內養(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)功(gong)(gong)(gong)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)比較普及的(de)(de)一種(zhong)氣功(gong)(gong)(gong),其特點(dian)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)講究呼(hu)(hu)吸(xi)(xi)的(de)(de)鍛煉(lian)并使胃(wei)腸(chang)(chang)活動(dong)明顯增強,因(yin)而(er)對(dui)(dui)呼(hu)(hu)吸(xi)(xi)系統(tong)和(he)消化系統(tong)的(de)(de)功(gong)(gong)(gong)能(neng)有顯著的(de)(de)作(zuo)用(yong)。對(dui)(dui)人的(de)(de)五臟(zang)六腑、營衛氣血進行(xing)營養(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)而(er)言,除了(le)食物營養(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)外,動(dong)對(dui)(dui)靜或靜對(dui)(dui)動(dong)也是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)養(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)護,此功(gong)(gong)(gong)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)練(lian)與(yu)養(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)的(de)(de)結(jie)合,講究呼(hu)(hu)吸(xi)(xi)鍛煉(lian),適用(yong)于便秘等多(duo)種(zhong)慢性常(chang)(chang)見病(bing)。每(mei)日早(zao)、晚各練(lian)1次,每(mei)次10?30分(fen)鐘。需要注(zhu)意的(de)(de)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi),練(lian)內養(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)功(gong)(gong)(gong)不能(neng)空腹(fu),這(zhe)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)因(yin)為胃(wei)腸(chang)(chang)蠕動(dong)得到增強,會促進食物的(de)(de)消化和(he)吸(xi)(xi)收(shou),這(zhe)固然(ran)對(dui)(dui)治(zhi)療(liao)消化系統(tong)的(de)(de)疾病(bing)有重要的(de)(de)意義,但空腹(fu)練(lian)內養(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)功(gong)(gong)(gong),則因(yin)胃(wei)腸(chang)(chang)蠕動(dong)加強,胃(wei)腸(chang)(chang)又(you)相對(dui)(dui)處(chu)于空虛狀態,常(chang)(chang)會導致(zhi)強烈的(de)(de)饑餓感。此外,練(lian)內養(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)功(gong)(gong)(gong)強調入靜與(yu)呼(hu)(hu)吸(xi)(xi),腹(fu)中饑餓難忍會影響(xiang)入靜與(yu)呼(hu)(hu)吸(xi)(xi),致(zhi)使功(gong)(gong)(gong)不到家(jia),效(xiao)果自(zi)然(ran)也就(jiu)沒(mei)有了(le)。所以作(zuo)內養(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)功(gong)(gong)(gong)前最好(hao)少量進食。
內(nei)養功(gong)強調(diao)(diao)(diao)默念字句,呼吸停頓,舌體起落(luo),氣(qi)(qi)沉丹田等動作。具有大腦靜(jing),臟腑動的(de)鍛煉(lian)特點,能培補元氣(qi)(qi)、靜(jing)心寧神、調(diao)(diao)(diao)和氣(qi)(qi)血、協調(diao)(diao)(diao)內(nei)臟。它既是健身延壽的(de)重要(yao)方法,又(you)是一種簡便易行的(de)自然療法。
鍛煉方法
(1)松弛:要求練(lian)功(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)前的準(zhun)備及練(lian)功(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)過(guo)程中的精神與肉(rou)體保(bao)持在松弛狀(zhuang)態(tai)(tai)。練(lian)功(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)前可飲適量溫開(kai)水(shui),排除(chu)大(da)小便、脫帽、摘下眼鏡(jing),寬解衣(yi)扣(kou)、腰(yao)帶、襪帶、表(biao)帶,有意識(shi)的使頭、軀干、四(si)肢、全(quan)(quan)身(shen)肌肉(rou)都完全(quan)(quan)松弛,從外觀形態(tai)(tai)上來看,現出一(yi)種松靜(jing)的姿(zi)態(tai)(tai)。在全(quan)(quan)身(shen)各(ge)部肌肉(rou)松弛后(hou),意識(shi)上要發(fa)出準(zhun)備練(lian)功(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)的信號,使思(si)想集中于(yu)準(zhun)備練(lian)功(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong),經過(guo)短時間的大(da)腦寧靜(jing),再開(kai)始練(lian)功(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)。
(2)姿勢(shi):用側臥(wo)式(shi)或平坐式(shi)。
調(diao)理便(bian)秘最好是從日常的(de)飲食起(qi)居和(he)生活習慣方面進行(xing)調(diao)理。建議(yi)早上空(kong)腹一杯水(shui),保證水(shui)分的(de)攝入(ru)量(liang)(liang),適量(liang)(liang)食用(yong)蜂蜜和(he)油脂,有潤滑腸道的(de)作用(yong),每天(tian)多吃水(shui)果和(he)新鮮蔬菜(cai),戒久(jiu)坐,增加鍛煉,睡前按揉小腹5分鐘。長期便(bian)秘者食用(yong)葛郁金片泡水(shui),清腸火,助(zhu)蠕動,促排便(bian),預防和(he)改善(shan)便(bian)秘的(de)作用(yong)。另外便(bian)秘者生活中(zhong)要避免食用(yong)辛辣刺激性(xing)食物,對(dui)腸道傷害很大。
