【拼音名】Tao Ren
【別名】 桃核仁(《本經》)。
【來源】 為薔薇科植物桃或山桃的種子。6~7月果實成熱時采摘,除去果肉及核殼,取出種子,曬干。放陰涼干燥處,防蟲蛀、走油。
【原形態】
1桃(《詩經》)又名:毛桃(《綱目》),白桃、紅桃。
落葉小喬木,高達8米。小枝綠色或半邊紅褐色,無毛,冬芽有細柔毛。葉互生,在短枝上呈簇生狀;葉片橢圓狀披針形至倒卵狀披針形,中部最闊,長8~15厘米,寬2~3.5厘米,先端長尖,基部闊楔形,邊緣具細鋸齒,兩面無毛;葉柄長7~12毫米,具腺點。花通常單生,直徑約2.5~3.5厘米;具短梗;萼片5,基部合生成短萼筒,紅色,外面有絨毛;花瓣5,倒卵形,粉紅色;雄蕊多數,著生于萼筒邊緣;子房1室,花柱細長,柱頭小,圓頭狀。核果近球形,直徑5~7厘米,有短絨毛;果肉白色或黃色;核極硬,有不規則的凹點及深溝。種子1枚,扁卵狀心形。花期4月,先葉開放。果熟期6~7月。
全國各地普遍栽培。
2山桃(《爾雅》),又名:榹桃(《爾雅》),山毛桃、野桃、花桃。
落葉小喬木,高5~9米。葉互生;托葉早落;葉柄長1.5~3厘米;葉片卵狀披針形,長4~8厘米,寬2~3.5厘米,中部以上漸尖,近基部最寬,基部呈廣楔形或圓形,邊緣具細鋸齒。花單生;萼片5,多無毛;花瓣5,闊倒卵形,粉紅色至白色。核果近圓形;黃綠色,表面被黃褐色柔毛,果肉離核;核小堅硬,表面有網狀的凹紋。種子1枚,棕紅色。花期3~4月。果期6~7月。
多生于石灰巖的山谷中。分布遼寧、河北、河南、山東、山西、四川、云南、貴州、陜西等地。
以上兩種植物的根及根皮(桃根)、去掉栓皮的樹皮(桃莖白皮)、嫩枝(桃枝)、葉(桃葉)、花(桃花)、成熟的果實(桃子)、未成熟的果實(碧桃干)、樹脂(桃膠)亦供藥用,各詳專條。
【生境分布】主產四川、云南、陜西、山東、河北、山西、河南等地。
【性狀】干燥種子呈扁平長卵形,長1~1.6厘米,寬0.8~1厘米,外表紅棕色或黃棕色,有縱皺。先端尖,中間膨大,基部鈍圓而扁斜,自底部散出多數脈紋,臍點位于上部邊緣上,深褐色,棱線狀微突起。種皮菲薄,質脆;種仁乳白色,富含油脂,2子葉之結合面有空隙。氣微弱,味微苦。以顆粒均勻、飽滿、整齊、不破碎者為佳。
【化學成份】桃仁含苦杏仁甙約3.6%,揮發油0.4%,脂肪油45%;油中主含油酸甘油酯和少量亞油酸甘油酯。另含苦杏仁酶等。
【藥理作用】苦杏仁甙之藥理見杏仁條。桃仁的醇提取物有抗血凝作用及較弱的溶血作用。對正常大鼠有降壓作用,乃中毒所致。桃仁提取物0.5克(相當生藥4.0克)溶于1毫升水中,每日飼喂大鼠,共1周,對血糖、血清蛋白、肝功能檢查,及肺、心、肝、脾、腎及腎上腺的組織學檢查,皆無異常。
【炮制】除去硬殼雜質,置沸水鍋中煮至外皮微皺,撈出,浸入涼水中,搓去種皮,曬乾,簸凈。

苦甘,平。

【功能主治】
破血行瘀,潤燥滑腸。治經閉,癥瘕,熱病蓄血,風痹,瘧疾,跌打損傷,瘀血腫痛,血燥便秘。
1《本經》:主瘀血,血閉癥瘕,邪氣,殺小蟲。
2《別錄》:止咳逆上氣,消心下堅,除卒暴擊血,破癥瘕,通脈,止痛。
3孟詵:殺三蟲,止心痛。
4《醫學啟源》:治大便血結。
5李杲:治熱入血室,腹中滯血,皮膚血熱燥癢,皮膚凝聚之血。
6《滇南本草》:治血痰。
7《綱目》:主血滯風痹,骨蒸,肝瘧寒熱,產后血病。
8《現代實用中藥》:治高血壓及慢性盲腸炎,婦人子宮血腫。
【用法用量】內服:煎湯,1.5~3錢;或入丸、散。外用:搗敷。
【注意】
孕婦忌服。
1《醫學入門》:血燥虛者慎之。

