夫火(huo)(huo)候(hou)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)法,非意(yi)中存(cun)想之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)虛炁,亦(yi)非呼吸腰上之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)真炁。其傳之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)有三(san):心為之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)君火(huo)(huo),而(er)曰上昧(mei)。腎(shen)為之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)臣火(huo)(huo),而(er)曰中昧(mei)。膀胱為之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)民(min)火(huo)(huo),而(er)日(ri)(ri)下昧(mei)。三(san)炁聚而(er)為火(huo)(huo),散(san)而(er)為炁,故曰三(san)昧(mei)真火(huo)(huo)也。升降循環,如天之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)道,一十(shi)(shi)五(wu)(wu)兩(liang)(liang)(liang)三(san)百(bai)六十(shi)(shi)銖,而(er)有丹天之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)度(du),天炁五(wu)(wu)日(ri)(ri)一加係候(hou)也。人(ren)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)修(xiu)鍊(lian)五(wu)(wu)數一進退火(huo)(huo)。呂公曰:一輸(shu)火(huo)(huo)內養(yang)黃(huang)(huang)婆。海蟾曰:燒丹無使火(huo)(huo)龍飛,戌亥時下手子時止。幽室靜坐,頻去(qu)思慮,微(wei)微(wei)托幾(ji),輕輕臉腹,鼻息綿綿,用之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)不勤(qin)。默想丹田如火(huo)(huo)輪轉不倦,脇下不動如困,暫歇(xie)再脇者聚,聚散(san)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)黑想火(huo)(huo)輸(shu)以(yi)制下心。火(huo)(huo)炁入(ru)黃(huang)(huang)庭宮,始覺(jue)腹微(wei)痛,次覺(jue)漸熱,若止行(xing)此(ci)法,自可補虛益炁,穩而(er)安樂延年(nian)。以(yi)前龍虎(hu)交媾並行(xing)百(bai)日(ri)(ri),下火(huo)(huo)五(wu)(wu)兩(liang)(liang)(liang),自戌至(zhi)子,鍊(lian)成(cheng)(cheng)津汞,而(er)藥力餘。二百(bai)日(ri)(ri)下火(huo)(huo)十(shi)(shi)兩(liang)(liang)(liang),自酉至(zhi)子,鍊(lian)砂(sha)成(cheng)(cheng)金砂(sha),而(er)聖胎圓。三(san)百(bai)日(ri)(ri)下火(huo)(huo)十(shi)(shi)五(wu)(wu)兩(liang)(liang)(liang),自申至(zhi)子,鍊(lian)砂(sha)成(cheng)(cheng)金,純陽炁生。計(ji)日(ri)(ri)三(san)百(bai),計(ji)火(huo)(huo)三(san)十(shi)(shi)兩(liang)(liang)(liang),故號(hao)日(ri)(ri)功滿三(san)千是(shi)也。以(yi)金砂(sha)一斤八,凝息計(ji)數。二足(zu)方號(hao)銖,二十(shi)(shi)四為之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)一兩(liang)(liang)(liang)。用肘(zhou)(zhou)後飛金晶(jing)像(xiang)肘(zhou)(zhou)後金晶(jing)火(huo)(huo)象也。
玉京山
論曰:凡鍊金丹(dan)(dan)起火(huo),十(shi)一(yi)(yi)月甲子(zi)日(ri)起,一(yi)(yi)陽(yang)生戰五陰,謂(wei)之地雷復(fu)卦。何者(zhe)?坤為(wei)震母,坤一(yi)(yi)爻(yao)變(bian)(bian),成震,是木木為(wei)陽(yang)。坤為(wei)陰宮,五土(tu)能養(yang)(yang)一(yi)(yi)陽(yang),一(yi)(yi)陽(yang)水銀也(ye),象(xiang)鉛之有銀。故(gu)《參同契》之因(yin)立基(ji)兆者(zhe),從坤而變(bian)(bian)成陽(yang)。故(gu)起復(fu)卦者(zhe),上(shang)坤下(xia)震,此明(ming)黃芽初(chu)養(yang)(yang)蒙之義,變(bian)(bian)化之漸也(ye)。起為(wei)日(ri)後一(yi)(yi)月子(zi)時至五日(ri)六(liu)十(shi)時為(wei)一(yi)(yi)候(hou),三候(hou)一(yi)(yi)炁呋穡(se)暨火(huo)時,須鼻引閉炁,端坐咝幕鶘閑(xian)校毎l頂火(huo)下(xia)至丹(dan)(dan)田,晝夜行八百(bai)一(yi)(yi)十(shi)丈。