九香蟲是什么?

它(ta)(ta)是一種會(hui)飛(fei)的(de)青(qing)黑色昆蟲(chong),指甲那么大小,有點像如水龜,頭卻很小,有點三角型。春夏季節,爬在農作物的(de)莖(jing)葉上吸食(shi)漿液,不留心碰上它(ta)(ta),就(jiu)放出(chu)一種奇臭(chou)(chou)難聞的(de)氣體,使(shi)人避而(er)遠之,所以我們也常常叫它(ta)(ta)“臭(chou)(chou)板蟲(chong)”,“屁(pi)巴蟲(chong)”或“打屁(pi)蟲(chong)”。

它樣子很(hen)丑(chou),也很(hen)臭(chou),但是,在中藥(yao)里(li)面卻(que)是一(yi)(yi)(yi)味(wei)好藥(yao)。因(yin)(yin)含有九(jiu)香(xiang)蟲油(you),一(yi)(yi)(yi)經炒熟之后(hou),即是一(yi)(yi)(yi)種香(xiang)美可口、祛病延年的藥(yao)用美食(shi),因(yin)(yin)此,它又(you)贏得了“九(jiu)香(xiang)蟲”的美稱(cheng)。

第一次(ci)留(liu)意,不僅僅是(shi)因為以(yi)前看過,但是(shi)不知,更是(shi)因為王(wang)幸福老師用(yong)它來治療(liao)頭痛,效果很好。九香蟲的運用(yong)很廣泛。

本草說九香蟲

我們(men)先看看九香蟲,在本草書中的(de)記錄。

九香(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)蟲(chong)性味咸溫(wen),入(ru)肝(gan)、脾、腎經,有補(bu)腎壯(zhuang)陽、理氣止痛(tong)、通絡之功。《本(ben)草(cao)綱目》謂(wei):“九香(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)蟲(chong),治(zhi)膈脘滯氣,脾腎虧損(sun),壯(zhuang)元陽。《本(ben)草(cao)新編》云:“九香(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)蟲(chong).蟲(chong)中(zhong)之至佳者。入(ru)丸散中(zhong),以扶衰(shuai)弱最宜(yi)”。李(li)春華主任醫師喜以九香(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)蟲(chong)配(pei)(pei)刺(ci)猬皮治(zhi)療氣滯血瘀之胃(wei)痛(tong),配(pei)(pei)白芍治(zhi)療肝(gan)氣郁滯型胃(wei)痛(tong)。而《中(zhong)華本(ben)草(cao)》記(ji)載(zai):“九香(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)蟲(chong)行氣止痛(tong),用于脾胃(wei)氣滯及寒郁中(zhong)焦證(zheng)。”因此姜春華教授喜以九香(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)蟲(chong)配(pei)(pei)高(gao)良姜治(zhi)寒逆胃(wei)痛(tong)。

治驗心得(de),他山之(zhi)玉以下為毛以林的一些經驗:

慢性胃炎在(zai)臨床上極為常見,目前(qian)西(xi)醫藥治(zhi)療(liao)包括根除HP,抑酸(suan)和抗酸(suan)治(zhi)療(liao),增強胃粘(zhan)膜防(fang)御(yu),動(dong)力(li)促(cu)進劑等(deng),對(dui)于一部(bu)分病人(ren)來說(shuo),效(xiao)(xiao)果快而捷,然(ran)在(zai)臨床上,仍有(you)相當大(da)一部(bu)分病人(ren)久(jiu)治(zhi)而癥狀難以緩解(jie)。慢性胃炎除了上腹部(bu)不(bu)適、脹滿、鈍痛、燒灼(zhuo)感外,尚可見到食(shi)欲不(bu)振(zhen)、噯氣(qi)、反酸(suan)、惡心等(deng)癥狀。由于久(jiu)病,患者常常會出現焦(jiao)慮,在(zai)心理上有(you)很大(da)的(de)壓力(li)。對(dui)于這部(bu)分病人(ren),中醫藥通過(guo)辨證每每可取(qu)得很好的(de)療(liao)效(xiao)(xiao)。今天說(shuo)說(shuo)我在(zai)慢性胃炎的(de)一個治(zhi)療(liao)效(xiao)(xiao)方。

對于陰虛兼有氣滯的(de)胃痛病人,癥見胃脘灼熱(re)、隱痛,上腹脹滿,口干不多飲,知饑不食,或(huo)大便干燥(zao),舌(she)干萎少苔(tai)或(huo)無苔(tai)之病人,脈細者,吾常以下方加減療。

百(bai)合(he)30,丹參15,檀香10,砂仁(ren)6(后下(xia)),川石斛(hu)10,九(jiu)香蟲10,生白芍(shao)30,炙甘草10.

