男子丹道術南宗丹法之煉己筑基

張伯端《悟真篇》所代表的內丹術(shu),承襲于(yu)鐘呂(lv)內丹(dan)。但(dan)鐘呂(lv)丹(dan)法(fa)(fa)尚帶有明(ming)顯的(de)晉(jin)唐道教氣法(fa)(fa)內容特色。內丹(dan)理法(fa)(fa)的(de)最后定型(xing)與完成,應(ying)歸功于(yu)張伯端。他也(ye)是南宗丹(dan)法(fa)(fa)之祖。

張(zhang)(zhang)伯端的丹(dan)法,除(chu)了反映在其大(da)名鼎鼎的《悟(wu)真篇(pian))中之外,還(huan)載(zai)于所著(zhu)《玉清金茍青華(hua)(hua)秘(mi)文金寶內(nei)煉(lian)(lian)(lian)丹(dan)訣)(簡稱(青華(hua)(hua)秘(mi)文))、《金丹(dan)四(si)百(bai)字)、《張(zhang)(zhang)紫(zi)陽八脈(mo)經》三書中。參合(he)四(si)書所論,可看出張(zhang)(zhang)伯端丹(dan)法特點是(shi)性(xing)命(ming)雙修,先命(ming)后性(xing),由命(ming)入性(xing)。這里所謂先后,只是(shi)講側重(zhong)而已(yi),而并非說有命(ming)無(wu)性(xing)或(huo)有性(xing)無(wu)命(ming)。其丹(dan)法步驟承襲鐘呂(lv)四(si)次(ci)第說,即煉(lian)(lian)(lian)己筑基、煉(lian)(lian)(lian)精化(hua)氣、煉(lian)(lian)(lian)氣化(hua)神、煉(lian)(lian)(lian)神還(huan)虛(xu)。下面依次(ci)而論。

筑基(ji)是(shi)(shi)煉(lian)丹的人手功夫。在外丹中,包括立爐、丹灶、選煉(lian)藥材,準(zhun)備燃(ran)料及學習方法等。在內丹中,則是(shi)(shi)要以(yi)身(shen)體(ti)為爐鼎,神氣(qi)為藥物,將后(hou)天破漏之(zhi)身(shen)體(ti)元氣(qi)補足,使其達到內丹的修煉(lian)條件(jian)。張伯端南宗(zong)的特點(dian),是(shi)(shi)強調(diao)通(tong)過(guo)通(tong)關任督來補足后(hou)天人體(ti)生理機能的虧損破漏,也就(jiu)是(shi)(shi)由命(ming)功煉(lian)養為下手功夫。因此,南宗(zong)筑基(ji)包括以(yi)下工作:

立爐建(jian)鼎—這是(shi)煉丹的首要(yao)功夫。《悟真篇》七言絕句(ju)說:

“先把乾坤為鼎器,次將烏兔藥來烹。驅逐(zhu)二物(wu)歸黃(huang)道,爭得金丹不解生。”

又說:

“安(an)爐工鼎(ding)法乾坤,鍛煉(lian)精華制魄魂。 聚散氤氫成變化(hua),敢(gan)將元妙等(deng)閑論。”

張(zhang)伯端所說的鼎器(qi),就(jiu)是丹(dan)家煉丹(dan)烹藥的人體部位。在筑基階段,必須依師指(zhi)點明辨(bian)這些人體部位,包(bao)括臟(zang)腑、經絡、氣穴(xue)、以及內(nei)煉特(te)定區(qu)域(yu)等(deng),不能有絲毫馬虎。張(zhang)伯端將(jiang)人身中爐(lu)灶稱為“愜(qie)月(yue)爐(lu)”,即人體下(xia)丹(dan)田氣穴(xue)。《悟真篇)說:

“休泥丹灶費工夫,煉藥須(xu)尋(xun)堰(yan)月爐。自(zi)有(you)天然真(zhen)火(huo)候,何須(xu)柴炭及吹噓。”

翁(weng)葆光《悟真篇注》說:“此滬(hu)之口仰(yang)開如(ru)堰月(yue)之狀,故(gu)謂之堰月(yue)爐。即北海也(ye)。元始祖氣存焉,內有(you)自然真火。”

堰月爐上之鼎(ding)則(ze)為黃庭宮(gong)。(青華秘文(wen)》詳解道:

“黃(huang)(huang)庭(ting)(ting)為鼎(ding),氣穴為爐(lu)。黃(huang)(huang)庭(ting)(ting)正(zheng)在(zai)氣穴上。縷絡相連,是為爐(lu)鼎(ding)。陰陽為炭,以(yi)烹(peng)以(yi)煉。夫黃(huang)(huang)庭(ting)(ting)之(zhi)在(zai)身(shen)上,交會之(zhi)傾,乃元氣立之(zhi)際(ji)。此(ci)時正(zheng)開,而丹落于其(qi)中,遂(sui)固之(zhi)……萬氣歸鼎(ding),則封固愈密(mi),烹(peng)煉愈堅。此(ci)爐(lu)鼎(ding)之(zhi)所以(yi)有也。”

選(xuan)(xuan)煉(lian)藥(yao)物(wu)—培固選(xuan)(xuan)煉(lian)藥(yao)物(wu)是內丹修(xiu)煉(lian)的(de)關鍵環節(jie),也是筑基(ji)的(de)主要目的(de)和任務。《悟真篇》指出:

“咽(yan)津(jin)納(na)氣是人行,有物方能萬物生(sheng)。鼎內若無真種子(zi),猶將水火煮空鐺。”

丹家認(ren)為(wei),煉(lian)丹的(de)物(wu)質基礎是(shi)“藥(yao)”。外丹之藥(yao)為(wei)鉛汞朱砂水銀等礦(kuang)物(wu)質,內丹之藥(yao)則是(shi)人(ren)體先天(tian)(tian)精、炁(qi)、神(shen)(shen)(shen)三寶,稱為(wei)至藥(yao),也就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)是(shi)張(zhang)伯端(duan)所說的(de)“真種(zhong)子”。但人(ren)甫一降(jiang)生(sheng),由(you)于(yu)各(ge)種(zhong)生(sheng)命活動,先天(tian)(tian)精炁(qi)神(shen)(shen)(shen)受(shou)到極大損耗,無法煉(lian)丹。這就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)需要通過筑基煉(lian)養(yang)后(hou)(hou)天(tian)(tian)精、氣(qi)、神(shen)(shen)(shen),以(yi)此充養(yang)補足先天(tian)(tian)精、黑、神(shen)(shen)(shen),以(yi)作為(wei)修(xiu)煉(lian)內丹之藥(yao)物(wu)。所以(yi),南宗(zong)煉(lian)己筑基就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)是(shi)通過內煉(lian)己身中后(hou)(hou)天(tian)(tian)精、氣(qi)、神(shen)(shen)(shen)來(lai)修(xiu)補已遭耗損破漏(lou)的(de)先天(tian)(tian)精、黑、神(shen)(shen)(shen)。后(hou)(hou)天(tian)(tian)精、氣(qi)、神(shen)(shen)(shen)就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)是(shi)筑基階段之藥(yao)。這就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)是(shi)《悟(wu)真篇(pian)》所述(shu):

