《鐘呂傳道集》13章 還丹


呂曰:“煉(lian)形成(cheng)氣,煉(lian)氣成(cheng)神,煉(lian)神合道(dao),未敢聞命。所(suo)謂還丹者,何(he)也?”

鐘曰:“所(suo)(suo)謂(wei)(wei)丹(dan)(dan)(dan)(dan)者,非色(se)也,紅黃不可(ke)以(yi)致之。所(suo)(suo)謂(wei)(wei)丹(dan)(dan)(dan)(dan)者,非也,甘和不可(ke)以(yi)合(he)(he)之。丹(dan)(dan)(dan)(dan)乃丹(dan)(dan)(dan)(dan)田也。丹(dan)(dan)(dan)(dan)田有三:上田神(shen)會、中(zhong)田氣(qi)(qi)府(fu)、下(xia)田精(jing)(jing)區。精(jing)(jing)中(zhong)生(sheng)氣(qi)(qi),氣(qi)(qi)在中(zhong)丹(dan)(dan)(dan)(dan)。氣(qi)(qi)中(zhong)生(sheng)神(shen),神(shen)在上丹(dan)(dan)(dan)(dan)。真水真氣(qi)(qi)合(he)(he)而(er)成精(jing)(jing),精(jing)(jing)在下(xia)丹(dan)(dan)(dan)(dan)。奉道之士莫不有三丹(dan)(dan)(dan)(dan)。然而(er)氣(qi)(qi)主(zhu)于(yu)腎,未(wei)朝(chao)于(yu)中(zhong)元;神(shen)藏于(yu)心,未(wei)超于(yu)上院(yuan)。所(suo)(suo)謂(wei)(wei)精(jing)(jing)華不能返合(he)(he),雖三丹(dan)(dan)(dan)(dan)終成無用。”

呂曰:“玄中(zhong)有玄,一切之(zhi)(zhi)人莫不有命(ming)。命(ming)中(zhong)無精(jing),非我之(zhi)(zhi)氣也,乃父母之(zhi)(zhi)元陽。無精(jing)則(ze)無氣,非我之(zhi)(zhi)神(shen)(shen)也,乃父母之(zhi)(zhi)元神(shen)(shen)。所謂精(jing)、氣、神(shen)(shen)乃三田之(zhi)(zhi)寶,如何可得(de)而常在于上、中(zhong)、下三宮(gong)也?”

鐘曰:“腎(shen)中生(sheng)氣(qi)(qi)(qi),氣(qi)(qi)(qi)中有真一之水。使水復還于(yu)下丹。則(ze)精養靈根(gen),氣(qi)(qi)(qi)自(zi)生(sheng)矣(yi)。心中生(sheng)液(ye),液(ye)中有正(zheng)陽之氣(qi)(qi)(qi)。使氣(qi)(qi)(qi)復還于(yu)中丹,則(ze)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)養靈源,神自(zi)生(sheng)矣(yi)。集靈為(wei)神,合神入道,以還上丹,而后脫。”

呂曰(yue):“丹田有上、中、下,還者既往而有所歸曰(yue)還丹。還丹之理,奧(ao)旨(zhi)深(shen)微(wei),敢告細說。”

鐘曰:“有(you)(you)小還(huan)丹(dan)(dan)、有(you)(you)大還(huan)丹(dan)(dan)、有(you)(you)七運還(huan)丹(dan)(dan)、有(you)(you)九(jiu)轉還(huan)丹(dan)(dan)、有(you)(you)金(jin)液還(huan)丹(dan)(dan)、有(you)(you)玉(yu)液還(huan)丹(dan)(dan)、有(you)(you)以下(xia)丹(dan)(dan)還(huan)上(shang)丹(dan)(dan)、有(you)(you)以上(shang)丹(dan)(dan)還(huan)中丹(dan)(dan)、有(you)(you)以中丹(dan)(dan)還(huan)下(xia)丹(dan)(dan),有(you)(you)以陽還(huan)陰丹(dan)(dan),有(you)(you)以陰還(huan)陽丹(dan)(dan),……不止于名號不同,亦以時候(hou)差別,而下(xia)手處(chu)各異也。”

呂曰:“所謂(wei)小還(huan)丹者,何也?”

