骨(gu)質(zhi)疏松不僅只屬于(yu)女性(xing)(xing)(xing),男(nan)性(xing)(xing)(xing)患上骨(gu)質(zhi)疏松,其危險性(xing)(xing)(xing)更大,生活質(zhi)量下(xia)降更快。上海醫學(xue)會骨(gu)質(zhi)疏松學(xue)會主任(ren)委(wei)員朱(zhu)漢民教授提醒,年(nian)輕女性(xing)(xing)(xing)減肥、節食、把可樂咖啡當水喝,中青年(nian)男(nan)士每天“以(yi)車代步(bu)”,不運動,可能(neng)加速骨(gu)量流失,等(deng)于(yu)“人為截(jie)肢”。
一(yi)名56歲的男(nan)士,在短(duan)短(duan)一(yi)年里,竟連續3次壓碎脊椎骨(gu)(gu)(gu),究其(qi)原因,骨(gu)(gu)(gu)質(zhi)疏松(song)癥是(shi)(shi)(shi)元兇(xiong)。昨天,中(zhong)(zhong)華醫學會骨(gu)(gu)(gu)質(zhi)疏松(song)分會專(zhuan)家在上(shang)(shang)海世紀公園舉行專(zhuan)家現場(chang)咨詢會,不少中(zhong)(zhong)老年男(nan)士前來(lai)(lai)咨詢。朱漢民教授說(shuo),在胯部、髖部發生骨(gu)(gu)(gu)折后,男(nan)性(xing)(xing)病(bing)(bing)(bing)人的死亡率(lv)更高。據上(shang)(shang)海一(yi)項流(liu)行病(bing)(bing)(bing)調查數(shu)據顯示(shi),本市(shi)大(da)約有50萬至90萬骨(gu)(gu)(gu)質(zhi)疏松(song)病(bing)(bing)(bing)人,其(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)1/4至1/3是(shi)(shi)(shi)男(nan)性(xing)(xing)病(bing)(bing)(bing)人。也就(jiu)是(shi)(shi)(shi)說(shuo),在近(jin)90萬的骨(gu)(gu)(gu)質(zhi)疏松(song)病(bing)(bing)(bing)人中(zhong)(zhong),大(da)約有20多萬為男(nan)性(xing)(xing)病(bing)(bing)(bing)人。其(qi)中(zhong)(zhong),65歲以上(shang)(shang)的老年男(nan)性(xing)(xing)患病(bing)(bing)(bing)比率(lv)大(da)約為60.72%。但令專(zhuan)家擔憂的是(shi)(shi)(shi),臨床就(jiu)診(zhen)病(bing)(bing)(bing)人中(zhong)(zhong),2/3為女性(xing)(xing),男(nan)性(xing)(xing)病(bing)(bing)(bing)人不到病(bing)(bing)(bing)重不來(lai)(lai)看病(bing)(bing)(bing)。
不(bu)少(shao)年輕女孩盲目(mu)減(jian)肥、節食,甚至連牛奶、蛋(dan)白(bai)質(zhi)都(dou)不(bu)吃(chi),這容易導致(zhi)骨(gu)量(liang)提(ti)前流失。上(shang)海第六(liu)人民醫院骨(gu)質(zhi)疏(shu)松研究(jiu)室主任(ren)章振(zhen)林(lin)教授說,臨床曾有一年輕女孩,當體重80斤(jin)時,骨(gu)量(liang)偏低;但體重恢復(fu)到90斤(jin)時,骨(gu)量(liang)也就隨之恢復(fu)。章振(zhen)林(lin)教授表(biao)示,這樣的個例臨床上(shang)并不(bu)少(shao)見。飲食中蛋(dan)白(bai)質(zhi)少(shao)、人體形過瘦都(dou)容易導致(zhi)骨(gu)量(liang)流失。此(ci)外,不(bu)少(shao)30歲(sui)左(zuo)右的男(nan)性因工作壓力加(jia)大(da),經常感到腰酸(suan)背痛,出(chu)現骨(gu)量(liang)偏低、流失等,這些男(nan)士每天“以車代步”是(shi)造成這一現象(xiang)的原(yuan)因之一。
朱漢民教授(shou)提(ti)醒(xing)道,一(yi)般而言,人的骨量在35歲左(zuo)右就開(kai)始流失(shi),所以年(nian)輕時打下(xia)扎實的基(ji)礎非(fei)常(chang)有(you)必要(yao)。年(nian)輕人要(yao)堅持運(yun)動;小學(xue)5年(nian)級至(zhi)高中3年(nian)級的學(xue)生,每天保(bao)證充足睡眠,生長激(ji)素(su)晚上9點半開(kai)始分泌,半夜11點達(da)到峰(feng)值(zhi),只有(you)這樣
人才
能長高,骨峰值才能達到頂峰。
個別(bie)酷愛可(ke)(ke)樂、咖(ka)啡、濃茶的(de)人群,甚至(zhi)把可(ke)(ke)樂、咖(ka)啡取代日常(chang)飲用(yong)水(shui)。章振林教授提醒,這種飲食方法絕(jue)對不(bu)可(ke)(ke)取。可(ke)(ke)樂、咖(ka)啡當水(shui)喝(he),不(bu)僅易于(yu)鈣排出,還容易導致骨量流失。可(ke)(ke)樂、咖(ka)啡中(zhong)都有(you)咖(ka)啡因,長期食用(yong),可(ke)(ke)能降(jiang)低人體對鈣的(de)吸收(shou),增加(jia)排鈣。專家建議50歲左右的(de)女性(xing)每年(nian)可(ke)(ke)定期檢(jian)查1至(zhi)2次骨密度,55歲左右的(de)男性(xing)可(ke)(ke)在體檢(jian)時(shi)檢(jian)測骨密度。如果確診骨質(zhi)疏松,可(ke)(ke)在醫(yi)生(sheng)指導下服(fu)用(yong)活性(xing)維生(sheng)素D,補充鈣劑(ji)。
