道家功(gong)(gong)(gong)法(fa)(fa),從北五祖(zu)(zu)(zu)、南五祖(zu)(zu)(zu),至七(qi)(qi)真(zhen)師祖(zu)(zu)(zu),已有(you)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)套(tao)完(wan)整的性(xing)命雙修(xiu)功(gong)(gong)(gong)法(fa)(fa),既是(shi)(shi)金(jin)液(ye)還(huan)(huan)丹(dan)(dan)(dan)(dan),也是(shi)(shi)九(jiu)轉還(huan)(huan)丹(dan)(dan)(dan)(dan)法(fa)(fa)。其功(gong)(gong)(gong)理功(gong)(gong)(gong)法(fa)(fa)是(shi)(shi)以(yi)陰陽(yang)的造化(hua),用清、濁(zhuo)、動、靜(jing)、降本流末(mo),而生萬物(wu)的原理,以(yi)順(shun)(shun)逆顛倒之(zhi)法(fa)(fa)。順(shun)(shun)去生人(ren)(ren)(ren),逆來生仙(xian)(xian)(xian)。生仙(xian)(xian)(xian)也有(you)十(shi)月懷胎(tai),三(san)年(nian)(nian)乳哺(bu),九(jiu)年(nian)(nian)調嬰(ying)。丹(dan)(dan)(dan)(dan)經有(you)云:“煉(lian)己無(wu)限,修(xiu)仙(xian)(xian)(xian)有(you)程。”煉(lian)己者(zhe)即(ji)是(shi)(shi)從筑(zhu)基(ji)到(dao)煉(lian)己,期限不(bu)(bu)定,而因人(ren)(ren)(ren)而異。修(xiu)仙(xian)(xian)(xian)有(you)程者(zhe),即(ji)是(shi)(shi)十(shi)二(er)(er)年(nian)(nian),稱為(wei)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)紀(ji)飛升。修(xiu)仙(xian)(xian)(xian)節(jie)(jie)次有(you)九(jiu):一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)筑(zhu)基(ji),二(er)(er)得(de)藥,三(san)結丹(dan)(dan)(dan)(dan),四煉(lian)己,五還(huan)(huan)丹(dan)(dan)(dan)(dan),六(liu)(liu)溫(wen)(wen)養(yang),七(qi)(qi)脫(tuo)胎(tai),八得(de)玄珠,九(jiu)赴(fu)瑤(yao)池。初三(san)節(jie)(jie)煉(lian)精化(hua)氣,可(ke)為(wei)人(ren)(ren)(ren)仙(xian)(xian)(xian)。中三(san)節(jie)(jie)煉(lian)氣化(hua)神,可(ke)為(wei)地(di)(di)仙(xian)(xian)(xian)。后(hou)三(san)節(jie)(jie)煉(lian)神還(huan)(huan)虛,可(ke)為(wei)天(tian)仙(xian)(xian)(xian)。如筑(zhu)基(ji)未能(neng)(neng)復成強健之(zhi)體時,不(bu)(bu)能(neng)(neng)得(de)藥。不(bu)(bu)明三(san)候,無(wu)結丹(dan)(dan)(dan)(dan)友,未以(yi)特定周天(tian)運數時,豈能(neng)(neng)結丹(dan)(dan)(dan)(dan)。煉(lian)己未熟,不(bu)(bu)能(neng)(neng)還(huan)(huan)丹(dan)(dan)(dan)(dan)。溫(wen)(wen)養(yang)功(gong)(gong)(gong)行未滿(man),不(bu)(bu)能(neng)(neng)脫(tuo)胎(tai),脫(tuo)胎(tai)后(hou)須經七(qi)(qi)七(qi)(qi)四十(shi)九(jiu),三(san)年(nian)(nian)乳哺(bu),九(jiu)年(nian)(nian)調嬰(ying)。修(xiu)丹(dan)(dan)(dan)(dan)每(mei)節(jie)(jie)功(gong)(gong)(gong)成,各有(you)印證(zheng)。結丹(dan)(dan)(dan)(dan)有(you)成時:是(shi)(shi)人(ren)(ren)(ren)仙(xian)(xian)(xian),是(shi)(shi)羅漢,金(jin)剛(gang)不(bu)(bu)壞體。無(wu)漏盡(jin)通,出現六(liu)(liu)候,毫光四射(she),外腎不(bu)(bu)舉,陽(yang)關一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)閉生命長。