歷代崇道記歷敘秦漢以來,歷代帝王崇奉道教的舉措,于唐一代記敘尤譯。作者身為道徒,于道教足跡多有夸揚,但于唐代帝王崇道舉措,敘述較為翔實,對了解唐代道教流傳興盛狀況,多可參考。

《歷代崇道(dao)記》一卷,唐(tang)杜光庭(ting)撰。光庭(ting)生平已另見。此書撰成于唐(tang)僖宗中(zhong)和(he)四年(八八四),時光庭(ting)尚(shang)為長(chang)安太清宮道(dao)士。今據《道(dao)藏》本整理。

杜光庭(850—933),字(zi)圣(sheng)賓(bin),號東瀛子(zi),縉云(yun)人。唐(tang)懿宗時(shi),考(kao)進士未中,后(hou)到天(tian)臺山入道。僖宗時(shi),如為供(gong)奉麟德(de)殿文章應制(zhi)。隨僖宗入蜀,后(hou)來追隨前蜀王建,官(guan)至戶部侍郎。賜號傳真(zhen)天(tian)師。晚(wan)年(nian)辭官(guan)隱居(ju)四(si)川青(qing)城山。一生著作頗多,有《道德(de)真(zhen)經廣圣(sheng)義》、《道門(men)科范大全集(ji)》、《廣成集(ji)》、《洞天(tian)福地岳(yue)瀆名(ming)山記》、《青(qing)城山記》、《武夷山記》、《西湖古(gu)跡(ji)事實》等。古(gu)代著名(ming)傳奇小(xiao)說(shuo)《虬髯客傳》相(xiang)傳系他所作。

唐末五代道士,道教學者。處州縉云(今屬浙江)人。少習儒學,博通經、子。唐咸通(860一874年)年間應九經(儒家的九種經典)試,不中,感慨古今浮沉,于是入天臺山學道。唐僖宗聞其名聲,召入宮廷,賜以紫袍,充麟德殿文章應制,為內供奉。中和元年(881年),隨僖宗入蜀,見唐祚衰微,便留蜀不返。王建建立前蜀,任為光祿大夫尚書戶部侍郎上柱國蔡國公,賜號“廣成先生”。王衍繼位后,親在苑中受道箓,以杜光庭為“傳真天師”、崇真館大學士。晚年在青城山白云溪潛心修道,相傳85歲時逝世。杜光庭對道教教義、齋醮科范、修道方術等多方面作了研究和整理,對后世道教影響很大。他對《老子道德經》的(de)研究頗有(you)成(cheng)就(jiu),將(jiang)以前(qian)注(zhu)解詮釋《道(dao)德經(jing)》的(de)六十余(yu)家進行比較考察(cha),概括意旨,分為“五(wu)道(dao)”、“五(wu)宗(zong)(zong)”,對“重玄之(zhi)道(dao)”尤其(qi)推(tui)重。他(ta)調和儒、道(dao)二家的(de)思想,認為老(lao)子(zi)(zi)的(de)思想主旨,,“非謂絕仁、義(yi)、圣、智(zhi),在(zai)乎抑澆詐聰明,將(jiang)使君(jun)君(jun)、臣(chen)臣(chen)、父父、子(zi)(zi)子(zi)(zi),見素(su)抱樸,泯和于(yu)太和,體道(dao)復元,自(zi)臻于(yu)忠孝”,把孔(kong)孟之(zhi)道(dao)統一于(yu)老(lao)君(jun)之(zhi)道(dao)。他(ta)推(tui)崇唐玄宗(zong)(zong)的(de)《御注(zhu)道(dao)德經(jing)》,發(fa)揮其(qi)玄旨,撰成(cheng)《道(dao)德真經(jing)廣圣義(yi)》五(wu)十卷,“內(nei)則修身”,“外以理(li)國”,囊(nang)括無遺。又主張“仙(xian)(xian)道(dao)非一”,不拘一格,有(you)利于(yu)道(dao)教(jiao)的(de)傳播和發(fa)展(zhan)。其(qi)著作還有(you)《廣成(cheng)集》、《太上老(lao)君(jun)說常清靜(jing)經(jing)注(zhu)》、《道(dao)門(men)科范大全集》、《墉城集仙(xian)(xian)錄》等二十余(yu)種。

唐末五代間醫(yi)(yi)家。字圣賓,號東瀛子、廣成(cheng)先(xian)(xian)生。道(dao)士,托蒼(今浙江麗(li)水)人。早年習儒,屢試不第(di),遂入(ru)天臺山(shan)為(wei)道(dao)士。兼(jian)通醫(yi)(yi)理(li),嘗著《玉(yu)函經》(一名(ming)《廣成(cheng)先(xian)(xian)生玉(yu)函經》)。書(shu)后(hou)有崔嘉彥之《注(zhu)廣成(cheng)先(xian)(xian)生玉(yu)函經》及黎民(min)壽《廣成(cheng)先(xian)(xian)生玉(yu)函經解》。此書(shu)乃脈學(xue)專(zhuan)著。另為(wei)《了證歌》,一說系他(ta)人偽托。已佚。

穆王(wang)(wang)于昆侖王(wang)(wang)、王(wang)(wang)屋山(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)、嵩山(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)、華山(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)、泰山(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)、衡山(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)、恒山(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)、終南山(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)、會稽山(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)、青城山(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)、天臺山(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)、羅(luo)浮山(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)、崆峒(tong)山(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)致王(wang)(wang)母觀,前(qian)后度道(dao)士(shi)五千余(yu)人,秦(qin)始皇帝(di)并吞六國,招(zhao)方士(shi),好(hao)長(chang)生之(zhi)術,遣使往(wang)蓬萊采不(bu)死藥,造宮觀一(yi)百余(yu)所,度道(dao)士(shi)一(yi)千七百余(yu)人。漢文(wen)帝(di)、竇太后并好(hao)黃(huang)老之(zhi)術,造宮觀七十二所,敕天下(xia)如不(bu)通(tong)黃(huang)老經者(zhe),不(bu)得注官(guan)。又親訪河上公問道(dao)德(de)之(zhi)要(yao),天下(xia)大治。計度道(dao)士(shi)一(yi)千余(yu)人。