“竹破須將(jiang)竹來(lai)補,抱雞(ji)當用卵為(wei)之。萬般(ban)非(fei)類(lei)徒勞力(li),爭似真(zhen)鉛合圣機”

煉己(ji)(ji)待時—筑基的(de)實踐(jian)功夫就是“煉己(ji)(ji)”。“煉”是修煉,“己(ji)(ji)”在南宗丹(dan)法中指己(ji)(ji)身(shen)之精、氣、神三寶。其下手實踐(jian)功失則為“守竅”。張伯端(金丹(dan)四百字(zi)》說(shuo):

“藥物生玄(xuan)竅,火候發(fa)陽爐。龍虎交會時(shi),寶鼎產玄(xuan)珠(zhu)。

此竅非(fei)凡竅,乾坤共(gong)合成。名(ming)為(wei)神氣穴(xue),內有(you)坎離精(jing)。”

“玄關一(yi)竅”歷來(lai)是丹(dan)家歧義(yi)較(jiao)大的問題。因(yin)為一(yi)來(lai)自張伯端始便含(han)混隱秘其事,二來(lai)師承流派不(bu)同,解釋各異。張泊端在可(ke)金丹(dan)四百字敘》中說:

“身中一(yi)竅(qiao),名曰玄牝。此(ci)(ci)(ci)竅(qiao)者,非(fei)(fei)心、非(fei)(fei)腎(shen)、非(fei)(fei)口鼻(bi)、非(fei)(fei)脾胃、非(fei)(fei)谷道(dao)、非(fei)(fei)膀朧、非(fei)(fei)丹田、非(fei)(fei)泥(ni)丸。能知此(ci)(ci)(ci)一(yi)竅(qiao),則冬至(zhi)在(zai)此(ci)(ci)(ci)矣(yi),火(huo)候(hou)亦(yi)在(zai)此(ci)(ci)(ci)矣(yi),沐(mu)浴在(zai)此(ci)(ci)(ci)矣(yi),結胎在(zai)此(ci)(ci)(ci)矣(yi),脫(tuo)體亦(yi)在(zai)此(ci)(ci)(ci)矣(yi)。”

雖然(ran)后世丹(dan)家(jia)對“玄(xuan)關一(yi)竅”或(huo)“玄(xuan)牝”眾說紛紜,有(you)說上(shang)丹(dan)田或(huo)下丹(dan)田者(zhe),有(you)說是(shi)危(wei)虛(xu)穴(xue)(xue)者(zhe),亦有(you)說并無此竅,實(shi)是(shi)虛(xu)比者(zhe)。但(dan)細考張(zhang)伯端之意,煉己筑基階(jie)段“守竅”之“玄(xuan)化(hua)”,應(ying)是(shi)在黃(huang)(huang)庭。也就(jiu)是(shi)(青華秘文)中所(suo)說的“黃(huang)(huang)庭為鼎(ding),氣穴(xue)(xue)為爐(lu),黃(huang)(huang)庭正在氣穴(xue)(xue)上(shang),縷絡(luo)相(xiang)連(lian),是(shi)為爐(lu)鼎(ding)”。《金丹(dan)四百字敘》所(suo)羅(luo)列非“玄(xuan)牝”的各關竅位置,獨(du)遺黃(huang)(huang)庭。這并非無意識(shi)的遺漏,實(shi)即(ji)是(shi)暗示玄(xuan)牝一(yi)穴(xue)(xue)即(ji)是(shi)黃(huang)(huang)庭。這是(shi)丹(dan)家(jia)合和神炁、交會坎離、交媾(gou)龍虎之處,照(zhao)《悟真篇》說法:“要(yao)得谷(gu)神長不(bu)死,須憑玄(xuan)牝立(li)根基。”

守竅之(zhi)法的旨要為:心為君,神為主,氣(qi)為用(yong),精從(cong)氣(qi),意為媒。

心為(wei)君:心為(wei)神(shen)之(zhi)舍,是(shi)一身之(zhi)君主,也(ye)是(shi)修煉內丹的統御。因而煉丹首在(zai)煉心。《悟真篇自敘(xu)》說:“欲體(ti)至道(dao),莫若明乎本心,心者,道(dao)之(zhi)樞也(ye)。”(青華秘(mi)文)則強調心的功(gong)用在(zai)于“神(shen)服其令,氣服其竅,精(jing)從其召(zhao)”。同時指出煉心之(zhi)法為(wei)內丹之(zhi)“下(xia)手功(gong)夫”:

“蓋心始欲(yu)靜,而(er)欲(yu)念未(wei)息(xi)。欲(yu)念者(zhe),氣之(zhi)(zhi)性所為(wei)也。此(ci)性役(yi)(yi)(yi)真(zhen)性,常切于耳、目次之(zhi)(zhi)。修丹之(zhi)(zhi)士,心既無(wu)事,則(ze)彼固無(wu)由而(er)役(yi)(yi)(yi)之(zhi)(zhi)矣(yi)。其所以(yi)役(yi)(yi)(yi)神者(zhe),以(yi),外物誘之(zhi)(zhi)耳。靜坐之(zhi)(zhi)際,先行閉(bi)息(xi)之(zhi)(zhi)道。閉(bi)息(xi)者(zhe),夫(fu)人之(zhi)(zhi)息(xi),一息(xi)未(wei)際,而(er)一息(xi)續(xu)之(zhi)(zhi)。令則(ze)一息(xi)既生,而(er)抑(yi)后(hou)息(xi)。后(hou)息(xi)受抑(yi).故續(xu)之(zhi)(zhi)緩緩焉,久而(er)息(xi)定。抑(yi)息(xi)千萬不(bu)可動(dong)心,動(dong)心則(ze)逐于息(xi),息(xi)未(wei)止而(er)心已動(dong)矣(yi)。”

