1、魚油助于頭痛(tong)康復
魚(yu)油(you)又叫魚(yu)肝油(you),是從(cong)鯊魚(yu),鱈魚(yu)等魚(yu)肝臟(zang)中提煉出來的(de)脂肪,是稀薄的(de)油(you)狀(zhuang)液體,呈黃色(se)或深(shen)黃色(se),有(you)腥味。魚(yu)油(you)中含(han)有(you)的(de)25碳(tan)(tan)5烯酸和26碳(tan)(tan)6烯酸具(ju)有(you)抗血栓,抗炎(yan)癥的(de)作用,對防(fang)治高血壓,冠心病,各種(zhong)原因引起的(de)頭痛均有(you)一定的(de)效(xiao)果。
魚油在食用時可(ke)以同(tong)魚肉一同(tong)烹飪,如燉,燴,煎,煮等。
2、吃魚可以緩(huan)解頭痛(tong)病
魚肉中含(han)(han)有很多水溶性蛋白質(zhi)(zhi)和蛋白酶,還(huan)含(han)(han)有大量維生素(su)A等(deng),這些物質(zhi)(zhi)均可影響心血管功能,降低血液粘稠度,促進(jin)血液循環,緩解各類頭痛病。
特別是(shi)草魚,具有暖胃和中,祛風,治痹(bi),截(jie)瘧,平肝的(de)作用,可(ke)用于胃寒冷疼,頭(tou)痛,體虛氣弱,瘧疾等癥。
3、生姜可以預防頭痛癥(zheng)

6、吃菠菜緩解偏頭痛
菠(bo)菜屬于深(shen)綠色蔬菜,其中含(han)有(you)豐富的ω-3脂肪酸、維B2(核(he)黃(huang)素)、維B6,補(bu)充這些營(ying)養元素都(dou)是(shi)有(you)助于緩解(jie)偏頭疼發作的。顏色越深(shen)的蔬菜所含(han)的營(ying)養成(cheng)分功效越高,所以除了蔬菜之(zhi)外,甘(gan)藍,莧菜,生(sheng)菜等深(shen)色蔬菜也是(shi)一定減緩偏頭痛效果(guo)。
7、頭痛不能吃什么食物
1.過咸的食(shi)物(wu)(wu):食(shi)物(wu)(wu)中鹽分過多,容易引(yin)起體內腎上腺激素,去(qu)甲(jia)腎上腺素發生反應(ying),導致周期(qi)性偏頭痛(tong)(tong)或血管性頭痛(tong)(tong)發作。
2.酒(jiu):酒(jiu)的主(zhu)要成分是乙醇(chun),乙醇(chun)通(tong)過血液循環進入大腦(nao),刺激腦(nao)干(gan)神經(jing)元興奮及遞質釋放,損傷腦(nao)動脈內膜,從而誘發(fa)或加重頭痛。
3.辛(xin)辣食(shi)物:辛(xin)辣刺激(ji)性(xing)食(shi)物會刺激(ji)機(ji)體產生熱量(liang),導致(zhi)血(xue)液循環速(su)度加(jia)快,加(jia)重頭痛(tong)癥(zheng)狀,所以頭痛(tong)的時候最(zui)好不要吃辣椒,芥末,咖喱(li)等辛(xin)辣刺激(ji)性(xing)食(shi)物。
8、偏方治療法
1、熱水浸手緩解頭痛(tong)
因為偏(pian)(pian)頭痛(tong)(tong)是(shi)由于腦血管(guan)充血擴(kuo)張,壓迫(po)腦神經而(er)產生的。用(yong)熱水浸泡手(shou)(shou)之后,血液聚留于手(shou)(shou)部(bu),腦血管(guan)充血量會相應減(jian)少,這樣(yang)就(jiu)可以減(jian)緩偏(pian)(pian)頭痛(tong)(tong)所帶(dai)來的疼痛(tong)(tong)不(bu)適。
具(ju)體方(fang)法:將雙手浸泡如熱水中,隨量以(yi)沒過手腕(wan)為宜,浸泡約半小(xiao)時,期(qi)間(jian)不(bu)間(jian)斷的(de)添(tian)加熱水,以(yi)保持水溫(wen)。
2、穴位按壓止痛法
偏頭痛發作(zuo)時(shi),如果(guo)沒有條(tiao)件進行止痛,可以(yi)先用雙(shuang)(shuang)手拇指之間(jian)按(an)揉(rou)雙(shuang)(shuang)耳(er)根向(xiang)后的(de)骨突起下部凹陷處(chu),或者(zhe)用雙(shuang)(shuang)手搓對(dui)側(ce)腳心,可以(yi)在(zai)一定(ding)的(de)層度上減緩頭痛不(bu)適。
3、蔥泥外敷止痛
用(yong)新鮮香蔥3條,姜皮半(ban)酒杯,酒糟一杯。將(jiang)上述(shu)材料(liao)混合后搗爛拌勻,然后取(qu)其糊狀物外(wai)敷于頭痛處。
4、蒜泥止痛法
將(jiang)大蒜子(zi)去皮后搗爛成(cheng)泥狀,然后分(fen)成(cheng)兩份,分(fen)別置于(yu)干凈的紗(sha)布(bu)上,將(jiang)其緊貼于(yu)兩側肘窩,外用膠帶固定,可(ke)以治療偏頭痛。
5、巧用檸檬(meng)治偏頭痛
將(jiang)新(xin)鮮檸檬洗凈后(hou)刮白瓤(rang)后(hou),迅速將(jiang)其貼(tie)于(yu)兩(liang)側太陽穴處(chu),可緩解偏頭痛引(yin)起的(de)疼(teng)痛不適。需要(yao)注意的(de)是(shi)必須要(yao)趁著(zhu)檸檬的(de)揮發成分蒸發之前貼(tie)敷方才(cai)有效(xiao)。