孝武帝奉道彌篤(du),感王母降于宮中,遺帝白銀像五軀,曰是太上老君之真形也。

帝(di)(di)別營三(san)殿而(er)供養之(zhi)(zhi),后移(yi)像(xiang)于(yu)(yu)柏梁臺上(shang),后又(you)移(yi)于(yu)(yu)甘(gan)泉宮(gong)內(nei)(nei)。以一(yi)殿而(er)并(bing)(bing)列(lie)之(zhi)(zhi),南向設座,自(zi)茲始也。又(you)度公主數人(ren)(ren),及(ji)度道(dao)士(shi)約五(wu)千余人(ren)(ren),并(bing)(bing)造(zao)觀(guan)(guan)三(san)百余所。 其嵩岳(yue)萬(wan)歲觀(guan)(guan)、泰山(shan)(shan)登封觀(guan)(guan)、華(hua)山(shan)(shan)集仙觀(guan)(guan)、終南望(wang)靈觀(guan)(guan),王屋通天觀(guan)(guan),并(bing)(bing)不得令庶(shu)姓(xing)居(ju)之(zhi)(zhi),以為(wei)正式。其萬(wan)歲觀(guan)(guan)因帝(di)(di)巡幸而(er)聞山(shan)(shan)呼,遂(sui)舍行宮(gong)而(er)為(wei)觀(guan)(guan)焉。至孝宣帝(di)(di)時(shi),有上(shang)黨郡(jun)功曹李惲(yun),因入抱犢山(shan)(shan)采藥,于(yu)(yu)石室內(nei)(nei)獲天書(shu)四十余卷,并(bing)(bing)玉箱玉杖,獻于(yu)(yu)河東郡(jun)太守張純。純立遺使上(shang)進,帝(di)(di)視之(zhi)(zhi)大驚,不覺流涕,乃(nai)令宣示(shi)內(nei)(nei)外臣僚。時(shi)冉癸為(wei)主書(shu)中郎將(jiang),見之(zhi)(zhi)泣曰:“此是武(wu)帝(di)(di)臨崩時(shi)遺制(zhi)令葬于(yu)(yu)梓宮(gong)之(zhi)(zhi)內(nei)(nei),何由至此”及(ji)披(pi)之(zhi)(zhi)卷后所有臣僚斜姓(xing)名,于(yu)(yu)今見有存者。帝(di)(di)乃(nai)遣使檢校茂(mao)陵,即又(you)安完如故。帝(di)(di)乃(nai)為(wei)武(wu)帝(di)(di)造(zao)觀(guan)(guan)二所,一(yi)在(zai)長安城內(nei)(nei),一(yi)在(zai)茂(mao)陵之(zhi)(zhi)下(xia),以奉先帝(di)(di)也。復度道(dao)士(shi)二十人(ren)(ren),以奉香(xiang)火也。后赤眉之(zhi)(zhi)亂,茂(mao)陵為(wei)賊所發,于(yu)(yu)梓宮(gong)之(zhi)(zhi)中,但見有劍一(yi)口。方欲取之(zhi)(zhi),其劍忽然(ran)哮吼騰空(kong)而(er)去(qu)。

世祖光武(wu)(wu)皇帝(di)既平王(wang)莽(mang),天(tian)(tian)下大(da)定。東封禮畢,乃(nai)為本朝十(shi)一帝(di)追薦。及南陽舂陵(ling)名(ming)山大(da)川、長安(an)、洛陽,計(ji)造(zao)觀(guan)一百二十(shi)所(suo),度(du)道(dao)士一千八百人(ren)。魏明帝(di)為武(wu)(wu)帝(di)及先(xian)太(tai)后造(zao)觀(guan)于五(wu)都,計(ji)一十(shi)三(san)(san)所(suo),度(du)道(dao)士一百九(jiu)人(ren),仍詔道(dao)書同(tong)御史裝飾。吳主(zhu)孫(sun)權于天(tian)(tian)臺山造(zao)桐柏(bo)觀(guan),命葛玄居之。于富(fu)春造(zao)崇(chong)福觀(guan),以奉親也。建(jian)業造(zao)興國(guo)觀(guan),茅山造(zao)景陽觀(guan),都造(zao)觀(guan)三(san)(san)十(shi)九(jiu)所(suo),度(du)道(dao)士八百人(ren)。晉武(wu)(wu)帝(di)于洛陽造(zao)通天(tian)(tian)、洞(dong)天(tian)(tian)、靈仙、靈寶(bao)四觀(guan),及諸州共二百所(suo)。先(xian)魏末隴右臨洮郡有神人(ren),長三(san)(san)丈(zhang),著白衣,垂素發,戴金冠,現于襄(xiang)武(wu)(wu)縣,告縣人(ren)王(wang)始曰:“不久當見太(tai)平。”

及(ji)(ji)(ji)武帝(di)授禪,果(guo)天下(xia)(xia)一統。帝(di)乃(nai)令于所現處造(zao)高平(ping)觀,即李(li)宗之故(gu)居也。別度(du)道(dao)士(shi)七人(ren)(ren),并前后(hou)(hou)所度(du)道(dao)士(shi),共(gong)(gong)計四(si)百(bai)七十(shi)(shi)二人(ren)(ren)。時吳郡臨平(ping)湖岸崩(beng),獲石(shi)鼓一枚,遣使上進(jin)。帝(di)問司(si)空張華(hua),此物何用曰:“但以桐木刻作鯨魚形(xing),扣之必有聲,聞于數里。”至惠帝(di)時,于宮(gong)中忽(hu)夜(ye)鳴不已。帝(di)甚(shen)惡之,乃(nai)遷(qian)嵩山萬歲觀,擊之集眾,自(zi)茲始(shi)也。后(hou)(hou)魏道(dao)武帝(di)于云(yun)中太(tai)原及(ji)(ji)(ji)河朔(shuo)造(zao)觀計五十(shi)(shi)所,度(du)道(dao)士(shi)六(liu)百(bai)余人(ren)(ren)。 太(tai)武敕令天下(xia)(xia)造(zao)太(tai)平(ping)觀共(gong)(gong)二百(bai)七十(shi)(shi)五所,度(du)道(dao)士(shi)一千三(san)百(bai)人(ren)(ren)。帝(di)受箓(lu),改太(tai)平(ping)真君(jun)(jun)元年,仍令四(si)方內(nei)外上書言太(tai)平(ping)真君(jun)(jun)皇帝(di)陛下(xia)(xia)。自(zi)后(hou)(hou)帝(di)嗣(si)位,并皆受箓(lu)。后(hou)(hou)周(zhou)武帝(di)于長(chang)安造(zao)通玄館,以延羽客。隋高祖(zu)文皇帝(di)遷(qian)都(dou)于龍首原,號大興城(cheng)。乃(nai)于都(dou)下(xia)(xia)畿內(nei)造(zao)觀三(san)十(shi)(shi)六(liu)所,名曰玄壇,度(du)道(dao)士(shi)二千人(ren)(ren)。煬帝(di)遷(qian)都(dou)洛陽,復(fu)于城(cheng)內(nei)及(ji)(ji)(ji)畿甸(dian)造(zao)觀二十(shi)(shi)四(si)所,度(du)道(dao)士(shi)一千一百(bai)人(ren)(ren)。

皇朝高(gao)祖(zu)神(shen)(shen)堯大(da)圣(sheng)大(da)光(guang)孝(xiao)皇帝于(yu)隋末大(da)業十三年感霍(huo)山(shan)神(shen)(shen),稱“奉太上(shang)老君命告唐公,汝當來必得天(tian)下(xia)。”到武德元年,晉州(zhou)浮山(shan)縣羊角山(shan)著(zhu)素衣,戴金(jin)冠(guan),乘(cheng)朱紈白(bai)馬,令吉善(shan)(shan)(shan)行(xing)告神(shen)(shen)堯:“汝今(jin)得圣(sheng)理(li),可于(yu)長(chang)安(an)城(cheng)東致-安(an)化宮而安(an)道像,則神(shen)(shen)稷延長(chang),天(tian)下(xia)大(da)定。”善(shan)(shan)(shan)行(xing)辭,“見天(tian)子何(he)以(yi)(yi)為據”太上(shang)曰(yue)(yue):“但(dan)去,有獻石龜者,可以(yi)(yi)為信。”善(shan)(shan)(shan)行(xing)乃告晉州(zhou)刺史賀若孝(xiao)義。孝(xiao)義遂將善(shan)(shan)(shan)行(xing)見秦(qin)王(wang),具(ju)言神(shen)(shen)人(ren)現事,群臣拜慶。遂差左(zuo)親衛帥杜昂(ang)與善(shan)(shan)(shan)行(xing)于(yu)所(suo)現處(chu)設祭,太上(shang)又(you)現,一如(ru)善(shan)(shan)(shan)行(xing)所(suo)言,以(yi)(yi)鞭指(zhi)昂(ang)曰(yue)(yue):“汝是何(he)人(ren)”昂(ang)曰(yue)(yue):“是秦(qin)王(wang)使者。”太上(shang)曰(yue)(yue):

