此道家內丹內丹術之丹道養生內丹術要(yao)論,由道醫(yi)閣整編自明代正統道藏:論還(huan)丹
呂(lv)曰:煉形(xing)成氣,煉氣成神,煉神合道,未(wei)敢聞命。所(suo)謂還丹者何也(ye)?
鐘曰:所謂丹(dan)(dan)者(zhe),非(fei)色也,紅黃不(bu)可以(yi)致(zhi)之。所謂丹(dan)(dan)者(zhe),非(fei)味也,甘(gan)和不(bu)可以(yi)合之。丹(dan)(dan)乃丹(dan)(dan)田(tian)(tian)也,丹(dan)(dan)田(tian)(tian)有三(san):上(shang)田(tian)(tian)神舍,中(zhong)田(tian)(tian)氣(qi)(qi)府(fu),下田(tian)(tian)精(jing)(jing)區。精(jing)(jing)中(zhong)生(sheng)氣(qi)(qi),氣(qi)(qi)在中(zhong)丹(dan)(dan),氣(qi)(qi)中(zhong)生(sheng)神,神在上(shang)丹(dan)(dan),真(zhen)水真(zhen)氣(qi)(qi)合而成精(jing)(jing)二精(jing)(jing)在下丹(dan)(dan)。奉(feng)道(dao)之士,莫不(bu)有三(san)丹(dan)(dan)。然(ran)而,氣(qi)(qi)生(sheng)于(yu)腎未朝于(yu)中(zhong)元,神藏于(yu)心未超(chao)于(yu)上(shang)院,所謂精(jing)(jing)華不(bu)能返合,雖三(san)丹(dan)(dan),終成無(wu)用(yong)。
呂曰:玄中有玄,一切(qie)之(zhi)人莫不(bu)有命,命中無精(jing)(jing),非我之(zhi)氣也,乃父(fu)母(mu)(mu)之(zhi)元(yuan)陽無精(jing)(jing)則無氣,非我之(zhi)神(shen)也,乃父(fu)母(mu)(mu)之(zhi)元(yuan)神(shen)。所謂精(jing)(jing)氣神(shen),乃三田之(zhi)寶,如何可得而常在于上中下三宮也?
鐘呂:腎中(zhong)生(sheng)氣(qi),氣(qi)中(zhong)有真(zhen)一之水,使(shi)水復(fu)還于(yu)下丹(dan),則精養(yang)靈根,氣(qi)自生(sheng)矣。心(xin)中(zhong)生(sheng)液,液中(zhong)有正陽之氣(qi),使(shi)氣(qi)復(fu)還于(yu)中(zhong)丹(dan),則氣(qi)養(yang)靈源,神自生(sheng)矣。集靈為神,合神入道以(yi)還上(shang)丹(dan),而后超脫。
呂(lv)曰(yue):丹(dan)(dan)田有上中下,還者既(ji)往而有所歸,曰(yue)還丹(dan)(dan)。還丹(dan)(dan)之理,奧旨淵微,敢告細說。
鐘曰:有(you)小(xiao)還(huan)(huan)丹(dan),有(you)大還(huan)(huan)丹(dan),有(you)七(qi)返還(huan)(huan)丹(dan),有(you)九轉還(huan)(huan)丹(dan),有(you)金液還(huan)(huan)丹(dan),有(you)玉液還(huan)(huan)丹(dan),有(you)以(yi)下丹(dan)還(huan)(huan)上丹(dan),有(you)以(yi)上丹(dan)還(huan)(huan)中(zhong)丹(dan),有(you)以(yi)中(zhong)丹(dan)還(huan)(huan)下丹(dan),有(you)以(yi)陽(yang)還(huan)(huan)陰丹(dan),有(you)以(yi)陰還(huan)(huan)陽(yang)丹(dan),不止于名號不同,亦以(yi)時候(hou)差(cha)別(bie)而下手處(chu)各異也。
呂(lv)曰(yue):小還丹者何(he)也?