故(gu)尺(chi)分(fen)為(wei)寸(cun)(cun),若(ruo)人(ren)(ren)知寸(cun)(cun)後守分(fen)兩合(he)百(bai)刻,故(gu)觀天之道在乎(hu)掌。凡人(ren)(ren)呼吸,脈行六(liu)寸(cun)(cun)一(yi)(yi)息,四(si)(si)(si)至二(er)尺(chi)四(si)(si)(si)寸(cun)(cun)為(wei)一(yi)(yi)刀(dao),二(er)丈四(si)(si)(si)尺(chi)為(wei)圭,二(er)百(bai)四(si)(si)(si)十(shi)尺(chi)為(wei)銖,二(er)千四(si)(si)(si)百(bai)尺(chi)為(wei)兩。且一(yi)(yi)斤十(shi)六(liu)兩,都總(zong)三百(bai)八十(shi)四(si)(si)(si)銖,何異陰陽(yang)緊數,以應(ying)一(yi)(yi)年(nian)三百(bai)六(liu)十(shi)日(ri)二(er)十(shi)四(si)(si)(si)炁矣(yi)。又(you)半(ban)故(gu)在易合(he)策數,在人(ren)(ren)合(he)息數。如修藥逐節(jie)換鼎(ding),便(bian)火(huo)加至九節(jie),即不(bu)加也(ye)。漸漸隨火(huo)添黃芽白雪之炁,旋入鼎(ding)中鍊為(wei)金丹(dan)(dan)。其丹(dan)(dan)鍊至九箇月換鼎(ding),謂(wei)之九轉金丹(dan)(dan)也(ye)。
行武火六十四時中火候
鉛汞雖得凝結,未能便伏,須憑火(huo)力(li)鍊元(yuan)自守,立作命基也。《西(xi)山會(hui)真記》中子後午前行火(huo)法(fa),令(ling)腎炁上升,心液下降,服丹之日便當火(huo)在子午寅申(shen)之時(shi),子武火(huo)一(yi)百六(liu)(liu)十(shi)一(yi)叅抽添(tian),寅文火(huo)一(yi)百八(ba)息,戊己(ji)火(huo)六(liu)(liu)十(shi)四(si),甲丙火(huo)七十(shi)二,平偷卯酉用(yong)在寅申(shen),男生於丙寅,女生於壬申(shen),餌丹羅(luo)行己(ji)火(huo),存神(shen)端坐(zuo),正抱外(wai)腎澄絕(jue)思(si)慮(lv),抱元(yuan)守一(yi)。然後定息七十(shi)二數,自此不得喜(xi)怒急躁,恐或奔逸不為(wei)小事。
行水
用(yong)鼎在懷,神不(bu)與交,閉(bi)息七(qi)十二數。情狂(kuang)興落,切在把捉,無令(ling)失措。謹蓄兵威,陣而不(bu)戰,鍊合之時,須行(xing)子午(wu)。九鼎五字訣,存縮吸(xi)閉(bi)呵,又名五固(gu)法。
方便真人露火機
吾於(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)入道(dao)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)初(chu),便聞仙(xian)(xian)訣云:神(shen)仙(xian)(xian)祕易不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)祕難(nan),聖(sheng)人(ren)(ren)(ren)傳藥不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)傳火(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)語。藥可知而(er)火(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)可得(de)(de)(de)(de)而(er)聞也。自(zi)後(hou)求師(shi)訪友,識得(de)(de)(de)(de)南離(li)北坎(kan),東木(mu)西金、龍虎升降(jiang)、日(ri)(ri)月(yue)魂魄(po),至於(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)鼎器藥物、三(san)關無(wu)礙(ai)、順(shun)死(si)逆生(sheng)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)理,唯火(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)候(hou)未(wei)明(ming),丹(dan)莫(mo)(mo)(mo)能(neng)結(jie)。閱(yue)盡(jin)(jin)千經萬論,究其(qi)(qi)(qi)淵源則(ze)(ze)(ze)智莫(mo)(mo)(mo)能(neng)測,無(wu)非自(zi)悟(wu)。況真(zhen)仙(xian)(xian)火(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)候(hou)說到妙(miao)處,皆云須遇(yu)至人(ren)(ren)(ren)口傳心授(shou),學道(dao)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)人(ren)(ren)(ren)無(wu)不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)因此(ci)以(yi)(yi)至息墮(duo),中(zhong)(zhong)道(dao)而(er)廢者,可謂(wei)若牛毛(mao)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)多也。