“我不飲不食,何(he)用(yong)祭乎所有(you)委曲,令人具知。”昂(ang)還,乃言神人復現(xian)。秦王大悅(yue),乃令昂(ang)將(jiang)善行入京(jing)上(shang)奏。至京(jing)立(li)未定(ding),果有(you)印州(zhou)治(zhi)中張(zhang)達獻石龜(gui),上(shang)有(you)文(wen)曰:

“天下安,子(zi)孫興。千萬歲,千萬葉。”遂入面奏。高(gao)祖(zu)大(da)悅,詔授善行(xing)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)朝散大(da)夫,賜物(wu)一百段(duan)。乃令通事舍人柳憲于羊(yang)角山立廟,復改(gai)浮山縣(xian)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)“神山縣(xian)”,羊(yang)角山為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)“龍角山”。太上(shang)又現,為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)善行(xing)曰:“天子(zi)喜歡否”對曰:“大(da)喜。”

又(you)曰(yue):“疑惑何事(shi)”復對曰(yue):“為不知(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)圣者姓名耳。”太(tai)(tai)上(shang)(shang)曰(yue):“我是無上(shang)(shang)神(shen)仙(xian),姓李氏,號老君,即(ji)我也(ye)(ye)。我即(ji)帝之(zhi)(zhi)祖也(ye)(ye)。《史記》中有傳,亳(bo)州谷陽縣(xian)(xian)本(ben)廟有枯(ku)(ku)檜再生為驗。我已令(ling)周公(gong)旦(dan)領神(shen)兵助國家(jia)(jia)打劉黑闥,得四月(yue)節,即(ji)破矣。”孝義又(you)令(ling)善(shan)行入奏(zou),高(gao)(gao)祖乃(nai)敕(chi)善(shan)行馳驛(yi)往洛陽軍所,宣敕(chi)示諭。至時果平(ping)黑闥,四海大(da)(da)(da)定,枯(ku)(ku)檜亦重生焉。乃(nai)改(gai)廟為“慶(qing)唐(tang)觀(guan)(guan)”,今觀(guan)(guan)內有明(ming)(ming)皇(huang)(huang)御制書碑,及列圣真容并在(zai)。武(wu)德(de)三年,詔晉陽道士王遠知(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)授朝散(san)大(da)(da)(da)夫(fu),并賜(si)鏤金冠子紫(zi)絲霞帔,以預言高(gao)(gao)祖受命之(zhi)(zhi)征(zheng)也(ye)(ye)。太(tai)(tai)宗(zong)又(you)加遠知(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)銀青(qing)光祿大(da)(da)(da)夫(fu),并遠知(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)預言之(zhi)(zhi)故(gu)也(ye)(ye)。羽衣人(ren)賜(si)紫(zi)衣,自(zi)茲始也(ye)(ye)。高(gao)(gao)宗(zong)龍朔二年,詔洛州長史譙(qiao)國公(gong)許力(li)士,于邙山建上(shang)(shang)清(qing)宮以鎮鬼。仙(xian)洞掘得古石案,即(ji)仙(xian)人(ren)帛仲理之(zhi)(zhi)故(gu)基也(ye)(ye)。及功(gong)畢(bi)(bi),帝令(ling)設醮,太(tai)(tai)上(shang)(shang)又(you)現(xian),百官進表稱(cheng)賀(he),帝大(da)(da)(da)悅。乾封初,帝東封禮畢(bi)(bi),回鑾亳(bo)州,親(qin)謁太(tai)(tai)上(shang)(shang),謹上(shang)(shang)尊(zun)號為“混元皇(huang)(huang)帝,”圣母為“先天(tian)太(tai)(tai)后(hou)(hou)”,仍改(gai)谷陽縣(xian)(xian)為“真源縣(xian)(xian)。”又(you)為太(tai)(tai)宗(zong)及文(wen)德(de)皇(huang)(huang)后(hou)(hou)造東明(ming)(ming)觀(guan)(guan)于京師(shi),又(you)敕(chi)道士宜(yi)隸宗(zong)正寺(si),仍立位在(zai)親(qin)王之(zhi)(zhi)次。 文(wen)明(ming)(ming)元年,天(tian)后(hou)(hou)欲王諸武(wu),太(tai)(tai)上(shang)(shang)乃(nai)現(xian)于虢州閿鄉(xiang)縣(xian)(xian)龍臺(tai)鄉(xiang)方興里皇(huang)(huang)天(tian)原(yuan),遣(qian)鄔(wu)玄崇令(ling)傳言于天(tian)后(hou)(hou)云(yun):“國家(jia)(jia)祚(zuo)永而享(xiang)太(tai)(tai)平(ping),不宜(yi)有所僭也(ye)(ye)。”天(tian)后(hou)(hou)遂寢,乃(nai)舍(she)閿鄉(xiang)行宮為奉仙(xian)觀(guan)(guan)。后(hou)(hou)慶(qing)山涌出(chu)于新豐縣(xian)(xian)界(jie),高(gao)(gao)三百尺,上(shang)(shang)有五(wu)色云(yun)氣,下(xia)有神(shen)池數頃,中有白鶴鸞鳳,四面(mian)復有麒麟獅子。天(tian)后(hou)(hou)令(ling)置慶(qing)山縣(xian)(xian),其諸祥(xiang)瑞,具載《天(tian)后(hou)(hou)實錄》,以表國家(jia)(jia)土地(di)中興之(zhi)(zhi)兆(zhao)也(ye)(ye)。又(you)舍(she)中岳奉天(tian)宮為嵩(song)陽觀(guan)(guan),以追(zhui)薦(jian)高(gao)(gao)宗(zong)大(da)(da)(da)帝也(ye)(ye),竟傳位于中宗(zong)孝和皇(huang)(huang)帝。景龍元年,敕(chi)天(tian)下(xia)州郡并令(ling)置景龍觀(guan)(guan),二年改(gai)為“中興觀(guan)(guan)”,三年改(gai)為“龍興觀(guan)(guan)”,其度人(ren)一依前代(dai)故(gu)事(shi)。睿宗(zong)舍(she)東京宅(zhai)為“景云(yun)觀(guan)(guan),”又(you)舍(she)太(tai)(tai)原(yuan)宅(zhai)為“唐(tang)隆(long)觀(guan)(guan)”,為資(zi)薦(jian)天(tian)皇(huang)(huang)天(tian)后(hou)(hou)也(ye)(ye)。

明皇(huang)開(kai)元(yuan)中,敕諸道(dao)并令置(zhi)“開(kai)元(yuan)觀(guan)”,又(you)制(zhi)《混元(yuan)贊(zan)》,帝親書,勒之于石(shi)。又(you)敕五岳(yue)置(zhi)“真君廟”,又(you)敕上都置(zhi)“太清(qing)宮(gong)”,東都置(zhi)“太微宮(gong)”,以太原神(shen)堯舊(jiu)宅為“紫微宮(gong)”,潞州(zhou)潛龍(long)故宅為“啟(qi)圣宮(gong)”,并給袞冕絳紗帷帳交龍(long)門戟(ji),一(yi)如(ru)宮(gong)闕之制(zhi)。帝又(you)注《道(dao)德經》及制(zhi)序引,詔天(tian)下士(shi)庶并令家藏一(yi)本。

