【異名】苽封(《淮南子》),菰蔣根(《補缺肘后方》)。
【來源】為禾本科植物菰的根莖及根。植物形態詳"茭白"條。
【性味】甘,寒。

【功用主治】治消渴,湯火傷。

【用法與用量】內服:煎湯,鮮者2~3兩。外用:燒存性研末調敷。

[5]10、用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)鮮(xian)蘆(lu)根(gen)(gen)(gen)(gen)(gen)、白(bai)(bai)(bai)菊花(hua)(干(gan)品)、鮮(xian)茅(mao)根(gen)(gen)(gen)(gen)(gen)、鮮(xian)荸薺、鮮(xian)桑葉、鮮(xian)竹葉、鮮(xian)薄(bo)荷葉、鮮(xian)金(jin)銀花(hua)熬(ao)(ao)水(shui)(shui)喝(he)(he)(he)。具有(you)(you)(you)清(qing)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)祛(qu)暑、生(sheng)(sheng)津(jin)止(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)渴(ke)(ke)、健胃(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)利尿等(deng)優(you)(you)點,對熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)癥(zheng)、傷暑、心煩、口渴(ke)(ke)、頭(tou)痛(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)、咽(yan)腫(zhong)、鼻血、胃(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)、嘔吐(tu)等(deng)病(bing)(bing)癥(zheng)有(you)(you)(you)顯(xian)(xian)著(zhu)(zhu)的(de)(de)(de)預(yu)防和治(zhi)療(liao)保(bao)(bao)健作(zuo)(zuo)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)。11、苦瓜(gua)(gua)(gua)100克(ke),開(kai)(kai)水(shui)(shui)焯后(hou)(hou)切片,素油少(shao)許(xu)(xu)燒開(kai)(kai),將苦瓜(gua)(gua)(gua)煸(bian)熟,西(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)紅(hong)柿(shi)洗凈切月牙片同炒(chao),酌(zhuo)加(jia)鹽(yan)及調(diao)料、味(wei)(wei)精少(shao)許(xu)(xu)化(hua)開(kai)(kai)、與蒜(suan)末(mo)同時加(jia)入(ru)(ru),翻炒(chao)后(hou)(hou)起鍋(guo)。此(ci)菜(cai)(cai)可(ke)清(qing)胃(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)健脾(pi)。12、鮮(xian)蘆(lu)根(gen)(gen)(gen)(gen)(gen)100克(ke),竹茹(ru)2Q克(ke),粳米(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)100克(ke),生(sheng)(sheng)姜(jiang)10克(ke)。將鮮(xian)蘆(lu)根(gen)(gen)(gen)(gen)(gen)洗凈切成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)小(xiao)段(duan),與竹茹(ru)同煎(jian)去渣取汁(zhi),加(jia)入(ru)(ru)粳米(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)同煮(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)粥(zhou),粥(zhou)將熟時加(jia)入(ru)(ru)生(sheng)(sheng)姜(jiang),略煮(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)即(ji)可(ke)。13、枇杷15個。將枇杷入(ru)(ru)鍋(guo),加(jia)適量水(shui)(shui),以(yi)文(wen)火(huo)(huo)煎(jian)煮(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)即(ji)可(ke)。每(mei)(mei)日早晚分服(fu)。忌(ji)(ji)(ji)食(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)物(wu)品胡(hu)椒(jiao) 性(xing)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re),味(wei)(wei)辛(xin)(xin),胃(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)寒證(zheng)宜食(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi),胃(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)證(zheng)忌(ji)(ji)(ji)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)。《隨息居飲(yin)食(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)譜》中(zhong)(zhong)就曾指出:“多(duo)(duo)(duo)食(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)動(dong)火(huo)(huo)燥液(ye),耗氣(qi)傷陰。”《本(ben)(ben)(ben)草(cao)綱目》亦(yi)(yi)說(shuo):“胡(hu)椒(jiao),大辛(xin)(xin)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re),純陽之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu),腸(chang)(chang)胃(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)寒濕者(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)宜之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)病(bing)(bing)人(ren)(ren)食(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),動(dong)火(huo)(huo)傷氣(qi),陰受其害。”所(suo)(suo)以(yi),不(bu)(bu)僅熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)性(xing)胃(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)痛(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)者(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)忌(ji)(ji)(ji)食(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi),病(bing)(bing)屬(shu)(shu)陰虛胃(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)痛(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)者(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)也(ye)不(bu)(bu)宜服(fu)。花(hua)椒(jiao) 又稱(cheng)川(chuan)椒(jiao)、蜀椒(jiao)。性(xing)溫(wen)(wen)(wen),味(wei)(wei)辛(xin)(xin)。明(ming)代藥學家李時珍曾說(shuo):“椒(jiao),純陽之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu),其味(wei)(wei)辛(xin)(xin)而麻(ma),其氣(qi)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)以(yi)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)。”故(gu)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)性(xing)胃(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)痛(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)人(ren)(ren)法當(dang)(dang)忌(ji)(ji)(ji)食(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)。正(zheng)如(ru)《本(ben)(ben)(ben)草(cao)經(jing)疏(shu)》所(suo)(suo)說(shuo):“肺(fei)胃(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)素有(you)(you)(you)火(huo)(huo)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re),嘈雜醋心,嘔吐(tu)酸(suan)水(shui)(shui),咸不(bu)(bu)宜用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)。”茴香(xiang)(xiang)
