吃白蘿卜的注意事項
1、蘿卜忌與木耳同(tong)吃。
蘿卜(bu)如果木耳(er)一起(qi)吃的話,容易得皮炎。
2、蘿卜不(bu)可以和人參一起吃。
蘿卜(bu)屬于寒性(xing)食物,而人參(can)屬于熱性(xing)藥材,兩者同吃之后會抵消人參(can)的功效。
3、胡蘿卜和白蘿卜不適合調(diao)配在一(yi)起食(shi)用。