七情六欲是(shi)(shi)修煉(lian)內丹的首要障(zhang)礙(ai),必須(xu)靠煉(lian)己(ji)煉(lian)心(xin)加以克制(zhi)排除。其(qi)具(ju)體做法是(shi)(shi)結跏(jia)跌(die)坐,歸(gui)心(xin)入靜,行“閉息之(zhi)道”。其(qi)法為一次呼吸后,稍稍閉息,然后做深(shen)、緩、細(xi)、綿的吐納,使心(xin)境調和安(an)寧,呼吸均(jun)勻細(xi)綿。

神(shen)(shen)(shen)(shen)(shen)為(wei)(wei)主(zhu):在(zai)南宗丹理中,神(shen)(shen)(shen)(shen)(shen)是心的(de)功用。心之(zhi)本體無(wu)為(wei)(wei),動(dong)(dong)則(ze)有(you)為(wei)(wei)而成神(shen)(shen)(shen)(shen)(shen)。所以(yi)是神(shen)(shen)(shen)(shen)(shen)由心生,心動(dong)(dong)為(wei)(wei)神(shen)(shen)(shen)(shen)(shen)。寂(ji)然(ran)不動(dong)(dong)為(wei)(wei)心,感而遂(sui)通為(wei)(wei)神(shen)(shen)(shen)(shen)(shen)。神(shen)(shen)(shen)(shen)(shen)為(wei)(wei)心中之(zhi)火,又是內煉之(zhi)藥(yao),符號為(wei)(wei)龍、汞(gong)、火、烏(wu)、日等(deng)。在(zai)筑基階段,神(shen)(shen)(shen)(shen)(shen)有(you)元神(shen)(shen)(shen)(shen)(shen)與欲(yu)神(shen)(shen)(shen)(shen)(shen)之(zhi)分(fen)。“元神(shen)(shen)(shen)(shen)(shen)者(zhe),乃先夭(yao)以(yi)來(lai)一點靈光也(ye),欲(yu)神(shen)(shen)(shen)(shen)(shen)者(zhe),氣質之(zhi)性也(ye)”.((青華秘(mi)文》)。煉丹應通過守(shou)竅煉心之(zhi)法煉掉(diao)欲(yu)神(shen)(shen)(shen)(shen)(shen),而使先天元神(shen)(shen)(shen)(shen)(shen)顯現,“今則(ze)徐(xu)徐(xu)鏟除,主(zhu)于氣質盡,而本元始見。本元見,而后可以(yi)用事。”

氣(qi)為(wei)用:筑基時(shi)煉己守竅(qiao)到一定火候,腎中(zhong)之精化(hua)而(er)為(wei)氣(qi),沖(chong)關而(er)出,打通(tong)(tong)三關,循行任督,稱為(wei)“氣(qi)通(tong)(tong)任督”或“通(tong)(tong)三關”。(青華(hua)秘文》指出:

“元氣(qi)之(zhi)(zhi)生,周流(liu)乎(hu)身,而獨于腎(shen)府采而用之(zhi)(zhi)者(zhe)何也(ye)?夫腎(shen)府路徑、直(zhi)達氣(qi)穴黃庭者(zhe),一也(ye);腎(shen)為精(jing)府,精(jing)至(zhi)直(zhi)引精(jing)華而用之(zhi)(zhi),二也(ye);周流(liu)于他處(chu)則(ze)難覓,至(zhi)精(jing)府而可識,三也(ye)。心(xin)氣(qi)透腎(shen),意下則(ze)直(zhi)至(zhi),采之(zhi)(zhi)者(zhe)易為力,四也(ye)。此四者(zhe),故采真陽于腎(shen)府。”

精是(shi)人體生(sheng)(sheng)命本原物質(zhi),氣(qi)是(shi)精的(de)功能狀態。精須(xu)靠神火化為氣(qi),方(fang)能透關循(xun)督(du)(du),為我所用(yong),故而說“氣(qi)為用(yong)”。但(dan)是(shi),氣(qi)有先后(hou)天之分。筑基階段,大藥未生(sheng)(sheng),只是(shi)靠后(hou)天打通(tong)任(ren)督(du)(du)二(er)脈(mo),并無(wu)先天大藥可資(zi)烹煉。丹家以此為氣(qi)通(tong)任(ren)督(du)(du),與運藥之河車運轉,即(ji)小周夭煉精化炁有質(zhi)的(de)區別。但(dan)即(ji)便如(ru)此,氣(qi)通(tong)任(ren)督(du)(du)是(shi)煉己守竅的(de)成就,對補(bu)益人體后(hou)夭耗(hao)損.養(yang)生(sheng)(sheng)祛(qu)病已具有明(ming)顯(xian)功效,這也就是(shi)“筑基”的(de)目的(de)。

精(jing)(jing)從氣(qi):精(jing)(jing)是生(sheng)命根本,是內(nei)丹(dan)修煉(lian)(lian)的物質基礎。筑基階段,’腎(shen)中(zhong)之精(jing)(jing)在守竅的神火(huo)作用(yong)下(xia),轉化為氣(qi),沖關循(xun)督(du),還精(jing)(jing)補腦,所(suo)以(yi)稱為“精(jing)(jing)從氣(qi)”。《青華秘文》指出:“精(jing)(jing)依氣(qi)生(sheng)。精(jing)(jing)實腎(shen)宮,而氣(qi)融之,故隨氣(qi)而升(sheng)陽(yang)為鉛者此也。精(jing)(jing)失而元氣(qi)不(bu)(bu)生(sheng),元陽(yang)不(bu)(bu)見,何(he)益于(yu)我(wo)哉?元神見而元氣(qi)生(sheng),元氣(qi)生(sheng)則(ze)元精(jing)(jing)產(chan)。”精(jing)(jing)有先(xian)后(hou)天之分。先(xian)天精(jing)(jing)是化熙煉(lian)(lian)丹(dan)大(da)藥(yao)。筑基階段大(da)藥(yao)未生(sheng),所(suo)煉(lian)(lian)之精(jing)(jing)為后(hou)天精(jing)(jing)。大(da)藥(yao)產(chan)后(hou),所(suo)煉(lian)(lian)之精(jing)(jing)為先(xian)夭精(jing)(jing)。