自(zi)念幸逢無(wu)上之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)機(ji)(ji),若不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)遇(yu)火(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)候(hou)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)訣,亦墮(duo)於(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)牛毛(mao)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)數矣(yi)。於(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)是(shi)(shi)(shi)朝(chao)夕忘飡棄寢,盡(jin)(jin)將平日(ri)(ri)所(suo)(suo)得(de)(de)(de)(de)仙(xian)(xian)經秘(mi)典(dian),苦志研窮,雖自(zi)覺(jue)有(you)(you)所(suo)(suo)悟(wu),猶疑(yi)未(wei)然。如是(shi)(shi)(shi)荏苒數載(zai),忽遇(yu)至人(ren)(ren)(ren)傳斯妙(miao)訣。及聞師(shi)言(yan)曰(yue):吾得(de)(de)(de)(de)師(shi)旨之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)後(hou),於(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)仙(xian)(xian)經參究,絲毫無(wu)差,方悟(wu)仙(xian)(xian)經所(suo)(suo)謂(wei):尋文(wen)終不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)的,義向文(wen)中(zhong)(zhong)出,若不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)遇(yu)真(zhen)師(shi),典(dian)籍成虛(xu)述。豈空(kong)言(yan)哉?予既(ji)得(de)(de)(de)(de)師(shi)旨,即(ji)便下(xia)功,陽(yang)九之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)數方周天(tian)(tian)(tian),大(da)丹(dan)已就,妙(miao)哉。仙(xian)(xian)經所(suo)(suo)謂(wei):祕易不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)祕難(nan),傳藥不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)傳火(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)者,正(zheng)恐凡愚(yu)下(xia)士容(rong)易得(de)(de)(de)(de)知,竊(qie)弄天(tian)(tian)(tian)機(ji)(ji),必生(sheng)輕慢。又恐志道(dao)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)士留神(shen)丹(dan)經,至人(ren)(ren)(ren)未(wei)遇(yu)火(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)候(hou)難(nan)明(ming),故不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)得(de)(de)(de)(de)已而(er)托之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)易象(xiang)(xiang),喻之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)爻辭以(yi)(yi)類日(ri)(ri)月(yue)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)盈(ying)虧(kui)、陰(yin)(yin)陽(yang)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)升降(jiang),倣此(ci)以(yi)(yi)為(wei)抽(chou)添(tian)(tian)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)紀綱(gang)也。切原(yuan)鍊(lian)丹(dan)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)要,當以(yi)(yi)真(zhen)鉛真(zhen)汞,為(wei)基,火(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)候(hou)為(wei)本(ben)(ben)。學道(dao)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)初(chu)當以(yi)(yi)精(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)炁(qi)神(shen)為(wei)本(ben)(ben),火(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)候(hou)為(wei)末。經所(suo)(suo)謂(wei)天(tian)(tian)(tian)得(de)(de)(de)(de)一以(yi)(yi)清,地(di)得(de)(de)(de)(de)一以(yi)(yi)寧,人(ren)(ren)(ren)得(de)(de)(de)(de)一以(yi)(yi)靈(ling)。