【形態特(te)征】一年(nian)生(sheng)草(cao)(cao)本植(zhi)物,高20~60厘米。全株(zhu)有粗毛。莖直立或平伏,多分枝,莖節(jie)著地生(sheng)根。葉(xie)對生(sheng),葉(xie)片披針形,邊緣常有細鋸(ju)齒,無柄。折斷莖葉(xie)即流出(chu)液汁,數分鐘后即變成(cheng)藍黑(hei)色,頭狀(zhuang)花小,色白,生(sheng)于葉(xie)腋(ye)或枝頂。瘦果黑(hei)色。全草(cao)(cao)干燥后呈黑(hei)色,故(gu)稱“墨旱蓮”。全草(cao)(cao)入(ru)藥,夏、秋采收,鮮用或曬干。
【生長環境】我國南北各地均(jun)有分布。多生于(yu)溪溝、田邊、屋(wu)旁陰濕處。
【性(xing)味(wei)(wei)功效(xiao)】味(wei)(wei)甘、酸,性(xing)涼。涼血止血,消腫排膿(nong),滋陰補腎。
【驗方(fang)精(jing)選(xuan)】第一方(fang):旱蓮草120克。
用法:加(jia)紅糖(tang)或白糖(tang),水煎,溫腹,每日1劑。
主治:紅痢、白痢。第二方:鮮旱蓮草50克(ke),米酒適(shi)量。
用法:搗爛,加水,酒攪勻(yun),取汁服。
主(zhu)治:夾陰傷寒(癥見高(gao)熱(re)、頭重、全(quan)身酸楚(chu)、眼花、舌苔黃(huang))。第三方(fang):鮮(xian)旱蓮草(cao)適量。
用法:洗凈(jing)搗汁,每(mei)次服30~40毫(hao)升,每(mei)日3次。
主治(zhi):急性(xing)出血性(xing)壞死性(xing)腸(chang)炎。第四(si)方(fang):旱蓮草90~120克。
用法:洗凈搗汁。外涂患外,每日數次。解毒止(zhi)痛(tong)。
主治:帶狀皰(pao)疹。第五方:旱蓮(lian)草20克,仙(xian)鶴草15克,白茅根30克。
用法(fa):水(shui)煎服,每日1劑。
主治:吐(tu)血、咯血、衄(nv)血、尿血、月(yue)經過(guo)多(duo)。第六方(fang):鮮旱蓮草適量。
用法:洗凈,將(jiang)莖葉置手中搓爛,外敷傷(shang)口。或將(jiang)鮮旱(han)蓮(lian)草(cao)洗凈焙干,研成(cheng)細(xi)粉,外涂(tu)于傷(shang)口上。