意(yi)(yi)(yi)為(wei)(wei)媒(mei):神(shen)(shen)生(sheng)(sheng)于(yu)心(xin),意(yi)(yi)(yi)生(sheng)(sheng)于(yu)神(shen)(shen)。意(yi)(yi)(yi)是經(jing)過一(yi)定(ding)修煉而(er)由(you)神(shen)(shen)而(er)生(sheng)(sheng)的功能(neng)(neng)活動,相當(dang)于(yu)fo教所說的“阿賴耶識”或(huo)今之所謂“潛(qian)意(yi)(yi)(yi)識”。也就是不受后夭(yao)識見思維干擾(rao)調控(kong)的潛(qian)意(yi)(yi)(yi)識活動與功能(neng)(neng)。這種“真意(yi)(yi)(yi)”須在(zai)一(yi)定(ding)守竅內煉基(ji)(ji)礎上方能(neng)(neng)產(chan)生(sheng)(sheng),稱(cheng)為(wei)(wei)“意(yi)(yi)(yi)土”。因丹家憑(ping)真意(yi)(yi)(yi)而(er)合和神(shen)(shen)氣,故(gu)稱(cheng)為(wei)(wei)“媒(mei)”或(huo)“黃婆”。(青華(hua)秘文》說:“意(yi)(yi)(yi)者豈特為(wei)(wei)媒(mei)而(er)已?金(jin)丹之道,自始至(zhi)終。作用(yong)不可離也。”筑基(ji)(ji)階段守竅通關,均須憑(ping)意(yi)(yi)(yi)為(wei)(wei)媒(mei)而(er)引導(dao)之。守竅時(shi)為(wei)(wei)“意(yi)(yi)(yi)守丹田”;通任督(du)時(shi)稱(cheng)為(wei)(wei)“以意(yi)(yi)(yi)領氣”。

南宗煉(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)己(ji)筑(zhu)基(ji)意(yi)在(zai)修補(bu)耗損,打好(hao)基(ji)礎(chu),煉(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)心(xin)在(zai)于修命,重在(zai)補(bu)導精氣(qi)(qi)(qi)。先守竅(qiao)煉(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)心(xin),再守竅(qiao)煉(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)精。精生(sheng)氣(qi)(qi)(qi),氣(qi)(qi)(qi)沖關后(hou)(hou)(hou)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)行任督(du)而煉(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)精補(bu)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)。守竅(qiao)煉(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)心(xin)時(shi)用正呼(hu)(hu)吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi),(呼(hu)(hu)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)時(shi)小腹內(nei)凹,吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)時(shi)小腹外(wai)凸)又稱調息。通任督(du)煉(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)時(shi)用逆呼(hu)(hu)吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(呼(hu)(hu)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)時(shi)小腹外(wai)凸,吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)時(shi)小腹內(nei)凹)。任督(du)既通后(hou)(hou)(hou)內(nei)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)自(zi)轉,不藉呼(hu)(hu)吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi),稱“法輪自(zi)轉”或(huo)“潛氣(qi)(qi)(qi)運行”。至此,后(hou)(hou)(hou)天(tian)精氣(qi)(qi)(qi)神已漸(jian)補(bu)足(zu)充盛,聚(ju)合凝結(jie)于黃庭,于中產生(sheng)內(nei)丹的“外(wai)藥”—先天(tian)真(zhen)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)發動,稱為“一(yi)陽來復”或(huo)“子(zi)時(shi)生(sheng)機(ji)”。得藥后(hou)(hou)(hou)即可進(jin)入下一(yi)階段修煉(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)了。這表明筑(zhu)基(ji)完成。同時(shi),由于身體基(ji)礎(chu)經“煉(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)己(ji)”后(hou)(hou)(hou)得到充固完堅,得到所謂(wei)“三(san)全(quan)”之驗:精滿不思(si)(si)欲,氣(qi)(qi)(qi)滿不思(si)(si)食,神滿不思(si)(si)睡。表現出內(nei)在(zai)精力(li)充沛,健康強壯(zhuang)。在(zai)外(wai)在(zai)上,則表現為“神足(zu)現于目(mu)光,氣(qi)(qi)(qi)足(zu)現于聲音(yin),精足(zu)現于牙齒”等等。

劉一明的思(si)想

劉一明深研《易》學,兼通醫術,是當時著名的醫學家,內丹家。他認為“《易》非卜筮煉度之書,實皆窮理盡性至命之學”。其內丹學具有明顯的三教合一思想,特別是儒道融合思想十分濃厚。主張“丹道即易道,圣道即仙道”。其《指南針序》有“在儒謂之中庸,在釋為之一乘,在道謂之金丹”。
他強調絕情舍愛,忍辱守垢。在《修真九要》中論述修真九件要事是勘破世事、積德修行、煉己筑基、和合陰陽、審明火候、外藥了命、內藥了性。其中第一要事是“勘破世事”,為此他作《通關文》,在其中的色欲關、榮貴關、財科關窮困關等問題上,大都引進佛教思想加以解說。在“積德修行”的問題上,他又表現出儒道融合的思想。

修真九要序

修真之道乃天下第一件大事,亦天下第一件難事。以其至大至難,古人皆謂之天下希有之事。是事也,非深明造化、洞曉陰陽,存經久不易之志,循序漸進者,不能行之。后世學人,不究此事為何事,未曾學道,即欲成道;未曾學人,即欲作仙。無怪乎修道者如牛毛,成道者如麟角也。予自幼慕道,未遇正人,不辨是非,乃亂乃萃,幾乎受害。幸逢吾師龕谷老人,略聞香風,始知自己從前之錯,亦知天下道人大半皆錯。因述吾師之意,提其修真綱領,總為九條,名曰修真九要。其法由淺及深,自卑登高,為初學之人作個梯級。不論學道修道,依此九要,循序而入,終必深造自得,且能識的盲師明師,辨得邪道正道。縱不能行此天下希有之事,亦可以知有此天下希有之事,庶不至空過歲月,虛度一生矣。

