制法 : 上藥研為細末,鹽煮面糊為丸.如梧桐子大。
功能主治 : 溫補肝腎(shen),暖丹田,聰耳目,老(lao)人(ren)(ren)常服(fu)益壽延年。積年冷病,及遺精(jing),白濁,婦人(ren)(ren)赤(chi)白帶下。
用法用量 : 每服40~50丸,空腹(fu)時用鹽湯(tang)或溫酒(jiu)送下。

別名 : 八物(wu)腎氣丸、腎氣丸、陳氏八味丸
處方 : 八味丸去附子(zi),加五味子(zi)。
功能主治 : 平補氣血,堅固牙齒(chi),活(huo)血,駐顏益壽(shou)。主腎陰不足,虛火上(shang)炎,消渴,面赤足冷,大風冷,消渴,咳嗽痰多。
用法用量 : 八(ba)物(wu)腎氣丸、腎氣丸(《御(yu)藥院方(fang)(fang)》卷六)、陳氏八(ba)味(wei)丸(《飼鶴(he)亭集方(fang)(fang)》)。《御(yu)藥院方(fang)(fang)》本方(fang)(fang)用法(fa):上(shang)為細末(mo),煉蜜為丸,如梧桐(tong)子(zi)大(da)。每服五十丸,空(kong)心、食前溫酒(jiu)送下,一日(ri)二次。

《魏氏家藏方》卷九:八味丸
處方 : 牛膝(去(qu)(qu)蘆,酒(jiu)浸(jin)1宿)、當歸(gui)(去(qu)(qu)蘆,酒(jiu)浸(jin)1宿)、菟絲子(zi)(洗凈,酒(jiu)浸(jin)3宿,研(yan)成餅)、地(di)(di)骨皮(去(qu)(qu)土(tu)(tu))、遠志(zhi)(湯(tang)泡(pao),去(qu)(qu)心)、石菖蒲(pu)(9節者,去(qu)(qu)毛)、綿(mian)黃(huang)(huang)耆(qi)(蜜炙)、熟干地(di)(di)黃(huang)(huang)(去(qu)(qu)土(tu)(tu))各(ge)等(deng)分。
制法 : 上為細(xi)末(mo),酒(jiu)煮(zhu)山藥糊為丸(wan),如梧桐(tong)子(zi)大(da)。
功能主治 : 補肝腎,明眼目。主
用法用量 : 每服50丸,空心(xin)鹽湯(tang)送下。

處方 : 枳殼(ke)半兩,杏仁120粒(去皮尖),鹽(yan)梅7枚,巴豆20粒(去油(you)),好茶(cha)末4錢,黃連1兩,黃蠟5錢,百草霜2兩,蓮蓬1兩。
制法 : 上為(wei)末,溶黃蠟為(wei)丸。
功能主治 : 赤白痢。
用法用量 : 赤白(bai)痢,甘草湯送下;白(bai)痢,白(bai)姜湯送下。

功能主治 : 老人(ren)常服延壽延年,溫平補肝腎,清上(shang)實(shi)下,分(fen)清濁二氣,補暖丹田(tian)。主(zhu)積年冷病,累歲(sui)沉(chen)疴(ke),遺精白(bai)濁,赤白(bai)帶下。
用法用量 : 每服(fu)40-50丸,空心、食前鹽湯送下;溫酒亦得。
