減甘草白豆(dou)蔻散

處方 : 白豆蔻仁、厚樸(pu)(生姜制)、白術、沉香(xiang)、陳(chen)皮各等分(fen)。

功能主治 : 脾胃虛寒,氣痞(pi)胸膈,不思飲(yin)食。

用法用量 : 上藥各(ge)(口父)咀。每服(fu)1兩,以水2大盞,加生(sheng)姜10片,同煎至7分,去(qu)滓,稍(shao)熱服(fu),不拘(ju)時候。

肺癰咳嗽《外科發揮》:一男子年前病肺癰,后又患咳嗽,頭眩(xuan)唾(tuo)沫,飲食少思,小便頻(pin)數。服解(jie)散(san)化痰藥,不應。診之,脾肺二脈虛(xu)甚。余謂:眩(xuan)暈唾(tuo)涎,屬(shu)脾氣(qi)不能上升,小便無度,乃肺氣(qi)不得下制,尚未成(cheng)癰耳。投以加味理中(zhong)湯四劑,諸(zhu)證(zheng)已(yi)退(tui)大半(ban),更(geng)用鐘(zhong)乳粉湯而安。

25《三因》卷九

25.1組成

人(ren)參(can)、白術、甘草(炙)、干(gan)姜(jiang)(炮(pao))、干(gan)葛、川芎各等分。

25.2主治