勘破世事第一要

吁嗟!人生在世,如夢幻泡影,百年歲月,瞬息間耳。無常一到,縱有金穴銀山,買不得性命;孝子賢孫,分不了憂愁。若不及早打點,臨時手忙腳亂,閻王老子不肯留情,一失人身,萬劫沉淪。有志于道者,須將這個關口急急打開,方有通衢大路。否則,塵緣不斷,妄想成道。雖身已出家,而心未曾出家,一舉一動,無非在世事上用功夫,一行一止,總是在人情上作活計,不特不能成道,而且無由聞道,何貴乎出家?古今來無數學人,多蹈此轍。所以學道者如牛毛,達道者如麟角。悟真云:“試問堆金如岱岳,無常買的不來無?”了道歌云:“先將世事齊放下,后把道理細研精。”是言世事皆假,性命最真,欲知其真,先棄其假也。何則?一認其假,則心為假役,一假無不假,與道日遠,便不是自惜性命之人。不自惜性命,懸虛不實,空過歲月,老死而矣,何益於事?昔呂祖因一夢而群思頓脫,馬祖因悟死而成道最速,是葢先勘破世事而后修真。所以成真了道易於他人。況出家修行原系勘破世事而然。若未勘破而強出家,有名無實,本欲登天而反墜地,適以取敗,豈不枉費心機耶?吾愿學人,不論在家出家,若欲辨切身大事,將世事先須嘗探一番。嘗探來,嘗探去,嘗探到沒一些滋味處,始知萬緣皆空,性命事大,從此把身外一切虛假之事一筆勾消。腳踏實地,尋師訪友,勇猛精進,為道忘軀,自然一誠格天,祖師暗中提攜,當有真人度引矣。

積德修行第二要

悟真云:“若非修行積陰德,動有群魔作障緣。”可知積德修行乃修道者之要務。倘離德以言道,便是異端邪說,旁門外道,差之多矣。故古之圣人,必先明道;古之賢人,必先積德。未有不明道而能圣,未有不積德而能賢。然欲希圣必先希賢,若欲成道必先積德。道德兩用,內外相濟,圣賢之學業得矣。道者,為己之事;德者,為人之事。修道有盡而積德無窮。自古及今,仙佛神圣成道之后,猶必和光同塵,積功累行,直待三千功滿,八百行完,方受天詔。況金丹大道為鬼神所忌,非大忠大孝之人不能知,非大賢大德之人不敢傳。即強傳而知之,鬼神不喜,勢必暗降災殃,促其壽數。非徒無益,而又害之。予自得龕谷仙留之旨,以大公為懷,每遇志士,便欲接引。間或略示端倪,徐觀其后,未幾自滿自足,不能深入,竟至日久懈怠,志氣盡喪。其慳貪煩惱,甚於常人。前后數人,俱皆如此。噫!此等之輩必是祖先無德,自己無行,以是始勤終怠,迷失真宗,而不可挽回矣。予因自不小心,失言匪人,亦屢遭魔障。幸喜無大關系,真寶未被竊去。有鑒於此,后遂結舌,不敢輕露圭角,是必待有大力者傾囊付之耳。世之學人方入門戶,直視神仙為至易之事,而遂騙化十方,罔知所忌。絕不思一絲一粒俱十方之血汗;一飲一啄皆眾生之苦力。或有以口頭禪籠人者;或有以假道法攝財者;或有以黃白術謀騙者;千方百計,不可枚數。異日欠下十分債賬,不知如何消化。古人謂:“兩只角或有或無,一條尾千定萬定”者,必此輩歟?有志斯道者,須當以德行為重,自立節操,不要糊涂作事,擔誤了前程。何為德?恤老憐貧、惜孤憫寡、施藥舍茶、修橋補路、扶危救困、輕財重義、廣行方便者是也。何為行?苦己利人、勤打塵勞、施德不望報,有怨不結讎,有功而不伐,有難而不懼,見義必為者是也。能積德,能立行,愈久愈力,德服鬼神,品超庸俗,高人一見,決定入目,大道有望。否則,不積一德,不修一行,妄想成道,偶遇高人,掩其不善而著其善,自謂可以欺人,殊不知人之視己,如見其肺肝然矣。更有一等不務本分之流,作孽百端,朝酒肆而夕花鄉,口道德而心盜跖,損人利己,千奇百怪,不知自悔,反怨自己無福無緣,乃毀謗丹經盡屬誑言。真地獄種子,當入異類,求其為人而不可得,何敢望仙乎。吁!德者,自己人世之事;道者,師傳成仙之事。不積德而欲修道,人事且不能,仙道怎得成,可不三思乎?

盡心窮理第三要

《說卦傳》曰:“窮理盡性,以至于命。”可知盡性至命之學,全在窮理上定是非耳。窮理透徹,則性能全,命能保,直入無上至真之地;窮理恍惚,則命難修,性難了,終有到老落空之悔。今之學人,糊涂出家,糊涂學道,糊涂修行,生則既然糊涂,死時焉能亮凈?性命何事,而乃如此妄為耶!金丹之道,包羅天地之道也,竊奪造化之道也,至尊至貴,至神至妙,非容易而知。學人不想自己性命為何物,不辨祖師法言是何義,飽食終日,無所用心,妄想一言半語之妙,即欲成道,日則浪蕩打混,夜則高枕安眠,以丹經為無用之言,以子書為哄人之套。詐稱有道者,以錯引錯,妄冀成真者,以盲誘盲。即有一二信心之士,亦不過是走馬看花,何嘗深用心思,窮究實理。古人亦有謂“若還紙上尋真義,遍地都是大羅仙”之語,是特為不求師者而發,非言丹經子書為無用。后人不知古人之意,多借此為憑證,而即置經書于不問,大錯大錯。夫仙真法言,一字一意不敢妄發,一言半語盡藏妙義,不知費盡多少老婆心,為后人作階梯,與教門留眼目。而反毀之謗之,其罪尚可言乎!即后之高人賢士所作所為,總在古人范圍之中,究其實落,未必高過于古人。今之高人不哄學人,則古之仙真不誤后世也可知矣。吾勸有志之士,取古人之法言,細窮細究,求師一決,通前達后,毫無一點疑惑,方可行持,慎誤自恃聰明,而有己無人;亦勿專聽梆聲,而任人誤己;至于不通文字之學人,亦須于俗語常言中,辨別實義。蓋俗語常言中有大道藏焉,特人未深思耳。如“沒體面”,“沒人形”,“有竅道”,“好自在”,“顛三倒四”,“隨方就圓”、“隨機應變”、“沙里淘金”、“無中生有”、“七死八活”、“有己無人”、“不知死活”、“不顧性命”、“只知有己,不知有人”、“走三家不如守一家”、“禮下于人,必有所得”、“只知其一,不知其二”,此等語天機大露,何妨拈出一二,作個悟頭,朝參幕思。雖大理不明,而知識漸開,與道相近,亦不空過了歲月。此窮理之學,不論賢愚,人人可做,果能功夫不缺,日久自有所悟。但所悟者一己之私見,不得貿然下手。倘遇明師,必須徹始徹終,追究個清白,真知灼見,得心應手,方不誤事。若知前不知后,知后不知前,知陰不知陽,知陽不知陰,知體不知用,知用不知體,或知有為而不知無為,或知無為而不知有為,或見元關而不知藥生,或知藥生而不知老嫩,或知結丹而不知服丹,或知結胎而不知脫胎,或知文烹而不知武煉,或知武煉而不知文烹,或知陽火而不知陰符,或知進火而不知止足,或知溫養而不知抽添,毫發之差,千里之失,未許成真。不但此也,且陰陽有內外,五行有真假。性命工夫兩段,先后二天各別,有真有假,有真中之假,有假中之真,有真中之真,有假中之假。此等機關究之不徹,即行之不到;辨之不清,即作之不成。是以呂祖三次還丹未成,后得崔公《入藥鏡》而始完功;紫清有夜半風雷之患,重復修持而方了事。如二翁者,神仙中之領袖,些子不明,猶有不虞,而況他人乎?學者須當三思之。

