大姜(jiang)(Zinger Officinale Roscoe)又稱(cheng)生(sheng)姜(jiang),本味(wei)辣,屬姜(jiang)科姜(jiang)屬,為多(duo)年(nian)生(sheng)草(cao)本宿(su)根草(cao)本植(zhi)物(wu),在(zai)我(wo)國作為一年(nian)生(sheng)經濟作物(wu)栽培,是我(wo)國特產(chan)(chan)的重要(yao)蔬(shu)菜品種。生(sheng)姜(jiang)原產(chan)(chan)于印度、馬來西(xi)亞熱帶多(duo)雨森(sen)林地區,在(zai)我(wo)國栽培歷史悠久。晚(wan)上不宜吃姜(jiang)。
