經典傷寒派重視扶陽倡五段論的祝味菊

祝味菊

祝(zhu)(zhu)味菊(1884-1951),浙江紹興人,先祖世代業醫(yi),幼年(nian)即平熟醫(yi)學(xue)名詞,弱冠進蜀,曾隨宿(su)儒劉(liu)雨笙授(shou)讀(du)醫(yi)經。1917年(nian),祝(zhu)(zhu)氏(shi)考(kao)入(ru)軍醫(yi)校,后(hou)又隨日本教師(shi)石田東渡考(kao)察日本醫(yi)學(xue),回國后(hou)任成都市政(zheng)公所(suo)衛生科長。1926年(nian),祝(zhu)(zhu)氏(shi)避川亂赴(fu)上海,初(chu)未懸(xuan)壺,隱跡考(kao)察近一載,深感時醫(yi)缺少良(liang)法,遂開(kai)診以溫藥(yao)建功。1929年(nian)秋,祝(zhu)(zhu)氏(shi)治(zhi)愈某(mou)醫(yi)斷為“誤投辛燥(zao),法在不救”的危篤(du)病人,從此醫(yi)名大噪(zao)。

祝(zhu)氏(shi)(shi)以治傷(shang)(shang)寒(han)(han)(han)熱病(bing)(bing)見(jian)長,他(ta)(ta)在(zai)(zai)(zai)《傷(shang)(shang)寒(han)(han)(han)論(lun)》的(de)(de)基(ji)礎上(shang),提出了以調整本(ben)體(ti)(ti)反應(ying)為(wei)(wei)中心的(de)(de)“五(wu)(wu)(wu)段(duan)論(lun)”,作為(wei)(wei)其(qi)臨床的(de)(de)指導(dao)思想。他(ta)(ta)說(shuo):“疾病(bing)(bing)之(zhi)(zhi)來,引起(qi)體(ti)(ti)工(gong)(gong)之(zhi)(zhi)反應(ying),不(bu)出五(wu)(wu)(wu)種(zhong)階段(duan),于意何云?太(tai)陽(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)之(zhi)(zhi)為(wei)(wei)病(bing)(bing),正氣因(yin)受邪(xie)激而開始合度之(zhi)(zhi)抵(di)抗(kang)也(ye);陽(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)明之(zhi)(zhi)為(wei)(wei)病(bing)(bing),元氣僨張,機能(neng)旺盛(sheng),而抵(di)抗(kang)太(tai)過也(ye);少陽(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)之(zhi)(zhi),為(wei)(wei)病(bing)(bing),抗(kang)能(neng)時斷時續,邪(xie)機屢(lv)進屢(lv)退,抵(di)抗(kang)之(zhi)(zhi)力(li)(li)(li)(li)未能(neng)長相繼也(ye);太(tai)陰少陰之(zhi)(zhi)為(wei)(wei)病(bing)(bing),正氣懦(nuo)怯,全體(ti)(ti)或局部之(zhi)(zhi)抵(di)抗(kang)不(bu)足(zu)也(ye);厥(jue)陰之(zhi)(zhi)為(wei)(wei)病(bing)(bing),正邪(xie)相搏,存亡危急(ji)之(zhi)(zhi)秋,體(ti)(ti)工(gong)(gong)最(zui)后之(zhi)(zhi)反抗(kang)也(ye)。一切(qie)外感(gan),其(qi)體(ti)(ti)工(gong)(gong)抵(di)抗(kang)之(zhi)(zhi)情形,不(bu)出此(ci)(ci)五(wu)(wu)(wu)段(duan)范圍,此(ci)(ci)吾卅(sa)年來獨(du)有之(zhi)(zhi)心得(de)也(ye)”。祝(zhu)氏(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)五(wu)(wu)(wu)段(duan)論(lun),是對機體(ti)(ti)在(zai)(zai)(zai)外感(gan)病(bing)(bing)中抵(di)抗(kang)反應(ying)狀態的(de)(de)五(wu)(wu)(wu)個階段(duan)的(de)(de)概括(kuo),是《傷(shang)(shang)寒(han)(han)(han)論(lun)》六經辨證的(de)(de)翻版(ban)。機體(ti)(ti)抗(kang)力(li)(li)(li)(li)的(de)(de)消長盛(sheng)衰,與陽(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)氣有關(guan)。他(ta)(ta)說(shuo):“五(wu)(wu)(wu)段(duan)為(wei)(wei)抗(kang)力(li)(li)(li)(li)消長之(zhi)(zhi)符號,抗(kang)力(li)(li)(li)(li)之(zhi)(zhi)消長,陽(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)氣實(shi)主(zhu)持之(zhi)(zhi)。陽(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)氣者,抗(kang)力(li)(li)(li)(li)之(zhi)(zhi)樞紐也(ye),氣實(shi)則(ze)實(shi),氣虛則(ze)虛。傷(shang)(shang)寒(han)(han)(han)為(wei)(wei)戰斗(dou)行動,故首(shou)當重陽(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang),善理(li)陽(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)氣,則(ze)五(wu)(wu)(wu)段(duan)療(liao)法思過半矣”。因(yin)此(ci)(ci),祝(zhu)氏(shi)(shi)十分重視陽(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)氣。