藥膳調治(zhi)營養(yang)性貧血

營養性(xing)貧血(xue)(xue)(包括缺鐵(tie)性(xing)貧血(xue)(xue))是一種常(chang)見的貧血(xue)(xue),是由于各(ge)種原(yuan)因引起的造(zao)血(xue)(xue)因子缺乏(fa)或消耗所致(zhi)。這些造(zao)血(xue)(xue)因子除鐵(tie)外尚有維(wei)生素B12、維(wei)生素C、葉酸及蛋(dan)白質等。

貧血(xue)常見的臨(lin)床表現(xian)為(wei)面色蒼白、疲乏(fa)無力、頭(tou)暈(yun)眼花(hua)、心悸氣急(ji)、食欲不振等。在做血(xue)液檢查時(shi)可見紅(hong)細(xi)胞減(jian)少、血(xue)紅(hong)蛋白低于11.5克。嚴重時(shi)可引起皮膚干燥有皺紋;指甲脆裂呈舟形;毛(mao)發色澤變黃,易于脫(tuo)落;心臟(zang)出現(xian)雜音等。

中(zhong)醫認為(wei)這種(zhong)貧血(xue)(xue)是由于脾(pi)運不健(jian)、納化失司(si)、谷(gu)氣不能化精,以致氣虛(xu)(xu)不能攝血(xue)(xue)或(huo)肝(gan)不藏血(xue)(xue)、脾(pi)不統(tong)血(xue)(xue)所致,屬血(xue)(xue)虛(xu)(xu)的范疇。治療要補中(zhong)健(jian)脾(pi)、益氣生(sheng)(sheng)血(xue)(xue)、改善營養、促進(jin)吸(xi)收(shou),則(ze)血(xue)(xue)液自生(sheng)(sheng),貧血(xue)(xue)也能獲得(de)糾正。筆(bi)者將營養性貧血(xue)(xue)分為(wei)脾(pi)氣虛(xu)(xu)弱、氣血(xue)(xue)兩(liang)虛(xu)(xu)兩(liang)種(zhong)類(lei)型,采用不同藥(yao)膳,常可(ke)收(shou)到良(liang)好效果(guo)。

脾氣(qi)虛弱型 癥見面(mian)色萎黃或(huo)蒼白(bai)、神(shen)疲(pi)乏力、食少便溏,伴舌質淡紅,苔(tai)薄膩,脈細(xi)。治宜溫中健脾。

山(shan)藥花生粥(zhou) 花生50克(ke),山(shan)藥30克(ke),紅棗10枚,粳米(mi)100克(ke),冰(bing)糖(tang)適量。將花生、山(shan)藥搗碎,紅棗切開,與(yu)粳米(mi)同(tong)煮成(cheng)粥(zhou),待粥(zhou)將成(cheng)時放入冰(bing)糖(tang)稍煮即可。代早(zao)餐(can)食。

參芪燉(dun)肉 人參10克,黃芪30克,豬(zhu)瘦(shou)肉250克。人參、黃芪用紗布(bu)包(bao)好,豬(zhu)肉切片,同(tong)放(fang)鍋內,加水適量(liang),同(tong)燉(dun)至肉熟(shu),加調味品(pin)適量(liang),吃肉喝湯(tang),分早晚服食,每日1劑(ji)。

氣(qi)血兩虛型 癥見(jian)面(mian)色蒼白、倦怠無力(li)、頭暈心悸、少氣(qi)懶言,伴(ban)舌質淡胖(pang),苔薄白,脈細弱。治宜補益氣(qi)血。

當(dang)歸(gui)(gui)枸杞燉豬肝(gan)(gan) 當(dang)歸(gui)(gui)20克(ke),枸杞子30克(ke),熟(shu)地黃20克(ke),豬肝(gan)(gan)(切片(pian))100克(ke)。同放鍋中燉煮半(ban)小時,加調味品適量。吃肝(gan)(gan)喝湯(tang),每日(ri)1劑(ji)。

紅(hong)(hong)棗木(mu)耳桂(gui)圓湯(tang) 紅(hong)(hong)棗15個,黑木(mu)耳15克,桂(gui)圓肉50克,紅(hong)(hong)糖適(shi)量(liang)。紅(hong)(hong)棗、木(mu)耳、桂(gui)圓同放鍋中,加水適(shi)量(liang)煎煮20分鐘,然(ran)后(hou)放入紅(hong)(hong)糖攪勻,服食,每日1劑。(梁棟)
