金丹(dan)如(ru)何得(de)(de)就。
呂曰:采藥必(bi)賴氣中(zhong)之(zhi)水(shui),進火(huo)須借鉛中(zhong)之(zhi)氣,到底(di)抽(chou)(chou)鉛成大藥,若以(yi)添(tian)汞,上(shang)可以(yi)補丹田。所(suo)謂抽(chou)(chou)添(tian)之(zhi)理(li)何(he)也?
鐘曰:昔者(zhe)(zhe)上(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)圣(sheng)傳道(dao)于(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)人(ren)問,以(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)太(tai)(tai)(tai)古之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)民淳而(er)(er)(er)(er)(er)(er)復(fu)樸(pu),冥然(ran)無(wu)(wu)知(zhi),不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)可(ke)得(de)(de)聞大(da)(da)道(dao),天(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)地(di)(di)(di)指諭陰(yin)(yin)(yin)(yin)陽(yang)(yang)(yang),升降(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)宜交(jiao)換于(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)溫(wen)凍寒(han)暑之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)氣(qi)(qi),而(er)(er)(er)(er)(er)(er)節候有(you)(you)(you)期(qi),一年(nian)數足(zu),周而(er)(er)(er)(er)(er)(er)復(fu)始(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi),不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)失于(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)道(dao),天(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)地(di)(di)(di)所(suo)以(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)長久(jiu)。不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)慮人(ren)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)知(zhi),而(er)(er)(er)(er)(er)(er)間于(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)大(da)(da)理,蔽(bi)在(zai)(zai)一隅。比(bi)(bi)說(shuo)于(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)日(ri)(ri)(ri)(ri)月(yue)精(jing)(jing)華往(wang)來之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)理,進退(tui)在(zai)(zai)旦(dan)望(wang)弦(xian)朔之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)時(shi)(shi),而(er)(er)(er)(er)(er)(er)出沒無(wu)(wu)差(cha),一月(yue)數足(zu),運行不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)已,不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)失于(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)道(dao),日(ri)(ri)(ri)(ri)月(yue)所(suo)以(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)長久(jiu)。奈(nai)何寒(han)來暑往(wang),暑往(wang)寒(han)來,世(shi)人(ren)不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)悟天(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)地(di)(di)(di)升降(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)宜;月(yue)圓復(fu)缺,月(yue)縱無(wu)(wu)窮之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)欲,消磨有(you)(you)(you)限(xian)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)時(shi)(shi)。富貴奢(she)華,算來只中(zhong)裝(zhuang)點浮(fu)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)夢,恩愛愁煩,到底做下來生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)債。歌(ge)聲(sheng)未(wei)絕(jue)(jue)而(er)(er)(er)(er)(er)(er)苦惱早來,名利正濃而(er)(er)(er)(er)(er)(er)紅顏已去。貪(tan)財(cai)貪(tan)貨,將(jiang)謂萬劫(jie)長存;愛子憐孫,顯望(wang)永生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)同聚。貪(tan)癡不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)息,妄想長生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng),而(er)(er)(er)(er)(er)(er)耗散元陽(yang)(yang)(yang),走失真氣(qi)(qi)。直待惡病(bing)纏身(shen)(shen),方是歇心(xin)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)日(ri)(ri)(ri)(ri),大(da)(da)限(xian)臨頭,才為(wei)(wei)了首之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)時(shi)(shi)。