太(tai)陽(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)傷(shang)(shang)寒(han)(han)(han),重在(zai)(zai)(zai)和陽(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang);少陽(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)有梯,重在(zai)(zai)(zai)通陽(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang);陽(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)明太(tai)過,重在(zai)(zai)(zai)抑陽(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang);少陰不(bu)足(zu),重在(zai)(zai)(zai)扶(fu)陽(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang);厥(jue)陰逆轉,重在(zai)(zai)(zai)潛陽(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang),五(wu)(wu)(wu)段(duan)療(liao)法,不(bu)外扶(fu)抑陽(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)氣,調整陽(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)用。其(qi)基(ji)本(ben)精神,不(bu)離仲景《傷(shang)(shang)寒(han)(han)(han)論(lun)》扶(fu)陽(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)之(zhi)(zhi)主(zhu)旨。

祝氏在(zai)腸(chang)傷寒的治療上最為(wei)得手,其(qi)(qi)敘述用藥(yao)(yao)體會如下:“麻(ma)桂(gui)為(wei)傷寒之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)主(zhu)要(yao)藥(yao)(yao),所(suo)以(yi)散溫排毒也(ye)。無(wu)汗麻(ma)黃后入(ru),有汗麻(ma)黃蜜(mi)炙,自汗桂(gui)芍(shao)并用,汗多(duo)知(zhi)膏(gao)可兼,其(qi)(qi)目的不(bu)在(zai)發一時之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)汗,而(er)(er)(er)在(zai)保持其(qi)(qi)體溫之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)調節,神經中樞為(wei)指揮抗(kang)戰之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)首府(fu),神衰者(zhe)(zhe)附子以(yi)壯(zhuang)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)。其(qi)(qi)為(wei)虛性興奮也(ye),龍(long)、磁以(yi)潛之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),心(xin)(xin)臟(zang)為(wei)血液運(yun)輸之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)樞紐,其(qi)(qi)疲(pi)勞而(er)(er)(er)有衰憊(bei)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)象者(zhe)(zhe),棗附以(yi)強(qiang)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)。腸(chang)部為(wei)病(bing)灶(zao)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)所(suo)在(zai),邪毒之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)淵(yuan)藪(sou),其(qi)(qi)郁血充盈,組(zu)織壅腫特甚(shen),超(chao)過病(bing)理之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)所(suo)需者(zhe)(zhe),葛根解(jie)肌,促令血液外趨。其(qi)(qi)寒涼太過,腸(chang)道凝(ning)瘀郁結者(zhe)(zhe),姜、附以(yi)溫煦其(qi)(qi)氣(qi),腹郁以(yi)宣和(he)其(qi)(qi)壅,腎氣(qi)有支(zhi)持抗(kang)戰之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)潛力。精泄而(er)(er)(er)溲(sou)頻者(zhe)(zhe),用菟絲、破(po)故(gu)紙(zhi)。其(qi)(qi)龍(long)雷無(wu)制,虛氣(qi)奔豚者(zhe)(zhe),用局(ju)方黑錫丹。江(jiang)南濕(shi)重,脾(pi)運(yun)多(duo)困,茅術(shu)、半夏宣發中陽,助麻(ma)桂(gui)以(yi)收達(da)表之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)效,形虛氣(qi)怯,神萎力疲(pi),獨任附子振奮細(xi)胞,活躍抗(kang)力,以(yi)奏之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)捍邪之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)功,此皆苦心(xin)(xin)揣摩而(er)(er)(er)得也(ye)”。因祝氏重視(shi)溫振心(xin)(xin)腎陽氣(qi)擅(shan)用附子,故(gu)當時有“祝附子”之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)名盛(sheng)傳于(yu)滬濱(bin)。而(er)(er)(er)其(qi)(qi)中附子與潛陽藥(yao)(yao)、鎮逆藥(yao)(yao)同用,尤為(wei)獨到,是繼承傷寒論心(xin)(xin)法而(er)(er)(er)有所(suo)發展。

