據(ju)報道,美國北伊(yi)利諾(nuo)伊(yi)大學一項研究發現(xian),相對傳(chuan)統鍵盤(pan),在平板電腦上長時(shi)間輸入文字更有可能導致頸部(bu)(bu)和(he)肩部(bu)(bu)不適。
研究人員解釋(shi)道,平(ping)板電(dian)腦與傳統臺式機和筆記本鍵(jian)盤不(bu)(bu)同(tong),當(dang)與人的皮膚進行接觸(chu)后,觸(chu)摸屏(虛擬鍵(jian)盤)隨時(shi)(shi)(shi)會(hui)(hui)被激活(huo)。因此,用戶必須時(shi)(shi)(shi)刻(ke)保持手(shou)指和手(shou)腕懸(xuan)停在屏幕上以避免觸(chu)碰到(dao)鍵(jian)盤,手(shou)指無法得(de)到(dao)休(xiu)息(xi)。肌肉保持緊張狀態、一動不(bu)(bu)動時(shi)(shi)(shi),會(hui)(hui)造成(cheng)長(chang)時(shi)(shi)(shi)間的肌肉靜(jing)載(zai)荷。“而這是骨骼疾病的危險因素,”主持該項研究的金浩政教授(shou)指出(chu),“因此,長(chang)時(shi)(shi)(shi)間使用虛擬鍵(jian)盤可能會(hui)(hui)增加肌肉骨骼不(bu)(bu)適(shi)的風險,導致肩膀出(chu)現毛病。”
研(yan)究人員(yuan)調查了(le)一個19人的男(nan)女混(hun)合(he)試(shi)驗組(zu),受試(shi)者(zhe)都是熟練的觸摸屏打(da)字員(yuan),并(bing)且沒(mei)有上(shang)半身肌(ji)(ji)肉骨(gu)骼疾(ji)病史。他(ta)們平(ping)(ping)均使用電腦(nao)(nao)年限達到(dao)14年,目(mu)前都是虛擬鍵盤(智能手機(ji)或平(ping)(ping)板電腦(nao)(nao))用戶(hu)。在(zai)試(shi)驗中,每(mei)(mei)名受試(shi)者(zhe)被要求分別(bie)用觸摸屏、臺式電腦(nao)(nao)和(he)筆記本電腦(nao)(nao)輸入格(ge)林童話故事(shi)兩次(ci),每(mei)(mei)次(ci)五分鐘。在(zai)此過程中,電極記錄其手臂(bei)和(he)肩膀的肌(ji)(ji)肉活動(dong)。結果發現,受試(shi)者(zhe)在(zai)虛擬鍵盤上(shang)打(da)字時,盡管(guan)前臂(bei)的肌(ji)(ji)肉活動(dong)最少,但脖子和(he)肩膀之間的斜方肌(ji)(ji)活動(dong)率卻(que)最高。
金教授解釋說,斜方肌(ji)的功能是支撐手(shou)(shou)臂。在虛擬鍵盤打字時,手(shou)(shou)和前臂一直保持懸浮狀態(tai),可(ke)能增加斜方肌(ji)的靜載荷,從而導致(zhi)更高的肌(ji)肉活動(dong)。雖(sui)然這(zhe)樣帶來的肌(ji)肉活動(dong)差異(yi)并(bing)不大,然而日積月累造(zao)成的后果可(ke)能無法(fa)估量。
發表在科技期刊《應用人機工(gong)程(cheng)學》上的研究結(jie)果(guo)還指出,使(shi)用虛擬鍵盤時,打字速度(du)和精確度(du)也分別(bie)減少(shao)60%和11%。
根據(ju)英國(guo)通信(xin)管(guan)理局統計(ji)顯示,44%的(de)英國(guo)家(jia)(jia)庭(ting)擁有一臺平(ping)板(ban)(ban)電(dian)腦,去年(nian)這(zhe)一比例還(huan)(huan)僅(jin)為(wei)24%。超過三分之(zhi)一(34%)的(de)5~15歲兒(er)童,以及近十(shi)分之(zhi)三(28%)的(de)55歲以上老人都擁有平(ping)板(ban)(ban)電(dian)腦,此(ci)外,還(huan)(huan)有許多(duo)人將平(ping)板(ban)(ban)作為(wei)主要(yao)計(ji)算設備(bei)。相比之(zhi)下,安裝臺式電(dian)腦的(de)家(jia)(jia)庭(ting)數(shu)量(liang)逐漸下降(jiang),從2012年(nian)的(de)44%減少到現在的(de)35%。
理療師(shi)蒂姆·阿勒代斯表示,使(shi)(shi)用(yong)虛擬鍵(jian)盤的(de)(de)時(shi)(shi)間過長(chang),上半身的(de)(de)斜方(fang)肌會縮短和(he)疲勞,引起(qi)肩頸疼痛(tong)。而(er)(er)隨著ipad等平(ping)板電腦用(yong)戶越來越多,頸源性頭(tou)痛(tong)將會成為現代人的(de)(de)通病。他建議,最好(hao)將使(shi)(shi)用(yong)平(ping)板電腦的(de)(de)時(shi)(shi)間限制在每天一小時(shi)(shi),如(ru)果(guo)可能的(de)(de)話,盡量使(shi)(shi)用(yong)傳統鍵(jian)盤,減(jian)少(shao)手臂和(he)肩膀(bang)的(de)(de)疲勞。如(ru)果(guo)使(shi)(shi)用(yong)平(ping)板的(de)(de)時(shi)(shi)間較(jiao)長(chang),把它放在桌子才是最佳選擇,而(er)(er)不是放在大腿上。這(zhe)有助減(jian)少(shao)脖子前傾(qing)彎曲,從而(er)(er)幫助降(jiang)低引發頸部毛病的(de)(de)可能。
上周,研究人員還警告人們,“短信脖”將成為現代人特有的毛病:一(yi)(yi)邊走路(lu),一(yi)(yi)邊低(di)頭(tou)(tou)看(kan)短信。當一(yi)(yi)個人低(di)頭(tou)(tou)60度,就是典(dian)型的埋頭(tou)(tou)發短信的姿(zi)勢,脊柱將額外承(cheng)擔相當于(yu)25公(gong)斤的重量。
首席研究(jiu)員、美(mei)國紐約脊(ji)柱外科(ke)(ke)手(shou)(shou)術和康(kang)復(fu)醫學機構的(de)脊(ji)柱外科(ke)(ke)負責人肯尼思·漢斯拉杰說道(dao),低(di)頭(tou)看手(shou)(shou)機會對頸(jing)椎產生額外壓(ya)力,從(cong)而導致頸(jing)椎的(de)早期磨損、撕裂、退(tui)化,情(qing)況嚴重(zhong)的(de)還需要外科(ke)(ke)手(shou)(shou)術。
