春夏養陽,秋冬養陰

選用時令菜
隨著交通(tong)的日益發達以及棚栽技術的普及,時令菜(cai)的概(gai)念已經(jing)很模糊,但春夏秋冬中畢竟四(si)季(ji)不(bu)(bu)同,每(mei)一季(ji)節(jie)均有特(te)色的時令菜(cai)。要注意選用時令菜(cai),烹調特(te)色菜(cai)肴,有助于刺激食(shi)欲,幫(bang)助消化,這對(dui)于脾(pi)胃(wei)功能虛弱、食(shi)欲不(bu)(bu)佳的人尤為重要。
合理烹調,注意搭配