祝(zhu)味菊對葉(xie)(xie)氏(shi)(shi)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)熱(re)(re)(re)學說的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)看法比較公允,他認(ren)為葉(xie)(xie)天士所說的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)熱(re)(re)(re)病,即陽明(ming)傷寒。葉(xie)(xie)氏(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)《溫(wen)(wen)(wen)熱(re)(re)(re)論》既有(you)(you)可(ke)取(qu)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)處(chu)(chu),也(ye)(ye)(ye)有(you)(you)不(bu)(bu)(bu)可(ke)取(qu)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)處(chu)(chu)。可(ke)取(qu)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)處(chu)(chu),是(shi)其(qi)豐富的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)辨(bian)證(zheng)經驗(yan),他說:“葉(xie)(xie)氏(shi)(shi)以(yi)(yi)(yi)臨(lin)床(chuang)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)經驗(yan),知(zhi)氣(qi)(qi)盛之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)人,其(qi)反(fan)應趨(qu)向(xiang)于亢(kang)進,故(gu)避用溫(wen)(wen)(wen)熱(re)(re)(re),知(zhi)病變之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)趨(qu)勢(shi)(shi),向(xiang)表(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)者(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)多吉(ji),故(gu)法取(qu)輕揚,觀察病變之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)過程,斑疹白?,厥脫譫妄,何者(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)為順,何者(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)為逆,示(shi)人以(yi)(yi)(yi)預(yu)后之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)吉(ji)兇,描寫征侯之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)狀態,舌苔齒(chi)牙(ya),色澤(ze)聲(sheng)音(yin),以(yi)(yi)(yi)至津汗便溺,何者(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)當清,何者(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)當溫(wen)(wen)(wen),啟發辨(bian)證(zheng)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)機括(kuo),既詳且明(ming),足為臨(lin)床(chuang)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)借鏡,此(ci)其(qi)可(ke)取(qu)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)處(chu)(chu)也(ye)(ye)(ye)”。其(qi)不(bu)(bu)(bu)可(ke)取(qu)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)處(chu)(chu),大致有(you)(you)二。其(qi)一,外感溫(wen)(wen)(wen)邪(xie)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)立名不(bu)(bu)(bu)妥。他說:“外感發熱(re)(re)(re),氣(qi)(qi)盛而(er)表(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)閉(bi)者(zhe)(zhe)(zhe),與辛(xin)(xin)涼(liang)則熱(re)(re)(re)退,此(ci)熱(re)(re)(re)體(氣(qi)(qi)盛之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)意(yi))之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)外感也(ye)(ye)(ye),而(er)葉(xie)(xie)氏(shi)(shi)曰(yue)(yue)此(ci)乃外感溫(wen)(wen)(wen)邪(xie)也(ye)(ye)(ye),宜(yi)(yi)辛(xin)(xin)涼(liang)解(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),倒因為果,此(ci)急需更(geng)正(zheng)(zheng)者(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)也(ye)(ye)(ye)”。