夫人(ren)(ren)(ren)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)靈(ling)莫(mo)(mo)(mo)靈(ling)於(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)神(shen),寶(bao)莫(mo)(mo)(mo)寶(bao)於(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)炁(qi),愛(ai)莫(mo)(mo)(mo)愛(ai)於(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)精(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)。人(ren)(ren)(ren)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)眼目居(ju)於(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)崑(kun)崙之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)下(xia),為(wei)神(shen)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)門(men),口鼻為(wei)炁(qi)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)戶(hu),尾閭為(wei)精(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)路。言(yan)其(qi)(qi)(qi)神(shen)則(ze)(ze)(ze)有(you)(you)陰(yin)(yin)有(you)(you)陽(yang),論其(qi)(qi)(qi)炁(qi)則(ze)(ze)(ze)有(you)(you)清有(you)(you)濁,究其(qi)(qi)(qi)精(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)則(ze)(ze)(ze)有(you)(you)逆有(you)(you)順(shun)。天(tian)(tian)(tian)機(ji)(ji)妙(miao)用(yong)(yong)悉隱於(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)斯,是(shi)(shi)(shi)以(yi)(yi)聖(sheng)人(ren)(ren)(ren)必先靜定,虛(xu)其(qi)(qi)(qi)神(shen),鍊(lian)其(qi)(qi)(qi)炁(qi),逆其(qi)(qi)(qi)精(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing),凝結(jie)於(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)黃(huang)房之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)內。開金鎖,徹(che)玉關,斡哞^,則(ze)(ze)(ze)銀浪滔天(tian)(tian)(tian),金精(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)飛頂。於(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)是(shi)(shi)(shi)則(ze)(ze)(ze)嚀旆麛(mi)M日(ri)(ri)月(yue)度數,準更(geng)漏遷移五行(xing)生(sheng)尅,不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)失(shi)抽(chou)添(tian)(tian),則(ze)(ze)(ze)卦(gua)象(xiang)(xiang)乃(nai)筌蹄耳。論其(qi)(qi)(qi)火(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo),則(ze)(ze)(ze)身(shen)有(you)(you)周天(tian)(tian)(tian)火(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo),漫(man)天(tian)(tian)(tian)漫(man)地(di)火(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo),焚身(shen)三(san)昧火(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo),劫(jie)壞(huai)敵陰(yin)(yin)靈(ling)龜火(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)。其(qi)(qi)(qi)於(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)造化(hua)丹(dan)叻(le)謝穡瑒t有(you)(you)文(wen)武火(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo),陰(yin)(yin)陽(yang)火(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)。其(qi)(qi)(qi)符(fu)則(ze)(ze)(ze)有(you)(you)天(tian)(tian)(tian)符(fu)、地(di)符(fu)、日(ri)(ri)符(fu)、月(yue)符(fu)、陽(yang)符(fu)、陰(yin)(yin)符(fu)。