兩街(jie)道(dao)眾乃(nai)以幢幡伎樂自禁中迎(ying)引(yin),歸(gui)于(yu)太清(qing)宮(gong),香花之(zhi)盛,近古未有。又敕置道(dao)舉,一如(ru)禮部之(zhi)制(zhi),帝(di)親自策之(zhi),達者甚(shen)眾。后(hou)蒲(pu)州(zhou)奏,因修紫極宮(gong),掘地獲玉(yu)石,狀(zhuang)如(ru)半月。復有仙人杵藥之(zhi)像(xiang),扣之(zhi)有聲,頗甚(shen)清(qing)遠。帝(di)令(ling)懸于(yu)太原玄(xuan)元廟(miao)庭,號之(zhi)為(wei)“偃月磬(qing)”。東都留(liu)守(shou)張琦奏:汝(ru)州(zhou)魯山(shan)縣(xian)因修仙居古觀,獲玉(yu)瑛,扣之(zhi)聲聞數里(li)。帝(di)令(ling)懸于(yu)太清(qing)宮(gong)圣祖廟(miao)庭。衢州(zhou)為(wei)建觀宇(yu),穿地得(de)魚(yu)一頭(tou),長三尺,其(qi)狀(zhuang)似(si)鐵(tie),微(wei)(wei)微(wei)(wei)帶紫碧(bi)之(zhi)色(se),又如(ru)青石,光瑩雕(diao)鐫(juan),殆非人工所成也U之(zhi)甚(shen)響,其(qi)魚(yu)亦(yi)不能名(ming),遣使來獻(xian)。帝(di)令(ling)宣(xuan)示百僚(liao),亦(yi)不能辨。帝(di)乃(nai)呼(hu)偽“瑞魚(yu)磬(qing)”,仍命懸于(yu)太微(wei)(wei)宮(gong),非講經設齋,不得(de)擊(ji)之(zhi)。由是諸觀競以木石模之(zhi),以代(dai)集(ji)眾。

又(you)詔(zhao)諸官悉以宰臣及(ji)本道(dao)節度使領之(zhi),永為(wei)常式。帝(di)又(you)制《霓裳羽衣曲》、《紫微(wei)八卦舞(wu)》,以薦獻(xian)于(yu)(yu)太(tai)清(qing)宮(gong),貴有(you)異于(yu)(yu)九廟(miao)也。帝(di)東封,獲(huo)江淮間(jian)三脊(ji)茅(mao),乃(nai)令(ling)于(yu)(yu)所獲(huo)之(zhi)地(di)置靈(ling)茅(mao)觀(guan)。及(ji)禮畢回,謁圣(sheng)祖于(yu)(yu)亳州(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)本宮(gong),親札《道(dao)德經》于(yu)(yu)石,作大(da)幢,造(zao)八角樓(lou),覆之(zhi)于(yu)(yu)虛(xu)無殿(dian)之(zhi)前。又(you)幸懷州(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)開元觀(guan)及(ji)閿鄉(xiang)奉仙觀(guan),為(wei)王公萬民所請,亦親札二(er)經,以大(da)石對峙立之(zhi),一如太(tai)清(qing)之(zhi)制。乃(nai)詔(zhao)授鄔玄崇為(wei)虢州(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)刺(ci)史(shi)(shi)—元十七年夏四(si)月(yue)五日(ri),益州(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)大(da)都督府長(chang)史(shi)(shi)張敬忠奏,大(da)圣(sheng)祖混元皇帝(di)應現于(yu)(yu)當(dang)管蜀州(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)新津(jin)縣(xian)津(jin)興尼(ni)寺佛殿(dian)柱上,自(zi)然隱起(qi)木文,為(wei)太(tai)上老君(jun)圣(sheng)像。當(dang)頂上有(you)華蓋,足下前后(hou)各(ge)有(you)云葉天花(hua),共一十三處。謹(jin)差(cha)判(pan)官益州(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)功曹參軍王大(da)肆檢覆得(de)狀,與本州(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)刺(ci)史(shi)(shi)李忠徇、別駕盧昉、縣(xian)令(ling)李韶、道(dao)士(shi)僧(seng)尼(ni)一百三十人狀同(tong),方敢上奏。至五月(yue)二(er)十四(si)日(ri),敕差(cha)內(nei)侍林(lin)昭隱宣取(qu)像柱入(ru)京,于(yu)(yu)大(da)同(tong)殿(dian)供(gong)養(yang)。又(you)令(ling)兩街(jie)宮(gong)觀(guan)各(ge)賜供(gong)養(yang)七日(ri),卻令(ling)進入(ru)大(da)內(nei),于(yu)(yu)今見(jian)在。前后(hou)瑞應極多(duo),難以具錄。

二十九年正月七日,陳王府參軍田同秀于丹鳳門外忽見紫云自西北暎樓,又見混元乘白馬,侍従二童子。二童子謂同秀曰:“我昔與尹喜將入流沙(sha)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)日(ri),藏一匱靈(ling)符(fu)在(zai)桃林(lin)(lin)故關尹(yin)喜舊宅,汝可請帝(di)(di)取之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)。”同(tong)(tong)秀具事聞奏,敕差(cha)內(nei)使(shi)李志忠(zhong)監同(tong)(tong)秀往陜州桃林(lin)(lin)縣南十二(er)里故函谷(gu)關墟(xu)求(qiu)訪之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)。俄有(you)紫云白兔(tu)現(xian)于(yu)(yu)(yu)枯桑之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)下,便乃穿(chuan)掘,下到水際,得石函經匱,玉(yu)版朱書(shu)細篆。帝(di)(di)聞奏大悅(yue),即令京師列十部樂,歌舞鼓吹,自通化門入。其文(wen)于(yu)(yu)(yu)寶(bao)(bao)(bao)輿中(zhong)五(wu)色放光,洞(dong)照天地。帝(di)(di)于(yu)(yu)(yu)丹(dan)鳳(feng)樓上,身披龍袞,手執金爐,六宮嬪婇,競于(yu)(yu)(yu)樓上焚香散(san)花,遙(yao)自作禮。帝(di)(di)又令亂撒金錢(qian)于(yu)(yu)(yu)樓下,縱令士庶分取,以(yi)為歡樂。斯須(xu),山呼之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)聲,震動京邑。帝(di)(di)令置寶(bao)(bao)(bao)符(fu)于(yu)(yu)(yu)靈(ling)昌殿,是夜樓閣林(lin)(lin)樹(shu)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)上,皆有(you)神燈。乃于(yu)(yu)(yu)正月一日(ri)改開元(yuan)三(san)十年(nian)(nian)為天寶(bao)(bao)(bao)元(yuan)年(nian)(nian),改桃林(lin)(lin)縣為“靈(ling)寶(bao)(bao)(bao)縣”。其后三(san)年(nian)(nian),帝(di)(di)見靈(ling)符(fu)有(you)“天寶(bao)(bao)(bao)千載”之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)字,天寶(bao)(bao)(bao)已應改元(yuan)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)號,遂改年(nian)(nian)為載,乃于(yu)(yu)(yu)其地長樂亭置天寶(bao)(bao)(bao)觀,御(yu)制并書(shu)靈(ling)符(fu)銘,立于(yu)(yu)(yu)所獲之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)處(chu)。又于(yu)(yu)(yu)大內(nei)置“靈(ling)符(fu)殿”,賜同(tong)(tong)秀五(wu)品正員官。宰相請加(jia)尊(zun)號為“開元(yuan)天寶(bao)(bao)(bao)神武”之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)字,制可之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)。乃大赦天下。其年(nian)(nian)閏(run)四月,帝(di)(di)夢混元(yuan)謂帝(di)(di)曰(yue):

“我(wo)在城之西(xi)南久(jiu)矣,當與(yu)(yu)汝(ru)于興慶相見,可速迎我(wo)。”帝(di)謂(wei)宰相李(li)林甫、牛仙(xian)客(ke)曰:“朕(zhen)臨御海內,向三十年,未嘗不五更而起,具朝服禮謁(ye)真容(rong),為(wei)蒼生祈福。近因假(jia)寐見混(hun)元。”具言(yan)上事,遂差內使與(yu)(yu)道門威(wei)儀蕭玄(xuan)裕于城西(xi)南尋訪(fang)。