其(qi)二,衛(wei)氣(qi)(qi)營(ying)血辨(bian)證(zheng)雖(sui)有(you)(you)先(xian)見(jian)(jian)(jian)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)明(ming),有(you)(you)失(shi)真誤治之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)咎(jiu)(jiu)。他說:“傷寒內(nei)有(you)(you)所激,氣(qi)(qi)盛而(er)表(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)閉(bi)者(zhe)(zhe)(zhe),辛(xin)(xin)涼(liang)解(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)表(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao),表(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)開(kai)(kai)氣(qi)(qi)和(he)矣(yi)。氣(qi)(qi)不(bu)(bu)(bu)旺者(zhe)(zhe)(zhe),妄用清涼(liang),則正(zheng)(zheng)餒而(er)表(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)氣(qi)(qi)懾矣(yi)。表(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)閉(bi)而(er)放溫(wen)(wen)(wen)障礙,則熱(re)(re)(re)更(geng)熾矣(yi),熱(re)(re)(re)熾則薰灼神(shen)(shen)經,宜(yi)(yi)有(you)(you)躁煩不(bu)(bu)(bu)寐之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)癥(zheng)矣(yi),此(ci)誤涼(liang)失(shi)表(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)咎(jiu)(jiu)也(ye)(ye)(ye)。葉(xie)(xie)氏(shi)(shi)曰(yue)(yue):‘溫(wen)(wen)(wen)邪(xie)熱(re)(re)(re)變最速,辛(xin)(xin)涼(liang)不(bu)(bu)(bu)解(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie),是(shi)漸欲(yu)(yu)入(ru)營(ying)也(ye)(ye)(ye),營(ying)分受熱(re)(re)(re),則血液受劫,心(xin)神(shen)(shen)不(bu)(bu)(bu)安,夜甚無寐,撤(che)(che)去(qu)氣(qi)(qi)藥,參入(ru)涼(liang)血清熱(re)(re)(re)’,此(ci)一誤再誤也(ye)(ye)(ye)。表(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)閉(bi)里(li)怯,當與辛(xin)(xin)溫(wen)(wen)(wen),葉(xie)(xie)氏(shi)(shi)以(yi)(yi)(yi)為溫(wen)(wen)(wen)邪(xie)宜(yi)(yi)涼(liang),豈知(zhi)不(bu)(bu)(bu)當之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)涼(liang),將自綏其(qi)氣(qi)(qi)此(ci)一誤也(ye)(ye)(ye)。涼(liang)表(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)則表(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)氣(qi)(qi)不(bu)(bu)(bu)宣,穢(hui)毒堵留,生溫(wen)(wen)(wen)益亢(kang),熱(re)(re)(re)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)亢(kang)也(ye)(ye)(ye),意(yi)欲(yu)(yu)沖開(kai)(kai)痞塞,解(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)表(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)而(er)自舒其(qi)困(kun)也(ye)(ye)(ye),不(bu)(bu)(bu)開(kai)(kai)其(qi)表(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao),而(er)反(fan)撤(che)(che)去(qu)氣(qi)(qi)藥,一意(yi)于清營(ying),是(shi)正(zheng)(zheng)欲(yu)(yu)伸而(er)又抑之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)也(ye)(ye)(ye),是(shi)不(bu)(bu)(bu)能拯之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)于涂炭,而(er)反(fan)驅之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)于深淵也(ye)(ye)(ye)。