處方 : 靈芝500g,首烏500g,核桃仁250g,苡仁250g。
功能主治 : 滋養(yang)肝(gan)腎(shen),補(bu)益(yi)精血,調和脾肺。主肝(gan)腎(shen)陰虛,精血虧損,癥見頭暈頭痛,失眠多夢,心悸(ji)健忘(wang),大(da)便不暢,或(huo)兼咳喘。臨床用于高(gao)血壓痛,冠心病(bing)、腦動(dong)脈硬化(hua)癥、脂(zhi)肪肝(gan)及(ji)高(gao)膽固醇(chun)血癥。
用法用量 : 首烏、靈芝、苡仁反復濃(nong)煎,加(jia)蜜(mi)收膏。將核桃肉(rou)研碎末兌入。
注意 : 陽虛及腹瀉者忌用。

梅君圣俞作是賦,曾不我鄙,而寄以為好.因勉而和之,庶幾感物之意同歸而殊涂矣。
“靈烏靈烏,爾之為禽兮,何不高翔而遠翥(zhù)?何為號呼于人兮,告吉兇而逢怒?方將折爾翅而烹爾軀,徒悔焉而亡路。”