數日,忽于樓觀(guan)(guan)(guan)山(shan)谷(gu)間見(jian)有紫云(yun)(yun)現(xian),白(bai)光屬天(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian),于其(qi)(qi)(qi)下(xia)(xia)穿(chuan)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),果得(de)玉(yu)(yu)像老君,高三尺余(yu)以(yi)(yi)進。其(qi)(qi)(qi)日帝(di)在興(xing)慶宮(gong)大(da)(da)同殿(dian)親(qin)自(zi)迎謁,果符(fu)(fu)興(xing)慶之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)言(yan),置(zhi)于內(nei)殿(dian)供養,仍令(ling)所司寫(xie)真(zhen)容(rong),分送天(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)下(xia)(xia)諸(zhu)道(dao)宮(gong)觀(guan)(guan)(guan),遂大(da)(da)赦天(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)下(xia)(xia)。五載(zai),帝(di)夢(meng)見(jian)混(hun)元(yuan)言(yan):“我有靈(ling)應,尋(xun)當自(zi)至(zhi)。”遂于太(tai)白(bai)山(shan)獲(huo)(huo)靈(ling)符(fu)(fu)玉(yu)(yu)冊,及(ji)迎到京,置(zhi)于靈(ling)符(fu)(fu)殿(dian),親(qin)自(zi)供養。仍封太(tai)白(bai)山(shan)神為(wei)靈(ling)應公,改(gai)獲(huo)(huo)符(fu)(fu)洞為(wei)“嘉(jia)祥洞”,于山(shan)下(xia)(xia)置(zhi)“真(zhen)符(fu)(fu)縣(xian)(xian)”。乃(nai)令(ling)諸(zhu)道(dao)置(zhi)真(zhen)符(fu)(fu)觀(guan)(guan)(guan),仍編入(ru)史。其(qi)(qi)(qi)年(nian)十(shi)(shi)二(er)月(yue),帝(di)幸(xing)華清宮(gong);其(qi)(qi)(qi)月(yue)四(si)(si)日,日未(wei)出時(shi),忽見(jian)驪(li)山(shan)頂(ding)云(yun)(yun)物(wu)積異(yi),須臾云(yun)(yun)散,見(jian)混(hun)元(yuan)圣(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)祖現(xian)于朝(chao)元(yuan)閣上(shang)(shang)。帝(di)與內(nei)人(ren)瞻謁,良久乃(nai)隱。詔(zhao)改(gai)會昌縣(xian)(xian)為(wei)“昭(zhao)應縣(xian)(xian)”,其(qi)(qi)(qi)新豐縣(xian)(xian)隸(li)入(ru)昭(zhao)應。又(you)封會昌山(shan)為(wei)“昭(zhao)應山(shan)”,封山(shan)神為(wei)“玄(xuan)德公”,改(gai)朝(chao)元(yuan)閣為(wei)“降圣(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)閣”,內(nei)出圖本,頒(ban)示(shi)天(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)下(xia)(xia),宣付史官。 八載(zai),帝(di)獲(huo)(huo)二(er)十(shi)(shi)七(qi)仙玉(yu)(yu)像于寧(ning)州羅(luo)川縣(xian)(xian),敕令(ling)迎像入(ru)京,一如天(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)寶初迎靈(ling)寶符(fu)(fu)儀注故事。帝(di)親(qin)自(zi)制贊(zan),尋(xun)改(gai)羅(luo)川縣(xian)(xian)為(wei)“真(zhen)寧(ning)縣(xian)(xian)”,于所獲(huo)(huo)處造(zao)(zao)通圣(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)觀(guan)(guan)(guan),帝(di)制碑(bei)文(wen)立(li)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),于今并在。其(qi)(qi)(qi)年(nian)六(liu)月(yue),大(da)(da)同殿(dian)產玉(yu)(yu)芝(zhi)一莖(jing),又(you)造(zao)(zao)金(jin)仙、玉(yu)(yu)芝(zhi)二(er)觀(guan)(guan)(guan),復度公主二(er)人(ren)為(wei)道(dao)士。又(you)太(tai)白(bai)山(shan)人(ren)李渾上(shang)(shang)言(yan),見(jian)混(hun)元(yuan)言(yan):“金(jin)星洞內(nei)有玉(yu)(yu)版石,記(ji)圣(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)皇福壽之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)符(fu)(fu)。”敕御史中(zhong)丞(cheng)王(wang)押入(ru)幽谷(gu),行四(si)(si)百(bai)余(yu)里,求而得(de)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)。敕以(yi)(yi)殊(shu)祥頒(ban)示(shi)中(zhong)外(wai),乃(nai)于其(qi)(qi)(qi)地造(zao)(zao)靈(ling)符(fu)(fu)觀(guan)(guan)(guan)。閏六(liu)月(yue)丙(bing)寅(yin),帝(di)謁太(tai)清宮(gong),加五圣(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)尊號(hao),作(zuo)仲尼四(si)(si)子像,侍立(li)于混(hun)元(yuan)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)前(qian)。又(you)敕十(shi)(shi)道(dao)大(da)(da)郡置(zhi)玉(yu)(yu)芝(zhi)觀(guan)(guan)(guan),大(da)(da)赦天(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)下(xia)(xia)。九載(zai),太(tai)白(bai)山(shan)人(ren)王(wang)玄(xuan)翼(yi)上(shang)(shang)言(yan):“混(hun)元(yuan)大(da)(da)帝(di)降現(xian),言(yan)寶仙洞中(zhong)有妙寶真(zhen)符(fu)(fu),謂帝(di)取之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)。”敕刑部(bu)尚書張均、工(gong)部(bu)尚書王(wang)倕往(wang)取,獲(huo)(huo)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)。乃(nai)造(zao)(zao)真(zhen)靈(ling)觀(guan)(guan)(guan)。十(shi)(shi)三載(zai)正月(yue),帝(di)謁太(tai)清宮(gong),又(you)上(shang)(shang)混(hun)元(yuan)尊號(hao)為(wei)“大(da)(da)圣(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)祖高上(shang)(shang)大(da)(da)道(dao)金(jin)闕(que)混(hun)元(yuan)天(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)皇大(da)(da)帝(di)”,五圣(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)各加謚號(hao)。帝(di)加“開(kai)元(yuan)天(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)地大(da)(da)寶圣(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)文(wen)神武證道(dao)孝德皇帝(di)”,大(da)(da)赦天(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)下(xia)(xia)。十(shi)(shi)五載(zai),帝(di)幸(xing)蜀,混(hun)元(yuan)現(xian)于漢(han)中(zhong)郡三泉縣(xian)(xian)黑水之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)側。帝(di)親(qin)禮謁,遂命(ming)刻(ke)石像真(zhen)容(rong)于所現(xian)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)處,又(you)于利州益昌縣(xian)(xian)山(shan)嶺上(shang)(shang)見(jian)混(hun)元(yuan)騎白(bai)衛(wei)而過,示(shi)收祿山(shan)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)兆。詔(zhao)封其(qi)(qi)(qi)山(shan)為(wei)“白(bai)衛(wei)嶺”,于所見(jian)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)處置(zhi)“自(zi)然觀(guan)(guan)(guan)”。又(you)于嵩山(shan)置(zhi)“興(xing)唐觀(guan)(guan)(guan)”,成(cheng)都(dou)置(zhi)“福唐觀(guan)(guan)(guan)”。

