取象龍虎九轉金丹丹法(附祛痛水法)

龍(long)(long)虎(hu)取象傳統金(jin)(jin)丹九轉實修次第閉精(jing)恐基、體得(de)無(wu)漏 龍(long)(long)虎(hu)取象天地自(zi)然分生五行,五行相生相克(ke)。人體亦(yi)分五行,體內五行之(zhi)(zhi)氣(qi)造化(hua),與自(zi)然的造化(hua)相同(tong)。肝屬木(mu),為(wei)(wei)(wei)東方龍(long)(long),生火,為(wei)(wei)(wei)火龍(long)(long),火龍(long)(long)之(zhi)(zhi)氣(qi)存(cun)于心(xin)中。肺屬金(jin)(jin),為(wei)(wei)(wei)西方龍(long)(long),生水,為(wei)(wei)(wei)水虎(hu),水為(wei)(wei)(wei)水之(zhi)(zhi)夫。水火相交,為(wei)(wei)(wei)龍(long)(long)虎(hu)交媾(gou)。腎間(jian)動氣(qi),上沖至(zhi)(zhi)心(xin),形(xing)成乾坤顛倒(dao)。稱(cheng)為(wei)(wei)(wei)虎(hu)入(ru)龍(long)(long)宮。水火既(ji)(ji)濟之(zhi)(zhi)象。心(xin)液下行至(zhi)(zhi)腎,稱(cheng)為(wei)(wei)(wei)龍(long)(long)入(ru)虎(hu)穴,亦(yi)為(wei)(wei)(wei)水火既(ji)(ji)濟之(zhi)(zhi)象。

所以,龍虎不只是肝肺,而(er)是水火木金的總稱。傳統金丹九轉實修次第九轉第一層:百日筑基(ji),救護命寶。

轉第一層:百(bai)日筑基,救護命寶(bao)。全身放松,雙(shuang)目垂簾,毫無(wu)雜念,安神祖竅。五分(fen)鐘(zhong)后,緩下(xia)丹(dan)田(tian)。意守下(xia)丹(dan)田(tian),約二十分(fen)鐘(zhong)。如此(ci)百(bai)日功成,名為(wei)筑基。

九轉第二層(ceng):安神祖竅,性(xing)光(guang)現前(qian)。雙目垂簾,意守祖竅,一(yi)(yi)念不(bu)起(qi),內(nei)外兩忘,翕聚先天。如此,則性(xing)光(guang)自然現前(qian)。性(xing)光(guang)現前(qian)為功夫(fu)。此層(ceng)功夫(fu)須(xu)在第一(yi)(yi)層(ceng)百(bai)日筑基地基礎(chu)上進(jin)行修(xiu)煉(lian)。下丹田命(ming)(ming)寶充足(zu),再安神祖竅,使性(xing)光(guang)現前(qian),方不(bu)至損耗生命(ming)(ming)能源而引起(qi)短命(ming)(ming)。如此方為性(xing)命(ming)(ming)雙修(xiu)之正途。

九轉第三層:蟄(zhe)藏氣穴,眾(zhong)妙(miao)歸根。面向(xiang)東南,吐故納新,全身放松,排除(chu)雜念,雙目垂簾(lian),回光返照(zhao),雙耳斂神,內(nei)聽觀音。先聽呼(hu)吸(xi),再(zai)聽心(xin)聲。至靜無聲之(zhi)(zhi)時(shi),集神祖(zu)(zu)竅之(zhi)(zhi)內(nei)。將天地間正真(zhen)之(zhi)(zhi)氣,從兩眼角內(nei)的睛(jing)明(ming)穴吸(xi)入(ru),與(yu)大腦相接。舌下生(sheng)津,意隨(sui)津液與(yu)真(zhen)氣一同咽下丹(dan)田,藏于祖(zu)(zu)氣穴(祖(zu)(zu)氣穴位(wei)于下丹(dan)田,在會陰穴上3寸處)百日功(gong)成(cheng)。

