海南白玉蟾,自幼事(shi)陳泥丸,忽已九年,偶一(yi)日,在乎巖(yan)阿松(song)陰之下,風清月明,夜(ye)靜(jing)姻寒,因思生死事(shi)大,無(wu)常(chang)迅(xun)速,遂稽(ji)首再拜而問曰(yue):玉蟾事(shi)師未久,自揣福(fu)薄緣淺,敢問今生有分可仙(xian)乎?
陳泥丸云(yun):人人皆可(ke),況于汝乎?
玉蟾(chan)曰:不避尊嚴之(zhi)責,輒(zhe)伸(shen)僭易之(zhi)問,修仙有幾門?煉(lian)丹有幾法?愚見如玉石(shi)之(zhi)未(wei)分,愿與一言點化。
陳泥丸(wan)云:爾(er)來,吾語汝。修(xiu)仙(xian)有(you)(you)三(san)等,煉丹(dan)(dan)(dan)有(you)(you)三(san)成(cheng)。夫(fu)天仙(xian)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)道(dao),能(neng)變化飛升(sheng)也(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye),上士(shi)可(ke)以(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)學之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),以(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)身為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)鉛(qian)(qian),以(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)心為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)汞(gong),以(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)定為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)水,以(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)慧為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)火(huo),在片餉之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)間(jian),可(ke)以(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)凝結,十月成(cheng)胎,此(ci)乃上品(pin)煉丹(dan)(dan)(dan)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)法(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa),本無卦(gua)(gua)爻(yao)(yao),亦無斤兩(liang),其法(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)簡易,故以(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)心傳(chuan)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),甚(shen)易成(cheng)也(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye);夫(fu)水仙(xian)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)道(dao),能(neng)出入隱顯者也(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye),中(zhong)士(shi)可(ke)以(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)學之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),以(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)氣(qi)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)鉛(qian)(qian),以(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)神(shen)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)汞(gong),以(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)午為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)火(huo),以(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)子(zi)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)水,在百日(ri)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)間(jian),可(ke)以(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)混合,三(san)年成(cheng)象,此(ci)乃中(zhong)品(pin)煉丹(dan)(dan)(dan)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)法(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa),雖有(you)(you)卦(gua)(gua)爻(yao)(yao),卻無斤兩(liang),其法(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)要妙(miao),故以(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)口傳(chuan)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),必可(ke)成(cheng)也(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye);夫(fu)地仙(xian)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)道(dao),能(neng)留(liu)形住世也(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye),庶士(shi)可(ke)以(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)學之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),以(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)精(jing)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)鉛(qian)(qian),以(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)血(xue)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)汞(gong),以(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)腎為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)水,以(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)心為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)火(huo),在一年之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)間(jian),可(ke)以(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)融結,九年成(cheng)功,此(ci)乃下品(pin)煉丹(dan)(dan)(dan)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)法(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa),既有(you)(you)卦(gua)(gua)爻(yao)(yao),又有(you)(you)斤兩(liang),其法(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)繁難,故以(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)文字傳(chuan)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),恐(kong)難成(cheng)也(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)。上品(pin)丹(dan)(dan)(dan)法(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa),以(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)精(jing)神(shen)魂(hun)魄意(yi)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)藥(yao)材,以(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)行住處臥為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)火(huo)候(hou),以(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)清(qing)靜(jing)自然為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)運(yun)用(yong);中(zhong)品(pin)丹(dan)(dan)(dan)法(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa),以(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)心肝(gan)脾肺腎為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)藥(yao)材,以(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)年月日(ri)時為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)火(huo)侯,以(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)抱(bao)元守一為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)運(yun)用(yong);下品(pin)丹(dan)(dan)(dan)法(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa),以(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)精(jing)血(xue)髓氣(qi)液(ye)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)藥(yao)材,以(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)閉咽搐摩為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)火(huo)候(hou),以(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)存思升(sheng)降(jiang)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)運(yun)用(yong)。大抵妙(miao)處不(bu)在乎按圖索駿也(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye),若泥象執文之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)士(shi),空自傲慢,至老無成(cheng)矣(yi)。
玉蟾曰:讀丹經許多年,如在荊棘中行(xing),今(jin)日塵凈鑒明,云開月皎,總萬(wan)法而歸(gui)一(yi),包萬(wan)幻(huan)以歸(gui)真,但未知正在于何處下手用(yong)功也。
陳(chen)泥丸(wan)云:善哉問也!夫(fu)煉丹(dan)之(zhi)要,以(yi)(yi)(yi)身為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)壇爐鼎灶,以(yi)(yi)(yi)心為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)神室,以(yi)(yi)(yi)端坐習定為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)采取,以(yi)(yi)(yi)操持(chi)照顧為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)行火(huo)(huo),以(yi)(yi)(yi)作(zuo)止為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)進退(tui),以(yi)(yi)(yi)斷續不專為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)堤防,以(yi)(yi)(yi)運用為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)抽添,以(yi)(yi)(yi)真(zhen)氣熏(xun)蒸(zheng)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)沐浴,以(yi)(yi)(yi)息念為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)養(yang)火(huo)(huo),以(yi)(yi)(yi)制伏身心為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)野戰(zhan),以(yi)(yi)(yi)凝神聚氣為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)守城,以(yi)(yi)(yi)忘機絕慮為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)生殺,以(yi)(yi)(yi)念頭動處為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)玄牝,以(yi)(yi)(yi)打成(cheng)一塊為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)交結(jie),以(yi)(yi)(yi)歸根復命(ming)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)丹(dan)成(cheng),以(yi)(yi)(yi)移(yi)神為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)換鼎,以(yi)(yi)(yi)身外有身為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)脫胎,以(yi)(yi)(yi)返本還源為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)真(zhen)空,以(yi)(yi)(yi)打破虛空為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)了當,故能聚則(ze)成(cheng)形,散則(ze)成(cheng)氣,去來無礙,逍遙自(zi)然矣。
玉蟾曰(yue):勤(qin)而(er)不遇,必遇至人;遇而(er)不勤(qin),終為下鬼。若此(ci)修丹之法,有何證驗?