還(huan)(huan)丹(dan)(dan)(dan)(dan)溫(wen)(wen)養(yang)成圣胎(tai)時:已入大定,是(shi)(shi)地(di)(di)仙(xian)(xian)(xian),是(shi)(shi)菩薩,具無(wu)四相,自行辟谷,胎(tai)息。手無(wu)六(liu)(liu)脈,發白重(zhong)黑,齒落重(zhong)生。脫(tuo)胎(tai)得(de)玄珠后(hou):是(shi)(shi)天(tian)仙(xian)(xian)(xian),身(shen)(shen)外有(you)身(shen)(shen),天(tian)人(ren)(ren)(ren)合一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi),具有(you)六(liu)(liu)神全通的特異功(gong)(gong)(gong)能(neng)(neng)。有(you)志斯(si)道者(zhe),應(ying)明白這一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)修(xiu)煉(lian)過程與效驗,但也應(ying)具備(bei)有(you)四大條件(jian):法(fa)(fa)、財、侶(lv)、地(di)(di),才能(neng)(neng)有(you)力地(di)(di)完(wan)成此項金(jin)丹(dan)(dan)(dan)(dan)大道諸功(gong)(gong)(gong)果(guo)。本人(ren)(ren)(ren)略知修(xiu)丹(dan)(dan)(dan)(dan)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)二(er)(er),不(bu)(bu)顧祖(zu)(zu)(zu)訓,有(you)恐誤(wu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)子弟,在此賜我(wo)直(zhi)言(yan)。
歷(li)來(lai)道(dao)(dao)(dao)經、丹(dan)經敘(xu)述道(dao)(dao)(dao)法繁多,而且秘語比(bi)喻,比(bi)比(bi)皆是(shi),后(hou)學者(zhe)如墜霧中,無所適從(cong)。其(qi)修丹(dan)從(cong)何入門(men)(men)(men)?這至關重(zhong)要的(de)是(shi)選擇正確真(zhen)宗的(de)徑路,如入旁(pang)門(men)(men)(men)左道(dao)(dao)(dao),枉受(shou)一(yi)(yi)世。張紫陽(yang)曰(yue):“知者(zhe)惟(wei)簡惟(wei)易,昧者(zhe)惟(wei)煩(fan)惟(wei)難。”若(ruo)遇明師,其(qi)道(dao)(dao)(dao)至簡,其(qi)事非遙(yao)。瑩蟾子(zi)曰(yue):“大道(dao)(dao)(dao)三千六百門(men)(men)(men),人(ren)(ren)人(ren)(ren)各執一(yi)(yi)苗根,誰知些(xie)子(zi)玄(xuan)(xuan)微處(chu),不在三千六百門(men)(men)(men),有志斯道(dao)(dao)(dao)者(zhe),其(qi)持此(ci)作業盤星(xing),為(wei)(wei)繩墨線。”由(you)此(ci)可見,道(dao)(dao)(dao)家修煉入門(men)(men)(men),是(shi)以(yi)些(xie)子(zi)玄(xuan)(xuan)微處(chu)作為(wei)(wei)苗根。這些(xie)子(zi)玄(xuan)(xuan)微處(chu),有知之(zhi)者(zhe),當然是(shi)道(dao)(dao)(dao)生一(yi)(yi)陽(yang)之(zhi)處(chu)。道(dao)(dao)(dao)經已有所云:“眾生不知覺,如盲見日月,我(wo)本太無中,撥離無邊際,慶云開生門(men)(men)(men)。祥煙塞(sai)死戶,初發(fa)玄(xuan)(xuan)元始,以(yi)通祥感機,救一(yi)(yi)切罪,度一(yi)(yi)切厄……”我(wo)們后(hou)學之(zhi)者(zhe),如果明白道(dao)(dao)(dao)生一(yi)(yi)陽(yang),是(shi)至關重(zhong)要的(de)功(gong)夫入門(men)(men)(men),那(nei)么應(ying)識(shi)無空(kong)法,離種種邊。時時常(chang)以(yi)清凈之(zhi)心(xin),來(lai)養其(qi)道(dao)(dao)(dao),不爭、不執,常(chang)能遣(qian)其(qi)欲,達到真(zhen)靜(jing)(jing),真(zhen)常(chang)應(ying)物(wu),真(zhen)常(chang)得(de)性,常(chang)應(ying)常(chang)靜(jing)(jing),這是(shi)得(de)道(dao)(dao)(dao)至理(li),得(de)悟道(dao)(dao)(dao)者(zhe),常(chang)清靜(jing)(jing)矣!