真仙(xian)上(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)圣(sheng),憫其(qi)(qi)如此(ci)輸回(hui),已而(er)(er)(er)(er)(er)(er)歸(gui)墮落深(shen),欲世(shi)人(ren)明(ming)悟大(da)(da)道(dao),比(bi)(bi)于(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)天(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)地(di)(di)(di)日(ri)(ri)(ri)(ri)月(yue)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)長久(jiu)始(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)也(ye)(ye)備說(shuo)天(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)地(di)(di)(di)陰(yin)(yin)(yin)(yin)陽(yang)(yang)(yang)升降(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)理,次以(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)比(bi)(bi)喻日(ri)(ri)(ri)(ri)月(yue)精(jing)(jing)華往(wang)來之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)理。彼以(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)達天(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)機(ji),罔(wang)測玄(xuan)妙,以(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)內(nei)藥(yao)(yao)比(bi)(bi)外(wai)藥(yao)(yao),以(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)無(wu)(wu)情(qing)(qing)(qing)說(shuo)有(you)(you)(you)情(qing)(qing)(qing),無(wu)(wu)情(qing)(qing)(qing)者(zhe)(zhe)金(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)石(shi),金(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)石(shi)者(zhe)(zhe)外(wai)藥(yao)(yao)也(ye)(ye)。有(you)(you)(you)情(qing)(qing)(qing)者(zhe)(zhe)氣(qi)(qi)液(ye)(ye),氣(qi)(qi)液(ye)(ye)者(zhe)(zhe)內(nei)藥(yao)(yao)也(ye)(ye)。大(da)(da)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)天(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)地(di)(di)(di),明(ming)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)日(ri)(ri)(ri)(ri)月(yue),外(wai)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)金(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)石(shi),內(nei)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)氣(qi)(qi)液(ye)(ye),既(ji)采須添(tian)(tian)(tian),既(ji)添(tian)(tian)(tian)須抽(chou)(chou)(chou),抽(chou)(chou)(chou)添(tian)(tian)(tian)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)理,乃(nai)(nai)造(zao)化(hua)(hua)(hua)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)本也(ye)(ye)。且(qie)冬至(zhi)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)后(hou),陽(yang)(yang)(yang)升于(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)地(di)(di)(di),地(di)(di)(di)抽(chou)(chou)(chou)其(qi)(qi)陰(yin)(yin)(yin)(yin),太(tai)(tai)(tai)陰(yin)(yin)(yin)(yin)抽(chou)(chou)(chou)而(er)(er)(er)(er)(er)(er)為(wei)(wei)、厥(jue)(jue)(jue)陰(yin)(yin)(yin)(yin),少(shao)(shao)陽(yang)(yang)(yang)添(tian)(tian)(tian)而(er)(er)(er)(er)(er)(er)為(wei)(wei)陽(yang)(yang)(yang)明(ming),厥(jue)(jue)(jue)陰(yin)(yin)(yin)(yin)抽(chou)(chou)(chou)而(er)(er)(er)(er)(er)(er)為(wei)(wei)少(shao)(shao)陰(yin)(yin)(yin)(yin),陽(yang)(yang)(yang)明(ming)離而(er)(er)(er)(er)(er)(er)為(wei)(wei)太(tai)(tai)(tai)陽(yang)(yang)(yang),不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)然(ran)無(wu)(wu)寒(han)而(er)(er)(er)(er)(er)(er)變(bian)(bian)溫(wen),溫(wen)而(er)(er)(er)(er)(er)(er).變(bian)(bian)熱者(zhe)(zhe)也(ye)(ye)。夏至(zhi)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)后(hou),陰(yin)(yin)(yin)(yin)降(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)于(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)天(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian),天(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)抽(chou)(chou)(chou)雙其(qi)(qi)陽(yang)(yang)(yang),太(tai)(tai)(tai)腸抽(chou)(chou)(chou)而(er)(er)(er)(er)(er)(er)為(wei)(wei)陽(yang)(yang)(yang)明(ming),少(shao)(shao)陰(yin)(yin)(yin)(yin)添(tian)(tian)(tian)而(er)(er)(er)(er)(er)(er)為(wei)(wei)厥(jue)(jue)(jue)陰(yin)(yin)(yin)(yin),陽(yang)(yang)(yang)明(ming)抽(chou)(chou)(chou)而(er)(er)(er)(er)(er)(er)為(wei)(wei)少(shao)(shao)陽(yang)(yang)(yang),厥(jue)(jue)(jue)陰(yin)(yin)(yin)(yin)添(tian)(tian)(tian)而(er)(er)(er)(er)(er)(er)為(wei)(wei)太(tai)(tai)(tai)陰(yin)(yin)(yin)(yin),不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)然(ran)無(wu)(wu)熱而(er)(er)(er)(er)(er)(er)為(wei)(wei)凍,凍而(er)(er)(er)(er)(er)(er)變(bian)(bian)寒(han)也(ye)(ye)。