孫思邈所指的“此穴”就是膏肓穴。藥王孫思邈的意思是:這些人醫術低,只要找到膏盲穴,并灸它,任何病都會好!

打開膏肓穴,百病都難藏
藥王孫思邈艾灸養生高壽102歲。并在《千金方·雜病論》中說,膏肓穴無所不治。
“膏肓能主治虛羸瘦損、五勞七傷及夢失精、上氣咳逆、痰火發狂、健忘、胎前產后等,百病無所不療”。
歷代醫家多認為,膏肓穴有補益虛損、養肺調心的作用,臨床上多用于治療肺氣虛弱所致的咳嗽、氣喘、骨蒸盜汗、肺癆等病癥;心氣不足、心火上擾所致的癲狂、健忘、遺精等病癥;各種原因所致的羸瘦虛損。
膏肓這個穴位比較隱蔽,針不方便扎進去,手也難以按到,想要活動膏肓,最好的方法就是通過艾灸和自我鍛煉。
取穴(xue)(xue)方法:膏肓穴(xue)(xue)是人(ren)體膀胱(guang)經(jing)上(shang)的一個大穴(xue)(xue),在后背(bei)肩(jian)胛骨(gu)旁(pang)。取穴(xue)(xue)時(shi),病人(ren)坐位,雙手交叉緊抱雙肩(jian),肘關節貼近胸(xiong)前,將肩(jian)胛骨(gu)打(da)開(kai),從大椎(zhui)穴(xue)(xue)向下找到第四胸(xiong)椎(zhui)棘突下,再旁(pang)開(kai)三寸處。
據新唐書載,孫思邈他出生于西魏,七歲就學,日誦千余言,善于談老子、莊周之(zhi)道,擅長陰陽、推步,妙解數術,兼好(hao)釋典。 孫思邈因從小多病,「湯藥(yao)之(zhi)資(zi),罄盡家(jia)產(chan)」。當(dang)時百姓都很(hen)貧苦,很(hen)多人因為沒錢治病而死(si)去,因此(ci)他18歲時立志(zhi)學(xue)醫(yi)(yi),終(zhong)身勤奮(fen)向學(xue),十八歲之(zhi)后(hou)就「志(zhi)于學(xue)醫(yi)(yi)」,最后(hou)終(zhong)有所成,傳說長壽(shou)的(de)他,活到驚人的(de)141歲,以下就是(shi)傳下來(lai)不(bu)需要(yao)吃藥(yao)、吃補,也(ye)能健康(kang)長壽(shou)的(de)七(qi)個養生(sheng)秘笈。
1.頭常搖,腦靈活
雙手叉腰,閉目,垂下頭(tou),緩(huan)緩(huan)向(xiang)(xiang)右扭(niu)動(dong)(dong),直至復原位為一次,共做(zuo)5次。反方向(xiang)(xiang)重(zhong)復。據(ju)說這動(dong)(dong)作經(jing)常做(zuo)可以(yi)令頭(tou)腦靈活,但(dan)搖(yao)動(dong)(dong)力道不要太猛(meng)、注意(yi)要慢(man)慢(man)做(zuo),以(yi)免頭(tou)暈。
2. 發(fa)常(chang)梳,頭(tou)不痛
將手掌互(hu)搓30下令掌心發(fa)(fa)熱(re),然后由前(qian)額開始(shi)掃上去(qu),經后腦掃回頸(jing)部。早晚各做(zuo)14次,另外(wai),可以試著早晚梳頭(tou)發(fa)(fa)、 *** 頭(tou)皮(pi),頭(tou)部有(you)很多重(zhong)要的穴位(wei),所以經常“梳發(fa)(fa)”,據說可以防止頭(tou)痛(tong)、白發(fa)(fa)和脫發(fa)(fa)。

5. 腰(yao)常擺,精(jing)神口