其次,我(wo)們還(huan)要明白(bai)陰(yin)陽(yang)(yang)的制化,一陰(yin)一陽(yang)(yang)謂之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)道(dao),偏(pian)陰(yin)偏(pian)陽(yang)(yang)謂之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)疾,純(chun)陽(yang)(yang)而為仙,純(chun)陰(yin)而為鬼,半陰(yin)半陽(yang)(yang)則(ze)為人。陽(yang)(yang)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)盛(sheng)則(ze)百病(bing)不(bu)生(sheng),陽(yang)(yang)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)衰(shuai)則(ze)諸(zhu)患侵(qin)體。陽(yang)(yang)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)衰(shuai)者,皆因精氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)神(shen)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)不(bu)足(zu),不(bu)足(zu)者必須補(bu)(bu)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)。《參同契》云:精不(bu)足(zu)者補(bu)(bu)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)以(yi)(yi)味,形不(bu)足(zu)者補(bu)(bu)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)以(yi)(yi)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)。精從內守(shou),氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)向外生(sheng)。補(bu)(bu)陰(yin)必用陽(yang)(yang),補(bu)(bu)陽(yang)(yang)必用陰(yin),皆言補(bu)(bu)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)法。而補(bu)(bu)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)前,必須先(xian)打開(kai)玄(xuan)(xuan)竅,可以(yi)(yi)說先(xian)找開(kai)藥物倉(cang)庫,孕育(yu)產(chan)種之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)地(di),名叫玄(xuan)(xuan)牝(pin),也(ye)即丹田,以(yi)(yi)胎(tai)息呼吸法,進行丹田呼吸操練,息息歸根(gen),效(xiao)法天(tian)地(di),履踐天(tian)光,以(yi)(yi)心(xin)腎為日月,以(yi)(yi)丹田為呼吸中(zhong)心(xin),如(ru)箱鼓風,達到升合(he)開(kai)降自如(ru),出(chu)玄(xuan)(xuan)入牝(pin),固(gu)蒂深根(gen),效(xiao)應有驗:天(tian)施雨露,地(di)發生(sheng)機。
一、清靜而補之(zhi)者:定心(xin)端坐,調胎(tai)息呼(hu)吸法,息息歸根。候(hou)一陽(yang)初生之(zhi)正(zheng)氣(qi)(qi),以胎(tai)息呼(hu)吸法,用武火(huo)(huo)采入,聚(ju)于(yu)丹田。用文火(huo)(huo)封固溫養,久而則丹田氣(qi)(qi)滿,充于(yu)五(wu)臟(zang)(zang)。五(wu)臟(zang)(zang)氣(qi)(qi)足,散于(yu)百骸。百骸氣(qi)(qi)全,得(de)藥有成(cheng),自然氣(qi)(qi)撞三關,可(ke)行周(zhou)天功(gong)法。
二(er)、陰陽(yang)(yang)而補之(zhi)(zhi)者(zhe)(zhe):這(zhe)是速補之(zhi)(zhi)法,有(you)立竿見(jian)影(ying)之(zhi)(zhi)效。用(yong)此(ci)法者(zhe)(zhe),時(shi)時(shi)要持有(you)常清靜(jing)(jing)之(zhi)(zhi)心(xin)(xin)。不爭(zheng)、不執,三者(zhe)(zhe)有(you)悟,唯見(jian)于空。再入(ru)室(shi)下工,在清靜(jing)(jing)之(zhi)(zhi)際,恍(huang)惚杳冥之(zhi)(zhi)間,偶有(you)一(yi)陽(yang)(yang)初(chu)生(sheng)之(zhi)(zhi)正氣(qi)。以心(xin)(xin)為爐(lu)為火(huo)(huo),以腎(shen)為鼎(ding)為水。用(yong)胎息呼(hu)吸(xi)法,如(ru)無孔之(zhi)(zhi)笛兩頭吹。以武火(huo)(huo)采入(ru)丹(dan)田,用(yong)文火(huo)(huo)封固溫(wen)養(yang)。這(zhe)一(yi)操練過(guo)程(cheng)恰如(ru)道經(jing)所(suo)云:“真(zhen)心(xin)(xin)清靜(jing)(jing)道為宗,譬彼中(zhong)天寶(bao)月同,凈掃迷云無點翳,一(yi)輪光滿太虛(xu)空,上(shang)藥身中(zhong)神氣(qi)精,人人具足匪虧(kui)盈,能知混合(he)回風道,金鼎(ding)黃(huang)芽日日生(sheng)。”