訪求真師第四要

古仙云:“若無師指人知的,天上神仙無住處。”又《悟真》云:“饒君聰慧過顏閔,不遇真師莫強猜。”誠哉性命之學,必有師傳,非可妄猜私度而知,昔道光頓悟圓通,自知非向上事,后得遇杏林而成大道;上陽即得緣督之訣,不敢自足,猶必見青城而備火候;三豐嵩山苦歷十余年,一無所得,后感鄭呂二仙指點,方知大事。雖世間微藝薄技,尚賴師傳而知,況性命大事,豈能無師而曉?蓋性命之道,乃竊陰陽、奪造化、轉生殺、扭氣機、先天而天弗違之道,鬼神不能測,蓍龜莫能占,得之者立躋圣位,直登彼岸,是天下第一件大事,是天下第一件難事,茍非圣師附耳低言,如何知之?獨是旁門三千六百,丹法七十二品,以邪害正,以假亂真,誰為盲師,誰為明師,甚難辨別。然辨別亦易,大凡高人出世,自命不凡,獨弦絕調,不濫交,不諂世,不同黨,不要名,不恃才,不謀利,不欺人,不怪誕,一言一語,俱有益于世道,一行一止,大有裨于圣教,貪、嗔、癡、愛而俱無,意、必、固、我而悉化,品節清高,人人所不能及,胸襟脫灑,個個所不能到。間或援引志士,亦必千磨百折,試其真假,果其白玉無瑕,方肯指示端倪;如其非人,決不敢輕泄天機。此所以為明師也。若夫盲師無而為有,虛而為盈,不肯自思己錯,更將錯路教人。或有指男女為陰陽者,或有以經粟為黍珠者,或有以爐火為外丹者,或有煉心腎為內丹者,或有以存想為凝神者,或有行子午為抽添者,或有轉轆轤為周天者,或有認頑空為無為者,或有以運氣為有為者,或有以忘形為修靜者,或有以煉睡為退陰者,或有服硫黃為進陽者,或有避五谷求延年者,諸如此類,不可勝數。此等之輩,功德不言,節操不立,身衲衣而腰錢囊,頭簪冠而心蛇蝎,見富貴而留心,遇困苦而忘道,飲酒啖肉,不顧十方血汗,喪名敗教,那知萬劫沉淪,行步時、只在錢財上用功夫,舉動處、盡于衣食上費心思,一頭一拜,即收為徒,一茶一飯,即便傳道,借圣賢之門戶,而自欺欺世,竊仙佛之法言,而捏怪作妖,只知一身飽暖,那管他人死活。學人若聽其言而不察其行,以有道目之,未有不入于網中而傷害性命者。況一惑其言,認假為真,固結不解,雖有高真圣師欲為提攜,亦無門可入。天下道人遭此難者,不一而足。緇黃之流,東走西游,誰無幾宗公案?誰無幾句話頭?只以口頭三味取人,則人人是佛,個個是仙。試問學道者千千萬萬,成道者能有幾人?大抵圣賢不常見,仙佛不多得,以其不常見、不多得,所以為高人。高人者,出乎其類,拔乎其萃,豈得以口頭三昧為高人乎!當年予師秘授試金石一方,善識人之高低身份。若遇修行之人,以酒色財氣試之,而不能動者,必非凡品,更以《悟真》、《參同》詰之,而隨口應者,即是明師。屢試屢驗,百發百中,愿以此法,共諸同人。 /

煉己筑基第五要

《沁園春》云:“七返還丹,在人須先煉己待時。”《悟真篇》云:“若要修成九轉,先須煉己持心。”蓋修真之道,還丹最易,煉己至難,若不煉己而欲還丹,萬無是理。夫還丹者,如房屋之梁柱;煉己者,如房屋之地基。未筑地基,則梁柱無處建立;未曾煉己,則還丹不能凝結。學者得師口訣,急須煉己,煉己純熟,臨爐之際,左右逢源,得心應手,鉛汞相投,情性相合,自無得而復失之患。特以人自有生以來,陽極生陰,先天走失,后天用事,當年故物,盡非我有,加之百憂感其心,萬事勞其形,精漏、神昏、氣敗,將此幻身如破鍋爛甕相似。鍋破甕爛,盛不得水;人之身體衰敗,還不得丹,同是一理。故雖后天假物,非還丹藥料。然未還丹,尚藉賴以成功,而亦不可有損傷。古人云:“若無此夢幻,大事何由辦?若還大事辦,何用此夢幻?”又云:“不怕先天無真種,只怕后天不豐光。”蓋后天足則先天可復,先天復則后天可化,煉己筑基之功,豈可輕視乎!何為煉己?少貪無愛,煉己也;牢固陰精,煉己也;打煉睡魔,煉己也;苦己利人,煉己也;大起塵勞,煉己也;心地下功,全拋世事,煉己也;勇猛精進,以道為己任,煉己也;腳踏實地,步步出力,煉己也;富貴不能淫,貧賤不能移,威武不能屈,煉己也;披褐懷玉,大智若愚,大巧若拙,煉己也。煉己之功居多,總以無己為歸著。老子云:“吾之所以有大患者,為吾有身,及吾無身,吾有何患?“煉己煉到無己時,外其身而身存,后天穩當,基址堅固,先天真陽來復,混而為一。“先天氣,后天氣,得之者,常似醉”,一時辰內管丹成矣。若為煉己,遽行一時之功,則后天不固,先天雖在咫尺,未許我有。蓋其鉛至而汞失迎,坎來而離不受,彼到而我不待也。噫!筑基時須用橐龠,煉己時還要真鉛。煉己筑基,豈易事哉!