九轉第四層:通小周天,煉精化氣。這里所講的小周天為丹道周天。丹道小周天有兩步功(gong)夫(fu)。即活子時(shi)(shi)功(gong)夫(fu)與正子時(shi)(shi)功(gong)夫(fu)。這(zhe)里所(suo)講的正子時(shi)(shi)并不(bu)僅(jin)僅(jin)是(shi)時(shi)(shi)辰(chen),而(er)是(shi)于子時(shi)(shi)之(zhi)時(shi)(shi),體內也有子時(shi)(shi)之(zhi)象與之(zhi)相(xiang)應。

如此方稱為正子時。

1. 活子時:外(wai)陽(yang)無意而舉。此時回(hui)光返照,心(xin)隨目光下(xia)注(zhu)丹田祖(zu)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)穴(xue)。意念把鼻子延長,鼻孔在祖(zu)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)穴(xue)中(zhong)(zhong),猛一(yi)吸(xi)(xi)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi),微(wei)微(wei)提肚(du)縮腹,心(xin)意領元氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi),通過脊椎骨髓腔,由下(xia)向上運(yun)行(xing)到泥丸(wan)中(zhong)(zhong)閉(bi)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)。閉(bi)極再一(yi)吸(xi)(xi)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi),閉(bi)極再一(yi)呼氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi),從任(ren)脈(mo)中(zhong)(zhong)運(yun)行(xing)。由上往下(xia),進入丹田祖(zu)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)穴(xue)。如(ru)此一(yi)呼一(yi)吸(xi)(xi),真氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)在任(ren)督二脈(mo)之中(zhong)(zhong)旋轉(zhuan),名(ming)為小(xiao)周天。運(yun)行(xing)一(yi)周為采(cai)(cai)小(xiao)藥(yao)一(yi)次,不過幾個(ge)呼吸(xi)(xi),外(wai)陽(yang)縮回(hui)。陽(yang)生之時為一(yi)候(hou),馬上采(cai)(cai)藥(yao)為二候(hou)。

1. 正(zheng)子(zi)(zi)時(shi)(shi)(shi):在(zai)一(yi)日十(shi)二(er)時(shi)(shi)(shi)辰當中,都有活子(zi)(zi)時(shi)(shi)(shi)出現(xian)的情況下,叫(jiao)做(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)久積陽(yang)(yang)滿,此(ci)時(shi)(shi)(shi)才會有正(zheng)子(zi)(zi)時(shi)(shi)(shi)來到。一(yi)到半夜子(zi)(zi)時(shi)(shi)(shi),外陽(yang)(yang)無意而舉,忽然(ran)陽(yang)(yang)生,剛烈(lie)如火(huo),腎囊毛際,癢生快樂,就是正(zheng)子(zi)(zi)時(shi)(shi)(shi)采藥之(zhi)火(huo)候,不可錯過。此(ci)時(shi)(shi)(shi)急坐(zuo)起(qi),雙手(shou)左(zuo)手(shou)在(zai)里,右手(shou)在(zai)外,捂(wu)在(zai)一(yi)起(qi)。抓住(zhu)會陰穴(xue)。提(ti)肛縮會陰,內視此(ci)穴(xue),意守此(ci)穴(xue)。用武火(huo)一(yi)吸一(yi)提(ti)肛,一(yi)甩(shuai)頭。引(yin)氣奔尾閭關再(zai)一(yi)吸一(yi)甩(shuai)頭,引(yin)氣上夾脊關,緩氣三口,稍(shao)停(ting),叫(jiao)做(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)沐(mu)浴(yu)。然(ran)后(hou)再(zai)一(yi)吸一(yi)甩(shuai)頭,引(yin)氣沖上玉枕關,上升至(zhi)泥丸(午位),叫(jiao)做(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)進陽(yang)(yang)火(huo)。然(ran)后(hou)一(yi)呼一(yi)松,引(yin)氣由(you)泥丸降到中腕(酉位),緩氣三口,稍(shao)停(ting),亦叫(jiao)做(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)沐(mu)浴(yu)。這(zhe)個(ge)沐(mu)浴(yu),叫(jiao)做(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)三八(ba)沐(mu)浴(yu)。再(zai)一(yi)呼一(yi)松,由(you)中腕下降至(zhi)下丹田。此(ci)為退陰符(fu)。按此(ci)方法進行幾次,外陽(yang)(yang)縮回,叫(jiao)做(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)馬陰藏相(xiang)。