其(qi)(qi)(qi)文(wen)武之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)符(fu)火(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo),是(shi)(shi)(shi)逆度三(san)關進退(tui)抽(chou)添(tian)(tian)結(jie)丹(dan)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)火(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)。其(qi)(qi)(qi)劫(jie)壞(huai)敵陰(yin)(yin)靈(ling)龜火(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)者,乃(nai)陰(yin)(yin)陽(yang)交娠之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)火(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo),通徹(che)三(san)關,若順(shun)流尾聞,則(ze)(ze)(ze)生(sheng)人(ren)(ren)(ren)矣(yi)。經云:順(shun)則(ze)(ze)(ze)成人(ren)(ren)(ren),逆則(ze)(ze)(ze)飛昇(sheng)。提畜陰(yin)(yin)龜文(wen)火(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)生(sheng),緊守玄關武火(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)烹,契(qi)合日(ri)(ri)月(yue)天(tian)(tian)(tian)符(fu)行(xing),男女神(shen)交劫(jie)火(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)崩。人(ren)(ren)(ren)能(neng)悟(wu)此(ci)訣者,火(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)候(hou)得(de)(de)(de)(de)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)已有(you)(you)餘(yu)矣(yi)。細論符(fu)火(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)要,晝(zhou)夜(ye)行(xing)兩(liang)卦(gua),互用(yong)(yong)乾坤(kun)上下(xia)交移,用(yong)(yong)符(fu)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)言(yan)也。火(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)乃(nai)震巽所(suo)(suo)生(sheng),是(shi)(shi)(shi)還(huan)丹(dan)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)父母(mu)也。進乃(nai)魄(po)中(zhong)(zhong)生(sheng)魂,火(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)木(mu)用(yong)(yong)事,,退(tui)則(ze)(ze)(ze)魂中(zhong)(zhong)生(sheng)魄(po),金水當權。前(qian)有(you)(you)白(bai)日(ri)(ri)陽(yang)符(fu),後(hou)有(you)(you)黑月(yue)陰(yin)(yin)象(xiang)(xiang),棲其(qi)(qi)(qi)身(shen),接其(qi)(qi)(qi)氣,三(san)元(yuan)用(yong)(yong)逆順(shun)抽(chou)添(tian)(tian),四季(ji)在(zai)晝(zhou)夜(ye)兩(liang)卦(gua),十二爻以(yi)(yi)應(ying)周天(tian)(tian)(tian)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)數,蹙三(san)百六十日(ri)(ri)造化(hua)。豈愚(yu)暗之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)徒妄意揣度哉?真(zhen)仙(xian)(xian)所(suo)(suo)謂(wei)年是(shi)(shi)(shi)象(xiang)(xiang),月(yue)是(shi)(shi)(shi)象(xiang)(xiang),日(ri)(ri)時是(shi)(shi)(shi)真(zhen)。訣曰(yue):用(yong)(yong)卦(gua)不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)用(yong)(yong)卦(gua),須向卦(gua)中(zhong)(zhong)為(wei),執著用(yong)(yong)卦(gua)時,用(yong)(yong)卦(gua)卻成非。詳斯旨訣,真(zhen)仙(xian)(xian)豈隱祕哉?以(yi)(yi)是(shi)(shi)(shi)明(ming)盡(jin)(jin)天(tian)(tian)(tian)機(ji)(ji),予欲傳示後(hou)學,書此(ci)天(tian)(tian)(tian)機(ji)(ji)敬呈我師(shi)。師(shi)曰(yue):首(shou)肯云,汝能(neng)如是(shi)(shi)(shi)方便。即(ji)書云方便真(zhen)人(ren)(ren)(ren)露火(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)機(ji)(ji)。頌曰(yue):火(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)記六百篇,隱奧(ao)理難(nan)識。前(qian)聖(sheng)與(yu)後(hou)聖(sheng),誰肯言(yan)端的。真(zhen)人(ren)(ren)(ren)大(da)方便,說盡(jin)(jin)真(zhen)消息。祗此(ci)無(wu)上機(ji)(ji),何(he)勞更(geng)尋覓。
