北京市氣(qi)功(gong)研(yan)究會曾(ceng)對(dui)60-72歲的練功(gong)老人(ren)(ren)和不(bu)練功(gong)老人(ren)(ren)各300例進行“液化(hua)智(zhi)力(li)(li)”試(shi)驗,共測試(shi)七(qi)個項目,結果發(fa)現(xian)練功(gong)者(zhe)智(zhi)力(li)(li)退化(hua)過程較(jiao)不(bu)練功(gong)者(zhe)明顯減(jian)慢,少數人(ren)(ren)甚至未(wei)發(fa)現(xian)智(zhi)力(li)(li)退化(hua)現(xian)象。

或問(wen)何(he)以致此?現代生(sheng)物(wu)(wu)學認為生(sheng)物(wu)(wu)的壽(shou)命是它(ta)的發(fa)育(yu)期的5-7倍(bei)。人(ren)(ren)的發(fa)育(yu)期到25歲(sui),所以人(ren)(ren)的正(zheng)常(chang)(chang)壽(shou)命應在125-175歲(sui),只(zhi)是由于人(ren)(ren)們違(wei)背(bei)了正(zheng)常(chang)(chang)生(sheng)命規律,使生(sheng)命力(li)被(bei)破壞,致使正(zheng)常(chang)(chang)壽(shou)命不能(neng)體現。練(lian)氣功(gong)就是要使人(ren)(ren)學會運用生(sheng)命規律,增強生(sheng)命力(li),從而(er)達到健康(kang)長壽(shou)的目的。

3、防治疾病

這是目前練(lian)氣功(gong)(gong)最突出的成效(xiao)。不(bu)僅(jin)常見病(bing)、多(duo)發病(bing)收到(dao)了良(liang)好(hao)療(liao)效(xiao),即使是疑難病(bing)患(huan)者,甚至垂危病(bing)人,通過(guo)練(lian)氣功(gong)(gong)也有(you)很多(duo)人得到(dao)了康復。全國400萬(wan)智能氣功(gong)(gong)學(xue)員中(zhong),所患(huan)疾病(bing)的種類(lei)可(ke)謂應(ying)有(you)盡有(you)。

僅華夏智能氣功培訓中心(xin),從1988年11月至1994年7月接(jie)受的13萬名學員中,病員占(zhan)80%以上,而且是經中西醫(yi)久(jiu)治(zhi)不愈(yu)的病人,病種達180種之多(duo)。

練氣(qi)功為何(he)能(neng)治(zhi)療這么(me)多的病(bing),甚至獲(huo)得(de)了神(shen)奇效(xiao)果呢?中醫學與(yu)氣(qi)功認(ren)為,人(ren)體(ti)患(huan)病(bing)是由于(yu)氣(qi)血(xue)不足(zu)或(huo)氣(qi)血(xue)運行失(shi)常而招致(zhi)各(ge)種生命功能(neng)失(shi)衡。

練氣(qi)(qi)功一方面(mian)可使(shi)氣(qi)(qi)血充足。一方面(mian)可促進氣(qi)(qi)血暢(chang)通,達到“氣(qi)(qi)血流通,百病(bing)不生”、“正氣(qi)(qi)存內(nei),邪不可干”的目的。