鐘曰:小還(huan)(huan)丹者,本自下(xia)元。下(xia)元者五藏之(zhi)主,三田之(zhi)本,以(yi)(yi)水生(sheng)(sheng)木(mu),木(mu)生(sheng)(sheng)火(huo)(huo),火(huo)(huo)生(sheng)(sheng)土(tu),土(tu)生(sheng)(sheng)金,金生(sheng)(sheng)水,既相生(sheng)(sheng)也(ye)(ye),不(bu)差(cha)時(shi)候,當生(sheng)(sheng)而(er)引未生(sheng)(sheng),如(ru)子(zi)母之(zhi)相愛也(ye)(ye)。以(yi)(yi)火(huo)(huo)克(ke)金,金克(ke)木(mu),木(mu)克(ke)土(tu),土(tu)克(ke)水,水克(ke)火(huo)(huo),既相克(ke)也(ye)(ye),不(bu)失(shi)分(fen)度,當克(ke)而(er)補未克(ke),始如(ru)夫婦(fu)之(zhi)相合也(ye)(ye)。氣液轉行,周而(er)復(fu)、自子(zi)至(zhi)午(wu)陰(yin)陽(yang)當生(sheng)(sheng),自卯至(zhi)酉陰(yin)當停,凡一晝(zhou)一夜(ye),復(fu)還(huan)(huan)下(xia)丹。巡還(huan)(huan)一次(ci),而(er)曰小還(huan)(huan)丹也(ye)(ye)。奉道(dao)這士,于中采藥進火(huo)(huo)以(yi)(yi)成(cheng)下(xia)丹,良由此矣。
呂曰:小還(huan)丹既已知(zhi)矣,所謂(wei)大還(huan)者何也(ye)?
鐘曰(yue):龍虎相交而(er)(er)變黃芽,抽(chou)鉛添汞而(er)(er)成大藥,玄武宮(gong)中而(er)(er)金精(jing)才(cai)起(qi),玉京山下而(er)(er)真氣方升,走河車于嶺上,灌玉液于中衢,自下田(tian)(tian)入上田(tian)(tian),自上田(tian)(tian)復下田(tian)(tian),后(hou)起(qi)前來,循環(huan)已滿(man),而(er)(er)日大還丹也(ye)。奉道(dao)之(zhi)士,于中起(qi)龍虎而(er)(er)飛(fei)金精(jing),養胎仙(xian)而(er)(er)生真黑,以成中丹,良(liang)由此矣(yi)。
呂曰:大還丹既已知矣,所謂七返還丹而(er)九轉(zhuan)還丹者何也?
鐘曰:五(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)行生(sheng)(sheng)成之(zhi)數五(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)十有五(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu),天(tian)一(yi)地(di)(di)二(er)(er)(er)(er),天(tian)三(san)(san)(san)地(di)(di)四(si),天(tian)五(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)地(di)(di)六(liu),天(tian)七地(di)(di)八(ba)(ba)(ba),天(tian)九(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)地(di)(di)十。一(yi)三(san)(san)(san)五(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)七九(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu),陽(yang)也(ye)(ye),共(gong)二(er)(er)(er)(er)十五(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu);二(er)(er)(er)(er)四(si)六(liu)八(ba)(ba)(ba)十,陰(yin)(yin)也(ye)(ye),共(gong)三(san)(san)(san)十。自(zi)(zi)腎(shen)(shen)為始,水(shui)一(yi),火(huo)二(er)(er)(er)(er),木三(san)(san)(san),金(jin)四(si),土(tu)五(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu),此(ci)則(ze)五(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)行生(sheng)(sheng)之(zhi)數也(ye)(ye),三(san)(san)(san)陽(yang)而(er)(er)(er)二(er)(er)(er)(er)陰(yin)(yin)。自(zi)(zi)腎(shen)(shen)為始,水(shui)六(liu),火(huo)七,木八(ba)(ba)(ba),金(jin)九(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu),土(tu)十,此(ci)則(ze)五(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)行成之(zhi)數也(ye)(ye),三(san)(san)(san)陰(yin)(yin)而(er)(er)(er)二(er)(er)(er)(er)陽(yang)。