和合陰陽第六要

修真之道,金丹之道也;金丹之道,造化之道也;造化之道,陰陽之道也。《易》曰:“一陰一陽之謂道。”又曰:“天地氤氳,萬物化醇,男女構精,萬物化生。”是孤陰不生,獨陽不長,陰陽相合,方能生育。金丹之道,惟采取先天真一之氣也。先天之氣,無形無象,視之不見,聽之不聞,搏之不得,乃自虛無中來者。圣人以實而形虛,以有而形無。實而有者,真陰真陽;虛而無者,二八初弦之氣。初弦之氣即先天氣,此氣非陰陽交感,不能有象。若欲修金丹大道,舍此陰陽,別無他術矣。但陰陽不一,倘認假為真,徒勞心力,無益有損,不可不辨。男女之陰陽,塵世之陰陽也;心腎之陰陽,幻身之陰陽也;日月之陰陽,天地之陰陽也;冬至夏至,一年之陰陽也;朔旦望后,一月之陰陽也;子時午時,一日之陰陽也;二候四候,一時之陰陽也。凡此皆非金丹之陰陽。金丹陰陽,以我家為陰,以他家為陽;我為離,他為坎;離中一陰為真陰,坎中一陽為真陽。取坎填離,是以真陰求真陽,以真陽濟真陰也。且陰陽又有內外之別:內之陰陽,順行之陰陽,生身以后之事,后天也,人道也;外之陰陽,逆運之陰陽,生身以前之事,先天也,仙道也。內外陰陽皆無男女等相,非色非空,即色即空;非有非無,即有即無。若著色空有無之形,便非真陰真陽實跡矣。既知陰陽,須要調和相當,不多不少,不偏不倚,不急不緩,不有不無,不即不離,不躁不懦,或陽動而陰隨,或陰感而陽應,或陰中用陽,或陽中用陰,或借陰以全陽,或用陽以制陰,或以內之陰陽而助外,或以外之陰陽而濟內,內外合道,金丹自虛無中結就,取而服之,長生不死。《參同》云:“同類易施功,非種難為巧。”《悟真》云:“內藥還同外藥,內通外亦須通,丹頭和合類相同,溫養兩般作用。”三豐云:“世間陰陽男配女,生子生孫代代傳。順為凡,逆為仙,只在中間顛倒顛。”調和陰陽之道,盡於此矣。

審明火候第七要

古經云:“圣人傳藥不傳火,火候從來少人知。”則是藥物易知,火候最難。蓋藥物雖難覓,若遇明師點破,真知灼見,現在就有,不待他求,所以易知。至于火候,有文烹、有武煉,有下手、有休歇,有內外、有先后,有時刻、有爻銖,有急緩、有止足,一步有一步之火候,步步有步步之火候,變化多端,隨時而行,方能有準。若差之毫發,便失之千里。所以最難。何為火?煅煉之神功也;何為候?運用之時刻也。運用時刻在鴻蒙將判、陰陽未分之際;煅煉神功在天人合發、有無不立之內。且有外火候、有內火候。外火候,攢簇五行,和合四象;內火候,沐浴溫養,防危慮險。雖內外二藥相同,而火候運用大異,不遇真師,焉能知的?夫攢簇五行,和合四象,是盜天地之生機、竊陰陽之祖氣,回斗柄而轉天樞,開坤門而塞艮戶,其妙在乎積陰之下一陽來復之時。此時與天地合其德,與日月合其明,與四時合其序,與鬼神合其吉兇,所謂一年只有一月,一月只有一日,一日只有一時者是也。惟此一時,易失而難尋,易錯而難逢,得之則入于生道,失之則入于死道。圣人于此一時運動陰符陽火,拔天根而鉆月窟,破混沌而拈黍珠,回七十二候之要津,奪二十四節之正氣。水火相濟在此,金木交并在此,鉛汞相投在此,安身立命在此,出死入生在此。若過此時,陰陽分離,真者藏而假者用事,已落后天,不堪用矣。至于“曲江岸上月華瑩”,生藥之火候;“風信來時覓本宗”,采藥之火候;“水生二藥正真,若待其三不可進”,老嫩之火候;“鉛遇癸生須急采,金逢望遠不堪嘗”,急緩之火候;“忽見現龍在田,須猛烹而急煉;但聞虎嘯入窟,宜倒轉以逆施”,用武之火候;“慢守藥爐看火候,但安神息任天然”,用文之火候;“未煉還丹須急煉,煉了還須知止足”,溫養之火候;“只因火力調和后,種得黃芽漸長成”,丹成之火候;“托心知,謹護持,照看爐中火候飛”,保丹之火候;此皆還丹之火候。若夫大丹火候,別有妙用,“受氣吉,防成兇”,結胎之火候;“混沌七日死復生,全憑侶伴調水火”,固濟之火候;“送歸土釜牢封固,次入流珠斯配當”,養胎之火候;“用鉛不得用凡鉛,用了真鉛也棄捐”,抽添之火候;“丹灶河車休矻矻,鶴胎龜息自綿綿”,沐浴之火候;“一日內,十二時,意所到,皆可為”,防危之火候;“嬰兒是一含真氣,十月胎完入圣基”,胎成之火候;“群陰剝盡丹成熟,跳出凡籠壽萬年”,脫胎之火候;此大丹始終之火候。更有內外兩用之火候,“凡俗欲求天上事,用時須要世間財”,采藥火候中之火候;“偃月爐中玉蕊生,朱砂鼎里水銀平”,結丹火候中之火候;“第七日陽復起首,別妙用混合百神”,結胎火候中之火候;“有無俱不立,物我悉歸空”,脫胎火候中之火候;內外二丹火候之秘,于此盡矣。其中又有細微奧妙之處,是在神而明之,存乎其人,臨時變通,非可以文字傳矣。