 肅(su)宗至(zhi)德二載三(san)月十(shi)(shi)八日(ri),混元(yuan)現于(yu)通化(hua)郡云龍(long)巖,初因郡人(ren)為(wei)國(guo)祈福,建(jian)大齋會。十(shi)(shi)八日(ri),忽煙霧異香,氤氳不(bu)散,至(zhi)辰(chen)時漸漸開(kai)霽,神光照天,因見混元(yuan)真像立于(yu)山前,自地接天,通身白衣(yi),左(zuo)手垂下(xia),右(you)手執(zhi)五明之扇(shan),儀相炳(bing)然。 眾盡瞻禮。其山雖高,亦不(bu)及(ji)肘,良(liang)久乃隱(yin)。遂具上(shang)奏,內(nei)出圖本,太上(shang)皇制贊并(bing)序,文繁不(bu)錄(lu),具編史冊,仍示天下(xia)。乾元(yuan)二年(nian),帝夜夢(meng)二青童(tong)導従至(zhi)一(yi)宮闕,謁見混元(yuan)。混元(yuan)衣(yi)云霞之衣(yi),冠九(jiu)鳳之冠,坐(zuo)方席,垂寶蓋,憑(ping)玉幾,執(zhi)白拂(fu)。

左(zuo)右(you)侍(shi)衛真人、玉女、神仙、童子、五(wu)天(tian)力士,羅列極(ji)眾。帝(di)著絳衣秉圭,立(li)侍(shi)于(yu)混(hun)元之(zhi)后,游涉山海,經歷甚遠,帝(di)一一潛記(ji)。又見混(hun)元須發皆黑,及明,宣下(xia)兩(liang)街(jie),訪諸(zhu)瑞像于(yu)務本坊光(guang)天(tian)觀圣祖院(yuan),果獲黑髭老君之(zhi)像。圖寫以(yi)進,帝(di)見大悅,一如夢中所睹。乃出帝(di)真容,令侍(shi)立(li)于(yu)混(hun)元之(zhi)后,仍頒示于(yu)天(tian)下(xia),普令供養。

代宗初(chu),于楚州(zhou)安(an)宜縣(xian)獲八寶(bao),因(yin)改(gai)安(an)宜縣(xian)為“寶(bao)應縣(xian)”敕(chi)于所獲處(chu)造(zao)“寶(bao)應觀”。遂(sui)改(gai)元(yuan)為“寶(bao)應元(yuan)年”,大赦天下。

德(de)宗貞元十年,混(hun)元遣使(shi)金(jin)母(mu)累降于果州金(jin)泉(quan)山,授煉(lian)氣之術,付(fu)女貞謝自然(ran),修習(xi)功(gong)成(cheng)。以其年十月(yue)(yue)十六日(ri),白日(ri)上升,后三月(yue)(yue)乃歸,謂刺史(shi)李堅曰: “天(tian)上有玉堂最高,老君居焉。壁上皆(jie)(jie)題神仙(xian)(xian)之名,時注(zhu)腳下(xia),云(yun)在人(ren)間,或為帝王(wang),或為宰輔。神仙(xian)(xian)入謁老君皆(jie)(jie)四拜焉。”自然(ran)言訖,遂卻升天(tian)。

敬宗寶歷二年(nian)正月,帝有(you)事于南郊,朝獻太清宮,御駕將至(zhi)長安。縣主簿鄭翦(jian)(jian),忽(hu)見老(lao)君衣白衣,容狀異常,謂翦(jian)(jian)曰:“當(dang)此(ci)路有(you)井(jing),可(ke)速實之(zhi)。不(bu)(bu)然,禍在(zai)不(bu)(bu)測。”翦(jian)(jian)驚惶(huang)顧,其(qi)地已微陷,遂(sui)并力實之(zhi),因失老(lao)君所(suo)在(zai)。駕至(zhi),具以上聞,百官稱賀(he)。詔(zhao)兵部侍(shi)郎韋處厚為碑(bei),起居(ju)郎柳公(gong)權書,立于實井(jing)之(zhi)側,乃編付(fu)史(shi)官。其(qi)年(nian)十二月十八日,柳公(gong)權書碑(bei)之(zhi)際,忽(hu)有(you)勁風颯(sa)然而起,旋飚(biao)不(bu)(bu)已。

乃見(jian)混元著紫衣,金冠(guan)金履,立于白蓮花之上,右手執五明扇,左手垂(chui)下,空(kong)中光(guang)明如(ru)金色。公(gong)權(quan)與(yu)鐫碑(bei)人瞻(zhan)睹良久,因以(yi)物畫地記(ji)形像。及畫畢(bi),混元忽以(yi)扇指空(kong)中,流光(guang)四散(san),乃騰空(kong)而(er)去。眾皆側身仰視(shi),漸遠(yuan)漸小,沒于云中。遂以(yi)事(shi)上聞(wen),詔編事(shi)跡(ji)入(ru)碑(bei)之中,又敕于兩(liang)京造(zao)“延(yan)唐觀”。

文(wen)宗開成(cheng)二年五月,中(zhong)書(shu)舍人高(gao)元裕為閬州刺史(shi)(shi),于州北八九(jiu)里(li)喜陵江(jiang)上(shang)小(xiao)山之前,忽見崖壁(bi)間(jian)光彩有異。近而(er)觀之,石(shi)上(shang)自然石(shi)文(wen),成(cheng)老君真像,眉(mei)發衣(yi)章,巾履服飾,無(wu)不周備。傍有一人,寬(kuan)衣(yi)大袖,持爐(lu)薦香。后一人童子,雙髻高(gao)束,謹若聽命(ming),皆(jie)非人力圖繪鐫刻所及。元裕每有祈禱,即紫氣上(shang)浮,又有靈泉自涌。士(shi)民請福,無(wu)不立效。遂刻石(shi)建宇,用旌其(qi)瑞,乃畫(hua)圖呈進,乞編入(ru)史(shi)(shi)。

詔従之。

武宗會昌元(yuan)年,敕以二月(yue)十五日(ri)大圣祖降誕之日(ri)為“降圣節”,仍令兩(liang)京及天下諸州(zhou)府設齋行道作(zuo)樂,賜大酺三日(ri),軍期急速,亦不在此(ci)限,永為常式。

懿宗咸通十年九月十日,徐州逆(ni)寇龐勛,領従黨三千(qian)余人來亳州太(tai)清(qing)宮(gong)。其日宮(gong)北百姓三百余人,見老君(jun)自(zi)宮(gong)中乘(cheng)空而南(nan),須臾黑霧(wu)遍南(nan)川中。群賊迷路(lu),自(zi)相殺戮,龐勛溺水(shui)而死(si),群兇自(zi)此湮滅。汴州節(jie)度使太(tai)清(qing)宮(gong)使李(li)蔚具事上(shang)聞,詔曰(yue):“吾國(guo)家系承混(hun)元(yuan),教導清(qing)凈∴縣舊里(li),圣祖故鄉,宮(gong)宇具嚴,廟貌斯設。

昨者余妖奔突,縱火(huo)將欲焚燒,陰霧覆閉于(yu)晴空,狂寇顛迷(mi)于(yu)道路,散(san)逸原野,遂(sui)至誅夷。緬惟玄(xuan)功,申茲(zi)靈貺(kuang)。”內(nei)出青(qing)詞,又委(wei)李蔚虔申告(gao)謝,布示中外,仍付(fu)史(shi)官。十三(san)年三(san)月,臺州(zhou)刺史(shi)姚(yao)鵠奏:于(yu)天臺山修老君殿(dian),于(yu)其地穿(chuan)獲得石函冊(ce)文以(yi)進,乞(qi)付(fu)史(shi)館(guan),頒(ban)示四(si)方。詔従之。