1. 煉(lian)精(jing)化氣,卯(mao)酉周(zhou)天(tian)。小周(zhou)天(tian)功夫做(zuo)完,馬上(shang)做(zuo)卯(mao)酉周(zhou),以達(da)煉(lian)精(jing)化氣之(zhi)目(mu)(mu)的。外(wai)陽縮回,微開雙目(mu)(mu),心(xin)意隨雙目(mu)(mu)在自身(shen)上(shang)轉圈。先由左(zuo)(zuo)向(xiang)上(shang)向(xiang)右(you)向(xiang)下(xia)轉一(yi)(yi)(yi)周(zhou)。轉動要(yao)慢(man)。轉一(yi)(yi)(yi)圈之(zhi)后,閉目(mu)(mu)慢(man)慢(man)送下(xia)丹田(tian)。然后閉目(mu)(mu)不(bu)睜,從右(you)向(xiang)上(shang)向(xiang)左(zuo)(zuo)向(xiang)下(xia)轉一(yi)(yi)(yi)圈。開目(mu)(mu)用(yong)意將(jiang)氣送下(xia)丹田(tian)。如(ru)此(ci)(ci)為一(yi)(yi)(yi)次,連做(zuo)四次。如(ru)此(ci)(ci),壯年者(zhe)不(bu)過(guo)百日,老年者(zhe)三百六十日,雙目(mu)(mu)眉間必(bi)有(you)金一(yi)(yi)(yi)閃,此(ci)(ci)金光一(yi)(yi)(yi)閃,就(jiu)是(shi)產(chan)大(da)藥的景(jing)象。等到金光二(er)(er)閃,外(wai)陽內縮,不(bu)再有(you)一(yi)(yi)(yi)陽生的景(jing)象,為真馬陰藏相。急須上(shang)火(huo),不(bu)再運(yun)行(xing),如(ru)再運(yun)行(xing),則傷丹氣。如(ru)果此(ci)(ci)時(shi)二(er)(er)目(mu)(mu)發紅(hong),就(jiu)點燃一(yi)(yi)(yi)支香(xiang)(xiang),二(er)(er)目(mu)(mu)瞪(deng)視(shi)香(xiang)(xiang)火(huo)頭,不(bu)可眨眼,使二(er)(er)目(mu)(mu)流出眼淚(lei),即愈(yu)。