鐘曰:“小(xiao)還丹(dan)(dan)(dan)者,本自(zi)下元(yuan)。下元(yuan)者,五臟之主,三田之本。以(yi)水生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)木,木生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)火(huo),火(huo)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)土(tu),土(tu)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)金(jin),金(jin)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)水。既相生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)也(ye),不差時候(hou),當(dang)(dang)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)而引(yin)未生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng),如(ru)(ru)子母之相愛。以(yi)火(huo)克(ke)金(jin),金(jin)克(ke)木,木克(ke)土(tu),土(tu)克(ke)水。水克(ke)火(huo)。既相克(ke)也(ye),不失分(fen)度,當(dang)(dang)克(ke)而補(bu),未克(ke)如(ru)(ru)夫婦(fu)之相合也(ye)。氣(qi)液轉行(xing),周而復始,自(zi)子至午,陰陽(yang)當(dang)(dang)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng);自(zi)卯至酉(you),陰陽(yang)當(dang)(dang)停。凡一(yi)(yi)晝一(yi)(yi)夜,復還下丹(dan)(dan)(dan),循(xun)環一(yi)(yi)次,而曰小(xiao)還丹(dan)(dan)(dan)。奉道(dao)之士,于中(zhong)采藥,進火(huo)以(yi)面下丹(dan)(dan)(dan),良由此(ci)矣(yi)。”

呂曰:“小還丹(dan)既已知(zhi)矣。所謂大還丹(dan)者,何(he)也?”

鐘(zhong)曰(yue)(yue):“龍虎(hu)相交(jiao)而(er)變黃芽,抽鉛添汞而(er)成(cheng)大藥。玄(xuan)武宮中(zhong)而(er)金晶才起(qi),玉京(jing)山下而(er)真(zhen)(zhen)氣(qi)方升。走(zou)河車于(yu)嶺上(shang)。灌玉液于(yu)中(zhong)衢,自(zi)下田入上(shang)田,自(zi)上(shang)田復(fu)下田,后(hou)起(qi)前來,循環已滿,而(er)曰(yue)(yue)大還丹也。奉道(dao)之(zhi)士,于(yu)中(zhong)起(qi)龍虎(hu)而(er)飛金晶,養(yang)胎仙(xian)而(er)生真(zhen)(zhen)氣(qi),以成(cheng)中(zhong)丹,良由此(ci)矣。”

呂曰:“大(da)還(huan)(huan)丹(dan)既已知(zhi)矣,所謂七返(fan)還(huan)(huan)丹(dan)而九轉還(huan)(huan)丹(dan)者,何(he)也?”