方以百合、石斛養(yang)胃陰(yin),胃乃陽腑(fu),喜(xi)濕惡燥(zao),陰(yin)虛(xu),以此二味養(yang)陰(yin)為首選。生白芍、甘草緩急止痛,同時亦可酸甘化陰(yin)。以九香蟲(chong)、檀香理(li)(li)氣(qi)以止痛,丹(dan)參活血(xue),凡氣(qi)滯者,每易致血(xue)瘀。砂仁理(li)(li)氣(qi)和胃止嘔。

此方(fang)緩解胃(wei)痛(tong)、胃(wei)脹其(qi)效(xiao)甚速(su),其(qi)用(yong)藥之關鍵,在于方(fang)中(zhong)用(yong)九香蟲(chong)一味以(yi)增(zeng)強理氣止痛(tong)之效(xiao)。余在臨床(chuang)凡(fan)胃(wei)有寒者,合良附丸,吐酸者,加煅瓦楞,呃(e)逆者加枇杷葉、竹茹(ru),每取(qu)佳效(xiao)。

很臭的蟲子(zi)叫什么(me)?

臭屁蟲。

學名叫“椿象”,也名“蝽”,蝽科、臭蟲,放(fang)屁(pi)后有臭腺開口,遇敵時放(fang)出臭氣。分(fen)布較廣,多(duo)分(fen)布河(he)南、山(shan)東、河(he)北、安徽(hui)等地(di)區,尤其以夏季最(zui)多(duo),屬害蟲。

常用名(ming)或別(bie)名(ming):放(fang)屁(pi)(pi)蟲(chong)(chong)、臭大姐、臭斑蟲(chong)(chong)、臭姑娘、臭蟞子。常見于椿樹、榆樹、桑樹上。又名(ming)"九香蟲(chong)(chong)",中原地(di)區俗稱“放(fang)屁(pi)(pi)蟲(chong)(chong)”,即半翅(chi)目(mu),異翅(chi)亞目(mu),蝽科的瓜黑蝽。

“臭(chou)(chou)屁(pi)蟲(chong)”很臭(chou)(chou),這(zhe)是常識,也(ye)(ye)正因(yin)為它臭(chou)(chou),人們才(cai)給(gei)它這(zhe)么一(yi)個雅號。一(yi)旦手上(shang)摸過“臭(chou)(chou)屁(pi)蟲(chong)”后,就(jiu)奇臭(chou)(chou)無比,如果將其打(da)死,味道會經久(jiu)不散。“臭(chou)(chou)屁(pi)蟲(chong)”的學名(ming)叫“椿象”,也(ye)(ye)叫“蝽(chun)”,市民也(ye)(ye)把它稱(cheng)為“臭(chou)(chou)屁(pi)蟲(chong)”、“臭(chou)(chou)姑娘”等,是一(yi)類比較(jiao)常見(jian)半翅目(mu)昆蟲(chong)的通稱(cheng),約有3萬多種(zhong)。

據(ju)《中藥大辭典》記載:“九香(xiang)蟲”對于(yu)神(shen)(shen)經性胃病,精神(shen)(shen)憂郁(yu)而致(zhi)的心口痛,脾(pi)腎陽虛的腰膝酸軟乏力、陽萎(wei)、遺(yi)尿(niao)等癥有顯著效果。所以李(li)時珍說它:咸溫無毒,理氣止(zhi)痛,溫中壯(zhuang)陽,“久服益人(ren)”,“土人(ren)多取之,以充(chong)人(ren)事”。

每年(nian)10-11月捕(bu)捉,放(fang)在開水鍋(guo)中(zhong)(zhong)燙死,撈(lao)起曬干或烘(hong)干,竹簍裝好(hao),放(fang)干燥即可。九香蟲性(xing)溫,味(wei)咸。功效:溫中(zhong)(zhong)壯(zhuang)陽,疏肝止痛。主(zhu)治肝氣痛、胃(wei)脘(wan)滯(zhi)痛、風濕腰痛等癥。