九(jiu)轉第(di)五層:采藥(yao)(yao)過(guo)(guo)(guo)關(guan),煉(lian)(lian)氣化(hua)神(shen)。達到(dao)(dao)真馬陰(yin)藏相,須止(zhi)火,停止(zhi)煉(lian)(lian)氣。此(ci)(ci)時(shi)(shi)需擇(ze)一(yi)靜室,室內(nei)置一(yi)床(chuang)。在床(chuang)下放(fang)置法器以(yi)助修煉(lian)(lian)。具(ju)體方法為:土陶碗一(yi)只(zhi),內(nei)置雄黃一(yi)斤,上(shang)面放(fang)一(yi)面八卦銅(tong)鏡(jing),桃木(mu)劍(jian)一(yi)把(ba),置于其上(shang)。金光在天(tian)目(mu)前第(di)三(san)次閃現。真氣聚在下丹(dan)(dan)田(tian)(tian)(tian),隱而(er)不(bu)出(chu)。此(ci)(ci)時(shi)(shi),存想于丹(dan)(dan)田(tian)(tian)(tian)絳宮之(zhi)(zhi)內(nei)。此(ci)(ci)步過(guo)(guo)(guo)程也有(you)(you)丹(dan)(dan)家守上(shang)丹(dan)(dan)田(tian)(tian)(tian)的(de),但沒有(you)(you)守中(zhong)(zhong)丹(dan)(dan)田(tian)(tian)(tian)穩妥。如(ru)此(ci)(ci)不(bu)出(chu)七日,即可有(you)(you)大(da)(da)藥(yao)(yao)產(chan)生(sheng)(sheng),大(da)(da)藥(yao)(yao)產(chan)生(sheng)(sheng)之(zhi)(zhi)時(shi)(shi),六根震動(dong)。腦(nao)后鳴響,眼有(you)(you)金光,身體涌動(dong),鼻子抽(chou)泣,耳有(you)(you)風聲,丹(dan)(dan)田(tian)(tian)(tian)似有(you)(you)火珠滾動(dong)。這時(shi)(shi),眼、耳、鼻、舌、身、意(yi)(yi)(yi)一(yi)起守住中(zhong)(zhong)丹(dan)(dan)田(tian)(tian)(tian)。即雙(shuang)眼內(nei)視(shi)中(zhong)(zhong)丹(dan)(dan)田(tian)(tian)(tian),雙(shuang)耳內(nei)聽中(zhong)(zhong)丹(dan)(dan)田(tian)(tian)(tian),雙(shuang)鼻內(nei)嗅(xiu)中(zhong)(zhong)丹(dan)(dan)田(tian)(tian)(tian),身體內(nei)感(gan)中(zhong)(zhong)丹(dan)(dan)田(tian)(tian)(tian),心意(yi)(yi)(yi)守住中(zhong)(zhong)丹(dan)(dan)田(tian)(tian)(tian)。渾(hun)身上(shang)下,如(ru)醉(zui)如(ru)癡。如(ru)此(ci)(ci)以(yi)化(hua)陰(yin)神(shen)。大(da)(da)藥(yao)(yao)一(yi)生(sheng)(sheng),氣穴便(bian)(bian)(bian)有(you)(you)動(dong)感(gan),此(ci)(ci)時(shi)(shi),當微(wei)提谷道,大(da)(da)藥(yao)(yao)到(dao)(dao)會陰(yin)。此(ci)(ci)時(shi)(shi)緊提谷道不(bu)放(fang),閉住會陰(yin),大(da)(da)藥(yao)(yao)到(dao)(dao)會陰(yin)受(shou)阻,便(bian)(bian)(bian)奔上(shang)尾閭關(guan)。此(ci)(ci)時(shi)(shi)放(fang)松谷道,大(da)(da)藥(yao)(yao)便(bian)(bian)(bian)自然奔上(shang)夾脊關(guan),升至玉枕關(guan)。三(san)關(guan)之(zhi)(zhi)中(zhong)(zhong),當屬玉枕關(guan)最為難(nan)過(guo)(guo)(guo),且疼痛難(nan)忍。當時(shi)(shi)當瞪(deng)圓二(er)目(mu),凝(ning)神(shen)注視(shi)大(da)(da)藥(yao)(yao)過(guo)(guo)(guo)關(guan)的(de)景象(xiang),耐(nai)心等待大(da)(da)藥(yao)(yao)沖關(guan),用(yong)意(yi)(yi)(yi)輕輕引(yin)(yin)過(guo)(guo)(guo)玉枕關(guan),進入泥丸,流(liu)入兩眉(mei)之(zhi)(zhi)間的(de)印堂。這時(shi)(shi),大(da)(da)藥(yao)(yao)便(bian)(bian)(bian)開始(shi)下行。此(ci)(ci)時(shi)(shi)應立即閉氣不(bu)出(chu),用(yong)意(yi)(yi)(yi)輕引(yin)(yin)下印堂,過(guo)(guo)(guo)鵲橋,降十二(er)重樓而(er)入中(zhong)(zhong)丹(dan)(dan)田(tian)(tian)(tian)。此(ci)(ci)過(guo)(guo)(guo)程叫做服食。大(da)(da)藥(yao)(yao)在規(gui)中(zhong)(zhong)落定,即可收(shou)功,起座下床(chuang)。