外藥了命第八要

《悟真》云:“休施巧偽為功力,認取他家不死方。”緣督子曰:“先天之氣自虛無中來。”曰他家,曰虛無,則知非一身所產之物。說到此處,諸天及人皆當驚疑也。天以陰陽五行化生萬物,氣以成形,人得天賦之正氣,為萬物之靈,具此氣即具此理。氣者,命也;理者,性也。是性命者,天之所與也。天始與之,而天終奪之,此勢之所必有者。若以后天幻身之物與天爭權,總在造化規弄之中,焉能脫的造化?不有金液還丹之道,妄想保全性命,萬無是理。金液還丹之道,先天之道也。先天之道,包羅天地,運動陰陽,系天地之外機秘,故能了生死而避輪回,出凡塵而入圣基。但此機秘遠隔千里,近在咫尺,可惜世人不肯認真,日遠日疏,絕不返顧,自送性命。若有志士,窮究實理,忽的打破疑團,截然放下,直超彼岸,則赫赫金丹一日成,不待三年九載也。然丹成最易,而修煉甚難,使無虛實相應、陰陽變化、以術延命之道,而金丹不結。以術延命之道,乃奪天地造化之權,竊陰陽消息之機,轉生殺,扭斗柄,先天而天弗違之道也。《陰符經》云:“其盜機也,天下莫能知,莫能見。”《悟真》云:“始于有作人難見,及至無為眾始知。但見無為為要妙,豈知有作是根基。”蓋人自先天失散而后,真陽有虧,形雖男子,其中皆陰,倘執一己而修,不過涕唾津精氣血液,不過眼耳鼻舌身意,不過七情六欲、五蘊八識、三彭百穴,是以陰濟陰,命何由接,丹何由接?故《參同》云:“牝雞自卵,其雛不全。”此其證也。夫丹經所謂外藥者,以其我家真陽失散于外,不屬于我,寄居他家,而以外名之。迷人不知,錯會他字、外字,或猜為御女閨丹,或猜為五金八石,或猜為天地日月,或猜為云霞草木,以及等等有形之物。殊不知真正大藥,非色非空,非有非無,乃鴻蒙未判之始氣,天地未分之元仁,順則生人生物,逆則成仙作佛。圣人以法追攝,于一個時辰內結成一粒黍珠,號曰陽丹,又曰還丹,又曰金丹,又曰真鉛,以此真鉛點一己之陰汞,如貓捕鼠,霎時乾汞結為圣胎,此外藥之名所由有也。試細申之,“藥出西南是坤位,欲尋坤位豈離人。”外藥也;“初三日,震出庚,曲江岸上月華瑩。”外藥也;“金鼎欲留朱里汞,玉池先下水中銀。”外藥也;“取將坎位心中實,點化離宮腹內陰。”外藥也;“偃月爐中玉蕊生,朱砂鼎內水銀平”,外藥也;“坎離之氣和合,黃芽自生”,外藥也;但藥本在外,如何得向內生?藥屬于他,如何得為我有?經云:“五行順生,法界火坑;五行顛倒,大地七寶”。木本生火,今也火反生木;金本生水,今也水反生金;金木水火中藏戊己二土,和四象而配五行,一氣運用,復成一太極,火功到日,煉成一粒至陽之丹,取而服之,長生不死,與天地同春,與日月爭光,所謂一粒金丹吞入腹,始知我命不由天者此也。噫!萬兩黃金買不下,十字街前送至人。金丹大道,萬劫一傳,至尊至貴,得之者立躋圣位,不待他生后世,眼前獲佛神通,人何樂而不積德修道哉?

道德經》云:“有欲以觀其竅,無欲以觀其妙。”此二語乃金丹大道之始終,古今學人之要訣。外藥不得,則不能出乎陰陽;內藥不就,則不能形神俱妙。上德者修內藥,而外藥即全;下德者修外藥,而內藥方就。外藥者漸法,內藥者頓法。外藥所以超凡,內藥所以入圣。“有欲觀竅者”外藥,竊奪造化之功,幻身上事;“無欲觀妙者”內藥,明心見性之學,法身上事。倘外藥已得,而不修內藥,即呂祖所謂“壽同天地一愚夫”耳。況大丹難得者外藥,外藥到手,即是內藥,圣胎有象,陰符之功,即在如此。《參同》云:“耳目口三寶,閉塞勿發通,真人潛深淵,浮游守規中。”所謂“無欲觀妙”者此也。“無欲觀妙”者,無為之道,但無為非枯木寒灰,絕無一事之謂,其中有朝屯暮蒙、抽鉛添汞、防危慮險、固濟圣胎之功。所以融五行而化陰陽,以至道法兩忘,有無不立,十月霜飛,身外有身,極往知來,歸于真如大覺之地,即佛祖所謂正法眼藏,涅盤妙心,最上一乘之大道也。若非了命之后而遽行此功,根本不固,虛而不實,未曾在大造爐中煅煉出來,總然了得真如之性,若有一毫滲漏,難免拋身入身之患。后人不知古人立言之意,多以性理為不足貴,試問世間學人,有幾個能明涅盤之心乎?有幾個能見真如之性乎?涅盤心、真如性,凈倮倮、赤灑灑、圓陀陀、光灼灼,通天徹地,非可以后天人心血性而目之。古人亦有了性不了命,萬劫陰靈難入圣之語,是特為未修命而僅修性者言之。若已了命,焉得不修性?若不修性,則應物固執,空有家財而無主柄。若不修性,雖幻身已脫,而法身難脫。若不修性,只可長生,而不能無生。若不修性,雖生身之初能了,而未生之前難全。內藥了性之功,所關最大,無窮的事業,皆要在此處結果,何得輕視性乎?吾愿成道者,未修性之先,急須修命;于了命之后,急須了性。陰陽并用,性命雙修,自有為而入無為,至于有無不立、打破虛空,入于不生不滅之地,修真之能事畢矣。

道教如何(he)傳法(fa)

道教繼承傳統諸家氣功功法,予以發展豐富,開辟了多種多樣的氣功入靜法門。道教文獻中所見的氣功方法,多達百數十種,既有靜功,又有動功、動靜功,而以靜功為主。道教氣功靜功入靜法,大略可分為煉神、煉氣、存思、守竅、內丹五大類。 一、煉神類。 此類方法源出老莊,從調心入手,以空虛心念、令契合于虛無之道為修習之要,有守道、守神、守一、心齋、定觀、澄心、觀心、坐忘、煉神還虛、煉神合道等名目。
