8.午睡對部分人來說可能是享受,而對失眠患者來說則是不允許的。誰要是白天睡覺了,那么他就別抱怨晚上睡不著了。
每天睡覺之前應堅持做好以下六件事,對身體和睡眠都很有幫助。
(一)刷牙洗臉擦身睡前刷牙比早晨更重要,不僅可清除口腔積物,并且有利于保護牙齒,對安穩入睡也有幫助;電視看完后,洗洗臉、擦擦身(特別是腋下、陰股部、肛門周圍等處),以保護皮膚清潔,使睡眠舒適、輕松。
(二)梳頭古醫家探明頭部穴位較多,通過梳理,可起到按摩、刺激作用,能平肝、熄風、開竅守神、止痛明目等。早晚用雙手指梳到頭皮發紅、發熱,可疏通頭部血流,提高大腦思維和記憶能力,促進發根營養,保護頭發,減少脫發,消除大腦疲勞,早入夢鄉。
(三)散步平心靜氣地散步10-20分鐘,這會使血液循環到體表,入睡后皮膚能得到"活生生"的保養。躺下后不看書報,不考慮問題,使大腦的活動減少,較快地進入睡眠。
(四)喝杯加蜜牛奶古代民間流傳這樣一句話:"朝朝鹽湯,暮暮蜜。"就是說早喝淡鹽開水,晚飲蜜糖水。據國外醫學專家研究,牛奶中含有促進睡眠的L-色氨酸。睡前1小時喝杯加蜜的牛奶,可助眠。蜂蜜則有助于整夜保持血糖平衡,從而避免早醒,尤其對經常失眠的老年人更佳。
(五)開窗通氣保持寢室內空氣新鮮,風大或天冷時,可開一會兒,睡前再關好,有助于睡得香甜。但注意睡時不要用被蒙頭。
(六)洗(搓)腳民諺曰,"睡前燙燙腳,勝服安眠藥"、"睡前洗腳,勝服補藥"、"養樹護根,養人護腳"等等。早在1400多年前孫思邈就提出寒從腳上起的見解,"病從腳上來,雙腳如樹根,治腳治全身……。"國外醫學家把腳稱為"人體第二心臟"、"心之泵",十分推祟腳的保健作用。祖國醫學認為,腳上的60多個穴位與五臟六腑有著十分密切的聯系。若能養成每天睡覺前用溫水(40-50℃)洗腳、按摩腳心和腳趾,可起到促進氣血運行、舒筋活絡、陰陽恢復平衡狀態的作用。對老年人來說,更具有祛病健身的功效。
勞累失眠:可用一湯匙食醋倒入溫開水內慢服,飲后靜心閉目。臨睡前吃蘋果、香蕉等水果,可抗肌肉疲勞,若把橘子、橙子一類水果放在枕邊,其香味也能促進睡眠。

煩躁失眠:可飲一杯糖水,因糖水在體內可轉化為大量血清素,此物質進入大腦,可使大腦皮質抑制而易入睡。

興奮失眠:于夜間入睡前喝一杯熱牛奶,可較快進入夢鄉。

此外,還可多吃龍眼、百合、蓮子、黃花菜、核桃、紅棗、小麥、桑椹等,進行藥膳治療。

另外,起床后喝一杯冷開水,或是淋熱水浴、做簡單的體操,有助于讓大腦清醒。

不過(guo)(guo),出(chu)(chu)(chu)現(xian)多(duo)夢、噩夢、睡(shui)得淺、易醒(xing)等(deng)(deng)情況(kuang),或是(shi)睡(shui)眠時(shi)間過(guo)(guo)多(duo)或過(guo)(guo)少,次日醒(xing)來出(chu)(chu)(chu)現(xian)疲倦、犯困(kun)、頭暈等(deng)(deng),如果這些(xie)情況(kuang)一(yi)(yi)周出(chu)(chu)(chu)現(xian)兩到四次、持續一(yi)(yi)個月以上,就應(ying)該及(ji)時(shi)到正規醫院接受診斷(duan)和治療(liao)。