是以(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)天(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)地(di)(di)(di)陰(yin)(yin)(yin)(yin)陽(yang)(yang)(yang)升降(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)而(er)(er)(er)(er)(er)(er)變(bian)(bian)六(liu)氣(qi)(qi),其(qi)(qi)抽(chou)(chou)(chou)添(tian)(tian)(tian)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)驗(yan)也(ye)(ye)。若(ruo)以(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)月(yue)受日(ri)(ri)(ri)(ri)魂(hun)、日(ri)(ri)(ri)(ri)變(bian)(bian)月(yue)魄,前(qian)十(shi)五(wu)(wu)(wu)日(ri)(ri)(ri)(ri),月(yue)抽(chou)(chou)(chou)其(qi)(qi)魄而(er)(er)(er)(er)(er)(er)日(ri)(ri)(ri)(ri)添(tian)(tian)(tian)其(qi)(qi)魂(hun),精(jing)(jing)華已滿,光照(zhao)下土,不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)然(ran)無(wu)(wu)初(chu)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)而(er)(er)(er)(er)(er)(er)變(bian)(bian)上(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)弦(xian),上(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)弦(xian)而(er)(er)(er)(er)(er)(er)變(bian)(bian)月(yue)望(wang)者(zhe)(zhe)也(ye)(ye)。若(ruo)以(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)月(yue)還陰(yin)(yin)(yin)(yin)魄,日(ri)(ri)(ri)(ri)收陽(yang)(yang)(yang)精(jing)(jing),后(hou)十(shi)五(wu)(wu)(wu)日(ri)(ri)(ri)(ri),日(ri)(ri)(ri)(ri)抽(chou)(chou)(chou)其(qi)(qi)魂(hun)而(er)(er)(er)(er)(er)(er)月(yue)添(tian)(tian)(tian)其(qi)(qi)魄,光照(zhao)已謝,陰(yin)(yin)(yin)(yin)魄已足(zu),不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)然(ran)無(wu)(wu)月(yue)望(wang)而(er)(er)(er)(er)(er)(er)變(bian)(bian)下弦(xian),下弦(xian)而(er)(er)(er)(er)(er)(er)變(bian)(bian)晦朔者(zhe)(zhe)也(ye)(ye)。是此(ci)日(ri)(ri)(ri)(ri)月(yue)往(wang)復(fu)而(er)(er)(er)(er)(er)(er)變(bian)(bian)九六(liu),其(qi)(qi)抽(chou)(chou)(chou)添(tian)(tian)(tian)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)驗(yan)也(ye)(ye)。世(shi)人(ren)不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)達天(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)機(ji),罔(wang)測玄(xuan)理,真仙(xian)上(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)圣(sheng),以(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)人(ren)心(xin)所(suo)愛者(zhe)(zhe)無(wu)(wu)病(bing)長生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng),將(jiang)金(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)石(shi)煉(lian)大(da)(da)丹,以(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)人(ren)心(xin)所(suo)好(hao)者(zhe)(zhe)黃(huang)(huang)金(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)白銀,將(jiang)鉛(qian)汞成至(zhi)寶,本意欲世(shi)人(ren)悟其(qi)(qi)大(da)(da)理:無(wu)(wu)情(qing)(qing)(qing)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)金(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)石(shi),火(huo)候無(wu)(wu)差(cha),抽(chou)(chou)(chou)添(tian)(tian)(tian)有(you)(you)(you)數,尚可(ke)延年(nian)益(yi)壽,若(ruo)以(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)己身(shen)(shen)有(you)(you)(you)情(qing)(qing)(qing)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)正陽(yang)(yang)(yang)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)氣(qi)(qi),真一之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)水(shui),知(zhi)交(jiao)合之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)時(shi)(shi),明(ming)采取之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)法,積日(ri)(ri)(ri)(ri)累(lei)月(yue),氣(qi)(qi)中(zhong)有(you)(you)(you)氣(qi)(qi),煉(lian)氣(qi)(qi)成神(shen),以(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)得(de)(de)超脫,莫不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)為(wei)(wei)今古難得(de)(de)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)事。