不可同食的食物
1. 蔬菜類
黃瓜:不能與花生同食。
白蘿卜:不能與紅蘿卜混吃,因紅蘿卜中所含分解酵素會破壞白蘿卜中的維生素C。嚴禁與桔子同食,如同食會患甲狀腺腫。同時也不能與梨、蘋果、葡萄等水果同食。忌與何首烏、地黃混食。服人參時禁食蘿卜。

什么食物跟什么食物一起吃會中毒?

一、蔬菜類:
1、籮卜:嚴禁與桔子同食,同食易患甲狀腺腫。忌與胡蘿卜、同食;忌何首烏、地黃;服人參時忌食。
2、胡蘿卜:不宜與西紅柿、辣椒、石榴、萵苣、木瓜等同食,最好單獨吃或和肉類烹調。
3、甘薯(紅薯、白薯、地瓜、山芋):不能與柿子、香蕉同食。
4、黃瓜:不宜與含維生素C含量高的蔬菜,如西紅柿、辣椒等同烹調。
5、茄子:不宜與黑豆、蟹同食。
6、韭菜:不宜與菠菜同食,同食易引起腹瀉。
7、小白菜:忌與黑豆、花生、毛豆、筧菜、豬肉等同吃。
8、菠菜:不宜與豆腐同食,同食易使人缺鈣,忌韭菜。
9、南瓜:不宜與含維生素C的蔬菜、水果同食;不可與羊肉同食,否則會引起黃疸和腳氣病。
10、香菜:不可與補藥同食;忌白術、牡丹皮。

3、豬肉:忌與鵪鶉、鴿肉、鯽魚、菱角、黃豆、蕨菜、桔梗、烏梅、百合、巴豆、大黃、黃連、牛肉、驢肉、羊肝等同食;
3、羊肉:忌與豆腐、蕎麥面、乳酪、南瓜、醋、赤豆、梅干菜同食;忌銅、丹砂。
4、豬腦髓:不可與酒、鹽同食,影響男子性功能。
5、雞肉:老雞頭有毒不能吃。忌與菊花、芥末、糯米、李子、大蒜、鯉魚、鱉肉、蝦、兔肉同食。
6、牛肉:不可與魚肉同烹調;不可與栗子、黍米、蜂蜜同食;不可與韭菜、白酒、生姜同食。
7、牛肝:不宜與含維生素C的食物同食;忌鮑魚、鲇魚。
8、鴨肉:忌木耳、胡桃;不宜與鱉肉同食。
9、狗肉:忌與綠豆、杏仁、菱角、鯉魚、泥鰍同食;忌用茶;不宜與大蒜同食。
10、鵝肉:不宜與鴨梨同食。
11、雞蛋:忌與柿子同食;同食可引起腹痛腹瀉、易形成柿結石;不宜與兔肉、鯉魚、豆漿同食;
三、水產類:
1、海鰻魚:不宜與白果、甘草同食。
2、鯉魚:忌朱砂、狗肉。
3、鱔魚:忌狗肉、狗血、芥末;青色鱔魚有毒,黃色鱔魚無毒,有毒鱔魚一次食用250克,可致死。
4、海帶;不宜與甘草同食。
5、泥鰍:不宜與狗肉同食。
6、青魚:忌用牛、羊油煎炸;忌與芥末、白術、蒼術同食。
7、帶魚、黃花魚:禁忌用牛、羊油煎炸;凡海味都禁甘草。
8、蝦:禁同時服用大量維生素C,否則,可生成三價砷、能致死。不宜與豬肉同食,損精;忌與狗、雞肉同食;忌糖。
四、水果類:
1、棗:不可與海鮮同食,否則令人腰腹疼痛;不可與蔥同食,否則令人臟腑不合,頭脹。
2、桃子:不宜與鱉肉、龜肉同食。
3、芒果:不宜與大蒜等辛物同食。
4、鴨梨:忌鵝肉、蟹;忌多吃;忌與油膩、冷熱之物雜食。
5、山楂:不宜與海鮮、魚類同食;
6、石榴:服人參時忌用。
7、葡萄:忌與四環素同食;
8、蘋果:不宜與海味同食。
9、香蕉:不宜與白薯同食。
10、柿子:禁與蟹、水獺肉同食;同食腹痛、大瀉;忌與紅薯、酒同食。
11、楊梅:忌生蔥;不宜與羊肚、鰻魚同食,
12、柑子:忌與蟹同食。
13、杏:忌與小米同食、否則令人嘔吐。
14、桔子:忌與籮卜同食,同食誘發甲狀腺腫;忌與牛奶、蟹、蛤同食。
15、銀杏:嚴禁多吃,嬰兒吃10顆左右可致命,三、五歲小兒吃30--40顆可致命;不可與魚同食。同食則產生不利于人體的生化反應、小兒尤忌。
五、谷物類:
1、黃豆:不宜與豬血、蕨菜同食;服四環素時忌用。
2、大米(梗米):不可與馬肉同食;不可與蒼耳同食。
3、小米:不可與杏同食,同食易使人嘔吐、泄瀉;氣滯者忌用。
4、綠豆:不宜與狗肉、榧子同食。
5、黑豆:忌與厚樸、蓖麻籽、四環素同食。
6、紅豆:忌與米同煮,食之發口瘡;不宜與羊肉同食;蛇咬傷,百日內忌食;多尿者忌用。
六、調料飲品類:
1、蒜:一般不與補藥同食;忌蜂蜜、地黃、何首烏、牡丹皮。
2、蔥:不宜與楊梅、蜜糖同食,同食易氣壅胸悶;忌棗、常山、地黃。
3、酒:忌與汽水、啤酒、咖啡、奶、茶、糖同飲,不然對腸胃、肝、腎臟器官有嚴重的損害;不宜與牛肉、柿同食。
4、醋:忌丹參、茯苓、不宜與海參、羊肉、奶粉同食;忌壁虎,可致命。
5、糖、忌蝦,不可與竹筍同煮;不宜與牛奶、含銅食物同食。
6、蜜、不宜與蔥、蒜、韭菜、萵苣、豆腐同食,不然易引起腹瀉;忌地黃、何首烏。
7、茶:貧血病人服用鐵劑時,忌飲茶;不宜與狗肉同食;服人參等滋補藥品時忌用。