火(huo)(huo)(huo)候訣者,一(yi)(yi)年(nian)(nian)有(you)十(shi)二箇(ge)月(yue),內(nei)(nei)除卯酉二月(yue)八月(yue)兩(liang)箇(ge)月(yue)不(bu)(bu)(bu)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)火(huo)(huo)(huo)外,十(shi)箇(ge)月(yue),每(mei)日行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)兩(liang)卦(gua),一(yi)(yi)月(yue)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)六(liu)(liu)(liu)十(shi)卦(gua)也(ye)(ye)(ye)。十(shi)箇(ge)月(yue)六(liu)(liu)(liu)百次(ci),行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)火(huo)(huo)(huo)六(liu)(liu)(liu)百徧(bian),火(huo)(huo)(huo)結(jie)(jie)養還(huan)丹(dan)(dan),行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)自(zi)己息(xi)(xi)(xi)火(huo)(huo)(huo)。又(you)(you)有(you)鍊(lian)丹(dan)(dan)九(jiu)轉之(zhi)(zhi)火(huo)(huo)(huo),須(xu)真陰真陽交合烹鍊(lian)也(ye)(ye)(ye)。結(jie)(jie)養還(huan)丹(dan)(dan)息(xi)(xi)(xi)火(huo)(huo)(huo),每(mei)日於子(zi)(zi)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)後(hou)午時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)前(qian),乃(nai)(nai)復(fu)(fu)姤二卦(gua),行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)自(zi)身中(zhong)(zhong)之(zhi)(zhi)息(xi)(xi)(xi)火(huo)(huo)(huo)。得種子(zi)(zi)之(zhi)(zhi)後(hou)未能(neng)(neng)成丹(dan)(dan)。方(fang)可行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)息(xi)(xi)(xi)火(huo)(huo)(huo),令(ling)丹(dan)(dan)結(jie)(jie)就。若(ruo)未得種子(zi)(zi),虛勞功力。夫(fu)叻謝穡蹲俞(yu)崳縝白誘豢討(tao)拐目(mu)蹋緋躋豢討(tao)鉤跛目(mu)獺4嬪穸俗瑑墑指(zhi)髕子(zi)(zi)文(wen)(wen)(wen),澄絕思慮,抱(bao)(bao)元守一(yi)(yi),閉息(xi)(xi)(xi)畜兩(liang)外腎縮(suo)谷(gu)道(dao),定(ding)息(xi)(xi)(xi)七十(shi)二數(shu),然後(hou)彎(wan)背(bei)凌頸(jing),候氣(qi)自(zi)尾(wei)閭上(shang)到夾脊,至(zhi)曹溪(xi)之(zhi)(zhi)下(xia),乃(nai)(nai)三(san)(san)(san)椎骨(gu)下(xia)是也(ye)(ye)(ye)。用頭左轉播(bo)動(dong)兩(liang)肩,次(ci)以(yi)右(you)手中(zhong)(zhong)指(zhi)不(bu)(bu)(bu)放訣。捺定(ding)右(you)鼻孔,吸炁一(yi)(yi)口,又(you)(you)隨用兩(liang)手中(zhong)(zhong)指(zhi)塞入兩(liang)耳內(nei)(nei),亦不(bu)(bu)(bu)放訣。乃(nai)(nai)緊閉鬧市。假令(ling)氣(qi)衝過曹溪(xi)、上(shang)至(zhi)腦(nao)(nao)轉額前(qian),自(zi)眉間下(xia),兩(liang)眉中(zhong)(zhong)間有(you)微汗出息(xi)(xi)(xi)應。至(zhi)口甘甜,即(ji)用舌尖拄定(ding)上(shang)腭,候津(jin)液(ye)滿口,徐徐嚥下(xia)。想自(zi)肺而下(xia),入至(zhi)丹(dan)(dan)田訖(qi)。少(shao)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)氣(qi)定(ding),又(you)(you)依法而行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)之(zhi)(zhi),如(ru)忍氣(qi)不(bu)(bu)(bu)住,卻用鼻吸氣(qi),自(zi)然安也(ye)(ye)(ye)。