鐘(zhong)曰:“五(wu)行(xing)生(sheng)成(cheng)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)數(shu),五(wu)十有五(wu),天(tian)一(yi)(yi)地二(er)(er)(er)(er),天(tian)三(san)地四(si),天(tian)五(wu)地六(liu)、天(tian)七(qi)地八(ba)、天(tian)九(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)地十。一(yi)(yi)、三(san)、五(wu)、七(qi)、九(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)陽(yang)也(ye)(ye)(ye),共(gong)二(er)(er)(er)(er)十五(wu)。二(er)(er)(er)(er)、四(si)、六(liu)、八(ba)、十陰(yin)也(ye)(ye)(ye),共(gong)三(san)十,自(zi)腎(shen)為(wei)始,水(shui)一(yi)(yi)、火(huo)二(er)(er)(er)(er)、木三(san)、金四(si)、土(tu)五(wu),此則五(wu)行(xing)生(sheng)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)數(shu)也(ye)(ye)(ye),三(san)陽(yang)而(er)二(er)(er)(er)(er)陰(yin)。自(zi)腎(shen)為(wei)始,水(shui)六(liu)、火(huo)七(qi)、木八(ba)、金九(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)、土(tu)十,此則五(wu)行(xing)成(cheng)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)數(shu)也(ye)(ye)(ye),三(san)陰(yin)而(er)二(er)(er)(er)(er)陽(yang)。人(ren)身之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)中(zhong)共(gong)有五(wu)行(xing)生(sheng)成(cheng)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)道:水(shui)為(wei)腎(shen),而(er)腎(shen)得(de)(de)(de)一(yi)(yi)與(yu)六(liu)也(ye)(ye)(ye);火(huo)為(wei)心(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin),而(er)心(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)得(de)(de)(de)二(er)(er)(er)(er)與(yu)七(qi)矣(yi)(yi);木為(wei)肝(gan),而(er)肝(gan)得(de)(de)(de)三(san)與(yu)八(ba)矣(yi)(yi);金為(wei)肺(fei),而(er)肺(fei)得(de)(de)(de)四(si)與(yu)九(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)矣(yi)(yi);土(tu)為(wei)脾,而(er)脾得(de)(de)(de)五(wu)與(yu)十矣(yi)(yi)。每臟各有陰(yin)陽(yang)。陰(yin)以(yi)八(ba)極而(er)二(er)(er)(er)(er)盛(sheng),所(suo)(suo)以(yi),氣(qi)(qi)到肝(gan),而(er)腎(shen)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)余陰(yin)絕(jue)矣(yi)(yi)。氣(qi)(qi)到心(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin),太極而(er)生(sheng)陰(yin),以(yi)二(er)(er)(er)(er)在(zai)心(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)而(er)八(ba)在(zai)肝(gan)也(ye)(ye)(ye)。陽(yang)以(yi)九(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)盡(jin)而(er)一(yi)(yi)盛(sheng),所(suo)(suo)以(yi)液到肺(fei),而(er)心(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)余陰(yin)絕(jue)矣(yi)(yi)。液到腎(shen),太極而(er)生(sheng)陽(yang),以(yi)一(yi)(yi)在(zai)腎(shen)而(er)九(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)在(zai)肺(fei)也(ye)(ye)(ye)。奉道之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)士,始也(ye)(ye)(ye)交媾龍虎(hu),而(er)采心(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)正陽(yang)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)氣(qi)(qi)。正陽(yang)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)氣(qi)(qi)乃心(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)七(qi)也(ye)(ye)(ye),七(qi)返中(zhong)元而(er)入下田,養就胎仙復還(huan)于心(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin),乃曰七(qi)返還(huan)丹者也(ye)(ye)(ye)。二(er)(er)(er)(er)八(ba)陰(yin)消(xiao),真氣(qi)(qi)生(sheng)而(er)心(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)無(wu)陰(yin),以(yi)絕(jue)二(er)(er)(er)(er)也(ye)(ye)(ye)。大(da)藥就而(er)肝(gan)無(wu)陰(yin),以(yi)絕(jue)八(ba)也(ye)(ye)(ye)。既(ji)二(er)(er)(er)(er)八(ba)陰(yin)消(xiao)而(er)九(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)三(san)陽(yang)可長矣(yi)(yi)。肝(gan)以(yi)絕(jue)陽(yang)助于心(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin),則三(san)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)肝(gan)氣(qi)(qi)盛(sheng)矣(yi)(yi)。七(qi)既(ji)還(huan)心(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin),以(yi)絕(jue)肺(fei)液,而(er)肺(fei)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)九(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)轉。而(er)助心(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin),則九(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)三(san)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)陽(yang)長,九(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)轉還(huan)丹也(ye)(ye)(ye)。”

呂曰:“七返者,以(yi)其心(xin)(xin)之陽(yang)(yang)復(fu)還(huan)于(yu)心(xin)(xin)而在中丹(dan)。九轉者,以(yi)其肺之陽(yang)(yang)本自心(xin)(xin)生,轉而復(fu)還(huan)于(yu)心(xin)(xin),亦在中丹(dan)。七返、九轉既已(yi)知矣,所謂金液(ye)、玉液(ye),上、中、下相(xiang)交(jiao),陰(yin)與陽(yang)(yang)往復(fu)而還(huan)丹(dan)者,何也?”

