氣功(gong)(gong)鍛煉:腎為元氣之(zhi)根,故氣虛宜作養腎功(gong)(gong);其功(gong)(gong)法如下:
屈時上舉(ju):危坐,兩腿自然(ran)分開,雙手屈肘側(ce)舉(ju),手指(zhi)伸(shen)直(zhi)向上,與兩耳(er)平。然(ran)后,雙手上舉(ju),以(yi)兩脅部(bu)感(gan)覺(jue)有所牽動為度(du),隨(sui)后復原,可連做(zuo)十(shi)次。本動作(zuo)對(dui)氣短(duan)、吸氣困難者(zhe),有緩解作(zuo)用。
拋空:危坐,左臂(bei)(bei)自然屈肘,置于腿上(shang),右(you)(you)(you)臂(bei)(bei)屈肘,手(shou)(shou)心向上(shang),做拋物動作3~5次,然后,右(you)(you)(you)臂(bei)(bei)放于腿上(shang),左手(shou)(shou)做拋空動作,與(yu)右(you)(you)(you)首(shou)動作相同,每日可做五遍。
蕩腿:危(wei)坐,兩(liang)腳自(zi)然(ran)下垂,先(xian)慢(man)慢(man)左(zuo)右轉一下身體3次,然(ran)后,兩(liang)腳懸空,前后擺動(dong)(dong)十余(yu)次。本動(dong)(dong)作(zuo)可(ke)以活動(dong)(dong)腰、膝,具(ju)備益腎強腰的功效(xiao)。
摩(mo)(mo)腰(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao):危坐(zuo),寬衣,將腰(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)帶(dai)松開,雙手相搓(cuo)(cuo),以略覺(jue)(jue)發熱(re)(re)為度;再將雙手置于(yu)腰(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)間,上(shang)下搓(cuo)(cuo)摩(mo)(mo)腰(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)部(bu)(bu),直到腰(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)部(bu)(bu)感覺(jue)(jue)發熱(re)(re)截止。搓(cuo)(cuo)摩(mo)(mo)腰(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)部(bu)(bu),實際上(shang)是對腰(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)部(bu)(bu)命(ming)門(men)穴、腎俞(yu)、氣海俞(yu)、大腸(chang)俞(yu)等穴的(de)自(zi)我按摩(mo)(mo),而(er)這些穴道大多與腎臟(zang)有(you)關。待(dai)搓(cuo)(cuo)至發熱(re)(re)之(zhi)時,可起到疏通經絡、行氣活(huo)血(xue)、溫腎壯腰(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)之(zhi)作用(yong)。
