頸(jing)(jing)(jing)椎(zhui)(zhui)病由(you)于長時間(jian)低頭(tou)伏案工作(zuo)、使用電腦、高枕睡眠、開車時間(jian)過長等(deng)等(deng)使頸(jing)(jing)(jing)椎(zhui)(zhui)發生(sheng)退行(xing)性(xing)變(bian),當頸(jing)(jing)(jing)椎(zhui)(zhui)退變(bian)到一定(ding)程度后(hou)就會(hui)(hui)造(zao)成頸(jing)(jing)(jing)椎(zhui)(zhui)骨質(zhi)(zhi)增(zeng)生(sheng),以及頸(jing)(jing)(jing)椎(zhui)(zhui)間(jian)盤突(tu)(tu)出(chu)。骨質(zhi)(zhi)增(zeng)生(sheng)和椎(zhui)(zhui)間(jian)盤突(tu)(tu)出(chu)壓迫(po)到頸(jing)(jing)(jing)部(bu)神經(jing)、肌(ji)肉(rou)、韌帶等(deng)就會(hui)(hui)產生(sheng)脖(bo)子(zi)痛。頸(jing)(jing)(jing)部(bu)肌(ji)肉(rou)勞損(sun)頸(jing)(jing)(jing)部(bu)肌(ji)肉(rou)勞損(sun)也叫頸(jing)(jing)(jing)肌(ji)纖維肌(ji)炎(yan),是(shi)由(you)于頸(jing)(jing)(jing)部(bu)反復的(de)急(ji)慢性(xing)損(sun)傷軟組織,出(chu)現(xian)頸(jing)(jing)(jing)部(bu)肌(ji)肉(rou)創傷性(xing)無菌炎(yan)癥(zheng)及疼(teng)痛,刺(ci)激肌(ji)肉(rou)產生(sheng)持久(jiu)的(de)收縮狀態,出(chu)現(xian)肌(ji)緊張,肌(ji)肉(rou)長期(qi)痙攣造(zao)成局部(bu)軟組織血管痙攣,肌(ji)肉(rou)和筋膜供(gong)血不足(zu),營(ying)養障礙(ai),組織無菌性(xing)炎(yan)癥(zheng)加(jia)重,如此形(xing)成惡(e)性(xing)循環,使疼(teng)痛更(geng)加(jia)劇(ju)。頸(jing)(jing)(jing)部(bu)外(wai)傷頸(jing)(jing)(jing)椎(zhui)(zhui)外(wai)傷的(de)原因很多(duo),如車禍(huo)、跌倒、撞擊等(deng)等(deng),損(sun)傷到頸(jing)(jing)(jing)部(bu)肌(ji)肉(rou)、骨骼等(deng)而出(chu)現(xian)脖(bo)子(zi)痛。落枕這是(shi)頸(jing)(jing)(jing)椎(zhui)(zhui)小關(guan)節錯位所致,當扭傷頸(jing)(jing)(jing)部(bu)、或者睡覺姿勢不正確、或者突(tu)(tu)然受到風寒濕邪等(deng)入侵(qin)頸(jing)(jing)(jing)部(bu),致使頸(jing)(jing)(jing)椎(zhui)(zhui)關(guan)節出(chu)現(xian)錯位而引(yin)起脖(bo)子(zi)痛。這種疼(teng)痛多(duo)為突(tu)(tu)然發作(zuo),脖(bo)子(zi)轉動即(ji)疼(teng)痛加(jia)重。

二、肩頸疼痛怎么緩解(jie)

