老年人性愛三原則:
慢(man)(man)、穩、側(ce)現(xian)在(zai)不(bu)(bu)少老年(nian)(nian)(nian)人(ren)(ren)(ren),往往羞(xiu)于(yu)言(yan)“性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)”。他們遇(yu)到性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)生(sheng)活(huo)中的(de)一些實際問題,皆羞(xiu)于(yu)啟(qi)齒。那么,老年(nian)(nian)(nian)人(ren)(ren)(ren)需不(bu)(bu)需要性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)呢?答案是(shi)肯定的(de):人(ren)(ren)(ren)老了(le)同樣也需要性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)愛(ai)(ai)。但隨著身體(ti)(ti)機能(neng)(neng)(neng)衰退,老年(nian)(nian)(nian)人(ren)(ren)(ren)的(de)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)愛(ai)(ai)與(yu)中青年(nian)(nian)(nian)人(ren)(ren)(ren)相比會(hui)(hui)有(you)所不(bu)(bu)同。針對(dui)老年(nian)(nian)(nian)人(ren)(ren)(ren)的(de)生(sheng)理特點,此(ci)時(shi)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)愛(ai)(ai)需要把(ba)握三原則,即“慢(man)(man)、穩、側(ce)”。慢(man)(man) 性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)愛(ai)(ai)動作要慢(man)(man)。老年(nian)(nian)(nian)人(ren)(ren)(ren)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)愛(ai)(ai)動作過快(kuai),可能(neng)(neng)(neng)會(hui)(hui)出現(xian)體(ti)(ti)力(li)不(bu)(bu)支,造成性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)生(sheng)活(huo)“半途而(er)廢”,甚至誘發(fa)眩暈(yun)、心慌等(deng)。其(qi)次,老年(nian)(nian)(nian)人(ren)(ren)(ren)的(de)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)欲主要是(shi)接觸(chu)欲。因此(ci)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)愛(ai)(ai)應以愛(ai)(ai)撫為主,更要強(qiang)調緩慢(man)(man)而(er)充分的(de)前戲(xi),而(er)不(bu)(bu)是(shi)盡快(kuai)“入(ru)戲(xi)”。穩 性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)愛(ai)(ai)應規律(lv)。在(zai)身體(ti)(ti)條件允許的(de)情況下,盡量不(bu)(bu)要長期無性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing),否(fou)則易造成性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)功能(neng)(neng)(neng)減退,導致心理壓抑、情緒煩躁等(deng)。但老年(nian)(nian)(nian)人(ren)(ren)(ren)也不(bu)(bu)能(neng)(neng)(neng)縱欲,以防(fang)意外。一般,老年(nian)(nian)(nian)人(ren)(ren)(ren)的(de)具體(ti)(ti)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)愛(ai)(ai)次數(shu)因人(ren)(ren)(ren)而(er)異,只(zhi)要性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)欲是(shi)自(zi)然激起的(de),性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)交全(quan)過程是(shi)自(zi)然完成的(de),事(shi)后不(bu)(bu)影(ying)響睡眠及次日(ri)的(de)精神(shen)狀態,就屬于(yu)正常。側(ce) 老年(nian)(nian)(nian)人(ren)(ren)(ren)在(zai)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)生(sheng)活(huo)時(shi),雙(shuang)方(fang)均宜(yi)采取側(ce)位。老年(nian)(nian)(nian)人(ren)(ren)(ren)的(de)肌力(li)水平(ping)、骨骼密(mi)度、機體(ti)(ti)協調能(neng)(neng)(neng)力(li)都不(bu)(bu)如以前。選(xuan)擇側(ce)位,雙(shuang)方(fang)身體(ti)(ti)的(de)支撐點都在(zai)床上(shang),會(hui)(hui)更安全(quan)、省力(li)。而(er)且,此(ci)時(shi)雙(shuang)方(fang)的(de)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)器(qi)官(guan)接觸(chu)最(zui)完全(quan),刺激強(qiang)度更足。