3《本草經疏》:凡經閉不通由于血枯,而不由于瘀滯;產后腹痛由于血虛,而不由于留血結塊;大便不通由于津液不足,而不由于血燥秘結,法并忌之。
【附方】
1治婦人室女,血閉不通,五心煩熱:桃仁(焙)、紅花、當歸(洗焙)、杜牛膝等分為末。每服三錢,溫酒調下,空心食前。(《楊氏家藏方》桃仁散)
2治產后腹痛,干血著臍下,亦主經水不利:大黃三兩,桃仁二十枚,蟅蟲二十枚(熬,去足)。上三味,末之,煉蜜和為四丸,以酒一升煎一丸,取八合。頓服之,新血下如豚肝。(《金匱要略》下瘀血湯)
3治產后血閉:桃仁二十枚(去皮、尖),藕一塊。水煎服之。(《唐瑤經驗方》)
4治產后惡露不凈,脈弦滯澀者:桃仁三錢,當歸三錢,赤芍、桂心各錢半,沙糖三錢(炒炭)。水煎,去渣溫服。(《醫略六書》桃仁煎)
5治血癥,漏下不止:桃仁(去皮、尖,熬)、芍藥、桂枝、茯苓、牡丹(去心)各等分。上五味為末,煉蜜和丸如兔屎大。每日食前服一丸,不知,加至三丸。(《金匱要略》桂枝茯苓丸)
6治太陽病不解,熱結膀胱,其人如狂,少腹急結:桃仁五十個(去皮、尖),大黃四兩,桂枝二兩(去皮),甘草(炙)二兩,芒硝二兩。上五味,以水七升,煮取二升半,去滓,內芒硝,更上火微沸,下火。先食溫服五合,日三服,當微利。(《傷寒論》桃核承氣湯)
7治傷寒蓄血,發熱如狂,少腹鞭滿,小便自利:桃仁二十個(去皮、尖),大黃三兩(酒洗),水蛭(熬)、虻蟲(去翅、足,熬)各三十個。上四味,以水五升,煮取三升,去滓。溫服一升,不下,更服。(《傷寒論》抵當湯)
8治熱邪干于血分,溺血蓄血者:桃仁三錢(研如泥),丹皮、當歸、赤芍各一錢,阿膠二錢,滑石五錢。水煎服。(《瘟疫論》桃仁湯)
9治上氣咳嗽,胸膈痞滿,氣喘:桃仁三兩,去皮、尖,以水一大升,研汁,和粳米二合,煮粥食。(《食醫心鏡》)
十治老人虛秘:桃仁、柏子仁、火麻仁、松子仁等分。同研,烙白蠟和丸如桐子大,以少黃丹湯下。(《湯液本草》)
⑾治里急后重,大便不快:桃仁(去皮)三兩,吳茱萸二兩,鹽一兩。上三味,同炒熟,去鹽并茱萸。只以桃仁,空心夜臥不拘時,任意嚼五、七粒至一、二十粒。(《圣濟總錄》)
⑿治從高墜下,胸腹中有血,不得氣息:桃仁十四枚,大黃、消石、甘草各一兩,蒲黃一兩半,大棗二十枚。上六味,細切,以水三升,煮取一升,絞去滓,適寒溫盡服之。當下,下不止,漬麻汁一杯,飲之即止。(《千金方》桃仁湯)
⒀治瘧:桃仁一百個,去皮、尖,于乳缽中細研成膏,不得犯生水,候成膏,入黃丹三錢,丸如梧桐子大。每服三丸,當發日用溫酒吞下,如不飲酒,井花水亦得。(《證類本草》)
⒁治風勞毒腫攣痛,或牽引小腹及腰痛:桃仁一升,去皮、尖,熬令黑煙出,熱研如脂膏。以酒三升,攪和服,暖臥取汗。(《食醫心鏡》)

