上有魂靈下關元,左為少陽右太陰,后有密戶前生門。出日入月呼吸存,元氣所合列宿分,紫煙上下三素云,灌溉五華植靈根,七液洞流沖廬間。回紫抱黃入丹田,幽室內明照陽門。
【上有(you)魂(hun)(hun)靈下(xia)關元(yuan)】:魂(hun)(hun)靈,魂(hun)(hun)魄(po)(po)(po)也(ye)。日間在雙目,夜間魂(hun)(hun)在肝,魄(po)(po)(po)在肺。關元(yuan),臍(qi)也(ye)。臍(qi)為受命(ming)之宮,則魂(hun)(hun)魄(po)(po)(po)在上,關元(yuan)居下(xia)。上魂(hun)(hun)靈,天(tian)分也(ye);下(xia)關元(yuan),地(di)分也(ye)。魂(hun)(hun)靈無形(xing),關元(yuan)有(you)質,人(ren)法天(tian)地(di)形(xing)象(xiang)。
【左為(wei)少陽(yang)右太陰(yin)】:少陽(yang),左目(mu)也。太陰(yin),右目(mu)也。
【后有密(mi)戶(hu)前生門(men)(men)】:密(mi)戶(hu),后腰雙(shuang)(shuang)腎(shen)之間(jian),雙(shuang)(shuang)腎(shen)入口,猶如腎(shen)之門(men)(men)戶(hu)也。腎(shen)為(wei)藏精宮,當(dang)密(mi)守之,使不躁(zao)泄。生門(men)(men),臍也,未生時,出(chu)生時,性命交割之門(men)(men)。
【出(chu)日入月呼吸(xi)(xi)存】:日月者,陰(yin)陽(yang)(yang)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)精也。呼吸(xi)(xi)為(wei)陰(yin)陽(yang)(yang)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)氣(qi),法象(xiang)天地之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)氣(qi)。呼氣(qi)為(wei)出(chu),為(wei)陽(yang)(yang),吸(xi)(xi)氣(qi)為(wei)入,屬(shu)陰(yin),呼吸(xi)(xi)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)間(jian),心(xin)當存之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),正在(zai)一(yi)個(ge)虛空中字(zi)。
【四(si)氣(qi)(qi)所(suo)(suo)合(he)列宿分(fen)(又(you)作元氣(qi)(qi)所(suo)(suo)合(he)列宿分(fen),此處采(cai)用道藏所(suo)(suo)載四(si)氣(qi)(qi)之說)】:四(si)氣(qi)(qi),四(si)時靈(ling)氣(qi)(qi)也。列宿,三(san)景也。謂常存(cun)元氣(qi)(qi)合(he)于身,兼存(cun)日(ri)月星辰,靈(ling)光照耀(yao),羅(luo)列一身,分(fen)明與天合(he),久(jiu)則通(tong)靈(ling),使心與道合(he)。
【紫煙上下(xia)三素云】:紫煙,目精(jing)之氣也。云:目光有(you)紫素、白素、黃(huang)素,為三素云。分別下(xia)降吾身,灌溉(gai)靈(ling)苗(miao)。 紫氣應上,黃(huang)氣應中(zhong),白氣應下(xia)。
【灌溉五(wu)(wu)(wu)華(hua)植靈根】:素(su)云之(zhi)氣,在口為玉液,存咽之(zhi)以灌。五(wu)(wu)(wu)華(hua)者,五(wu)(wu)(wu)臟之(zhi)英華(hua)之(zhi)炁。靈根,舌本也。謂漱咽津液,兼(jian)吸(xi)引五(wu)(wu)(wu)氣而服之(zhi),則靈根永存,神府清暢。
【七(qi)液(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)洞流沖盧間】 :七(qi)液(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye),指人(ren)(ren)的心液(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)、肝液(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)、脾液(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)、肺液(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)、腎液(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)、氣液(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)、血液(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)。四時(shi)之靈(ling)氣和(he)上(shang)中下三丹田(tian)之妙氣化成,臚(lu)間,兩(liang)眉(mei)間,謂額也。七(qi)液(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)上(shang)行于(yu)兩(liang)眉(mei)間,灌溉于(yu)五臟,生成精化而養人(ren)(ren)體(ti)靈(ling)根。。
【回紫(zi)(zi)抱黃(huang)入丹(dan)田】:內象喻也。紫(zi)(zi)黃(huang)乃(nai)身內精氣三素,目光所(suo)視,乃(nai)紫(zi)(zi)、黃(huang)之光色(se),回入丹(dan)田。按《大洞(dong)經(jing)》云:眉(mei)間卻入一(yi)寸(cun)(cun)(cun)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)明(ming)(ming)堂,左明(ming)(ming)童君(jun)(jun),右明(ming)(ming)女君(jun)(jun),中明(ming)(ming)鏡神君(jun)(jun);眉(mei)間卻入二寸(cun)(cun)(cun)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)洞(dong)房,左無英君(jun)(jun),右白元君(jun)(jun),中黃(huang)老君(jun)(jun),眉(mei)間卻入三寸(cun)(cun)(cun)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)丹(dan)田,亦名泥丸(wan)宮(gong)(gong)(gong)。左有(you)上(shang)元赤子君(jun)(jun),右有(you)帝(di)卿(qing)君(jun)(jun);又(you)卻入四寸(cun)(cun)(cun)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)流珠宮(gong)(gong)(gong),有(you)流珠真(zhen)君(jun)(jun)居(ju)之;又(you)卻入五寸(cun)(cun)(cun)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)玉帝(di)宮(gong)(gong)(gong),玉清真(zhen)母居(ju)之;又(you)當明(ming)(ming)堂上(shang)一(yi)寸(cun)(cun)(cun)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)天庭宮(gong)(gong)(gong),上(shang)清真(zhen)女居(ju)之;又(you)洞(dong)房直上(shang)一(yi)寸(cun)(cun)(cun)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)極真(zhen)宮(gong)(gong)(gong),太極帝(di)君(jun)(jun)居(ju)之;又(you)丹(dan)田直上(shang)一(yi)寸(cun)(cun)(cun)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)丹(dan)玄(xuan)宮(gong)(gong)(gong),有(you)中黃(huang)太乙君(jun)(jun)居(ju)之;又(you)流珠直上(shang)二寸(cun)(cun)(cun)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)太黃(huang)宮(gong)(gong)(gong),太上(shang)君(jun)(jun)居(ju)之。男為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)雄一(yi),女為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)雌一(yi),男女并可(ke)修之。
【幽室(shi)內明照(zhao)陽(yang)(yang)門】:幽室(shi),喻回黃(huang)抱紫(zi)后突覺(jue)眼(yan)前光明,猶如(ru)黑房子突然開燈。陽(yang)(yang)門,命門也。專氣保精,無使泄散;朗(lang)照(zhao)內外,兼(jian)守命門也。