陳泥(ni)九(jiu)云(yun):初(chu)修丹時,神(shen)(shen)清氣(qi)爽,身心和(he)暢(chang),宿(su)疾普消,更無(wu)(wu)夢昧,百日(ri)不(bu)食,飲酒不(bu)醉,到此(ci)地位,赤血換為(wei)(wei)白血,陰氣(qi)煉成(cheng)陽(yang)(yang)氣(qi),身如火熱,行(xing)步如飛,口中(zhong)可(ke)以(yi)干(gan)汞(gong),吹氣(qi)可(ke)以(yi)炙內,對境無(wu)(wu)心,如如不(bu)動,役使鬼(gui)神(shen)(shen),呼召雷雨,耳聞九(jiu)天(tian),目視萬里,遍體純陽(yang)(yang),金筋玉骨,陽(yang)(yang)神(shen)(shen)現(xian)形(xing)(xing),出入自然(ran),此(ci)乃長(chang)生(sheng)不(bu)死(si)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)道(dao)(dao)畢矣。但(dan)(dan)恐世(shi)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)執著藥物、火候之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)說,以(yi)為(wei)(wei)有(you)形(xing)(xing)有(you)為(wei)(wei),而不(bu)能頓悟(wu)也。夫豈知混(hun)沌未分以(yi)前(qian),焉有(you)年月日(ri)時?父母未生(sheng)以(yi)前(qian),烏有(you)精血氣(qi)液(ye)?道(dao)(dao)本(ben)無(wu)(wu)形(xing)(xing),喻之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)為(wei)(wei)龍(long)虎;道(dao)(dao)本(ben)無(wu)(wu)名(ming),比之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)為(wei)(wei)鉛汞(gong)。若是(shi)學(xue)天(tian)仙(xian)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren),須(xu)是(shi)形(xing)(xing)神(shen)(shen)俱(ju)妙(miao)(miao),與道(dao)(dao)合真(zhen)可(ke)也,豈可(ke)被(bei)陰陽(yang)(yang)束縛在五行(xing)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)中(zhong),要當(dang)跳出天(tian)地之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)外,方可(ke)名(ming)為(wei)(wei)得道(dao)(dao)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)士矣。或者疑曰:此(ci)法(fa)與禪(chan)學(xue)稍同。殊不(bu)知終日(ri)談演問(wen)答,乃是(shi)干(gan)慧(hui),長(chang)年枯兀昏沉,乃是(shi)幻空,然(ran)天(tian)仙(xian)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)學(xue),如水晶盤中(zhong)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)珠,轉漉(lu)漉(lu)地,活潑潑地,自然(ran)圓陀(tuo)(tuo)陀(tuo)(tuo)、光爍爍。所謂天(tian)仙(xian)者,此(ci)乃金仙(xian)也。夫此(ci)不(bu)可(ke)言傳之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)妙(miao)(miao)也,人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)誰知之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)?人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)誰行(xing)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)?天(tian)下無(wu)(wu)二道(dao)(dao),圣人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)無(wu)(wu)兩(liang)心,何況(kuang)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)具足(zu),個個圓成(cheng)。正所謂處處綠楊堪系馬,家(jia)家(jia)門(men)閫透長(chang)安,但(dan)(dan)取(qu)其捷徑云(yun)爾。
玉蟾曰(yue):天下學(xue)仙者紛(fen)紛(fen),然良由學(xue)而不遇(yu),遇(yu)而不行(xing)(xing),行(xing)(xing)而不勒,乃至老來(lai)甘心赴死(si)于(yu)九(jiu)泉之下,豈不悲哉!今(jin)將(jiang)師(shi)傳口(kou)訣(jue),鋟木以傳于(yu)世。惟此(ci)泄露天機(ji)甚矣,得無譴(qian)乎?
泥(ni)丸云:吾將點化天下神仙(xian),茍(gou)獲罪者,天其不天乎!經(jing)云我命在(zai)我不在(zai)天,何譴之(zhi)有?
玉蟾曰:師祖張(zhang)平叔(shu),三傳(chuan)非(fei)人,三遭禍患(huan),何也?
泥九云:彼一(yi)時(shi)自無(wu)眼(yan)力,又況(kuang)運心不普乎!噫!師在天(tian)涯,弟子在海角,何(he)況(kuang)塵(chen)勞中(zhong)識人甚難(nan),今但刊此散行(xing)天(tian)下,使修仙之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)士,可(ke)以尋文揣義,妙理昭然,是乃天(tian)授矣(yi),何(he)必乎筆(bi)舌(she)以傳(chuan)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)哉!但能凝然靜(jing)定,念中(zhong)無(wu)念,工夫(fu)純粹,打成-片,終日(ri)默默,如(ru)雞抱卵(luan),則(ze)神歸氣(qi)復,自然見(jian)玄關一(yi)竅。其(qi)大無(wu)外,其(qi)小(xiao)無(wu)內,則(ze)是采取先天(tian)一(yi)氣(qi),以為金(jin)丹之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)母(mu)。勤而行(xing)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),指日(ri)可(ke)以與鐘、呂并駕矣(yi)!此乃己試之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)效驗,學仙者無(wu)所指南(nan),謹集問答之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)要,名之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)曰《修仙辨惑論(lun)》云。