人身之(zhi)中,共(gong)有五(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)行生(sheng)(sheng)成之(zhi)道(dao),水(shui)為腎(shen)(shen),而(er)(er)(er)腎(shen)(shen)得一(yi)與(yu)(yu)六(liu)也(ye)(ye);火(huo)為心,而(er)(er)(er)心得二(er)(er)(er)(er)與(yu)(yu)七矣(yi);木為肝(gan)(gan),而(er)(er)(er)肝(gan)(gan)得三(san)(san)(san)與(yu)(yu)八(ba)(ba)(ba)矣(yi);金(jin)為肺(fei)(fei),而(er)(er)(er)肺(fei)(fei)得四(si)與(yu)(yu)九(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)矣(yi),土(tu)為脾,而(er)(er)(er)脾得五(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)與(yu)(yu)十矣(yi)。每藏各有陰(yin)(yin)陽(yang)。陰(yin)(yin)以(yi)(yi)八(ba)(ba)(ba)極(ji)而(er)(er)(er)二(er)(er)(er)(er)盛(sheng)(sheng),所以(yi)(yi)氣(qi)到(dao)肝(gan)(gan)而(er)(er)(er)腎(shen)(shen)之(zhi)余陰(yin)(yin)絕(jue)矣(yi),氣(qi)到(dao)心太極(ji)而(er)(er)(er)生(sheng)(sheng)陰(yin)(yin),以(yi)(yi)二(er)(er)(er)(er)在(zai)(zai)心,而(er)(er)(er)八(ba)(ba)(ba)在(zai)(zai)肝(gan)(gan)也(ye)(ye)。陽(yang)以(yi)(yi)九(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)盡而(er)(er)(er)一(yi)盛(sheng)(sheng),所以(yi)(yi)液(ye)(ye)到(dao)肺(fei)(fei)而(er)(er)(er)心之(zhi)余陽(yang)絕(jue)矣(yi),液(ye)(ye)到(dao)腎(shen)(shen)太極(ji)而(er)(er)(er)生(sheng)(sheng)陽(yang),以(yi)(yi)一(yi)在(zai)(zai)腎(shen)(shen),而(er)(er)(er)九(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)在(zai)(zai)肺(fei)(fei)也(ye)(ye)。奉道(dao)之(zhi)士,始也(ye)(ye)交媾龍虎而(er)(er)(er)采心之(zhi)正陽(yang)之(zhi)氣(qi),正陽(yang)之(zhi)氣(qi)乃心之(zhi)七也(ye)(ye),七返(fan)(fan)中元而(er)(er)(er)入下(xia)田,養就胎(tai)仙,復還(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)于心,乃曰七返(fan)(fan)還(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)丹者(zhe)也(ye)(ye)。二(er)(er)(er)(er)八(ba)(ba)(ba)陰(yin)(yin)消,真氣(qi)生(sheng)(sheng)而(er)(er)(er)心無(wu)陰(yin)(yin),以(yi)(yi)絕(jue)二(er)(er)(er)(er)也(ye)(ye),大藥就而(er)(er)(er)肝(gan)(gan)無(wu)陰(yin)(yin),以(yi)(yi)絕(jue)八(ba)(ba)(ba)也(ye)(ye)。既二(er)(er)(er)(er)八(ba)(ba)(ba)陰(yin)(yin)消,而(er)(er)(er)九(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)三(san)(san)(san)陽(yang)可(ke)長矣(yi)。肝(gan)(gan)以(yi)(yi)絕(jue)陽(yang)助于心,則(ze)三(san)(san)(san)之(zhi),肝(gan)(gan)氣(qi)盛(sheng)(sheng)矣(yi);七既還(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)心,以(yi)(yi)絕(jue)肺(fei)(fei)液(ye)(ye),而(er)(er)(er)肺(fei)(fei)之(zhi)九(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)轉而(er)(er)(er)助心,則(ze)九(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)三(san)(san)(san)之(zhi)陽(yang)長,九(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)轉還(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)丹也(ye)(ye)。
呂曰:七返者,以其心之陽復還(huan)于心,而(er)在中(zhong)丹(dan)(dan);九轉(zhuan)者,以其肺之陽本自心生,轉(zhuan)而(er)復還(huan)于心,亦在中(zhong)丹(dan)(dan),七返九轉(zhuan),既已知矣,所(suo)謂金液玉液,上(shang)中(zhong)下(xia)相(xiang)交,陰與(yu)陽往復而(er)還(huan)丹(dan)(dan)者何(he)也?