【各家論述】
1成無己:肝者血之源,血聚則肝氣燥,肝苦急,急食甘以緩之。桃仁之甘以緩肝散血,故張仲景抵當湯用之,以治傷寒八、九日,內有蓄血,發熱如狂,小腹滿痛,小便自利者。又有當汗失汗,熱毒深入,吐血及血結胸,煩躁讝語者,亦以此湯主之。與虻蟲、水蛭、大黃同用。
2《用藥心法》:桃仁,苦以泄滯血,甘以生新血,故凝血須用。又去血中之熱。
3《綱目》:桃仁行血,宜連皮尖生用;潤燥活血,宜湯浸去皮尖炒黃用,或麥麩同炒,或燒存性,各隨本方。
4《本草經疏》:夫血者陰也;有形者也,周流夫一身者也,一有凝滯則為癥瘕,瘀血血閉,或婦人月水不通,或擊撲損傷積血,及心下宿血堅痛,皆從足厥陰受病,以其為藏血之臟也。桃核仁苦能泄滯,辛能散結,甘溫通行而緩肝,故主如上等證也。心下宿血去則氣自下,咳逆自止。味苦而辛,故又能殺小蟲也。桃仁性善破血,散而不收,瀉而無補,過用之,及用之不得其當,能使血下不止,損傷真陰。
5《藥品化義》:桃仁,味苦能瀉血熱,體潤能滋腸燥。若連皮研碎多用,走肝經,主破蓄血,逐月水,及遍身疼痛,四肢木痹,左半身不遂,左足痛甚者,以其舒經活血行血,有去瘀生新之功,若去皮搗爛少用,入大腸,治血枯便閉,血燥便難,以其濡潤涼血和血,有開結通滯之力。
6《本經逢原》:桃仁,為血瘀血閉之專藥。苦以泄滯血,甘以生新血。畢竟破血之功居多,觀《本經》主治可知。仲景桃核承氣、抵當湯,皆取破血之用。又治熱入血室,瘀積癥瘕,經閉,瘧母,心腹痛,大腸秘結,亦取散肝經之血結。熬香治頹疝痛癢,《千金》法也。
7《本(ben)草(cao)思辨(bian)錄》:桃仁,主攻瘀(yu)(yu)血而為(wei)(wei)肝藥,兼(jian)疏膚腠之瘀(yu)(yu)。惟(wei)其為(wei)(wei)肝藥,故桃核承氣(qi)湯、抵當湯、抵當丸治在少腹(fu),鱉甲煎(jian)丸治在脅下,大黃牡

桃子里的桃仁(ren),是(shi)能吃的。但不能吃太多。
桃仁,中藥名(ming)。為(wei)薔薇科植物桃的干燥(zao)成熟(shu)種子。果實成熟(shu)后采收,除去果肉和核(he)殼,取出種子,曬干。全國各地普遍栽培(pei)。具有(you)活(huo)血祛瘀,潤腸(chang)通便,止(zhi)咳平喘的功效(xiao)。用(yong)于經閉痛(tong)經,癥(zheng)瘕痞塊(kuai),肺癰腸(chang)癰,跌撲損(sun)傷,腸(chang)燥(zao)便秘,咳嗽氣喘。
服用禁忌:
孕(yun)婦及(ji)便溏者慎(shen)用。
性味:
苦、甘,平。
歸經:
歸(gui)心、肝、大腸經。
功效:
活血祛瘀,潤腸通便,止咳平喘。
主治:
用于(yu)經閉痛經,癥瘕痞塊,肺癰(yong)腸癰(yong),跌撲損(sun)傷(shang),腸燥便秘,咳(ke)嗽氣喘。
相關配伍:
1、小兒瘧疾:烏貓(mao)屎一(yi)錢,桃仁(ren)七(qi)枚,同煎,服一(yi)盞立瘥(《溫居士方》)
2、反胃吐食:以烏(wu)骨雞(ji)一只,與(yu)水飲四五(wu)日(ri),勿與(yu)食。將五(wu)蒲(pu)蛇二條,竹刀(dao)切(qie)與(yu)食。待雞(ji)下(xia)糞,取陰(yin)干為末,水丸(wan)粟米大。每服(fu)一分(fen),桃(tao)仁(ren)湯下(xia)。五(wu)七服(fu)即(ji)愈。(《證治發明》)
3、盤腸釣氣:越桃仁(ren)半兩,草烏頭(tou)少許,同炒(chao)過,去草烏,入(ru)白芷一錢,為末。每服半錢,茴香蔥白酒(jiu)下。(《普濟(ji)方》)
性狀:
呈扁長卵形(xing),長1.2~1.8cm,寬0.8~1_2cm,厚0.2~0.4cm。表(biao)面黃棕色(se)至紅棕色(se),密布顆粒狀突起。一端(duan)(duan)尖,中部膨大,另(ling)端(duan)(duan)鈍圓稍(shao)偏斜,邊緣(yuan)較(jiao)薄。尖端(duan)(duan)一側有(you)(you)短線形(xing)種(zhong)臍(qi),圓端(duan)(duan)有(you)(you)顏色(se)略深不甚明(ming)顯的合(he)點,自合(he)點處散出多數縱向(xiang)維管束。種(zhong)皮薄,子(zi)葉2,類(lei)白色(se),富油(you)性(xing)。氣(qi)微,味微苦(ku)。