九轉第六層:煉神(shen)(shen)還虛,生(sheng)五神(shen)(shen)通(tong)。此層為十日(ri)守(shou)(shou)(shou)中(zhong)的功夫(fu)。即守(shou)(shou)(shou)住中(zhong)丹(dan)田(tian)(tian)與下丹(dan)田(tian)(tian)之間(jian)的虛空,如雞抱卵(luan),入于大定(ding)(ding)。在靜定(ding)(ding)中(zhong),可見(jian)一輪(lun)明月從下丹(dan)田(tian)(tian)升到天(tian)(tian)目前(qian),此時(shi)要視而(er)(er)(er)(er)(er)不(bu)(bu)(bu)見(jian),順其(qi)自然。復見(jian)一輪(lun)紅日(ri)從下丹(dan)田(tian)(tian)升上(shang)天(tian)(tian)目前(qian),入于月中(zhong),日(ri)月合壁(bi)。此時(shi),仍應順其(qi)自然,一念不(bu)(bu)(bu)生(sheng),便有(you)一點(dian)純(chun)陽之氣從涌泉上(shang)行到中(zhong)丹(dan)田(tian)(tian),神(shen)(shen)息相(xiang)(xiang)依,與道(dao)胎相(xiang)(xiang)合。然后此物自然下尾(wei)閭、上(shang)夾脊、玉枕、泥(ni)丸,復歸于中(zhong)丹(dan)田(tian)(tian)。守(shou)(shou)(shou)中(zhong)的功夫(fu),應似守(shou)(shou)(shou)非守(shou)(shou)(shou),守(shou)(shou)(shou)而(er)(er)(er)(er)(er)不(bu)(bu)(bu)守(shou)(shou)(shou),不(bu)(bu)(bu)守(shou)(shou)(shou)而(er)(er)(er)(er)(er)守(shou)(shou)(shou)。守(shou)(shou)(shou)至十月,神(shen)(shen)純(chun)而(er)(er)(er)(er)(er)入大定(ding)(ding)。入定(ding)(ding)三至七(qi)天(tian)(tian)而(er)(er)(er)(er)(er)出(chu)定(ding)(ding)。產(chan)(chan)生(sheng)五神(shen)(shen)通(tong):天(tian)(tian)眼(yan)通(tong)、天(tian)(tian)耳通(tong)、他心通(tong)、宿命(ming)通(tong)、神(shen)(shen)足通(tong)。也(ye)有(you)丹(dan)家稱(cheng)此為六神(shen)(shen)通(tong)。即將無精泄漏(lou)(lou)(lou)稱(cheng)為漏(lou)(lou)(lou)盡(jin)通(tong)。此說不(bu)(bu)(bu)確切。無漏(lou)(lou)(lou)在正式修金(jin)丹(dan)之前(qian)就應通(tong)過(guo)達(da)到,而(er)(er)(er)(er)(er)非此時(shi)出(chu)定(ding)(ding)后所產(chan)(chan)生(sheng)。而(er)(er)(er)(er)(er)此無漏(lou)(lou)(lou)之體,也(ye)不(bu)(bu)(bu)應稱(cheng)作漏(lou)(lou)(lou)盡(jin)通(tong),一切煩惱,過(guo)失盡(jin)盡(jin)方(fang)為漏(lou)(lou)(lou)盡(jin)通(tong)。

九(jiu)轉第七層:元(yuan)嬰(ying)(ying)沖(chong)舉(ju),煉(lian)虛合道(dao)。神全胎足,修五(wu)氣朝元(yuan)之法(fa),使元(yuan)嬰(ying)(ying)從下丹田(tian)(tian)至(zhi)中丹田(tian)(tian)之間遷至(zhi)上田(tian)(tian)天(tian)谷(gu)(gu)。此(ci)(ci)時(shi),須將天(tian)谷(gu)(gu)化成一個大虛空境界。靜定中,見到雪花(hua)紛飛(fei),頂門(men)跳(tiao)動(dong),此(ci)(ci)時(shi)乃(nai)為元(yuan)嬰(ying)(ying)在頂門(men)準備沖(chong)出之兆。此(ci)(ci)時(shi),須用呼吸之火,目光(guang)之火,心(xin)意之火與正(zheng)子時(shi)的(de)太陽(yang)真火,配(pei)合"嘿"字訣,從天(tian)門(men)沖(chong)出。天(tian)門(men)一聲響亮,元(yuan)嬰(ying)(ying)出現(xian),離頭一尺左(zuo)右,有金光(guang)籠罩(zhao)。此(ci)(ci)時(shi),應將金光(guang)收入元(yuan)嬰(ying)(ying)體(ti)內,再(zai)配(pei)合"嘎"字訣,將元(yuan)嬰(ying)(ying)收歸于上丹田(tian)(tian)泥丸宮(gong)內。