鐘曰(yue):前賢往圣,多(duo)以(yi)(yi)肺(fei)(fei)液(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)人下(xia)(xia)(xia)田(tian)(tian)(tian)而(er)曰(yue)金(jin)液(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)還(huan)(huan)(huan)丹(dan)(dan),心(xin)液(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)入(ru)(ru)(ru)下(xia)(xia)(xia)田(tian)(tian)(tian)而(er)日玉液(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)還(huan)(huan)(huan)丹(dan)(dan)。此論非不(bu)妙矣(yi),然(ran)而(er)未盡(jin)玄機。蓋夫肺(fei)(fei)生腎,以(yi)(yi)金(jin)生水(shui)(shui),金(jin)入(ru)(ru)(ru)水(shui)(shui)中(zhong)(zhong),何(he)得謂(wei)之(zhi)(zhi)還(huan)(huan)(huan)丹(dan)(dan)?腎克心(xin)以(yi)(yi)水(shui)(shui)克火(huo),水(shui)(shui)入(ru)(ru)(ru)火(huo)中(zhong)(zhong),何(he)得謂(wei)之(zhi)(zhi)還(huan)(huan)(huan)丹(dan)(dan)?金(jin)液(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)乃肺(fei)(fei)液(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)也(ye),肺(fei)(fei)液(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)為(wei)胎胞,含(han)龍虎,保送在黃庭(ting)之(zhi)(zhi)中(zhong)(zhong),大藥將(jiang)成,抽之(zhi)(zhi)肘后(hou)飛起,其肺(fei)(fei)液(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)以(yi)(yi)入(ru)(ru)(ru)上(shang)宮,而(er)下(xia)(xia)(xia)還(huan)(huan)(huan)中(zhong)(zhong)丹(dan)(dan),自(zi)(zi)(zi)中(zhong)(zhong)丹(dan)(dan)而(er)還(huan)(huan)(huan)下(xia)(xia)(xia)田(tian)(tian)(tian),故日金(jin)液(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)還(huan)(huan)(huan)丹(dan)(dan)也(ye)。玉液(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)乃腎液(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)也(ye),腎液(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)隨(sui)元氣以(yi)(yi)上(shang)玉池,散而(er)為(wei)瓊花,煉(lian)(lian)而(er)為(wei)白雪,若(ruo)以(yi)(yi)納(na)之(zhi)(zhi)自(zi)(zi)(zi)中(zhong)(zhong)田(tian)(tian)(tian)而(er)入(ru)(ru)(ru)下(xia)(xia)(xia)田(tian)(tian)(tian)有藥,則(ze)沐(mu)浴胎仙,若(ruo)以(yi)(yi)升(sheng)(sheng)之(zhi)(zhi)自(zi)(zi)(zi)中(zhong)(zhong)田(tian)(tian)(tian)而(er)入(ru)(ru)(ru)四支(zhi)煉(lian)(lian)形,則(ze)更遷(qian)(qian)塵骨,不(bu)升(sheng)(sheng)不(bu)納(na),周而(er)復(fu)還(huan)(huan)(huan),故日一之(zhi)(zhi)水(shui)(shui),其水(shui)(shui)隨(sui)陽上(shang)升(sheng)(sheng),是陰還(huan)(huan)(huan)陽丹(dan)(dan)者也(ye)。陽極生陰,陰中(zhong)(zhong)有正陽之(zhi)(zhi)氣,其氣隨(sui)陰下(xia)(xia)(xia)降(jiang),是陽還(huan)(huan)(huan)陰丹(dan)(dan)者也(ye)。補腦煉(lian)(lian)頂(ding),以(yi)(yi)下(xia)(xia)(xia)還(huan)(huan)(huan)上(shang);既(ji)濟澆灌,以(yi)(yi)上(shang)還(huan)(huan)(huan)中(zhong)(zhong);燒(shao)丹(dan)(dan)進火(huo),以(yi)(yi)中(zhong)(zhong)還(huan)(huan)(huan)下(xia)(xia)(xia),煉(lian)(lian)質焚(fen)身(shen),以(yi)(yi)下(xia)(xia)(xia)還(huan)(huan)(huan)中(zhong)(zhong)。五行顛倒(dao),三田(tian)(tian)(tian)返復(fu),互相交換,以(yi)(yi)至孫形化(hua)氣,,煉(lian)(lian)氣成神,自(zi)(zi)(zi)下(xia)(xia)(xia)田(tian)(tian)(tian)遷(qian)(qian)而(er)至中(zhong)(zhong)田(tian)(tian)(tian),自(zi)(zi)(zi)中(zhong)(zhong)田(tian)(tian)(tian)遷(qian)(qian)而(er)至上(shang)田(tian)(tian)(tian),自(zi)(zi)(zi)上(shang)田(tian)(tian)(tian)遷(qian)(qian)而(er)出(chu)天門,棄下(xia)(xia)(xia)凡軀(qu)以(yi)(yi)入(ru)(ru)(ru)圣流仙品(pin),方為(wei)三遷(qian)(qian)功成。自(zi)(zi)(zi)下(xia)(xia)(xia)而(er)上(shang),不(bu)復(fu)更有還(huan)(huan)(huan)矣(yi)。