四、肩頸疼痛(tong)怎么按摩

1、按摩(mo)(mo)(mo)后(hou)(hou)頸(jing)部穴(xue)位(wei)(wei)(wei)一為(wei)(wei)(wei)風府(fu)(fu)穴(xue),雙手(shou)微(wei)(wei)微(wei)(wei)分開(kai),沿著后(hou)(hou)頸(jing)部脊柱左右,輕按穴(xue)位(wei)(wei)(wei)。“風”,指穴(xue)內氣(qi)(qi)血(xue)為(wei)(wei)(wei)風氣(qi)(qi)也;“府(fu)(fu)”,府(fu)(fu)宅也。中醫認為(wei)(wei)(wei),督脈之氣(qi)(qi)在風府(fu)(fu)穴(xue)吸濕(shi)化風,所以刺激這(zhe)個穴(xue)位(wei)(wei)(wei)有(you)散熱、吸濕(shi)的功能。這(zhe)個穴(xue)位(wei)(wei)(wei)的位(wei)(wei)(wei)置在后(hou)(hou)腦(nao)勺,后(hou)(hou)背正中往(wang)上,頭(tou)發邊緣(yuan)。如果后(hou)(hou)腦(nao)勺疼(teng)痛(tong)(tong)、麻木,按摩(mo)(mo)(mo)這(zhe)里可以有(you)效(xiao)緩解。二為(wei)(wei)(wei)風池穴(xue),風池穴(xue)有(you)兩個,也在后(hou)(hou)腦(nao)勺。中醫認為(wei)(wei)(wei),膽經氣(qi)(qi)血(xue)在此吸熱后(hou)(hou)化為(wei)(wei)(wei)陽(yang)(yang)熱風氣(qi)(qi)。風池穴(xue)具(ju)有(you)壯陽(yang)(yang)益氣(qi)(qi)作用(yong)。如果頭(tou)痛(tong)(tong)頭(tou)暈,容(rong)易耳鳴,可以多按摩(mo)(mo)(mo)這(zhe)個穴(xue)位(wei)(wei)(wei)。經常(chang)偏頭(tou)痛(tong)(tong)的人,也可以留意找(zhao)找(zhao)這(zhe)個穴(xue)位(wei)(wei)(wei)。平時如果偏頭(tou)痛(tong)(tong),就按摩(mo)(mo)(mo)疼(teng)痛(tong)(tong)方向對應的那(nei)個風池穴(xue),見效(xiao)會很快。

2、按摩手(shou)(shou)(shou)背三穴(xue)位(wei)首先是(shi)(shi)中渚(zhu)穴(xue)。中渚(zhu)位(wei)于(yu)小(xiao)(xiao)指(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)和(he)無名(ming)指(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)指(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)間(jian),下方(fang)約(yue)2厘米處(chu)(手(shou)(shou)(shou)腕(wan)側)的(de)部(bu)位(wei)。用手(shou)(shou)(shou)指(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)觸摸時,大約(yue)是(shi)(shi)在(zai)小(xiao)(xiao)指(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)和(he)無名(ming)指(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)指(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)骨之間(jian)的(de)凹(ao)處(chu)。接著是(shi)(shi)陽(yang)池穴(xue)。陽(yang)池位(wei)于(yu)手(shou)(shou)(shou)腕(wan)中央,靠近小(xiao)(xiao)指(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)側的(de)部(bu)位(wei)。仔細地說(shuo),就是(shi)(shi)將指(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)尖反翹起來,各手(shou)(shou)(shou)指(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)在(zai)手(shou)(shou)(shou)腕(wan)處(chu)會形成(cheng)很粗的(de)筋,在(zai)中指(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)和(he)無名(ming)指(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)的(de)粗筋交(jiao)叉至手(shou)(shou)(shou)腕(wan)為止(zhi)的(de)部(bu)位(wei),就是(shi)(shi)陽(yang)池的(de)位(wei)置。第三處(chu)是(shi)(shi)關(guan)沖穴(xue)。關(guan)沖位(wei)于(yu)無名(ming)指(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)指(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)甲(jia)、靠小(xiao)(xiao)指(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)側的(de)下端。正(zheng)確(que)地說(shuo),應(ying)該(gai)是(shi)(shi)在(zai)無名(ming)指(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)指(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)甲(jia)左邊,畫(hua)上一(yi)條(tiao)直(zhi)線(xian),在(zai)指(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)甲(jia)下端畫(hua)一(yi)條(tiao)橫線(xian),這二條(tiao)線(xian)相(xiang)交(jiao)的(de)地方(fang),就是(shi)(shi)關(guan)沖。