人(ren)問天(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)上(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang),少(shao)(shao)得(de)(de)解悟,當(dang)以(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)志(zhi)心(xin)行持而(er)(er)(er)(er)(er)(er)棄絕(jue)(jue)外(wai)事,效(xiao)天(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)地(di)(di)(di)日(ri)(ri)(ri)(ri)月(yue)長久(jiu),誘勸迷(mi)徒(tu)留心(xin)于(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)道(dao),故有(you)(you)(you)外(wai)藥(yao)(yao)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)說(shuo)。今古圣(sheng)賢,或而(er)(er)(er)(er)(er)(er)陳說(shuo),得(de)(de)聞于(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)世(shi),世(shi)人(ren)又且(qie)不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)悟,欺(qi)己罔(wang)人(ren),以(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)失先師之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)本意,將(jiang)砂取汞,以(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)汞點鉛(qian),即(ji)鉛(qian)干(gan)汞,用汞變(bian)(bian)銅,不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)顧身(shen)(shen)命,狂求財(cai)物(wu)(wu)(wu),互(hu)相推舉(ju)以(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)好(hao)道(dao)為(wei)(wei)名,其(qi)(qi)實好(hao)利而(er)(er)(er)(er)(er)(er)志(zhi)在(zai)(zai)黃(huang)(huang)白之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)術。先圣(sheng)上(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)仙(xian),不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)得(de)(de)已而(er)(er)(er)(er)(er)(er)隨緣(yuan)設化(hua)(hua)(hua),對物(wu)(wu)(wu)教人(ren)而(er)(er)(er)(er)(er)(er)有(you)(you)(you)鉛(qian)汞之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)說(shuo),比(bi)(bi)喻于(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)內(nei)事。且(qie)鉛(qian)汞自(zi)(zi)出金(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)石(shi),金(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)石(shi)無(wu)(wu)情(qing)(qing)(qing)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)(wu)(wu),尚有(you)(you)(you)造(zao)化(hua)(hua)(hua)而(er)(er)(er)(er)(er)(er)成寶,若(ruo)以(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)有(you)(you)(you)情(qing)(qing)(qing)自(zi)(zi)己所(suo)出之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)(wu)(wu),如鉛(qian)汞之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)作用,莫不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)亦有(you)(you)(you)造(zao)化(hua)(hua)(hua)。既(ji)有(you)(you)(you)造(zao)化(hua)(hua)(hua),莫不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)勝彼黃(huang)(huang)白之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)(wu)(wu)也(ye)(ye)。奉道(dao)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)士,當(dang)以(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)深(shen)究之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),而(er)(er)(er)(er)(er)(er)勿執在(zai)(zai)外(wai)丹與丹寵之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)衛。且(qie)夫(fu)人(ren)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)鉛(qian)也(ye)(ye),乃(nai)(nai),天(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)地(di)(di)(di)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)始(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi),因太(tai)(tai)(tai)始(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)而(er)(er)(er)(er)(er)(er)有(you)(you)(you)太(tai)(tai)(tai)質(zhi)(zhi);為(wei)(wei)萬物(wu)(wu)(wu)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)母,因太(tai)(tai)(tai)質(zhi)(zhi)而(er)(er)(er)(er)(er)(er)有(you)(you)(you)太(tai)(tai)(tai)素。