廣明(ming)二(er)(er)(er)(er)(er)年(nian)(nian)三(san)(san)月(yue),河中(zhong)(zhong)節度使王重榮(rong)奏,據晉州(zhou)申(shen):龍角山慶(qing)唐(tang)觀老君殿(dian)側柏(bo)(bo)樹(shu)上(shang),瑞葛枯(ku)(ku)(ku)死(si)(si)重生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)。先(xian)是(shi)(shi)(shi)武德(de)中(zhong)(zhong)混元(yuan)應(ying)現后(hou)(hou)(hou),于(yu)(yu)(yu)二(er)(er)(er)(er)(er)樹(shu)間(jian)立殿(dian)宇,逾年(nian)(nian)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)后(hou)(hou)(hou),柏(bo)(bo)樹(shu)上(shang)忽(hu)自(zi)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)葛蔓,長十(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)余丈(zhang),榮(rong)茂(mao)于(yu)(yu)(yu)常。其(qi)(qi)后(hou)(hou)(hou)齊(qi)王奪嫡,此蔓枯(ku)(ku)(ku)死(si)(si)。旬月(yue)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)后(hou)(hou)(hou),自(zi)其(qi)(qi)末青翠再生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng),齊(qi)王遂敗。至(zhi)中(zhong)(zhong)宗(zong)復(fu)位,安史叛逆,朱泚謀(mou)亂(luan),皆忽(hu)枯(ku)(ku)(ku)落,久(jiu)而復(fu)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)。廣明(ming)元(yuan)年(nian)(nian),黃巢犯(fan)闕,其(qi)(qi)年(nian)(nian)秋葛蔓枯(ku)(ku)(ku)死(si)(si),二(er)(er)(er)(er)(er)年(nian)(nian)春枝(zhi)葉(xie)重茂(mao)。又于(yu)(yu)(yu)傍樹(shu)上(shang)別(bie)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)一(yi)枝(zhi),旬日(ri)(ri)(ri)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)中(zhong)(zhong),長五十(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)余尺(chi),相對繁茂(mao),有異于(yu)(yu)(yu)常。奏詔(zhao)褒(bao)美(mei),編付史官。 其(qi)(qi)后(hou)(hou)(hou)祥異,皆有詔(zhao)敕(chi),蓋美(mei)乎葛藟慶(qing)其(qi)(qi)孫(sun)(sun)謀(mou),瓜瓞(die)昭(zhao)其(qi)(qi)遠(yuan)祚,混元(yuan)流貺,奕葉(xie)無(wu)窮者也。皇帝駐在(zai)西蜀,中(zhong)(zhong)和(he)(he)二(er)(er)(er)(er)(er)年(nian)(nian)八(ba)(ba)月(yue)九日(ri)(ri)(ri)進到,帝令宣示內外。三(san)(san)年(nian)(nian)三(san)(san)月(yue)十(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)一(yi)日(ri)(ri)(ri),亳(bo)州(zhou)刺(ci)史潘稠(chou)差道(dao)士馬含章(zhang)(zhang)、孫(sun)(sun)棲(qi)梧(wu)等奏,太(tai)(tai)清宮(gong)自(zi)乾寧四年(nian)(nian),后(hou)(hou)(hou)累(lei)有逆寇侵犯(fan)真源(yuan),少或逾千,多或至(zhi)萬,皆窺伺是(shi)(shi)(shi)宮(gong),欲為(wei)(wei)焚劫,或來攻(gong)城邑,或旁犯(fan)縣(xian)城。老君皆密垂(chui)神化,忽(hu)起濃云,或驅以(yi)陰(yin)風(feng),或擊以(yi)雷(lei)雹,率皆顛沛,尋至(zhi)敗亡。靈(ling)貺益彰(zhang),神功罔測。尋詔(zhao)升真源(yuan)縣(xian)為(wei)(wei)畿縣(xian),仍內出(chu)青詞,修崇告謝,帝即(ji)稽首(shou)東(dong)拜。八(ba)(ba)月(yue)十(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)二(er)(er)(er)(er)(er)日(ri)(ri)(ri),敕(chi)亳(bo)州(zhou)太(tai)(tai)清宮(gong)是(shi)(shi)(shi)混元(yuan)降(jiang)圣(sheng)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)地,名高道(dao)祖,福(fu)(fu)蔭皇基,九宮(gong)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)瑞井涵空,一(yi)鹿之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)仙(xian)蹤在(zai)樹(shu),累(lei)代之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)禎祥可(ke)紀,近(jin)年(nian)(nian)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)感應(ying)尤彰(zhang),所宜嚴盛于(yu)(yu)(yu)福(fu)(fu)庭,安可(ke)荒涼于(yu)(yu)(yu)靜宇潘稠(chou)能(neng)施(shi)善政,久(jiu)染真風(feng),廣出(chu)俸錢,備修宮(gong)觀。垣墉(yong)棟桷(jue),無(wu)不(bu)精新,像設(she)(she)丹青,彌加(jia)煥麗。觀圖(tu)(tu)考事(shi),深(shen)可(ke)慰嘉。其(qi)(qi)住宮(gong)威儀道(dao)士吳重玄(xuan)可(ke)賜紫,仍號“凝玄(xuan)先(xian)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)”。道(dao)士馬含章(zhang)(zhang)、孫(sun)(sun)棲(qi)梧(wu)并賜紫,潘稠(chou)加(jia)金紫光祿大(da)夫檢校工部尚書,余并如故。其(qi)(qi)年(nian)(nian)八(ba)(ba)月(yue)二(er)(er)(er)(er)(er)十(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)九日(ri)(ri)(ri)夜(ye),詔(zhao)帝房宗(zong)室李(li)特立與道(dao)士李(li)無(wu)為(wei)(wei),于(yu)(yu)(yu)成都府青羊肆元(yuan)中(zhong)(zhong)觀混元(yuan)降(jiang)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)舊地,設(she)(she)醮(jiao)祈真,忽(hu)見虹(hong)光如彈丸許,漸漸明(ming)大(da),出(chu)于(yu)(yu)(yu)殿(dian)基東(dong)南竹(zhu)林中(zhong)(zhong),跳驥入西南梅樹(shu)下沒。于(yu)(yu)(yu)沒處穿地三(san)(san)尺(chi)已來,得寶磚一(yi)口,長一(yi)尺(chi)一(yi)寸(cun)五分,闊七寸(cun)四分,一(yi)寸(cun)厚一(yi)邊三(san)(san)分,并有花(hua)紋;一(yi)邊厚一(yi)寸(cun)八(ba)(ba)分,重一(yi)十(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)二(er)(er)(er)(er)(er)斤,有古(gu)篆(zhuan)六字各方(fang)二(er)(er)(er)(er)(er)寸(cun),深(shen)三(san)(san)分。鐫刻瑩潔,毫非(fei)人工。文曰:“太(tai)(tai)上(shang)平(ping)(ping)中(zhong)(zhong)和(he)(he)災。”九月(yue)一(yi)日(ri)(ri)(ri),西川節度使侍(shi)中(zhong)(zhong)陳敬瑄奏曰:“皇帝陛下稽古(gu)順天,膺圖(tu)(tu)撫運(yun),凝懷至(zhi)道(dao),屬想大(da)同,是(shi)(shi)(shi)用省方(fang),以(yi)明(ming)罪(zui)己。深(shen)仁旁達于(yu)(yu)(yu)下土,至(zhi)德(de)升聞于(yu)(yu)(yu)上(shang)玄(xuan),符讖允臻(zhen),禎祥間(jian)出(chu)。降(jiang)太(tai)(tai)上(shang)匡時之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)命,清中(zhong)(zhong)和(he)(he)寇孽之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)災,乃示明(ming)文,爰形古(gu)篆(zhuan)。足表(biao)妖氛即(ji)殄,圣(sheng)祚無(wu)疆(jiang),克(ke)知收復(fu)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)期,便(bian)是(shi)(shi)(shi)清寧之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)日(ri)(ri)(ri)。”至(zhi)十(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)二(er)(er)(er)(er)(er)日(ri)(ri)(ri),帝令宣示百(bai)官。中(zhong)(zhong)書侍(shi)郎平(ping)(ping)章(zhang)(zhang)事(shi)韋昭(zhao)度、戶部侍(shi)郎平(ping)(ping)章(zhang)(zhang)事(shi)蕭遘(gou)、門下侍(shi)郎平(ping)(ping)章(zhang)(zhang)事(shi)鄭畋、御史中(zhong)(zhong)丞張(zhang)瀆、宗(zong)正卿(qing)嗣曹王龜年(nian)(nian)表(biao)賀(he)曰:

“伏以萑蒲嘯聚,車(che)駕省方,天災(zai)流行,國家代有。陛下降成湯罪己之(zhi)詔,征王(wang)者(zhe)有征之(zhi)師,顧彼兇(xiong)妖(yao),即當殄(tian)滅。清平既彰于(yu)嘉兆(zhao),幽贊(zan)爰睹(du)其秘文。赤雀銜書(shu),U豈同(tong)于(yu)太(tai)上(shang);玄龜負卦,慶難比于(yu)平災(zai)_因宗室齋醮之(zhi)辰(chen),仍(reng)有祥光跳躑之(zhi)瑞,其為感現,可(ke)謂丁寧。樞密使李順融、十渾十二(er)衛都指揮使田令孜(zi)表賀曰(yue):

“今者又有維(wei)城,來(lai)于(yu)仙觀,至(zhi)誠才發,嘉(jia)兆俄(e)呈。現此(ci)時(shi)在(zai)地之赤光,是(shi)昔日度關之紫氣,及穿積(ji)土(tu),果獲古文,驗逸勢于(yu)龍蛇(she),即(ji)知平(ping)于(yu)梟(xiao)獍,于(yu)沖邃理,頗甚昭明(ming)。既太上(shang)令與平(ping)災(zai),知中和永昌(chang)厥祚。所(suo)現全(quan)因圣(sheng)祖(zu),掘(jue)得又自皇枝,捧(peng)此(ci)靈蹤,可明(ming)天意。且混元圣(sheng)祖(zu),每(mei)逢(feng)多難,皆(jie)有殊祥,唯彼明(ming)征(zheng),備書正史。

昔(xi)于(yu)(yu)丹鳳(feng)門上,告田(tian)同秀于(yu)(yu)天(tian)寶復國(guo)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)期,今又青(qing)羊肆中,示(shi)李(li)特(te)(te)立以(yi)陛下還宮之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)慶(qing),莫不天(tian)下幸(xing)甚,乞付(fu)史館。”帝(di)并與(yu)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)。十五日(ri),李(li)特(te)(te)立授太子校書(shu),李(li)無為(wei)賜紫,仍(reng)各(ge)賜縑帛(bo)三百匹。二(er)十一日(ri)又詔(zhao)曰:“太上玄元(yuan)大帝(di)與(yu)弟子文始先生講(jiang)真經于(yu)(yu)樓觀之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)臺,約后會于(yu)(yu)青(qing)羊之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)肆,便(bian)乘云駕,俱入流(liu)沙(sha)。仙記傳(chuan)聞(wen),地(di)(di)圖(tu)標(biao)載,自周(zhou)昭(zhao)至(zhi)于(yu)(yu)此(ci)日(ri),歷數約二(er)千余(yu)年,景像寂寥,基蹤牢落。今因巡幸(xing),靈光昭(zhao)彰,殊光跳躍于(yu)(yu)庭前,靈篆申明于(yu)(yu)樹下。磚含古色,字(zi)(zi)驗(yan)休禎(zhen),中和(he)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)災害欲平(ping),厚地(di)(di)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)禎(zhen)符乃(nai)現,足表(biao)玄穹降祐,圣(sheng)祖垂祥,將(jiang)殲大盜之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)兵戈,永(yong)耀中興之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)事業。須傳(chuan)簡冊,兼示(shi)寰區。已(yi)付(fu)史官,備(bei)令(ling)(ling)編錄,仍(reng)模(mo)勒文字(zi)(zi),告示(shi)諸道及(ji)軍前。其觀可改號(hao)為(wei)‘青(qing)羊宮’,仍(reng)置(zhi)殿堂屋宇。側(ce)近屬觀田(tian)地(di)(di),約有兩頃,近來散(san)屬黎氓,多(duo)植(zhi)蔥蒜,清虛之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)地(di)(di),難使(shi)熏蒸。已(yi)賜錢二(er)百貫,便(bian)令(ling)(ling)收贖,仍(reng)給公驗(yan),永(yong)歸靖廬。宗子特(te)(te)立已(yi)除官,道士李(li)無為(wei)已(yi)賜紫,所宜升獎,用荷慶(qing)靈。

敬瑄(xuan)位冠(guan)公(gong)臺(tai),風行郡國,效節于延(yan)洪之(zhi)(zhi)代,修心于道(dao)德之(zhi)(zhi)鄉,遂(sui)令境內消兵(bing),地中(zhong)呈寶,其(qi)為休(xiu)(xiu)美,倍(bei)可(ke)嘉稱。”至(zhi)十月(yue)(yue)七日(ri),敕(chi)高(gao)品(pin)郭遵泰監(jian)建青羊(yang)(yang)宮(gong)土木(mu)之(zhi)(zhi)工,并用(yong)內庫宣賜。自獲靈瑞之(zhi)(zhi)后,至(zhi)是月(yue)(yue)癸丑,近蜀郡寇,相次擒戮,旬月(yue)(yue)之(zhi)(zhi)內,遂(sui)至(zhi)清平。駕幸青羊(yang)(yang)宮(gong),頒賜有(you)(you)差(cha)。李特(te)立(li)(li)賜緋,授龍州(zhou)錄事參軍。又(you)下(xia)詔曰:“太(tai)上垂祥,青羊(yang)(yang)應現,禮宜崇飾,用(yong)答殊休(xiu)(xiu)。諸道(dao)州(zhou)府(fu)紫極宮(gong),宜委長吏如法修飾,仍選有(you)(you)科儀道(dao)士祭醮(jiao)。”是月(yue)(yue)乙卯奏,收(shou)復(fu)京城,有(you)(you)以(yi)見(jian)大(da)道(dao)垂休(xiu)(xiu),圣(sheng)祖昭祐,洪圖(tu)延(yan)永,唐祚無疆者也。又(you)敕(chi)翰林學士承(cheng)旨尚書兵(bing)部侍(shi)郎(lang)、知制誥樂朋龜撰碑立(li)(li)之(zhi)(zhi),伏乞頒示天(tian)下(xia),以(yi)表皇家(jia)承(cheng)神仙(xian)之(zhi)(zhi)苗裔,感太(tai)上之(zhi)(zhi)靈宇,實(shi)萬代之(zhi)(zhi)無窮也。 臣今檢會(hui)従會(hui)従國初已來,所(suo)造(zao)宮(gong)觀,約一千九百余(yu)所(suo),度道(dao)士計一萬五(wu)千余(yu)人(ren)。其(qi)親王貴主(zhu)及公(gong)卿士庶,或舍宅舍莊為官,并不(bu)在其(qi)數。則帝王之(zhi)(zhi)盛業,自古至(zhi)于我朝,莫得而述(shu)也。中(zhong)和四年十二月(yue)(yue)十五(wu)日(ri),上都太(tai)清宮(gong)文(wen)章應制弘教大(da)師賜紫道(dao)士臣杜光庭上講。謹記。