鐘曰(yue)“前賢往圣多以(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)肺(fei)液(ye)(ye)入(ru)(ru)(ru)下(xia)(xia)(xia)田(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)而(er)(er)曰(yue)金(jin)(jin)液(ye)(ye)還(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)丹(dan),心液(ye)(ye)入(ru)(ru)(ru)下(xia)(xia)(xia)田(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)而(er)(er)曰(yue)玉液(ye)(ye)還(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)丹(dan)。此(ci)論非不(bu)妙矣,然而(er)(er)未盡玄機。蓋夫(fu)肺(fei)生腎(shen),以(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)金(jin)(jin)生水(shui)(shui),金(jin)(jin)入(ru)(ru)(ru)水(shui)(shui)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),何得謂(wei)之(zhi)(zhi)還(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)丹(dan)?腎(shen)克心,以(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)水(shui)(shui)克火,水(shui)(shui)入(ru)(ru)(ru)火中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),何得謂(wei)之(zhi)(zhi)還(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)丹(dan)?金(jin)(jin)液(ye)(ye)乃(nai)(nai)肺(fei)液(ye)(ye)也,肺(fei)液(ye)(ye)為胎(tai)胞,含(han)龍虎(hu),保(bao)送在(zai)黃庭之(zhi)(zhi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)。大藥(yao)將成,抽之(zhi)(zhi)肘后,飛起其肺(fei)液(ye)(ye)以(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)入(ru)(ru)(ru)上(shang)宮(gong),而(er)(er)下(xia)(xia)(xia)還(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)丹(dan)。自(zi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)丹(dan)而(er)(er)還(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)下(xia)(xia)(xia)田(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian),故(gu)曰(yue)金(jin)(jin)液(ye)(ye)還(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)丹(dan)也、玉液(ye)(ye)乃(nai)(nai)腎(shen)液(ye)(ye)也,腎(shen)液(ye)(ye)隨元氣(qi)以(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)上(shang)升(sheng)(sheng)而(er)(er)朝于心,積之(zhi)(zhi)而(er)(er)為金(jin)(jin)水(shui)(shui)、舉之(zhi)(zhi)而(er)(er)滿玉池、散(san)而(er)(er)為瓊(qiong)花、煉而(er)(er)為白雪。若(ruo)以(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)納之(zhi)(zhi),自(zi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)田(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)而(er)(er)入(ru)(ru)(ru)下(xia)(xia)(xia)田(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian),有(you)藥(yao)則沐浴胎(tai)仙。若(ruo)以(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)升(sheng)(sheng)之(zhi)(zhi),自(zi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)田(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)入(ru)(ru)(ru)四肢煉形(xing),則更(geng)(geng)遷(qian)塵骨(gu)。不(bu)升(sheng)(sheng)不(bu)納,周而(er)(er)復(fu)還(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan),故(gu)曰(yue)玉液(ye)(ye)還(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)丹(dan)者也。陰極陽(yang)生,陽(yang)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)有(you)真一(yi)之(zhi)(zhi)水(shui)(shui),其水(shui)(shui)隨陽(yang)上(shang)升(sheng)(sheng),是陰還(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)陽(yang)丹(dan)者也。陽(yang)極生陰,陰中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)有(you)正(zheng)陽(yang)之(zhi)(zhi)氣(qi),真氣(qi)隨陰下(xia)(xia)(xia)降,是陽(yang)還(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)陰丹(dan)者也。補腦煉頂,以(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)下(xia)(xia)(xia)還(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)上(shang)。既(ji)濟澆灌以(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)上(shang)還(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)。燒丹(dan)進(jin)火,以(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)還(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)下(xia)(xia)(xia)。煉質焚身,以(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)下(xia)(xia)(xia)還(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)。五(wu)行顛倒,三田(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)返復(fu),互相(xiang)交換。以(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)至(zhi)煉形(xing)化(hua)氣(qi),煉氣(qi)成神。自(zi)不(bu)田(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)遷(qian)而(er)(er)至(zhi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)田(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian),自(zi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)田(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)遷(qian)而(er)(er)至(zhi)上(shang)田(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian),自(zi)上(shang)田(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)遷(qian)而(er)(er)出天門。棄下(xia)(xia)(xia)凡軀,以(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)入(ru)(ru)(ru)圣流仙品(pin),方為三遷(qian)功成。自(zi)下(xia)(xia)(xia)而(er)(er)上(shang),不(bu)復(fu)更(geng)(geng)有(you)還(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)矣。”