九轉第(di)八層(ceng):修煉陽(yang)神(shen)(shen),形神(shen)(shen)俱化。元嬰(ying)收歸天谷(gu),歸還(huan)性海,藏于祖(zu)竅之(zhi)(zhi)內,謹慎守持,三(san)年時間(jian),形神(shen)(shen)俱化。此(ci)即(ji)"移神(shen)(shen)內院,端拱冥心(xin)(xin)"。九轉第(di)九層(ceng):面壁修真,心(xin)(xin)息相合(he),渾然(ran)無(wu)(wu)極,金(jin)光沖(chong)頂,粉碎虛空(kong),超升三(san)界。至此(ci)境界,大功告成。閉精(jing)(jing)筑基(ji),體(ti)得無(wu)(wu)漏欲(yu)小(xiao)便(bian)時,先深吸(xi)一(yi)(yi)口氣,納入下丹(dan)田(tian),而后閉息,意(yi)想此(ci)氣由丹(dan)田(tian)沿中脈直上百會穴,化為綠(lv)色(se)"水(shui)"字,然(ran)后開始行小(xiao)便(bian)。待小(xiao)便(bian)完以后,緩緩呼氣,配合(he)發(fa)噓音(yin)。同時意(yi)想百會處綠(lv)色(se)"水(shui)"字隨氣一(yi)(yi)起下行于下丹(dan)田(tian)而往。此(ci)法(fa)行之(zhi)(zhi)三(san)月左右,即(ji)可(ke)得無(wu)(wu)漏之(zhi)(zhi)體(ti)。即(ji)使行房(fang)也無(wu)(wu)正常精(jing)(jing)子排出。如欲(yu)再開精(jing)(jing)門,小(xiao)便(bian)時去除雜(za)念,并徐"呵(he)"氣便(bian)可(ke)。性高潮之(zhi)(zhi)時精(jing)(jing)動欲(yu)出,急仰(yang)頭張目,收腹(fu)提谷(gu)道(dao),并短促(cu)數發(fa)"哄"音(yin),則(ze)精(jing)(jing)自至。此(ci)為還(huan)精(jing)(jing)補腦之(zhi)(zhi)法(fa)。

此法為丹法之筑基法,修成此法后,需(xu)行練(lian)精(jing)化氣之法,否則(ze)濁精(jing)逆行,有害而無益。

還有一點,修(xiu)此法時(shi),如平時(shi)修(xiu)煉的是周(zhou)天功法,則不(bu)必使氣(qi)沿中脈上(shang)行,可于(yu)閉(bi)氣(qi)后,意(yi)想此氣(qi)由丹田(tian)下會陰,沿督脈上(shang)百會化為(wei)綠色"水"字。其(qi)余相同。

功效:治療一切疼痛

化形災減,施法秘氣,心清章至,引(yin)咒煉(lian)丹,升方安神,引(yin)藥氣入,百病消除,吾奉太上老君急(ji)急(ji)如律(lv)令!勅(chi)!

此咒念七遍。

取瓷碗一個,加(jia)入陰陽水(一半開(kai)水一半冷水),右(you)手以三山訣持碗,左手以劍指書紫(zi)微諱。

服三分之二即可。

神水揚(yang)揚(yang),萬里精光,

五雷布(bu)氣(qi),毀絕(jue)不祥,

歸脾入(ru)胃,透膽穿腸,

百病速去,流一(yi)膀胱。

用法

面對東(dong)方,左(zuo)手(shou)三山決托水碗(wan),念咒語一遍,向水碗(wan)吹氣一口。

總共念咒七遍,吹氣七口(kou),交與病(bing)人(ren)服(fu)下。