子(zi)(zi)後(hou)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)功半箇(ge)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)辰,陰極陽生(sheng)之(zhi)(zhi)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi);午前(qian)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)功半箇(ge)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)辰,乃(nai)(nai)陽極陰生(sheng)之(zhi)(zhi)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)。仙(xian)經云(yun):復(fu)(fu)姤自(zi)玆能(neng)(neng)哂(shen)茫(mang)鸕ふl道(dao)不(bu)(bu)(bu)成功。子(zi)(zi)後(hou)乃(nai)(nai)復(fu)(fu)卦(gua)?? 後(hou)乃(nai)(nai)姤卦(gua)。又(you)(you)是邆S還(huan)精補腦(nao)(nao),一(yi)(yi)撞三(san)(san)(san)關,常使炁衝,關節(jie)透自(zi)然精滿谷(gu)神存。自(zi)己一(yi)(yi)身行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)之(zhi)(zhi)。鍊(lian)丹(dan)(dan)九(jiu)轉之(zhi)(zhi)火(huo)(huo)(huo),須(xu)真陰真陽生(sheng)神造化,與太(tai)陰同(tong)經一(yi)(yi)月(yue)一(yi)(yi)周火(huo)(huo)(huo)。凡五日,水(shui)中(zhong)(zhong)生(sheng)金,先沉(chen)而濁,三(san)(san)(san)日之(zhi)(zhi)後(hou)即(ji)浮而清(qing)。可於戌(xu)亥時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)用事,鼎在(zai)懷(huai)中(zhong)(zhong),神不(bu)(bu)(bu)與交。正(zheng)定(ding)抱(bao)(bao)元守一(yi)(yi),彎(wan)背(bei)湊頸(jing),十(shi)指(zhi)如(ru)鉤,掐兩(liang)子(zi)(zi)文(wen)(wen)(wen),畜外兩(liang)腎,閉息(xi)(xi)(xi)九(jiu)溡簧(huang)睿瑫r縮(suo)谷(gu)道(dao),進七十(shi)二數(shu)畢,少(shao)定(ding),又(you)(you)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)之(zhi)(zhi),不(bu)(bu)(bu)拘次(ci)數(shu)。或行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)三(san)(san)(san)數(shu),或五數(shu),或七數(shu),每(mei)數(shu)七十(shi)二,亦吡(bi)顬拋詩(shi)A脊衝上(shang)三(san)(san)(san)關,至(zhi)頂而下(xia),候太(tai)陰情狂興發舌冷即(ji)止。一(yi)(yi)月(yue)候至(zhi),則(ze)於三(san)(san)(san)日之(zhi)(zhi)內(nei)(nei)戌(xu)亥時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)功。一(yi)(yi)切在(zai)把捉,無令(ling)失措,謹(jin)蓄兵威(wei),每(mei)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)三(san)(san)(san)數(shu),乃(nai)(nai)小陽文(wen)(wen)(wen)火(huo)(huo)(huo)也(ye)(ye)(ye)。若(ruo)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)七數(shu),乃(nai)(nai)武火(huo)(huo)(huo)烹也(ye)(ye)(ye)。乾坤(kun)之(zhi)(zhi)卦(gua),會(hui)於戌(xu)亥之(zhi)(zhi)間,日月(yue)合朔,陰陽交姤,故萬物察氣(qi)於亥,宜行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)功。鍊(lian)丹(dan)(dan)九(jiu)箇(ge)月(yue),行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)功九(jiu)次(ci),乃(nai)(nai)九(jiu)轉也(ye)(ye)(ye)。故云(yun):鍊(lian)得金丹(dan)(dan)成九(jiu)轉,大如(ru)金彈,色同(tong)朱橘,與天地同(tong)長久。到此丹(dan)(dan)熟(shu),不(bu)(bu)(bu)須(xu)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)火(huo)(huo)(huo)也(ye)(ye)(ye)。故云(yun):一(yi)(yi)年(nian)(nian)火(huo)(huo)(huo)候都經過是也(ye)(ye)(ye)。真仙(xian)秘傳火(huo)(huo)(huo)候法