葉(xie)(xie)氏(shi)(shi)名重一時,臨(lin)診(zhen)甚多,飛(fei)曾見(jian)(jian)(jian)辛(xin)(xin)涼(liang)解(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)表(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao),表(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)解(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)而(er)愈者(zhe)(zhe)(zhe),亦曾見(jian)(jian)(jian)表(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)開(kai)(kai)而(er)熱(re)(re)(re)不(bu)(bu)(bu)解(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)者(zhe)(zhe)(zhe),又見(jian)(jian)(jian)表(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)不(bu)(bu)(bu)解(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)而(er)熱(re)(re)(re)更(geng)熾者(zhe)(zhe)(zhe),于是(shi)口授及門以(yi)(yi)(yi)各種病變之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)符號,曰(yue)(yue)營(ying)曰(yue)(yue)衛(wei),曰(yue)(yue)氣(qi)(qi)曰(yue)(yue)血,列舉(ju)癥(zheng)狀,朗若眉(mei)目(mu),此(ci)雖(sui)有(you)(you)先(xian)見(jian)(jian)(jian)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)明(ming),難免失(shi)真之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)咎(jiu)(jiu),此(ci)其(qi)師心(xin)自用,尤須(xu)更(geng)正(zheng)(zheng)者(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)二也(ye)(ye)(ye)”。由此(ci)看來,葉(xie)(xie)氏(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)衛(wei)氣(qi)(qi)營(ying)血之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)說決(jue)不(bu)(bu)(bu)是(shi)揭示(shi)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)熱(re)(re)(re)病正(zheng)(zheng)常的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)病變趨(qu)勢(shi)(shi),而(er)僅僅是(shi)對誤治變證(zheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)歸(gui)納(na)。

祝(zhu)氏(shi)的學(xue)術思想與學(xue)說,均反映在《傷寒質難》一書之(zhi)中。此書由祝(zhu)氏(shi)口(kou)述,門人陳蘇(su)生筆錄(lu)整理而成,全書數十萬言,以問答體裁寫成。

宗祝氏(shi)之(zhi)學最著者,是(shi)近代(dai)上(shang)(shang)(shang)海兒科(ke)專家徐小(xiao)圃。徐小(xiao)圃(1887-1961),名放。上(shang)(shang)(shang)海人。得(de)其父杏(xing)圃之(zhi)傳,后又虛心吸取各家之(zhi)長,特(te)別是(shi)祝味(wei)菊(ju)運用(yong)(yong)溫(wen)(wen)藥(yao)(yao)的(de)(de)(de)經驗,深入鉆(zhan)研《傷寒(han)論》,從而形成了(le)重視顧護陽(yang)(yang)氣(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)學術思想和(he)擅用(yong)(yong)溫(wen)(wen)藥(yao)(yao)的(de)(de)(de)用(yong)(yong)藥(yao)(yao)特(te)點(dian),臨(lin)證屢用(yong)(yong)峻劑以(yi)起沉疴,名噪(zao)上(shang)(shang)(shang)海。他(ta)認為(wei),陰(yin)為(wei)體(ti),陽(yang)(yang)為(wei)用(yong)(yong),陽(yang)(yang)氣(qi)(qi)在生理狀(zhuang)態下是(shi)全(quan)身動力,在病理狀(zhuang)態下又是(shi)抗病主(zhu)力,而在兒科(ke)尤為(wei)重要。因此,他(ta)特(te)別強調小(xiao)兒機體(ti)特(te)點(dian)是(shi)“肉脆(cui)、血少、氣(qi)(qi)弱",屈于稚陰(yin)稚陽(yang)(yang)之(zhi)體(ti),而決非(fei)“陽(yang)(yang)常有余,陰(yin)常不足”的(de)(de)(de)“純(chun)陽(yang)(yang)之(zhi)體(ti)”。他(ta)主(zhu)張治小(xiao)兒必須(xu)處處顧及(ji)陽(yang)(yang)氣(qi)(qi),并且善(shan)于在明(ming)辨陰(yin)陽(yang)(yang)的(de)(de)(de)基礎上(shang)(shang)(shang)識別真寒(han)假(jia)熱(re)。他(ta)在臨(lin)床上(shang)(shang)(shang)廣泛(fan)應用(yong)(yong)的(de)(de)(de)辛(xin)溫(wen)(wen)解表、共正達邪、溫(wen)(wen)培脾腎和(he)潛(qian)陽(yang)(yang)育陰(yin)等法(fa),都是(shi)建立在以(yi)上(shang)(shang)(shang)認識基礎上(shang)(shang)(shang)的(de)(de)(de)。