其(qi)(qi)體也(ye)(ye)為(wei)(wei)水(shui)中(zhong)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)金(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),其(qi)(qi)用也(ye)(ye)為(wei)(wei)火(huo)中(zhong)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)水(shui),五(wu)(wu)(wu)行之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)祖而(er)(er)(er)(er)(er)(er)大(da)(da)道(dao)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)本也(ye)(ye)。既(ji)以(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)采藥(yao)(yao)為(wei)(wei)添(tian)(tian)(tian)汞,添(tian)(tian)(tian)汞須抽(chou)(chou)(chou)鉛(qian),所(suo)以(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)抽(chou)(chou)(chou)鉛(qian)非在(zai)(zai)外(wai)也(ye)(ye)。自(zi)(zi)下田(tian)入上(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)田(tian),名日(ri)(ri)(ri)(ri)肘(zhou)后(hou)飛(fei)金(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)晶,又曰起河(he)車(che)而(er)(er)(er)(er)(er)(er)走龍虎(hu),又日(ri)(ri)(ri)(ri)還精(jing)(jing)補腦而(er)(er)(er)(er)(er)(er)長生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)死。鉛(qian)既(ji)后(hou)抽(chou)(chou)(chou),汞自(zi)(zi)中(zhong)降(jiang)(jiang)(jiang),以(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)中(zhong)田(tian)還下田(tian),始(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)以(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)龍虎(hu)交(jiao)媾而(er)(er)(er)(er)(er)(er)變(bian)(bian)黃(huang)(huang)芽(ya),是五(wu)(wu)(wu)行顛倒(dao),此(ci)以(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)抽(chou)(chou)(chou)鉛(qian)添(tian)(tian)(tian)汞而(er)(er)(er)(er)(er)(er)養胎(tai)(tai)仙(xian),是三(san)田(tian)返覆。五(wu)(wu)(wu)行不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)顛倒(dao),龍虎(hu)不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)交(jiao)媾,三(san)田(tian)不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)返覆,胎(tai)(tai)仙(xian)不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)氣(qi)(qi)足(zu)。抽(chou)(chou)(chou)鉛(qian)添(tian)(tian)(tian)汞,一百日(ri)(ri)(ri)(ri)藥(yao)(yao)力(li)全,二百日(ri)(ri)(ri)(ri)圣(sheng)胎(tai)(tai)堅,三(san)百日(ri)(ri)(ri)(ri)胎(tai)(tai)仙(xian)完而(er)(er)(er)(er)(er)(er)真氣(qi)(qi)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)。真氣(qi)(qi)既(ji)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng),煉(lian)氣(qi)(qi)成神(shen),功滿忘形而(er)(er)(er)(er)(er)(er)胎(tai)(tai)仙(xian)自(zi)(zi)化(hua)(hua)(hua),乃(nai)(nai)日(ri)(ri)(ri)(ri)神(shen)仙(xian)。
呂曰:出于金石者(zhe),外(wai)鉛外(wai)汞(gong),抽添可(ke)以(yi)(yi)為寶。出于己身腎小所(suo)藏父母(mu)之(zhi)(zhi)真氣(qi)而為鉛,真一(yi)正(zheng)陽所(suo)合之(zhi)(zhi)藥,變(bian)而為汞(gong),抽添可(ke)以(yi)(yi)生(sheng)神(shen)。所(suo)謂真鉛真汞(gong),亦有抽添乎?
鐘曰:始也(ye)得汞須(xu)用(yong)鉛(qian),用(yong)鉛(qian)終是(shi)錯,故以(yi)(yi)抽之(zhi)而(er)(er)入(ru)上宮,元氣(qi)不傳,還精(jing)入(ru)腦,日(ri)(ri)得之(zhi)汞,陰盡(jin)陽(yang)純,精(jing)變(bian)為(wei)砂,而(er)(er)砂變(bian)為(wei)金(jin)(jin),乃曰真(zhen)鉛(qian)。真(zhen)鉛(qian)者,自(zi)(zi)身之(zhi)真(zhen)氣(qi),合而(er)(er)得之(zhi)也(ye)。真(zhen)鉛(qian)生真(zhen)氣(qi)之(zhi)中,黑中真(zhen)一之(zhi)水(shui),五氣(qi)朝元而(er)(er)三陽(yang)聚頂。昔者金(jin)(jin)精(jing)下入(ru)丹田,升之(zhi)煉(lian)(lian)形,而(er)(er)體骨金(jin)(jin)色,此者真(zhen)鉛(qian)升之(zhi)內(nei)府(fu),而(er)(er)體出(chu)白光,自(zi)(zi)下而(er)(er)上,自(zi)(zi)上而(er)(er)下,還丹煉(lian)(lian)形,皆金(jin)(jin)精(jing)往復之(zhi)功也(ye)。自(zi)(zi)前(qian)而(er)(er)后,自(zi)(zi)后而(er)(er)前(qian),焚身合氣(qi),皆真(zhen)氣(qi)造(zao)化之(zhi)功也(ye)。若以(yi)(yi)不抽不添,止(zhi)于(yu)日(ri)(ri)用(yong)采藥進火(huo),安有如此之(zhi)功驗(yan)。
呂曰:凡抽之添之,如何得上(shang)下有度,前后(hou)無(wu)差?
鐘(zhong)曰(yue):可升(sheng)之(zhi)時不可降,可抽(chou)之(zhi)時不可添,上下往來,無差(cha)毫厘,河車(che)之(zhi)力也。
